JERRY “THE KING” LAWLER w/Queen Baby Doll v “THE AMERICAN DREAM” DUSTY RHODES
The match opens with Dusty on the attack with Jerry Lawler on the back foot. Thanks to Baby Doll interference Lawler gets the upper hand and works Dusty over, and throws him out of the ring! The ref counts as Lawler uses the ringpost and ring apron to batter the challenger, before throwing him back in the ring AND PUTS HIM IN THE SLEEPER AS THE AMERICAN DREAM IS BUSTED WIDE OPEN!
Rhodes gets to the ropes and Lawler must break but comes at Rhodes who makes the comeback and chops meat on Lawler and finally .. . GETS THE FIGURE FOUR! Lawler looks like he is ready to give it up but its QUEEN BABY DOLL! She argues with the ref which allows the King extra time to make it to the ropes!
Its back and forth with near fall after near fall until both men collide in the ring . . . WITH THE REFEREE IN BETWEEN THEM! Oh no not the infamous REF BUMP! Both men are down and so is the ref! WAIT! ITS BABY DOLL! SHE ROLLS LAWLER OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND PUTS HIM ON TOP OF RHODES and flees to ringside! LAWLER HAS THE PIN! 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 . . . THE REF FINALLY COMES TOO AND SEES LAWLER ON TOP OF RHODES:
