& 911)
Sabu brutalizes young Chetti, who shows a ton of heart as he continues to fight
despite being busted open. Sabu finally connects with the Triple Jump Moonsault
to score the pin. Titan Sports attack Chetti after the match, sending in 911 to
brawl with them. Then the lights go off and when they come back on:

Taz is back! He is bandaged but it doesn’t stop him from hooking Tugboat into a
belly-to-back Taz Plex! 911 and Akeem are fighting on the ramp and now look at
this – Sabu and Taz are squaring off!!! They are going to go at it here! They
go to lock up – but the lights go off again! When they come back on, Sabu is
gone! Taz is furious in the ring as he helps his cousin to his feet.
Winner: Taz
-The Gangstas tell Scott Hudson that they will send the Public Enemy in caskets
right here tonight in New York City!
Match #2: Ghetto Death Match: The Gangstas vs. The Public Enemy
This match is one by wheeling both opponents to the back on a stretcher. This war
has waged for months, but finished tonight in the Manhattan Center. New Jack
manages to whip Rocco Rock by diving off a balcony and then Mustafa wheeled off
Rocco. Mustafa then worked over Johnny Grunge with a Ghetto Blaster and then
sent him out a stretcher as well. The Gangstas win the street war!
Winners: The Gangstas
- ‘Simply Sensational’ Al Snow says he will walk out of the Manhattan Center as
the brand new World Light Heavyweight Champion tonight.
Match #3: Four Way Dance: World Light Heavyweight Champion Jerry Lynn vs. Al Snow vs.
Hakushi vs. Super Crazy
This is a wild match that sees every crazy move in the book on display. The closing
moments see Hakushi wipe himself and Al Snow out with a Flying Space Tiger
Drop! In the ring, Super Crazy goes for the Trios Moonsaults, but Lynn gets his
knees up on the last one! Lynn then connects with the cradle pile-driver to
score the pin, as Al Snow is a second late breaking up the count. Snow throws a
fit after the match!
Winner: World Light Heavyweight Champion Jerry Lynn
- Vader tells Scott Hudson that Mike Awesome’s path of destruction ends tonight!
Match #4: Vader vs. Mike Awesome (w/ Judge Jeff Jones)
Vader comes out strong, but Awesome takes control and doesn’t let up. Mike brutalizes
Vader and really makes himself look like a monster by destroying the former
International Heavyweight Champion. Vader tries a comeback with a big clothesline,
but Awesome ducks and connects with a flying shoulder-block. Awesome then
hoists Vader into a power-bomb for the three count! Mike Awesome has just
destroyed former world champion Vader!
Winner: Mike Awesome
- ‘Simply Sensation’ Al Snow complains that he has completely shut out of the
title match earlier and says he WILL take the belt from Lynn!
Match #5: Extreme Tag Team Champions The Eliminators vs. Raven and Stevie
Richards
Raven actually stuns everyone by coming out and fighting like a madman, despite his
recent moments. He manages to score several near falls and has Stevie Richards
cheering him all the way. The Eliminators fight back and trade offensive
flurries, with Raven staying in the ring the whole time. Interestingly, Joey
Styles notes that the Lucha Libre star known as Vampiro is standing in the
crowd again.
Stevie Richards is jumping up and down on the apron and celebrating – and Raven is
sick of it. He walks over and slaps the shit out of Richards! Stevie goes down
to the floor and now Raven walks right into a boot from Saturn. Raven doubles
over, gets back up and strikes his signature pose as he gets taken out by a
Death Valley Driver! Saturn covers him to get the 1-2-3!
Winners: Extreme Tag Tam Champions The Eliminators
- Extreme Heavyweight Champion Shane Douglas and Francine join Scott Hudson.
Shane says he shoots Old Yeller tonight and then send that goof Mikey Whipwreck
back down to the midcard where he belongs!
Match #6: Extreme Heavyweight Champion Shane Douglas (w/ Francine) vs. Terry
Gordy
Shane Douglas tries to go for a cheap shot right hand at the bell, but Gordy blocks
it and levels Shane Douglas with a right hand of his own. Gordy sends Shane
Douglas off the ropes and connects with a big spine-buster and Douglas rolls
out to the floor and stomps around angrily as Francine consoles him. After a
few seconds of regrouping with Francine, Shane Douglas re-enters the ring and
locks up with Terry Gordy. Shane Douglas backs Gordy into the corner and then
lays into him with a series of body-shots on the challenger.
Shane Douglas hip-tosses him out of the corner and really works him over with some
elbow drops and knee drops to the chest and neck. Shane Douglas is now arguing
with some ringside fans as he stomps on the chest of Terry Gordy, and then
leaps into the air and comes crashing down on the throat of Terry Gordy with
his right elbow. ‘The Franchise’ Shane Douglas keeps the momentum for several
minutes and it looks like he has the former Freebird on the run. Shane Douglas
climbs up to the second rope and connects with a diving knee to the throat and
he covers Terry Gordy, but he pulls him up after the two count.
‘The Franchise’ Shane Douglas stomps him a few times, before going back up to the
second rope for flying knee drop, but this time Freebird Terry Gordy is able to
get his foot up and it catches Douglas right on his jaw. Both men slowly get to
their feet and out of nowhere, Terry Gordy absolutely drills ‘The Franchise’
Shane Douglas with a clothesline that almost knocks Shane Douglas out of his
boots!
Terry Gordy is pumped now and he climbs on top of the Shane Douglas and begins
peppering with brutal left and right hands punches to the face. Terry Gordy
pulls Shane Douglas to his feet and sends off the ropes and then drives him
into the canvas with tremendous force with a shoulder-block and now he’s
signaling for the pile-driver.
Douglas is trying to beg off, but Terry Gordy pulls him to his feet and hooks him in.
Shane shoves him away with an elbow to the gut. Gordy backs up off but changes
again, only to get waist-locked and then drilled with the patented
belly-to-belly suplex! Shane makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3! Shane Douglas
retains, but that was one hell of a performance by the legendary Terry Gordy!
Winner: Extreme Heavyweight Champion Shane Douglas
- Shane Douglas celebrates with Francine after the match as Cactus Jack walks out
with Mikey Whipwreck. Cactus raises Mikey’s hand and motions that he will take
Shane’s belt. The nervous Mikey doesn’t seem so sure.
