Todd Pettengill voice over:Two weeks ago, Marty Jannetty was on the verge of winning the European Title from Brian Pillman when Pillman’s Hart Foundation cohort Jim “The Anvil” Neidhardt interfered and caused a disqualification, saving the title for Brian Pillman. Pillman and Neidhardt would have put Jannetty out of the WWF for good if not for Jannetty’s former tag team partner Bob Holly making the save!! Today, Pillman and Neidhardt will team up to face the reunited Showstoppers on SUPERSTARS!!!

Duke “The Dumpster” Drose kicks Superstars off in a battle with The Sultan. The Sultan hasn’t been seen in the WWF in quite some time, Gorilla claims he heard that the Sultan was off training in the Iranian Desert and has returned to wreak havoc on the WWF once again. Sultan forces the Dumpster to submit to the Camel Clutch in a knock down drag out brawl!

European Champion Brian Pillman and Jim “The Anvil” Neidhardt are in the back, neither man is happy about Bob Holly sticking his nose in their business last week and they promise to give Jannetty and Holly twice the beat down they were going to give Jannetty last week.

Gorilla Monsoon hypes this Monday Night Raw when Savio Vega takes on Jeff Jarrett to find out who is going to advance to the finals in the Intercontinental Title Tournament, which will take place at the Royal Rumble! Gorilla says Savio has the chance to follow in the foot steps of some of the great Latino wrestlers to hold the Intercontinental Title like Tito Santana and Pedro Morales.

Savio Vega defeats “Pistol” Pez Whatley with a spinning heel kick, during the match, the commentators notice two latino gentlemen in the crowd watching Vega. Also during the match we get a quick cut in promo from Jeff Jarrett who says he is going to defeat Savio Vega this Monday Night and go onto The Royal Rumble to win the Intercontiental Title, and then it’s on to the The Royal Rumble where he’s going to beat 29 other guys to win the After the match they come over to the guardrail and try talking to Vega, he tries to walk away from them but one of them grabs his arm, he yanks away and walks to the back with a sour look on his face.

Michael Hayes is here to gives us the rundown on the Royal Rumble!

Unless you are living under a rock you already know the match for the WWF Title as Bret “The Hitman” Hart will defend the title against “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels. Hayes says fans are evenly divided on this one and takes us to comments from fans outside of a recent WWF Live event where half the fans are claiming Bret will win while the other half are sold on Michaels becoming the Champion. Hayes says that these are two of the greatest, if not THE two greatest, wrestlers in the sport today, and that match alone will be enough to order the Pay Per View, but there is more!!!! Because it wouldn’t be the Royal Rumble if the Royal Rumble match itself wasn’t included!!!

30 Top Superstars will climb into the ring to decide who will be the man to go to Wrestlemania 12 and challenge for the WWF Title, and don’t forget, it was Bret Hart who won the Royal Rumble last year and then went on to Wrestlemania 11 to win the WWF Title. The Rumble is already filling up as TWENTY wrestlers have already signed on to take part, including “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Diesel, Razor Ramon, The Undertaker, The Giant, The British Bulldog, Owen Hart, Ahmed Johnson, current WWF Tag Team Champions The Road Warriors, two time former WWF Champion and the 1993 Royal Rumble winner Yokozuna, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Jeff Jarrett, Savio Vega, Chris Candido, Bob Holly, former Intercontinental Champion Marty Jannetty, and the former WWF Tag Team Champions The Smoking Gunns! Hayes sends us to comments from the Wolfpac. Diesel and Ramon are with the Kid, Diesel says it’s all for one and one for all, and he and Razor don’t really care which one of them win the Royal Rumble, just as long as one of them does it and then brings the WWF Title back to the Wolfpac at Wrestlemania. Hayes says that it’s going to be hard to eliminate Ramon and Diesel if they are working together.

Hayes says that’s not all, also at the Royal Rumble, we will have the finals of the Intercontinental Title Tournament, which is down to the Final Four, Jeff Jarrett will take on Savio Vega this Monday Night on Raw and then next week, The British Bulldog will take on the man no one thought would even get this far when he faces Jake “The Snake” Roberts, the winner of those two matches will then go on to The Royal Rumble to battle for the Intercontinental Championship!!

And last, but certainly not least, the WWF Tag Team Titles will be on the line when Sunny leads the Smoking Gunns as they try and regain the titles they lost at In Your House: Seasons Beatings against the Road Warriors!!! Hayes says he has been in some wars with his Freebird Brothers against the Road Warriors in the past and he says the Smoking Gunns have no easy task in front of them. Hayes says no one does Pay Per View like the World Wrestling Federation and tells everyone to call and order the 1996 Royal Rumble today!!!

Gorilla Monsoon takes us back to Christmas Eve and Monday Night Raw when Jim Ross interviewed WWF Champion Bret “The Hitman” Hart

VTR:CLIPPED:Jim Ross speaks to WWF Champion Bret Hart in the center of the ring. Bret can’t say he is completely shocked at what happened at Seasons Beatings, Bret says in the back of his mind he knew he couldn’t really trust the Wolfpac. Ross asks Bret if he saw the Wolfpac offer a spot to HBK last week, and Bret says he did. Bret says he figures that it’s all a set up, and has been all along. Bret says he knows at the Royal Rumble he’ll probably have to contend with the Wolfpac as well as Shawn Michaels. The Wolfpac’s music then plays and out they come. Diesel tells Bret it’s not personal, only business. You aren’t the best and you don’t make it to the top unless you have the WWF Title. Diesel says he and Bret have had wars in the past, and Diesel says he respects Bret, but Bret has what the Wolfpac wants, the WWF Title. Bret says that’s all a bunch of crap and Diesel knows it, Bret says he hopes that Diesel wins the Royal Rumble so he can have a chance to knock his teeth down his throat!!! Diesel says why wait? He tells Bret to go find a partner to face him and Razor Ramon here on Raw in two weeks. Bret says he doesn’t trust anyone, so he isn’t going to have a partner, but he’ll kick both Diesel and Ramon’s ass all on his own!!!!!

Gorilla says that match will be this Monday Night on Raw!!! Diesel and Razor Ramon
will face WWF Champion Bret Hart and a partner of his choosing, but it doesn’t sound like Bret is going to have a partner on Monday Night!!! As Michael Hayes found out this past Friday Night when the WWF had live action in Toldeo, Ohio!!!



Bret Hart is coming through the curtain after a successful title defense, Hayes stops him to get a word and asks Bret about the big tag team match coming up on Monday Night Raw and who Bret will pick as a partner, Bret says he isn’t going to have a partner, he is done trusting people, everyone just wants to stab him in the back and take the WWF Title from him! He says on Monday Night he’ll take the Wolfpac on by himself and he’ll kick their ass!!!!

Heenan gets a good laugh out of all this and says he can’t wait to see Bret get destroyed this Monday Night on Raw!!!

Gorilla Monsoon takes us back to December 17, 1995 and Monday Night Raw, Jim Ross was in the ring interviewing the Wolfpac about why they turned their backs on Bret “The Hitman” Hart when Shawn Michaels came out looking for answers of his own and instead got an ultimatium!!!

VTR(CLIPPED): Shawn is confused as to what is going on, Diesel tells Shawn he should know better than anyone else that this was bound to happen sooner or later, Diesel says he played by the rules, he did what he was told and where did it get him? He isn’t the World Champion, the Kid lost his title, Razor doesn’t have one, they played by the rules and got nothing in return, from now on they only look out for themselves. Diesel says he is going to give HBK an chance to join them, and he’ll give HBK time to think it over, but if he the offer has a time limit and if he isn’t with them, then he is against them, and they won’t show him any mercy.END VTR

Monsoon says that HBK hasn’t talked to anyone since that night about what he plans to do, Heenan says Shawn should sign up with the Wolfpac and guarantee a victory for himself at the Royal Rumble. Monsoon says he doubts HBK would do that and Heenan says it wouldn’t surprise him if Shawn orchestrated all this from the get go!!!

Marty Jannetty and Bob Holly are standing together in the back and are wearing their matching Showstoppers gear, Jannetty thanks Holly for coming to his aid, Jannetty says he knows last year he did Holly wrong but he is glad that they have been able to patch things up and put the Showstoppers back together, Holly says tonight is going to be the first step toward the Showstoppers becoming the WWF Tag Team Champions!!!

The Showstoppers, Marty Jannetty and Bob Hollly, reunite to battle European Champion Brian Pillman and Jim “The Anvil” Neidhardt, when Jannetty pins Pillman after a miscue between Pillman and Neidhardt causes Pillman and Neidhardt to start shoving each other and Neidhardt shoves Pillman right into a missile dropkick by Bob Holly followed by a top rope splash from Marty Jannetty!!!!! Holly stopped The Anvil from breaking up the count.Pillman and Neidhardt couldn’t seem to get on the same page, they seemed to argue throughout the entire match!, Gorilla even noted that it seemed like Pillman and Neidhardt were fighting each other more than they were fighting their opponents!

