Marc Lowrance is in the ring with Maurice “Mad Dog” Vachon.
Lowrance, “With me is, Montreal wrestling legend, Mad Dog Vachon. Mr. Vachon, welcome to ‘International Champion Wrestling’. What do you think of the action?”
Vachon, “The Dog likes the action! There are a lot of tough guys, not as tough as me, but pretty good! I think the Canadian fans will love this!”

Rick Martel vs. Dan Kroffat
Martel meets the young Canadian. This will be a scientific contest. Both men trade holds and counter holds. Kroffat gives a good accounting of himself. Martel takes control and wins with the Quebec crab.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Dale Veasey
Duggan takes on the tough Alaskan. Both men wrestle a very physical match. Veasey looks very good, but Hacksaw is one of the best. He overpowers Veasey. Duggan hits a spear for the win.

Dino Bravo vs. Jose Estrada
Bravo, the powerhouse from Montreal, debuts in WWI. Estrada will have to use his quilt to offset Dino’s power. Bravo uses power moves, and Estrada is in trouble. Estrada tries every dirty trick in his book, but it’s not enough. Bravo clamps on the bear hug fir the win.

The Midnight Rockers vs. The Kelly Twins
The popular Rockers take on the twin lumberjacks from Canada. Mike starts for the Kellys, Jannetty for the Rockers. Marty is very sharp, and the fans are behind the Rockers. Both Kellys try to rough up the Rockers, but they are too much. Michaels tags in and takes over. They use the Rocker dropper for the win.

Lowrance, “February 23 is fast approaching, and that means ‘Voyage’. We will travel to Tokyo, Japan. We will be at the Korakuen Hall for an exciting night of action. World Wrestling International has taken the wrestling world by storm. Here is what is store for the fans.
Tatsumi Fujinami will defend the World Title against the Mexican Superstar El Canek.
The World Tag Team Title will be decided, as the Japanese Champions, the Super Strong Machines, take on the American Tag Team Champions, the Midnight Express with manager James E. Cornette.
Tiger Mask defends the World Jr. Heavyweight Championship against the man who claims to be the ‘real’ Tiger Mask, Tiger King.
The International Title will be unified with the American Heavyweight Title. Riki Choshu will meet Gino Hernandez.
For the International Six Man Tag Team Championship, the Champions, the Von Erich Brothers, meet the former Champions, the Road Warriors. The big question is, how is Kevin Von Erich’s shoulder. I will say, we tried to contact Kevin, and his brothers, they did not return our calls. What can that mean?

The powerful Patera has been very impressive since Gary Hart brought him to WWI. The youngest Rougeau is very talented, but he has a tough task tonight. Armand tries to hit and run, and it works fir a time. Patera then takes over and wins with the full Nelson.

Lowrance, “With me are the American ztag Team Champions, and their manager James E. Cornette…”
Cornette, “Get to the point Lowrance, you have to be the most boring man alive, if you are really alive.”
Lowrance, “Forgive me for talking while you are interrupting. On February 23, you meet the Super Strong Machines for the World Tag Team Championship. Do you know anything about the masked men?”
Cornette, “Are you an idiot? Don’t answer that. Of course, I know about the Super Strong Machines. I have the most expansive take library in wrestling. Dennis, Bobby, and I have watched hours of tape, and we know one thing...they can’t beat us. The World Titles are going to belong to the Midnight Express!”
Lowrance, “Mr. Cornette is very confident, and he has a team to back him up.”

The Midnight Express (American Tag Team Champions) w/James E. Cornette vs. Dan Kroffat and Gino Brito Jr.
Cornette takes the mic from Ralph Pulley.
Cornette, “Canada huh? If we could put a big fence around this lousy country, America could have the World’s largest zoo!, now, let me introduce, the best tag team in the world, and in a couple of weeks we’ll prove it, Loverboy Dennis, and Beautiful Bobby, the Midnight Express!”
The Express are firing on all cylinders. They tag in and out, and the two young Canadians have no answer for it. The put up a good fight, but the Champions are too much. They hit the veg-a-metic for the win.

Non-Title Match
Tatsumi Fujinami (World Champion) vs. Richard Charland
The World Champion takes on the rugged Canadian veteran known as “Le Magnifique”. Charland jumps Fujinami before the bell. He hammers away, and the World Champion is in trouble. Charland tries to whip Fujinami into the corner, but the Champion reverses it. Harland slams into the turnbuckles. This shifts the momentum to Fujinami. He takes over, and uses the Dragon suplex into the Dragon sleeper for the win. He looks to be on top of his game.

Mercer, “The Dragon Man was very impressive. We are preempted next week. He n two weeks, we will be back, and we will have the fallout from ‘Voyage’.”
