Ther is still a ton of talent out there. Everyone is going to put together a roster they can work with. I have to admit, at lunch today, I ate in my classroom with the door closed and "scouted" talent on the computer.

I'm anxiously awaiting Kung Fu Billy Graham. Or better yet, Televangelist Billy Graham

Paul Ellering is negotiating with Superstar Graham to join the Legion of Doom. Paul also tells me that he has attempted to contact Butch Reed regarding possibly signing with the Legion, but has not had any luck with that.

Another great night of drafting! I got what I wanted. My choice for "Pick of the Night" goes to Commish and Bill Dundee. To get someone as important to Memphis as late as he went allows you to add other top names. That's a "Moneyball" pick.

I was going to let Dundee go in this draft, only because 84 to mid 85 he took a long, much needed hiatus from CWA after his Loser Leaves Town match with Lawler. However, I just couldn't pass up taking him when I did. By 10/84, he'd been gone almost a year so he will be somewhat fresh when he returns.

Yea bud, can't pass him up at that point..
Buddy Landell is on the table for tomorrow as well, after that he probably stays in SECW, or we can talk about it after the draft if you have any interest.

Here's a dumb question. If we start immediately after the draft, would we be using the 1983 year or 1984?

Just making sure, so we'll technically be 29 years ahead, instead of 30.

Great opening pick by Chito! Johnny Smith doesn't get enough credit for being one of the shining stars of mid-late 80s Stampede, especially as a hated heel.

My greatest creation ever has been reunited, and they will be taking the WWF by storm. Pay close attention to the Ravishing Bodies with their manager Sherrie Martel. The WWF will never be the same.

This kind of got buried quickly due to a bunch of trades being posted, but King Tonga/Haku could be traded for the right offer. No draft picks please!

I would like to get a second round pick for tonight, so if anyone wants to jump up to take the second pick in the first round tonight and is willing to trade their first and second round pick for it let me know.

Here's a little draft entertainment for everyone. I'm going to try to include these CWA music videos into my shows from time to time.
Don't ask me why the Mouth of the South wanted a girl with Herschel Walker's thighs.

Ok, I have at least short range plans for everybody I have drafted thus far except maybe Steve O. Happy with how things have went thus far.

Good luck in the final evening. It looks like we have all put together good rosters, and there are still some decent guys left in the pool.

Yeah, how is Dave Fit Finlay still out there? I don't have room for him in Memphis, but please somebody grab him. He was an amazing heel in the mid 80s.