After the match Pillman and Anvil continued to shove each other and blame the other for the lose until the two started throwing punche!!!! Owen Hart and The British Bulldog came out to try and calm the situation down and pull the two men apart!!!

Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan close the show, Gorilla says next week, Savio Vega is going to go one on one with Henry Godwinn, Jerry Lawler will make his WWF debut when he hosts the Kings Court and speaks with the Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase about the state of the Million Dollar Corporation, Doomsday will be in action and The Pearl River Powerhouse Ahmed Johnson faces Jim “The Anvil” Neidhardt and you have to wonder if the problems the Hart Foundation are having will still be evident next week?

Voice over; Three weeks ago at In Your House Seasons Beatings, The Wolfpac turned on WWF Champion Bret “The Hitman’ Hart after Hart had finished a grueling but successful title defense inside a steel cage against the British Bulldog and savagely beat him, tonight Bret has been challenged to find a partner to face Diesel and Razor Ramon in tag team competition, but the Champion claims to no longer trust anyone and would rather go it alone against the two Wolfpac members here tonight!!! Plus The Wolfpac has given Bret Hart’s World Title oppoent for The Royal Rumble, Shawn Michaels and ultimatum, either he is with them or against them, Shawn hasn’t answered them yet, will he do so tonight? All this plus the Intercontinental Title Tournament is down to the Final Four, find out tonight who one of the men will be that will be going to the Royal Rumble to battle for the Intercontinental Title when Savio Vega meets “Double J” Jeff Jarrett!!! We’ll find out the answers to all these questions and more tonight on MONDAY NIGHT RAW!!!!!

They go over what we will see tonight and wonder how in the world Bret Hart is going to be able to go at it alone against The Wolfpac here tonight?? The quickly throw it to the back as we get word that WWF Champion Bret Hart has arrived in the building!!!

Todd Pettengill catches up with him and asks Bret if he has a partner for tonight, Bret says he does not, and he hasn’t asked anyone to be his partner, Bret says he is going to face Diesel and Ramon on his own here tonight. Bret then pushes past Todd.

Vince and Ross are both shocked that Bret seems intent on going through with facing the Wolfpac on his own, they then take a look at the tournament brackets for the Intercontinental Title Tournament!

Intercontinental Title Tournament Semi Finals: Jeff Jarrett defeated Savio Vega when Jarrett reverses a Sunset Flip and puts his knees on Savio’s shoulders while grabbing the ropes for leverage!!! Vega had Jarrett flopping all over the ring in this match and looked like he might pull off the win to go to the finals, but Jarrett had more tricks up his sleeves than Vega was prepared for. Vega has nothing to be ashamed of however, as he had Jarrett on the ropes for most of the match, Jarrett just kept finding ways to slip out. During the match it is noted that the two latino gentlemen that were spotted keeping an eye on Savio during Superstars last night were in the crowd watching again.

After the match Jarrett tried to do his trademark strut, but Savio wasn’t having it, he knocked Jarrett around the ring before launching him out of it. Savio at least got a small measure of revenge for Jarrett robbing him of his chance at the Intercontinental Title at the Royal Rumble!

Ross and Vince then hype next week on RAW when the British Bulldog will meet Jake "The Snake" Roberts to decide who will go on to face Jeff Jarrett for the vacant Intercontinental Title at The Royal Rumble!!!!

Michael Hayes is backstage with The Smoking Gunns and Sunny!!! The Gunns say that the Road Warriors got lucky at In Your House: Season’s Beatings and things are going to be different at the Royal Rumble when they regain the WWF Tag Team Titles. They are interrupted by Sunny’s ex Chris Candido and Jesse James Armstrong,

Candido says that the Smoking Gunns better get their minds on tonight because he and Armstrong are going to kick their asses! Candido and Jesse James get in Billy and Bart’s faces!!! Vince yells to stay with us that match is next!!!

The Smoking Gunn w/Sunny defeat Chris Candido and Jesse James Armstrong when Billy pins Armstrong with a Sidewinder. These two teams have a huge battle, the pendulum swings back and forth, Candido and Armstrong had the match won after Armstrong put Billy on his shoulders and Candido caught him with a crossbody block off the top rope, but Sunny put Billy’s foot on the bottom rope to break it up. Armstrong was about to put Billy away again, but Sunny jumped on the apron to distract him, allowing Billy the chance to catch him with a knee to the back and set him up for the Sidewinder with Bart. During the match we see a shot of the WWF Tag Team Champions The Road Warriors in the back watching the match on a monitor, when asked for comments about facing the Gunns at The Royal Rumble Hawk and Animal says they have already proven they can beat the Smoking Gunns, and they are going to do it again at the Royal Rumble!!!

Vince and Jim Ross then talk about a man who is making his way to the World Wrestling Federation, he is the Ultimate Street Fighter KAMA!!!! A video shows a large man lifting what looks to be cinder blocks tied to a pole, it shows him in a meat locker boxing a slab of meat ala Rocky, it then shows several clips of him fighting in tough man contests and winning easily! Kama then looks at the screen and says he has beaten all that the street has to offer, lets see how tough the Superstars of the World Wrestling Federation are!!!

The British Bulldog w/Owen Hart defeated Marty Jannetty w/Bob Holly, Jannetty looked great in the match, flying around and keeping Bulldog off balance, but Bulldog caught Jannetty as Jannetty came off the top rope with a Crossbody block, slung Jannetty onto his shoulder and planted him in the middle ring with a running powerslam!!! A back and forth battle that saw Owen and Holly get involved as well near the end, Jannetty was trapped on the top rope for several seconds before he was able to leap off at Bulldog because Owen had grabbed him foot. Holly pushed Owen off and the two brawled on the outside while Bulldog got the pinfall, but had it not been for Owen, Jannetty very well could have gotten the win! Owen had joined the commentary team during the first part match and discussed the problems that seemed to brew between Pillman and Neidhardt when Pillman lost his match to Jake Roberts here on Raw a few weeks ago, and then the brawl that broke out between the two of them last night on Superstars after they dropped their match to Marty Jannetty and Bob Holly. Owen blew it off and said the Hart Foundation is stronger than ever as a unit. Owen says next week Bulldog will easily defeat Roberts and then show that country singer wannabe a thing or two at the Royal Rumble.

This Sunday Night on Superstars!!! Savio Vega will try to rebound from his loss to Jeff Jarrett tonight when he faces Henry Godwinn!!!

Plus this man will make his WWF Debut!!!!

Ross mentions how the Giant seems to have The Undertaker’s number, how he defeated The Undertaker at In Your House: Seasons Beatings, but Jimmy Hart still seems to be worried about the Undertaker being in the Royal Rumble because he tried to get the Hart Foundation to put Taker out. Bearer says that Jimmy Hart is scared of his Undertaker, and with good reason, because at the Royal Rumble it will be the Undertaker who wins the Rumble and goes on to Wrestlemania, not The Giant!!! Undertaker says at the Royal Rumble, he will feast on 29 other souls, but the one he will enjoy the most is the biggest one of them all, The Giant!!!! Undertaker tells all the souls who are taking part in the Royal Rumble to prepare, because the Reaper is coming for them!!!! With that

AND “STONE COLD” STEVE AUSTIN STORMS DOWN TO THE RING!!!!!

Austin climbs in and goes to all four corners, he then walks over and yells at Ross to hold the microphoone up. Austin says he is sick and tired of hearing about the Undertaker, about the Giant, about The Wolfpac, the only sonuvabitch that is going to win the Royal Rumble is the toughest sonuvabitch in the World Wrestling Federation, STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN!!!! Austin tells the Undertaker that he may have forgotten, but Austin pinned his Dead Ass in the center of this ring right here on Raw a couple of weeks ago!!!! Austin says at The Royal Rumble he is going to beat Undertaker again, but instead of pinning him, he is going to toss him over the top rope!!! “And that’s the bottom line, CAUSE STONE COLD SAID SO!!!” Austin yells in Taker’s face, Austin then KICK TAKER IN THE STOMACH!!!

AUSTIN TRIES TO GO FOR THE STONE COLD STUNNER, BUT TAKER PUSHES HIM OFF INTO THE ROPES!!!

TAKER GRABS A GOOZLE FOR A CHOKESLAM!!!!

RAMON AND THE KID ARE CHEERING DIESEL ON AS HE GRABS BRET AND JACKKNIFE POWERBOMBS THE WORLD CHAMPION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!!!!! BRET IS LYING ON THE MAT, DIESEL HOLDS THE WWF TITLE IN THE AIR IN ONE HAND AND THE WOLFPAC SIGN UP WITH THE OTHER!!! HE IS JOINED BY THE KID AND RAMON WHO THROW UP THE WOLFPAC SIGN!!!!! END VTR



Then the next night on Raw, Diesel gave an explanation, and an ultimatum to Shawn Michaels!!!


