Texan: “Greg Valentine, you have insulted me, you have insulted the world heavyweight championship, but worst of all, you have by your remarks insulted the great state of Texas and the South.
“You just got done saying why should I get a world title shot at you? Who am I?
“I will tell you who I am. I came THIS CLOSE, this close to becoming a world heavyweight champion. We have never faced in the ring. But I know I am a better man than you Greg Valentine. And I can beat you.
“But I get it. I wear a mask. I won’t reveal my identity. Not yet. I make this promise to the fans. I will take off this mask and reveal who I am WHEN I win the world championship,
“But first I must convince Mr, Valentine to allow this match to happen. Greg Valentine, I know there is one thing you love almost as much as being world heavyweight champion:
