IDOL: Tonight, I get two of the Tennessee Stud's prize goons in the ring! Everybody's saying, “Does Idol have a partner? Will Idol go it alone?” All I gotta say is this: Don't worry your pretty little heads about the Universal Heartthrob, darlin, 'cause I got it all under control!
Billy Jack Haynes, belt around his waist, stands in the locker room.
HAYNES: Never let it be said that I am not a fighting champion! Gama Singh has flown in here all the way from Pakistan to challenege for this belt! I don't care if they come from Pakistan, Japan, or another planet! Like they say on the Price Is Right, “Come on down!”
VTR OPENING:
As the music plays we see the following:
Billy Jack Haynes holding a championship belt above his head!
Haynes overhead press slamming an opponent!
Rock and Roll Express hitting a double dropkick!
Dan Spivey powerbombing Billy Jack on the concrete floor!
Jos LeDuc putting the bearhug on Tom Prichard!
Ron Fuller leading Master of Pain to the ring!
Buzz Sawyer hitting a powerslam!
Iceman Parsons hitting the butt bump!
Nord the Berzerker coming to the ring, waving his sword above his head!
Billy Jack Haynes applying the full nelson!
MARSHALL: Welcome to UWA FURY! Magnum TA, we have a great 90 minutes of wrestling action here this week!
MAGNUM TA: Two big title matches! Jos LeDuc defends his TV belt against a rugged competitor, Cowboy Scott Casey! Billy Jack Haynes has a match for his Undisputed World Title against Gama Singh, the champion of the Middle East! We also have a rematch of a great women's match from two weeks ago as Madusa Miceli will wrestle Velvet McInTyre. Vader is in action tonight, so we'll be seeing Madusa twice this week.
MARSHALL: Good news for guys like us! Magnum, we have a new team in the UWA: What about the Sheepherders?
MAGNUM: They are as mean and nasty as they come, Lee! They are veterans-they've held championships in 37 different countries! Luke Williams & Butch Miller will also do absolutely anything to win a match!
The Sheepherders(w/Rip Morgan) vs. George Wells & Jose Luis Rivera: No goofy Bushwackers here! Luke & Butch are in full anti-American heel mode with Morgan serving as flag bearer. They take their opponents apart tonight and Butch pins Rivera after the douible gut buster!

Big Van Vader (w/Madusa Miceli) vs. Pat Rose: Vader continues to blaze a path of destruction! Referee Scott LeDoux stops the match after Vader hits two corner splashes and follows up by battering Rose with rights and lefts! Vader powerbombs Rose after the decision is rendered and the ref looks like he may reverse the decision, but Madusa leads the big man away from the ring.
MARSHALL: Folks, I am told that Austin Idol is standing by in his dressing room.
Idol is standing beside a very athletic looking young man in a University of Michigan letter jacket.
IDOL: I want you to look at this stud athlete beside me! This, ladies and gentlemen, is Scott Steiner! This man was All American for the Michigan Wolverines! This man can do astonishing things in the ring, jackson! Does Austin Idol have a partner! Well, I'll say I have a partner! You people will be amazed by what this young man can do!
STEINER: Thanks for inviting me, Austin. I promise that I won't let you down!
Cut to Marshall and TA...
MAGNUM: Buzz Sawyer and the Master of Pain are going to come face to face with a young man that experts are calling the future of wrestling, Lee!
MARSHALL: I am looking forward to that big tag team match!

Super Samoans (w/Ron Wright) vs. Hurrican Castillo, Jr. & Joe Cruz: Wright's World Tag Champions in a non-title match. Magnum speculates on the outcome of a Sheepherders-Samaons match. The outcome of this match is never in doubt. Castillo has some offense, but Afa pins Cruz after a Samoan drop.