VTR(CLIPPED)So the frog agreed to take the scorpion across the river. He swam over to the bank and settled himself near the mud to pick up his passenger. The scorpion crawled onto the frog's back, his sharp claws prickling into the frog's soft hide, and the frog slid into the river. The muddy water swirled around them, but the frog stayed near the surface so the scorpion would not drown. He kicked strongly through the first half of the stream, his flippers paddling wildly against the current.


Halfway across the river, the frog suddenly felt a sharp sting in his back and, out of the corner of his eye, saw the scorpion remove his stinger from the frog's back. A deadening numbness began to creep into his limbs.

"You fool!" croaked the frog, "Now we shall both die! Why on earth did you do that?"

The scorpion shrugged, and did a little jig on the drownings frog's back.

"I could not help myself. It is my nature."

Then they both sank into the muddy waters of the swiftly flowing river.

Diesel says he is the Scorpion and Bret is the Frog,, he says you can’t blame the Wolfpac for doing what comes natural. They say they don’t care if it is Shawn Michaels or if it is Bret Hart, whomever comes out of the Royal Rumble with the title will have to deal with the Wolfpac. The Kid tells anyone who wins his title to beware, because he’ll be coming for it as soon as he is healed up. Then on the Christmas Eve edition of Monday Night Raw, Bret Hart and the Wolfpac finally had their first face to face confrontation since In Your House!

The Wolfpac is waiting for Bret in the ring, but Ross has some blockbuster news to announce for next week here on Raw!!!

The Undertaker and Steve Austin will battle one on one in the ring next week!!!

The WWF World Champion heads out to the ring and he is indeed by himself!!!! As Bret climbs into the ring and talks to referee Earl Hebner we get word from Todd Pettengill in the back that Shawn Michaels has arrived!!!!

We cut to a split screen to see Shawn walking around in his gear in the back, Todd tries to ask him what his answer to Diesel is, but a pissed off Shawn SHOVES Todd to the ground and throws the camera man out of the way!!!!!!


The split screen ends as the bell rings and the match gets underway!!! Diesel and Ramon play paper/rock/scissors to decide who is going to start what is in essence a handicapped match!!! Ramon wins and Diesel acts dejected over it, causing the Kid to give him a hug to console him. Ramon uses his power to toss Bret back a couple of times, but Bret uses his speed to get around Ramon and then drag him to the mat, Bret grabs several near falls on Ramon frustrating him behind belief, Bret hits a Side Russian Legsweep and looks for the Sharpshooter, but Ramon slips out of the ring to get away from it. Ramon climbs back in slowly and tags out ot Diesel. Bret tries to use the same tactic with Diesel that he did with Ramon, and it works for several minutes, until The Kid distracts the referee and Ramon comes in illegally to clobber Bret from behind. The Wolfpac then takes over punishing Bret, they are tossing him around the ring and beating him from pillar to post, they even toss him out of the ring a couple of times to allow The Kid to get a couple of shots in. Things are looking bleak for the Champion, he is able to keep kicking out of all the pin attempts, but he is getting punished.


As Ramon grabs a headlock on Bret in the ring........SHAWN MICHAELS APPEARS IN THE AISLE!!!!! Heenan yells that Shawn is here to join the Wolfpac!!! Vince says we have to take a break DON’T GO AWAY!!!

Ahmed Johnson defeated Jim “The Anvil” Neidhardt to kick off the show, Neidhardt came to the ring by himself, giving more fuel to the fire that the Hart Foundation isn’t getting along, we get a split screen as a camera catches European Champion Brian Pillman watching the match on a monitor and getting a good laugh whenever The Anvil is getting beaten up, that is until he catches the camera spying on him and flips out, pushing the camera man out the door and slamming it shut!!! Neidhardt and Ahmed had what Ross would have called a slobberknocker as they beat the mess out of each other in a battle that spilled out side of the ring as well as inside it. The finish saw Ahmed move out of the way of a football spear and The Anvil instead run into the corner, Anvil stumbled out and into a kick from Ahmed Johnson that set up the Pearl River Plunge for the victory!

Ahmed was making sure to high five all the fans on his way to the back, and took a little while cause he was still heading to the back when the show returned from commercial and Doomsday’s music hit. Jacobs and Ahmed had a staredown in the entranceway, they had some words for each other but didn’t come to blows. Doomsday then headed to the ring for his match,


Doomsday defeated Reno Riggins with the Claw Hold. Like last week, Doomsday just tore through Riggins, tossing him around like a rag doll. Doomsday looks like he is going to be a force to be reckoned with.

Gorilla puts over the WWF Superstar Hotline, a number of individuals are doing everything they can to make their way back to the WWF in time to take one of the few final spots in the Royal Rumble, Gorilla says Jim Ross knows the names and he’ll tell you who they are at Option 3, The Ross Report!! Kids get your parents permission before calling!!!!



SLAM JAM!!!Michael Hayes gives us the rundown on the Royal Rumble! Unless you are living under a rock you already know the match for the WWF Title as Bret “The Hitman” Hart will defend the title against “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels. Hayes says that Bret and Shawn may have once been friendly with each other, but they aren’t now. And after what happened on Raw, this is going to be one crazy match!! Hayes then sends us to comments from Bret Hart recorded right after Raw!!! Bret says that he didn’t ask for Shawn’s help and he didn’t want Shawn’s help, he tells Shawn that he doesn’t trust Shawn or anyone else, because all anyone wants to do is stab him in the back to get the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Bret says that it’s going to take allot more than what Shawn has to get the belt away from him, as Shawn is going to find out when he is Excellently Executed at the Royal Rumble!!!!



Hayes says this is shaping up to be perhaps the greatest match for the WWF Title in the rich history of that belt!!! Hayes says that match alone would be worth the price of admission, but it wouldn’t be the Royal Rumble if the Royal Rumble match itself wasn’t included!!!


30 Top Superstars will climb into the ring to decide who will be the man to go to Wrestlemania 12 and challenge for the WWF Title, and don’t forget, it was Bret Hart who won the Royal Rumble last year and then went on to Wrestlemania 11 to win the WWF Title. Hayes is about to wrap things up when a crew member runs on set to talk to him, Hayes is a bit put off by this and tells him to get out of the shot, the crew member has a sheet of paper he hands to Hayes and Hayes eyes bug out, Hayes asks if this is official and the crew member says yes. Hayes says once again its proven anything can happen in the World Wrestling Federation and says that it’s just been signed, and he hopes they reinforce the ring for it because former Million Dollar Corporation member and 2 time former WWF Champion Yokozuna will face current Million Dollar Corporation member, The Beast from the East Bam Bam Bigelow!! Hayes says that one is going to be, as his good friend Jim Ross would say, a slobber knocker!!!!

Chris Candido battles and defeats Dusty Wolfe to get the win after a Running Lyger Bomb!!!! During the match Monsoon and Heenan talk about how close Candido and Jesse James Armstrong came to beating the Smoking Gunns this past Monday Night, and getting a measure of revenge for Candido over his ex girlfriend and her new beau, if not for Sunny, Candido and Armstrong would have gotten the win, Monsoon wonders if Sunny will have as much of an effect on the World Tag Title match between the Smoking Gunns and The Road Warriors at The Royal Rumble!!!


Gorilla then takes us to a video package that gives us a brief rundown on the history of Yokozuna and the group he used to belong to The Million Dollar Corporation. It goes back to Saturday Night’s Main Event in July of 1995 when Yokozuna returned to the WWF and joined the Million Dollar Corporation, aiding Corporation member Hakushi in defeating the Undertaker in a Casket Match, Yoko and the Million Dollar Corporation then enjoyed success against the Undertaker, Ahmed Johnson and others, until they ran into a reemerging Jake “The Snake” Roberts, along with several of his Legendary friends, Roberts defeated the Million Dollar Corporation at the 1995 Survivor Series, leading to Ted Dibiase demanding Roberts head be served to him on a platter. After a series of blunders, Yokozuna faced Roberts at In Your House:Season’s Beatings, and because of Dibiase Yokozuna lost to Roberts.

Dibiase proceeded to fire Yokozuna and along with Corporation members Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Bam Bam Bigelow gave Yokozuna a beating. Yokozuna has since sworn to destroy the Million Dollar Corporation, and has already seemingly run Hakushi out of the WWF. Now at the Royal Rumble, Yokozuna meets the Beast From The East, the man Jim Ross has called The Human Wrecking Ball, Bam Bam Bigelow, and both men have the same goal, to put the other one OUT!!!


Jerry “The King” Lawler stands in the middle of the ring, and welcomes everyone to the first edition of The Kings Count. Lawler says that it is only fitting that a man of style, grace, wealth and excellence like himself be his first guest and invites out “The Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase, Dibiase is joined by Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Bam Bam Bigelow. Lawler asks Dibiase about the match that was just added to the Royal Rumble between Bigelow and Yokozuna, Dibiase says Bigelow knows what he has to do, Yokozuna failed the Corporation and now he must be dealt with. Dibiase says the Royal Rumble will be the greatest day in it’s history as Bigelow will destroy Yokozuna and HHH will win the Royal Rumble and get the shot at the WWF Title at Wrestlemania 12. Dibiase says that 1996 will be the year of the Million Dollar Corporation!!!!

