Eddie Gilbert w/Sunshine and Rip Rogers b. Bart Batten
There is no surprise today, as Sunshine comes out in Gilbert’s corner from the start. Gilbert hits the hot shot after dominating the match and it is all over. Gilbert tells Stewart, in the ring, that he said additions were coming and Eddie Gilbert always lives up to the hype. The fans are chanting “WHY?” Sunshine asks for the mike and Eddie obliges. Rogers leaves, “giving the spotlight to Eddie and his lady”.
Sunshine says she was in the locker room of the Houston County Farm Center early to discuss strategy with Nick Kiniski and Kevin Kelly. She had no plans to lose to Tojo Yamamoto and those goons should have been right there with me. But, they were late. Nowhere to be found when the bell sounded to start the matches. The Wrestling Pro came back to ask me to be in the corner of Doll and Jaggers to wave the flag. That should have been figured out way earlier. But, it was a chance to get back at Tojo so I took it. When the match was over, where were Kelly and Kiniski? Talking with fans outside the locker room. I told them they weren’t going to let me down and we needed to plan. The fans looked upset but I didn’t care. Still don’t.
Muscle head Kevin Kelly had his little back hurt. He couldn’t even get back in for a countout win. Nobody was a winner. I didn't get a chance to put that mental midget in his place. And, I blame Kiniski and Kelly. I tore up their contracts. They are fired.
Gilbert interjects. He says he had been recruiting Sunshine as soon as he knew he was coming into the CWS. She looked the other way out of misplaced loyalty. Well, after her “men” let her down, she wasted no time finding the Hot Stuff. Sunshine and Eddie Gilbert will be the royal couple of CWS. And, things aren’t done. Hot Stuff International is coming. Next week, the building concludes.
BREAK
*Scott McGhee b. Chris Colt w/Izzy Slapowitz
McGhee wins with a superplex. After the match, Slapowitz calls down for Jeff Sword and Doug Vines. The three of them lay a massive beatdown on Colt. He is left, face down. Slapowitz tells Platt that their dark side didn’t rule Chris Colt totally. Today, it was time for the dark side to destroy him.
BREAK
*Ron Fuller b. Hubert Gallant
Fuller almost doesn’t let go of the Fuller Leg Lock. It takes McMurray threatening to reverse the decision. Art the desk, Fuller vows to hurt everybody he faces now. He will never lose to somebody like Atlas again. Atlas will pay for the way he cheated to win. Stewart says he saw no cheating by Atlas. Well, Fuller says, that he is sure Stewart did see that Fuller walked out while Atlas limped out. He did. Fuller had to be woke up from Tony’s sleeper before he walked out, though. Rolling his eyes, Fuller leaves.
BREAK
*Porkchop Cash b. Chris Markoff.
After the match, Dream Machine joins The Devil’s Duo and Slapowitz in coming out again. Sword and Vines pearl harbor Cash. But, Dream Machine says out on the floor. Slapowitz demands to now what is up. Dream Machine leaves. Scott McGhee comes out and helps Cash. Izzy says that he will get to the bottom of this.
BREAK
*Tony Atlas/Scott Casey/Scott Armstrong vs. Pat Rose/The Flame/Roy Lee Welch
Armstrong hits Welch with a superkick to get the win. Fuller is out and hands each of his men handcuffs. Atlas and Casey are cuffed to the ropes. Armstrong and Welch fight to the back. Tony’s knee and Scott’s arm are already bad after the 10th. Fuller and Flame make things worse. Wrestlers from the back break things up. Casey and Atlas are both loaded on a stretcher.
The show closes.
