Lowrance, “These gentleman requested this time. The floor is yours.
Rose, “My name is Buddy Rose, and this is my Army. Rip Oliver is my most trusted friend, and he’s been here for a while. Mike Miller has joined us now. We’ve controlled other areas, and we’re here to prove we are the best, and it starts tonight.”

“Playboy” Buddy Rose vs. Mario Mancini
Rose is a very talented veteran. He wrestles smoothly, and controls the action. He punishes Mario, and wins with the piledriver.

Ken Patera w/General Skandor Akbar vs. Frank Marconi
The Olympic strongman has been very impressive. He poses, and the crowd boos. Patera takes the fight to Marconi. Frank is overwhelmed. Akbar looks very confident. Patera slaps on the neckbreaker for win.

Marc Lowrance is standing in front of a “Firecracker Spectacular” banner.
Lowrance, “July 4 is America’s birthday. WWI will celebrate this momentous date at the Capital Center in Washington DC. We have a fantastic card scheduled for the Fourth of July. In the coming weeks will announce the matches. We start tonight with a scaffold match. The World Tag Team Titles will be on the line 20 feet above the ring. The Midnight Express, with Jim Cornette, will meet the Midnight Rockers. All four men will be on the scaffold. The first team to have both team members tossed off the scaffold will lose. Let’s hear from the Midnight Rockers.”
The Midnight Rockers are in an interview area.
Michaels, “Midnight Express, the NBA is talking about ‘Air Jordan’! Well, the wrestling world is going to start talking about ‘Air Rockers’! We’re climbing that scaffold, and coming down with the titles!”
Jannetty, “And Cornette, If get up there, you’re going to crash as well!”
Lowrance,”Stay tuned for more information!”
Match #3
“Mean” Mike Miller w/“Playboy” Buddy Rose vs. Gino Brito Jr.
Buddy Rose is back. This time with a member of his “Army”. “Mean” Mike Miller is a tough redneck from LoRanger, LA. He attacks Brito, and begins to pound away on the youngster. Brito is in trouble, but he is able to rally. He gets in some good shots. He goes for a high crossbody, but misses. Miller gets Brito up for a piledriver. He hits it, and covers Brito. Referee Carl Fergie counts the fall.

Non-Title Match
Kerry Von Erich (World Champion) vs. Richard Charland
The crowd goes crazy as the World Champion comes to the ring. Charland is a rugged veteran from Quebec. Charland tries to rough up Kerry. He fights back, and we have a brawl on our hands. Things begin to go Kerry’s way. He whips Charland into the ropes and clamps on the iron claw. Charland is out.

Marc Lowrance is with General Skandor Akbar and Sgt Slaughter. Slaughter holds Hacksaw Jim Duggan’s American flag.
Lowrance, “With me are General Skandor Akbar, Sgt Slaughter, and a stolen American flag.”
Akbar, “Watch it Lowrance! We took this flag because we could. Duggan wasn’t man enough to protect this, so we took it!”
Lowrance, “You know that Hacksaw will be gunning for you, and he wants this back.”
Slaughter, “Listen to me puke! Let Duggan come and get this flag! He’ll fail, and that’s an order!”
Match #5
Sgt Slaughter w/General Skandor Akbar vs. Dan Kroffat
Slaughter attacks Kroffat at the bell. Sarge is vicious, and he hammers away. Kroffat is in trouble. Slaughter whips Dan into the ropes. He goes for a clothesline, but Simpson ducks. He comes off the ropes with a high cross body. Referee Bronko Lubich counts two, but Slaughter kicks out. Slaughter is livid, and he attacks Kroffat. Dan is no match for the ex-Marine. He overwhelms the Canadian, and goes for the cobra clutch. Slaughter looks unstoppable.

Marc Lowrance is with Austin Idol.
Lowrance, “With me is the ‘Universal Heartthrob’. Mr. Idol, you have arrived in WWI and moved to the top of the rankings. Tonight you challenge for the International Title.”
Idol, “”The Universal Heartthrob’ has come to WWI to go to the top, and I’m almost there. Choshu, you’re a great wrestler, but you aren’t Austin Idol! You’ve got olenty of moves, but none of them are the Las Vegas leglock! I’m going finish you off, and I’ll be the Champion, and the ladies will go crazy!”
Lowrance, “The International Title is on the line tonight.”

The Road Warriors w/Paul Ellering vs. Pierre LeFebvre and Sailor White
The Warriors meet two tough Canadians. Animal starts with White. Sailor may not have the chiseled body, but he is as tough as they come. Animal throws fights, and lefts, but White doesn’t take a step backwards. The match continues, and both teams tag in, and out. The momentum swings to the Road Warriors. Hawk hits the diving shoulder, and the Road Warriors use the doomsday device for the win.

International Championship
Riki Choshu (Champion) vs. Austin Idol
Idol has developed a following, especially among the ladies. Choshu has held the title for some time, and has defeated many top,stars. The early moments of the match go back, and forth. Both men are very skilled, and they are dead even. Choshu slams Idol, and goes for a cover, but Austin kicks out before referee David Manning counts three. The crowd is behind Idol, and he capitalizes on the momentum. He takes the Champion down in the center of the ring. He clamps on the Las Vegas leglock. Choshu fights it, but he has to submit! Austin Idol is the International Champion! Idol stands in the ring holding the title belt, and the crowd goes crazy!
Winner-Austin Idol (New International Champion)
Bill Mercer closes the show.
Mercer, “Austin Idol is the new International Champion! What a deserving Champion! We are short on time, join us next week!”