ENTER THE ROYAL RUMBLE SWEEPSTAKES!!!.


The Giant with The Mouth of The South Jimmy Hart faces Barry Horowitz in the next match and compeltely towers over him. As the match begins we get a cut in interview from Jimmy Hart and The Giant, Hart says that no matter what other people are saying, no matter what the Undertaker is saying, The Giant is the odds on favorite to win the Royal Rumble daddy! The Giant says that if The Undertaker gets in his way he’ll put a beating on him worse than he did at In Your House when he chokeslammed him off the stage!!!! In the ring The Giant dominates Horowitz putting him down with a Chokeslam!!!!


Gorilla then gets word that something is going on in the back, Jim “The Anvil” Neidhardt is arguing with European Champion Brian Pillman, yelling at him for laughing at him while he was facing Ahmed Johnson, Owen Hart and The British Bulldog are trying to play peacekeepers but Pillman is egging Neidhardt on!!! Neidhardt loses it and it takes both Owen and Bulldog to hold him back while Pillman laughs!!!!!

Savio Vega takes on Henry Godwinn in our next match, Henry does have his tag team partner and brother Phineas with him. Vega and Henry fight all over the place and their battle does spill out of the ring, Phineas gets in the act as Henry distracts the referee and Phineas rams Savio into the ring post before rolling him back into the ring. Henry tries for the pin, but Savio is able to kick out. Henry punishes Savio some more, but when he goes for the Slop Drop, Savio slips out. Savio makes the babyface comeback, Phineas jumps on the apron and Savio slams Henry and Phineas’s head together before rolling Henry up for the three count!!

After the match, the two latino gentlemen that we saw last week appear at ringside again, Savio starts arguing with them in Spanish as Heenan and Monsoon close the show.

Jake “The Snake” Roberts keeps it going when he defeats Davey Boy Smith with a DDT out of nowhere to advance to the finals of the Intercontinental Title Tournament!! Only Owen Hart was with Davey for this match and he did try and get involved but the referee saw it and ejected him about halfway through the match. Jeff Jarrett, who was on commentary tried to jump Roberts after the match, but Roberts fought back. Roberts almost hit Jarrett with the DDT, but he slipped out and rolled out of the ring. Roberts stood in the ring and signaled that he’ll soon have a belt around his waist!!!

Todd Pettingill spoke with The Wolfpac backstage, Diesel says he noticed that Jim Ross is going to speak with both WWF Champion Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels later in the show, Diesel says that the Wolfpac may have to make an appearance as well......

WWF Tag Team Champion Road Warrior Hawk w/Road Warrior Animal wrestles to a no contest with Billy Gunn w/Bart Gunn and Sunny when both men’s corners jumped in the ring to brawl. Referee Tim White did his best with the match, but at every turn someone else was interfering or trying to interfere, finally the match turned into a total brawl between all four men and White had no choice but to throw it out!

Michael Hayes is backstage with The Undertaker and Paul Bearer, he asks about The Undertaker facing ”Stone Cold” Steve Austin later tonight after the way Ausitn disrespected him here last week on Raw. Taker says that he will teach Austin to respect the Reaper here tonight, just as he will teach 28 other Superstars to respect the Reaper this Sunday at The Royal Rumble!!!

Bam Bam Bigelow w/The Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase gets a warm up match for his battle with Yokozuna at The Royal Rumble when he meets the equally massive Mabel in the next match. Dibiase joins the commentary team and is very confident that his man will finish the former WWF Champion off this weekend. Bigelow and Mabel had a bit of a feud last year that never really had a blow off. They beat each other around the ring, but Bigelow pulls off the victory after a moonsault.

Jim Ross conducts an interview in the ring with WWF Champion Bret Hart and the man who will challenge him for the WWF Title at The Royal Rumble, Shawn Michaels! Bret isn’t happy that HBK came to his aid last week and says he knows he is just getting set up. Michaels says that Bret is paranoid, and he gets why, but Shawn hasn’t done anything to justify it, at least not recently! Bret says everyone knows about how Shawn used to manipulate everyone and everything to get what he wanted, Shawn tells Bret that Bret wasn’t always a choir boy himself. Shawn says that he isn’t here to argue, he isn’t here to fight, he is just here to wish Bret luck and say may the best man win. Shawn extends his hand, Bret thinks about it and shakes it, and as soon as he does, the Wolfpac’s music hits, they come down to the ring, Bret and Shawn both get ready to fight, Diesel says they aren’t going to fight, they are here with a warning, no matter who wins at The Royal Rumble, they have to deal with the Wolfpac.

Ahmed Johnson and Savio Vega defeat European Champion Brian Pillman and Jim Neidhardt w/Owen Hart, Owen claims on commentary that he and Bulldog arranged this match after what happened this past Sunday on Superstars. Savio pins Pillman after a Rocket Launcher by Ahmed and Savio. Pillman and Neidhardt could not get on the same page at all during the match, a fact that Owen tried to glaze over and brush off several times on commentary., but it was way too obvious, a miscue lead to Neidhardt getting knocked out of the ring and Pillman stumbling into the Ax Kick..

After the match Pillman shoved Neidhardt, Neidhardt shoved back and soon the two men were rolling around the ring brawling while Owen tried to pull them apart, the Bulldog rushed out of the back and helped Owen stop the brawl once again.

Todd Pettingill is backstage with ”Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Austin isn’t afraid of the Undertaker. Austin says tonight he is going to beat the Undertaker so bad that he won’t show his pale face at The Royal Rumble. Austin says tonight is the beginging of a journey that is going all the way to Wrestlemania and is gonna end with him holding the WWF Title!!!

To close out the show, The Undertaker with Paul Bearer faced off against the man who got in his face here on Raw last week, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin!!! An intense brawl throughout, referee Earl Hebner knew he didn’t have much of a chance in hell controlling this one, so he pretty much just let it go. Jimmy Hart and The Giant come out to watch in the aisle. Both men trade nearfalls, with Austin kicking out of a chokeslam and Taker kicking out of a Stone Cold Stunner. Austin tries for a second Stunner late in the match, but Taker pushes him off, and catches him with a chokeslam for a two count, Taker then signals for the Tombstone, he scoops Austin up, Austin tries to fight out of it but to no avail as Taker drops Austin right on the top of his head!!! Taker makes the cover and gets the three count for the victory!!

After the match, The Undertaker signals for the Giant to come to the ring and fight!!! Giant intends to take him up on it!!! The Giant is headed down to the ring as Jimmy Hart follows behind him!!! Taker is waiting when Austin gets to his feet and attacks Taker from behind!!! Taker and Austin are brawling in the ring as The Giant is about to climb in Ahmed Johnson rushes out of the back and jumps The Giant!!!! Soon the locker rooms empties as wrestlers who will take part in the Royal Rumble fill the ring!! Everyone is fighting all over the place as Raw goes off the air!!!

Backstage notes: Bobby Heenan was supposed to provide commentary with Gorilla Monsoon for this Pay Per View, but did not show up. Heenan’s contract had been expired for several weeks, and he and the WWF had been negotiating for a new one, but Heenan wanted to work less dates due to his recent neck surgery and the WWF was not willing to only have Heenan work at a reduced schedule. Heenan decided not to go to the Royal Rumble and to end his long association with the WWF.

Jesse James Armstrong defeats Paul Roma with a Pump Handle Slam to open up the card, Roma was in for a try out as he tries to catch on once again with a major promotion, Roma looked a little stiff and came out to his old Power and Glory music.

To kick things off The Headbangers make their WWF debut and face the team of Salvatore Sincere and The Brooklyn Brawler. The two unorthodox wrestlers come out to the ring carrying a table, They brawl with Sincere and The Brawler, Mosh pins Sincere after the Stage Dive. After the match they set the table up outside of the ring, then pull another table out from under the ring and stack it on top. They then place Sincere on top of the highest table. Mosh climbs the ropes and hits a splash that drives Sincere through the tables!!!!!

Todd Pettingill is backstage with the Wolfpac as they enter the building, Diesel says tonight he and Razor are going to work together to throw out everyone else and then the Wolfpac is going to Wrestlemania and they don’t care who the WWF Champion is, because the title will be coming to the Wolfpac!

Doomsday defeats “The Birdman” Koko B. Ware, Doomsday once again rips through his opponent, and even a Superstar like Koko couldn’t stand up to the onslaught. Doomsday has Ware down with the Claw, and starts yelling for Ahmed Johnson!!! Doomsday grabs the camera and yells that he wants Ahmed Johnson!!!!

Michael Hayes is backstage with WWF CEO Shane McMahon Hayes asks Shane about the final slot in the Royal Rumble, Shane promises that it will be a huge name and a huge surprise for everyone in the Wrestling World. Shane promises to announce the mystery participant before the Rumble match.

Kama defeats Duke “The Dumpster” Drose with a Death Valley Driver in a back and forth brawl that spills out of the ring and in front of Monsoon and Ross. After the match Drose tries to hit Kama with his garbage can, but Kama blocks it and instead wallops Drose with the garbage can. Not done, Kama scoops up Drose and gives him a Death Valley Driver onto the Garbage Can!!!! Ross says Kama is not a man to be trifled with!!!

In our last match of the program, European Champion Brian Pillman put his title on the line against Chris Candido Pillman had Jim “The Anvil” Neidhardt in his corner, as per the usual the two men couldn’t get along, and it came close on several occasions to costing Pillman the belt. The biggest blunder was when Neidhardt accidently tripped up Pillman instead of Candido, when Pillman turned to argue with Neidhardt, Candido rolled him up and almost got a three count. The finish saw Candido attempt a Super Bomb off the top rope and Pillman reverse it into a Super Hurricanrana to cap an amazing match.

Pillman and Neidhardt stood in the ring arguing as the timer counted down to 0, Ross yelled it’s time for the Royal Rumble!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gorilla Monsoon; Speaking of the WWF Title, it’s going to be on the line tonight when the Champion Bret “The Hitman” Hart, the man who won the Royal Rumble last year, faces “The Heartbreak Kid” himself, Shawn Michaels.

Billy and Bart dump Animal out of the ring and quickly start to beat down Hawk!! They toss him into their corner and then use quick tags in and out to try and wear Hawk down with armbars and reverse chinlocks. Hawk fights to his feet on Billy, fights out of the hold and grabs a sleeper on Billy, but Bart comes off the top rope with a double ax handle to the back off the head! Animal tries to jump in the ring, but Tim White stops him and while his back is turned the Smoking Gunns hit a double suplex on Hawk!!!

Jim Ross: Animal has to be smarter than that!! The Smoking Gunns are going to break every rule in the book in order to get the titles back and the Road Warriors cannot give them opportunities to get cheap shots in like that!!

A cover by Bart only gets a two count. Bart makes a tag and they double whip Hawk into the ropes, Hawk ducks a double clothesline however and insteads leaps at The Gunns and takes them down with a flying double clothesline of his own!!! Dropkick by Hawk sends Bart flying out of the ring. Hawk bodyslams Billy then hits a fist drop for a two count. Hawk tosses Billy into the corner and makes the tag to Animal!!

Animal beats back Billy, and whips him into the ropes, but doesn’t see Bart make the blind tag, Billy eats a powerslam, but when Animal makes the cover, White tells him it’s a no go!!! Bart is on the top rope waiting!!! Bart jumps off with a crossbody block, BUT ANIMAL CATCHES HIM IN A POWERSLAM!!!! COVER GETS ANOTHER 2 COUNT!!!

Animal whips Bart into the corner then rains 10 punches down on his head while the crowd counts along!!! Animal military press slams Bart out of the corner!! Cover!!! Billy breaks it up at 2!!! Animal works Bart over with a reverse chinlock!!! After several minutes Bart fights his way to his feet, he breaks the hold and runs the ropes but gets caught in a bearhug!!! Animal wrenches it in but Bart refuses to give up. Animal finally releases the hold and whips Bart into the corner.

Animal makes the tag to Hawk and they beat Bart down in the corner!!!! Hawk pulls Bart out of the corner, whips him into the ropes and powerslams him!! Hawk makes the cover but Bart kicks out!! Hawk whips Bart into the corner and charges him, but Bart moves at the last second and Hawk crashes shoulder first into the ring post!!! Hawk stumbles out of the corner, Bart lifts him up and Billy runs the apron, jumps up, and assists Bart with a Stun Gun!!!! Tim White admonishes Bart while Billy pulls Hawk out onto the apron and drops a guillotine leg drop on him!!! Billy rolls Hawk back into the ring, the Gunns make a tag and Billy climbs to the top rope......ROCKET LAUNCHER!!!! BILLY MAKES THE COVER!!!

HAWK KICKS OUT!!!!

Billy and Bart now start to work Hawk over again, applying their earlier strategy of quick tags in and out of the ring, they are barely giving Hawk the chance to breathe.


Jim Ross: The Smoking Gunns are keeping the Road Warriors down by isolating one man and using their tandem offense to try and wear him down, and it’s working Gorilla!

Gorilla: That it is, but they still haven’t been able to keep Hawk down for a three count, and getting close isn’t going to get them the titles back!!


Animal loses his temper several times, and each time tries to jump in the ring forcing Tim White to turn his back, and each time the Gunns take full advantage with double team manuvears including a backbreaker from Bart with a flying elbow from Billy for a two count, a clothesline from Bart into a bridging german suplex by Billy for a two count, but the one that backfired on them was a spike piledriver that Hawk just stood up after!!!

Jim Ross: By Gawd that just woke him up Gorilla!!!

Hawk knocks both men down, but gets laid low by a dropkick to the back of the head from Billy into a powerslam by Bart. That also gets a two count. The Gunns work Hawk over some more, trying to grind it out on the mat!! Several more two counts, but still the Gunns can’t keep him down and Sunny is screaming at them to do something to finish this!! Bart whips Hawk into the ropes, but drops his head too soon for a back drop and Hawk catches him with a desperation neckbreaker!!!! Both men are down and both their partners are begging for the tag!!! Bart makes his tag first, but Billy isn’t quick enough to stop Hawk from also making the tag!!!

Animal is a house of fire, fighting off both men!!! He clotheslines them both down, then backs Billy into the corner and starts to pound on him, Bart hits Animal in the back with a double sledge!!! The Gunns double whip Animal into the opposite corner, Bart tries to whip Billy into Animal but Animal moves and Billy crashes HARD in the corner!! Animal then decks Bart with a clothesline!!! Hawk is back in the ring and they have the Gunns in opposite corners, both men rain ten punches down on their head as the crowd counts along!!!

Gorilla Monsoon; We have a Pier Six Brawl, the referee has lost total control of this one!! And I think the fans love it!!

Hawk and Animal try to whip The Gunns out of the corner, and into each other, but Bart drops down and Billy jumps over his brother, The Gunns now are hammering the Road Warriors back, they attempt to whip the Road Warriors into each other, but the Road Warriors reverse the whips and the Gunns crash into one another, both stagger toward a Road Warrior and both are dropped with stereo military press slams!!! Double clothesline sends Billy over the top and out of the ring!!! The Road Warriors signal for the Doomsday Device!!! Animal puts Bart up on his shoulders and Hawk soars off the top rope with a clothesline!!! Hawk makes the cover and gets the three count!!! The Road Warriors retain the WWF Tag Team Titles here at the Royal Rumble!!!!!

WINNER: AND STILL WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE ROAD WARRIORS!!!!!!!

Todd Pettingill: A blockbuster announcement if there ever was one Bret, Hulk Hogan is not only back in the WWF, but in tonight’s Royal Rumble.

Bret Hart: That’s right Todd, and I for one am glad that Hogan has come back to the WWF, and I wish him all the luck in the world in the Royal Rumble tonight, but if he thinks it’s going to be easy to take this title away from me, he is in for quite a surprise.

Todd Pettingill: Speaking of surprises, I don’t know if you were listening earlier, but The Wolfpac seemed to allude to getting involved in some way with you match tonight with Shawn Michaels.


Bret Hart: Yeah I heard what those scumbags had to say, and what I say to that? BRING IT ON! Diesel, Ramon, Kid, I’m not scared of you, and I’m not backing down from anyone, you want this WWF Title, you want a piece of the Hitman, well I’m not very hard to find.

Todd Pettingill: How are you dealing with all these distractions and are they maybe making you a little vulnerable tonight when you face Shawn Michaels?


Bret Hart: No I don’t think so, I am putting everything that I have into this match tonight, I may not like Shawn all that much, we may never be best friends, but I respect the skills that he has, while he is one of the best wrestlers in the world today, he isn’t THE best, that honor is reserved for the man who holds the WWF Title, and Shawn if you want to take this title away from me, you better bring everything you got tonight, because it’s going to take that and much more to take this away from me!!!

Jarrett is kicking at Roberts on the ground, he pulls him up and tries to whip him into the ropes, but Jake reverses it into a short arm clothesline!!! Jake grabs the front face lock and is going to go for the DDT early!!! Jarrett scrambles away and bails out of the ring!!! Jarrett is calling for a time out!!! He can’t believe what is happening!!!

Gorilla Monsoon: There are no timeouts in professional wrestling!!!

Jim Ross: Jarrett’s just trying to keep away from Roberts, who looks like he is 10 years younger right now!!!

Roberts gets tired of waiting for Jarrett and jumps out of the ring, he chases Jarrett around the ring and back in, Jarrett starts kicking at Roberts again, he backs Roberts into the corner and starts laying in chops, he tries to whip Roberts into the opposite corner, but Roberts reverses, Jarrett smashes into the corner and stumbles out into a backdrop from Roberts!!!! Jarrett starts to beg off!! He is on his knees asking for mercy, but Roberts isn’t giving any!!! He kicks at Jarrett!! He whips Jarrett off the ropes and catches him with a knee to the gut!!! Roberts bounces off the ropes and connects with the Million Dollar Knee Lift!!!

JARRETT KICKS OUT!!!!

Roberts pulls Jarrett to his feet, he backs him into the corner and unloads with forearms, he hip tosses Jarrett out of the corner and applies a rear chinlock!!! Jarrett fights to his feet and breaks the hold, he sends Roberts into the ropes and catches him with a sleeper hold!!!! Jarrett is holding onto the Sleeper, but Roberts turns and brings Jarrett down with a belly to back suplex!!!! Roberts pulls Jarrett to his feet and looks to be going for the DDT!!! But Debra grabs him leg!!! Roberts lets go of Jarrett, reaches down and pulls Debra up to the apron by her hair!!! With Roberts distracted Jarrett clips his knee!!!!

Jarrett wastes no time taking the attack to Robert’s knee!!! Jarrett is working the leg over, doing every thing he can to weaken it, Roberts starts to fight back, and Jarrett goes right back to the knee cutting him off!! After a few minutes of this, Jarrett locks in the figure four leg lock!!!! Tim White is right in Roberts face asking him if he gives up, but Roberts is refusing!!! Roberts does everything he can and finally is able to reach the bottom rope forcing the break!!! Jarrett hangs on for a couple of extra second before finally releasing! Roberts uses the ropes to pull himself up, Jarrett is right on him with chops!! Jarrett whips Roberts into the ropes, Roberts ducks one clothesline and then both men connect with clotheslines sending them both collapsing to the mat!!!!


The two men slowly start to stir, Roberts unloads jabs on Jarrett, Jarrett unloads chops, Roberts looks to be getting the upper hand until Jarrett kicks the leg!!! Jarrett then quickly locks in the figure four leg lock for the second time!!! Gorilla says normally the figure four means the match is over, but Roberts is refusing to give it up!!! Ross says Roberts knows this may be his last chance at a belt!!! Roberts is screaming in pain but refuses to give it up!!! Roberts somehow finds a way to roll over and reverse the hold!!!! Now Jarrett is screaming in pain!!!! Jarrett finds a way to roll into the ropes this time forcing the break!!!!


Roberts is crawling across the ring, getting to the corner to pull himself up. Jarrett makes his way to Roberts and unloads with chops in the corner, Roberts takes the chops, but soon start to answer back with punches of his own!!! Jarrett soon isn’t answering back as Roberts grabs Jarrett and slams his head into the top turnbuckle 10 times!!!! Debra once again jumps on the ring apron!!!!! Roberts goes over and drags Debra over the top rope!!!! Debra is begging off!!! Roberts goes to grab her when Jarrett knees him in the back!!!! Debra scrambles out of the ring!!! Jarrett chokes Roberts on the middle rope!!! After a 5 count Tim White pulls Jarrett off Roberts, while his back is turned and he is yelling Jarrett, Debra grabs Jarrett’s guitar and KA BONGS Roberts!!!!! Roberts is out cold!!!! Jarrett grabs the unconscious Roberts, drags him into the middle of the ring and makes the cover for the easy three count and the Intercontiental Championship!!!

Now tonight I gotta go in and face the best technical wrestler to ever hold the WWF Title. Now me and Bret, we may not be the best of friends, we might not have a whole helluva lot in common, but I do respect his abilities, I do respect what he has done in the WWF and I agree, to be the best in the world you have to hold the WWF Title, which he currently is, but Bret, I think I am just a little bit better, and tonight I aim to prove it when I become the new WWF Champion.

Todd Pettingill: Now I know you heard the comments made earlier by the Wolfpac, how does that play into your planning for tonight’s match?

Shawn stops mid sentence and looks up and something off screen, just then the Wolfpac step into view.

The match understandably starts out slow, Hart and HBK are trading holds trying to feel each other out, after a couple of reversals and counters the two find themselves back on their feet at a stalemate. HBK tries to pick up the pace, Shawn runs the ropes, then exchange ducks and leapfrogs before Bret catches Shawn with a crossbody for a two count!!!! Shawn kicks out, and quickly gets back to his feet he unloads with a chop on Bret, but Bret decks Shawn with a punch that sends Michaels to the canvas!!! Bret sends Shawn into the ropes and attempts a backdrop, but Shawn catches him with a Sunset Flip for a two count!!! Shawn pulls Bret to his feet and grabs a side headlock, Bret breaks it and reverses it into a hammerlock, Bret whips Shawn into the ropes and attempts a hip toss, but Shawn flips out of it, only to get nailed by a clothesline from Bret!!!

Jim Ross: The Champion has the Challenger well scouted!!! He is finding counters for counters!!!

Bret makes a cover for barely a two count. He hits a swinging neckbreaker for another two count. Bret then grabs a headlock on the mat, looking to grind it out. Shawn fights to his feet, breaks the hold and runs the ropes, but after leapfrogging Bret he gets caught in a Sleeper Hold!!! Shawn almost goes out, but is able to fight back, he breaks the hold with several elbows to Bret’s gut, Shawn pushes Bret off into the ropes, Bret comes back with a clothesline, but Shawn ducks it, Shawn then attempts to go for Sweet Chin Music, but Bret grabs the top rope and doesn’t rebound into it!!! Shawn then charges Bret and gets the HIGH Backdrop over the top rope and out of the ring!!!! Shawn takes a sick bump as he crashes to the floor below. Shawn slowly gets back to his feet, but Bret doesn’t give him the chance to catch his breathe as he flies through the ropes with a suicide dive that catches HBK!!! Bret rolls Shawn back into the ring and makes a cover!!!

Now Shawn tries to grind it out by grabbing a chinlock, Bret fights it, but Shawn is holding on tight, Bret finally fight to his feet and elbows out of the hold, he throws Shawn into the ropes, Shawn ducks a clothesline and comes back with the Flying Forearm!!!! Shawn jumps to his feet and starts to warm up the band!!! Bret staggers up and Shawn goes for Sweet Chin Music, only Bret catches Shawn’s foot!!! Bret trips Shawn up and then tries to lock in the Sharpshooter, but Shawn quickly gets to the ropes!!!! Shawn scrambles to his feet but Bret quickly grabs a front headlock and then brings Shawn over and onto the mat. Bret works the headlock, but HBK keeps finding ways to twist and turn Bret into pinning perdicments for several 2 counts, but Bret still refuses to let go of the headlock. Shawn finally fights to his feet, he starts to break the hold when Bret slams him to the mat. He pulls Shawn up but his hair and whips him into the ropes, only to eat a dropkick for his trouble!!!! Shawn makes the cover but Bret kicks out at two!!! Shawn pulls Bret up and backs him into a corner, Shawn lights Bret up with hard chops that echo throughout the building!! Shawn then slams Bret to the mat and goes to the top rope!!! Shawn leaps off the top and hits the up yours elbow drop!!! Shawn makes the cover but Bret somehow kicks out!!!

Shawn gets to his feet and heads to the opposite corner, he starts warming up the band!!! Shawn is waiting for Bret to get to his feet when.........

RAZOR RAMON AND THE KID RUSHES FROM THE LOCKER ROOM!!! The Kid and Ramon each grab one of Shawn’s legs from outside the ring and crotch him on the ring post!!!! Before they can inflict anymore damage, Pat Patterson, Renee Goulet, Jerry Brisco, Tony Garea and a whole host of other officials rush out of the back to break it all up!!! Ramon and the Kid laugh as they are escorted to the back!! Shawn lies in the ring in pain as Earl Hebner calls for the bell!!!


But wait!!! Bret Hart stops him, he wants the match to continue, Shawn is back to his feet and he too wants the match to keep going. Hebner finally agrees to let the battle continue!!!!


Bret gives Shawn some time to shake off the effects of the attack, once he is ready they go back at it.

The two men lock up in the center of the ring, Bret grabs a hammerlock, but Shawn reverses it, Bret elbows out of it, then grabs a front headlock, Shawn fights out of it and shoves Bret into the ropes, Shawn with a hiptoss on Bret, followed but by a dropkick as Bret gets back to his feet, cover only gets a two count. Shawn grabs Bret and attempts a vertical suplex, but Bret blocks it and Bret hits a vertical suplex of his own. Bret drops a leg across Shawn’s chest for a two count. Bret backs Shawn into the corner, and after a few kicks and stops sets him up on the top rope for a Superplex, but Shawn fights back and knocks Bret off the top rope!! Shawn then comes down and connects with a double ax handle! Cover only gets another two count however.


Shawn whips Bret back into the corner, but he charges into a boot from Bret!!! Bret then catapaults Shawn into the corner, but Shawn catches himself on the turnbuckles!! Shawn scales to the top and comes off with a moonsault!!!! Shawn catches Bret and hangs on to make the cover!!!