MAGNUM: Ladies and gentlemen, the UWA is constantly negotiating to bring in great young talent. We strive to bring you the best! I'm especially proud to introduce you to a young man who I've watched grow up. He's been training hard and he's ready to start what I'm sure will be a legendary career! Standing by in Austin, TX, meet Dustin Rhodes! Dustin , can you hear me?
We see Dustin Rhodes “via satellite” sitting in what appears to be a living room.
RHODES: TA, I hear ya loud and clear!
MAGNUM: The folks have probably figured it out- you carry a famous name in our sport. You are the son of my old friend, “the American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. Does that make you feel any extra pressure?
RHODES: Here's the deal, Magnum- If people are expecting Dusty Rhodes for less money, they can just stop it right now! I ain't here to follow footsteps or fill another man's shoes! I got my own pair of boots and I'm gonna walk my own road! One thing that the Dream taught me was this: A man has to stand on his own! And I will stand on my own in the UWA!
MAGNUM: How long before we see you in action here on UWA FURY, Dustin?
RHODES: Believe it or not, the Midnight Soldier has already given me one of these (holds up a Midnight ARMY T shirt) Brian told me that he and Johnny Ace need a partner next week on UWA FURY! I'm teaming up with those two against Nord the Berzerker and the Nasty Boys!
MAGNUM: Wow, you don't mess around! That's some awfully stiff competition for a first match! Good thing you have two great partners!
RHODES: Well, you know how the Rhodes family is-we never back down from a fight and never take the easy way out! I look forward to seeing you next week, TA!
MAGNUM: Same here, buddy, and I wish you all the luck in the world! Let's go dowm to Mark Lowrance for our next match!
Outlaw Ron Bass vs. Brickhouse Brown: The big Outlaw has become a thorn in the side of World Champion Billy Jack Haynes recently. Brown is a capable opponent, but he is overwhelmed here this week and Bass pins him with his deadly version of the claw.

Iron Mike Sharpe vs. King Kahlua: “Canada's Greatest Athlete” picks up an impressive win tonight, getting the duke after a piledriver.
Chris Adams vs. Doug Vines: Adams' main focus is regaining the UWA World Junior Heavyweight title from Bill Dundee. Adams looks like a top contender tonight scoring a convincing pinfall win via the superkick.

VTR: We see footage of UWA action.
MARSHALL: Battle Bowl is coming to pay per view on May 14th!!!! It starts with a Lethal Lottery where the luck of the draw will force enemies to work together and friends to fight against each other in a series of action packed tag matches! Then, the winners meet in Battle Bowl, the ultimate battle royal where the last man standing wins 500 grand, a future match for the Undisputed World Title, and the Lord of the Ring trophy!

Madusa Miceli (w/Van Vader) vs. Velvet McIntyre: Vader returns the favor by accompanying the lovely Madusa for her match. Vader doesn't even attempt to interfere, but his presence seems to concern, even intimidate the barefoot lass from Scottland. The match is highly competitive regardless with Madusa getting the pin as she rolls through a flying bodypress by Velvet and grabs a big handfull of tights to score the 1-2-3.

“Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert( w/Missy Hyatt) vs. Tom Prichard: Two excellent wrestlers give the fans an excellent match tonight. After several minutes of fast paced, back and forth, Gilbert hits the hot shot on Prichard and gets the win!

TV TITLE MATCH: Jos LeDuc (w/Superstar Bill Dundee) © vs. Cowboy Scott Casey: LeDuc faces a solid challenge from the rugged Texan. It looks good for Casey as he gets LeDuc set up for the bulldog in the corner. However when Scott attempts his finisher, LeDuc holds onto the top rope and Scott goes flying through the airn and lands hard on his back! LeDuc drops s leg across Casey's throat and succesfully retains his title.

“Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer & Master of Pain (w/”Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller) vs. “Universal Heartthrob” Austin Idol & Scott Steiner: The faces really take it to the Stud Stable members here tonight. Steiner is as advertised, a very impressive wrestler. Scott hits a belly to belly on Sawyer and makes a cover...Fuller runs in and starts stompins Scott with his cowboy boots! It's a 3 on 2 situation and looks bad for Idol and Steiner! Fortunately, Idol brought Minerva(his axe handle) to the ring for this match! Idol uses his weapon to clear the ring! In the end, Idol and Steiner stand tall!
Idol has joined Magnum TA!
MAGNUM: Scott Steiner lived up to his reputation! The two of you had the Stud Stable on the run!
IDOL: They are on the run, Maggie! You just saw that the American Champion, Buzz Sawyer, can be had!Next week, right here on UWA FURY, Mad Dog, I WANT YOU!!! Do you have the intestinal fortitude to put that belt on the line against the Universal Heartthrob? Captain Frank Dusek, Mr. President, I DEMAND that match here on TV! America is the greatest country on earth! We deserve a better American Champion! And the best part is that me taking Sawyer's belt takes money outta Ron Fuller's pocket!Sign the match, Mr. President!