Shawn gets to his feet and takes a wild swing at Bret, but Bret ducks and locks in the Sleeper!! Shawn backs Bret into the corner hard, breaking the hold!!! Shawn fires off chops and sends Bret into the opposite corner, Shawn charges Bret, but Bret moves out of the way!!! Bulldog from Bret!!! COVER!!!

Bret goes for the Sharpshooter again, only this time HBK pulls him into an inside cradle for a two count!!! Shawn is the first to his feet and catches Bret with a Piledriver!!!! Shawn then heads to the top rope, he leaps off looking for a diving splash, but Bret gets his knees up!!! Bret then gets to his feet and quickly locks in the Sharpshooter!!! Shawn is trying to fight the hold as Bret wrenches back on it when....

DIESEL RUSHES OUT OF THE LOCKER ROOM!!! DIESEL CLIMBS INTO THE RING AND ATTACKS BRET!!!! BRET TRIES FIGHTING BACK, BUT DIESEL SENDS HIM INTO THE ROPES AND CLOBBERS HIM WITH A BIG BOOT!!!


Before anything else can happen the same host of officials we saw earlier rushes out and pulls Diesel out of the ring. Hebner once again goes to call for the bell, but this time it’s Shawn who stops him, he begs Hebner not to end the match. Bret is back to his feet and he agrees, he wants the match to continue as well, and so for a second time, Hebner orders the match to resume!!!

Shawn gives Bret a few minutes to gather himself, as Bret did for Shawn earlier. Kama is doing everything he can to toss out Undertaker, meanwhile, Jarrett tries to whip Roberts into the corner, but Roberts reverses it and then crashes into Jarrett with a running clothesline. Roberts then climbs the ropes and rains ten punches down on Jarrett’s head while the crowd counts along!!! Roberts is still limping but he signals for the DDT!!! While Roberts is playing to the crowd though, Roberts grabs Jarrett for the DDT, but Jarrett wiggles away and rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope!! Jarrett isn’t eliminated because he didn’t go out over the top!! Roberts is yelling at Jarrett to get back in and gets blindsided from behind by Steve Austin!!! Austin is heaping punishment onto Hogan but Hogan is refusing to stay down, blood is flowing down Austin’s face, but he is yelling at Hogan that he shouldn’t have come back. Austin unloads with massive right hands, but something has gotten into Hogan and he isn't going down!!!!! Hogan starts to Hulk Up!!! Hogan backs Austin into the corner and starts going off on his rival.

Austin is beating Hogan all over the ring, but starts to slow down as the blood loss begins to get to him. Hogan fights back tosses Austin into the ropes and connects with the big boot. Austin collapses to the mat and rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope!!! Bulldog is trying to explain himself to a shocked Owen when Hogan tries to toss Bulldog out from behind, but Bulldog lands on the apron and rolls back in. Hogan and Bulldog circle each other, and then lock up. The match slows down for a few minutes, as both men try to get their breath, while at the same time wear their opponent down. Hogan is the first to really go after The Bulldog , when he catches him in the corner. WWF Tag Team Champion The Road Warriors defeated the team of European Champion Brian Pillman and Jim “The Anvil” Neidhardt., Neidhardt and Pillman didn’t come to blows this time as Pillman simply abandoned his partner!!! Owen Hart and The Bulldog stopped Pillman in the aisle and tried to talk to him, but Pillman blew them off and pushed passed!!!! It was announced before the match that Pillman would be defending the European Title next week against Savio Vega here on Raw. Neidhart fell to the Doomsday Device from the Road Warriors, Owen tried to take Pillman’s place in the match, but referee Tim White wouldn’t allow it.


After the match Hawk got on the microphone and mocked the problems that the Hart Foundation are having, he also said if Bulldog and Owen want a shot at the belts, all the gotta do is get in the ring!!! Bulldog and Owen got face to face with the Road Warriors as we go to the back and Todd Pettingill!!!

Sultan even connected with a Superkick that wobbled Yoko, but when he charged the big man, Sultan got caught in a Samoan Drop!!!! In a rematch from last night, Jake “The Snake” Roberts challenged the new Intercontinental Champion Jeff Jarrett for the title. Jarrett was once again accompanied by his new assistant Debra, and just like last night Debra kept getting involved in the match, until referee Earl Hebner got sick of it and ejected her from the ringside area!!!! Roberts gave it his all for a second night in a row, several times it looked like Jarrett was going to lose the title, but when Roberts accidently threw Jarrett into the referee and knocked him down, Roberts hit the DDT and made the cover, but the referee wasn’t able to make the count!!! Roberts went to check on the ref, and while he was doing so, Jarrett grabbed the Intercontinental Title belt!!! Roberts turned around and got plastered with the IC Belt!!! Jarrett shook Hebner awake and make the cover for the tainted three count!!!

Todd Pettingill finally caught up to Brian Pillman!!!

Pettingill asks him about why he abandoned The Anvil and if this means he is out of The Hart Foundation? Pillman says he never needed the Hart Foundation, THEY NEEDED HIM!!! Pillman holds up the European Title and says he is the only guy in the Hart Foundation that was able to hang onto a title, because he’s not a LOSER. Just then Jake Roberts limps by,

Vince McMahon is standing in the middle of the ring and invites out the man making his return to Monday Night Raw, the five time former WWF Champion and the man who will go on to Wrestlemanina to try and win the title for a 6th time, the winner of the 1996 Royal Rumble, Hulk Hogan!!

Hogan hits the ring and shakes does his ear cupping and posing for each corner before shaking hands with Vince McMahon.

Vince McMahon: Hulkster, welcome back!!!!

Hulk Hogan: Well you know something Vince McMahon, when your boy Shane called me last week brother and offered me the final spot in the Royal Rumble man, I didn’t know what to say. I asked myself, do you still have what it takes to make it in the WWF? Do you still have that fire inside of you to wrestle against the best the world has to offer? Can you still come out here and make the Hulkamaniacs proud man?


After thinking about it, after talking to the man upstairs about it brother, I called Shane back and I accepted, I accepted for one more chance man, for one more chance to be WWF Champion brother!!!! I went into the Royal Rumble man, and I did it, I won the Royal Rumble and now I’m going to Wrestlemania for one last shot at the WWF Title!!!!! And Bret Hart.............

Shawn Michaels makes his way out of the back, and he looks like he means business!!! Michaels jumps into the ring, he puts his hands up saying he just is coming out here to talk, Hogan puts his hand out and HBK shakes it.


Shawn Michaels: Now Hulkster, I don’t want you to get the wrong impression, I am happy for you, I am happy you were able to make a comeback, I am happy you won the Royal Rumble, I am happy you are getting a WWF Title shot. But what I am not happy about is how my match for the WWF Title last night was ruined by The Wolfpac. Now I know you are going to go on to Wrestlemania, that’s your shot, but what the Heartbreak Kid wants to know is WHEN IS HE GETTING HIS SHOT?? When am I getting my fair shot at the WWF Title? I want one, I think I deserve one, and I think I deserve it before Wrestlemania.

WWF Champion Bret “The Hitman” Hart makes his way out of the back!!!! Bret climbs in the ring with HBK and Hogan, no one is taking their eye off the other. Bret shakes Hogan’s hand but doesn’t offer to shake Shawn’s.


Bret Hart: First things first, Hulk, welcome back to the WWF!!! I just want to say it will be an HONOR to put the WWF Title on the line against you at Wrestlemania 12. As for you Shawn Michaels, you know, last night at the Royal Rumble, if I didn’t know any better I would think that it was all a set up by you and your buddies to get you another shot at the WWF Title and to get me to let my guard down!!!!

Shawn doesn’t like this and yells “THAT’S BULL!!!”

Bret Hart: But I don’t back down from any challenges, not from you or your buddies in the Wolfpac, so if you want another shot at this title before Wrestlemaina? Well YOU GOT IT PAL!!!!

THE WOLFPAC IS ON IT’S WAY TO THE RING!!!!


They stop just short and Ramon grabs a microphone.

Diesel: Isn’t this cute? Look at the three of you in the ring talking about the WWF Title like you guys own it. The only people getting any title shots are the Wolfpac. Hogan, 1986 called, they want you to come back and stop pretending that you matter in 1996!!!! Shawn, you had your chance, you had your chance to stand at our side and become WWF Champion and you threw it away, now it’s time for you to step aside. Bret, you want to accept challenges? You want to put that title on the line? THAN DO IT AGAINST ONE OF US!!!!

Steve Austin: I didn’t know that there was a Jackass Convention here tonight!!!! Look at you six jackasses standing around the ring, you all make me sick!!! Diesel: You talk awful big for a man in the locker room!!!!

Steve Austin: You want to see me up close and personal? Well then you better get ready cause I’m gonna come out there and stomp a mudhole in your oversized ass, and then I’m gonna open a can of whup ass up on all the rest of you jackasses!!!!

Austin storms out, but as soon as he comes through the curtain and onto the stage, a host of officials and security, lead by WWF CEO Shane McMahon descend on the area.

Shane McMahon: Everyone just slow their roll!!! Austin, you want to get your hands on Hogan? Well one of the things I promised the Hulkster was a shot at you when he agreed to come back, and you guys are going to get what you want!!! Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels and WWF Champion Bret Hart defeated Diesel, Razor Ramon and Steve Austin via disqualification at around the 10-minute mark when The Kid jumped in the ring to attack Hart as he was about to lock the Sharpshooter in on Ramon!!! Austin spent a good portion of the match arguing with his partners, but unlike recent weeks he didn’t strike out at them. Even though the bell rung, that didn’t stop the brawl as Hart battled Diesel, Hogan took on Austin in the aisle and Ramon and HBK fought into the crowd, The Kid tried to aid Ramon and got knocked out by Michaels. Everyone was brawling as the show came to a close.

The WWF Tag Team Champions the Road Warriors open up Superstars defending their titles against former WWF Tag Team Champions Men on a Mission!!! Mabel and Mo threw everything they had at the Road Warriors and Mabel did seemingly get a three count after a second rope splash, but Hawk somehow got his shoulder up. Mo ended up getting pinned after the Doomsday Device.

Men on a Mission were frustrated after the match and it was evident by the looks on their faces. The Road Warriors offered M.O.M a handshake, but instead Mabel and Mo attacked the World Champions!!! Mabel laid both men out with a belly to belly suplex and the challengers walked away leaving the Champions hurting in the ring!!!

Vince then sends us to Michael Hayes with THE SLAM JAM!!!!

We are a little under a week removed from The Royal Rumble and what a night that was! In case you missed it, Hulk Hogan, yes you heard right HULK HOGAN, returned to the WWF, shocked the world and eliminated ”Stone Cold” Steve Austin to win the Royal Rumble and secure himself a shot at the WWF Title at the event he made famous, Wrestlemania!!!


Also at The Royal Rumble, Bret Hart put the WWF Title on the line against Shawn Michaels and what a match it was, they kept throwing everything they had at each other, but The Wolfpac’s constant interference robbed the fans of seeing a decisive winner. The Wolfpac was then thrown out of the building and Diesel and Razor Ramon lost their spots in the Rumble!!! The next night on Raw, the Wolfpac planned to take their frustrations out on Bret and Shawn once again, but WWF CEO Shane McMahon had something to say about that and he ordered that Diesel and Ramon team to face Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart in a tag team match at The Main Event!!!

Hayes says this one has the potential to blow up in everyone face!! Shawn doesn’t like Bret, Bret doesn’t like Shawn and now they are being forced to team up?



Also on Raw, Shane McMahon made another match for The Main Event, as everyone knows the reason Hulk Hogan has been gone from the WWF for so long was because of the brutal wars he had last year with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, well now Hogan is back and he wants to settle the score once and for all!!!!

That’s something Austin is also game to do as well, so for one more time Hogan and Austin will climb into the ring to face each other at The Main Event!!!



Plus the Intercontinental Title will be on the line when Jeff Jarrett faces the man who eliminated from the Rumble match itself, The Undertaker!!

Hayes says that Jarrett may be cocky, but even he has to realize that facing the Undertaker could mean that Jarrett will have one of the shortest Intercontinental Title regins ever!!

Todd Pettingill is backstage with WWF Intercontinental Champion Jeff Jarrett and his assistant Debra Todd says that Jarrett has to be upset about having to face The Undertaker at The Main Event, Jarrett says he has a plan, and he’ll reveal that plan to the world this Monday Night on Raw!!!!


Savio Vega defeats Pat Tanaka with a Caribbean Kick in a competitive back and forth battle, during the match, Vince and Monsoon hype that this Monday Night on Raw, Savio will challenge European Champion Brian Pillman for the title!!! Once again Savio was watched by the two Latinos that have seemingly followed him around, only this time security stopped them before they could confront Savio, security had to physically restrain the gentlemen and had to handcuff them in order to lead them out of the building after one of them struck a security guard.

Venom says that it is nice to finally meet someone here in the World Wrestling Federation that has some small measure of class! Venom claims to be THE sports agent in the world today and he says he has been looking for the place to make the biggest impact and he has discovered it is here in the World Wrestling Federation, he was planning to sign up some wrestlers here, but after seeing what was here, he wasn’t that impressed. Venom says he has been in deep negotiations with someone to come to the WWF, and as soon as all the t’s are crossed and the I’s dotted, this person will make their WWF debut and once they do, Venom knows it won’t take long for them to be on top of the WWF.

Pettingill is then interrupted by Ahmed Johnson, Johnson says Doomsday has been calling him out, well tonight, NEXT, Doomsday is going to find out when you call out Ahmed Johnson, all you are asking for is an ASS KICKING!!!


Doomsday and Ahmed Johnson have been on a collision course for weeks and they finally collided here on Superstars!!! An all out war between the two been, they beat and battered each other all over the place, the out of control melee finally ended ino a double count out as the two men disregard the referees count as their brawl spills outside of the ring. Doomsday and Johnson beat the hell out of each other for the entire match and it didn’t stop when the bell rung, Tony Garea, Renee Goulet, Pat Patterson and Jack Lanza came out to break up the brawl.

Our hosts Vince McMahon and Jim Ross welcome everyone to the show and reveal two big matches for tonight, Hulk Hogan will battle Diesel and as they prepare to team together to face The Wolfpac on Feburary 18 at Cali Clash here on USA, WWF Champion Bret Hart will have to team with The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels to face former WWF Tag Team Champions The Smoking Gunns!!! Vince gets a quick word with the WWF Champion in the back and Bret is not happy about having to team with HBK tonight or at Cali Clash!!!

Bret says that it’s bad enough that he has to keep his eyes on his opponent, but he also has to watch his partner so that he doesn’t get stabbed in the back. Bret says that’s OK though, it comes with the territory when you are the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be!! Bret says he has a bullseye on his back as long as he holds the WWF Title, and he plans to have that bullseye for a very long time!!!

Our first match starts the show off with a bang as the European Champion Brian Pillman meeting the challenge of the man who pinned him two weeks ago here on Raw, the Latin Sensation Savio Vega !!!!! Pillman was not accompanied to the ring by any members of the Hart Foundation, During the match, Vince spoke with Bulldog, Owen and The Anvil from the back and they said that Pillman is out of control and until he realizes he is costing the team, they won’t have anything to with him. Vince asks about the challenge made last week by WWF Tag Team Champions The Road Warriors and Bulldog says he and Owen have accepted and they will be facing the Road Warriors at The Main Event : Cali Clash for the WWF Tag Team Titles! Back in the ring Vega comes extremely close to taking the title off Pillman, and even has him pinned at one point, but Pillman gets his foot on the bottom rope right as the three count in being made, Ross is convinced Pillman didn’t get it on there in time, but referee Jimmy Kordaris tells Vega the match has to go on, Pillman is able to defeat Vega with a missile dropkick and retain the title.

Afterward, Pillman rips the belt off referee Jimmy Kordaris and uses it to whip Vega with it!!! He only stops when the man he brawled with in the back last week, Jake “The Snake” Roberts rushes into the ring!!! Pillman tries to hit Roberts with the belt, but Roberts stops him. He and Pillman brawl with Roberts getting the upper hand!!! Roberts then whips Pillman with the belt forcing Pillman to run out of the ring!!!! Pillman yells up at Roberts that this isn’t over as we take our first commercial break.

Todd Pettingill is backstage with The Wolfpac later tonight, Diesel will face Hulk Hogan!!! Before we get to that Diesel wants to talk about his and Razor Ramon’s match with WWF Champion Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels at The Main Event: Cali Clash. Diesel laughs about how upset Bret was about having to team with Shawn, and says that he and Razor aren’t going to have to do a damn thing but pick up the pieces after those two tear each other apart!!!! As for tonight, Diesel says he is going to put Hogan out to pasture once and for all, and take Hogan’s shot at the WWF Title at Wrestlemania. Just one damn minute son!!! we hear ”Stone Cold” Steve Austin yell from off screen!!!

Austin gets right in Diesel’s face and says 1) the only person who is putting Hogan out is him, and 2) the only person taking that Wrestlemania title shot is the baddest SOB walking the Earth today, HIM “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, and THAT’S the bottom line, CAUSE STONE COLD SAID SO!!!! Diesel says we’ll just see about that as Todd quickly sends us back out to the ring before things get too heated!!!!



Our next match sees the two time former WWF Champion, the mammoth Yokozuna meet Henry Godwinn, who was accompanied by his brother Phineas Godwinn. Henry and Yoko have what Ross tenderly refers to a slobberknocker as they just beat the holy hell out of each other from pillar to post!!

Vince catches a glimpse of Dibiase and Hunter in the stands, watching the match, they are discussing things and obviously talking strategy. In the ring, Henry and Yoko’s brawl spills out of the ring, Yoko gets the better of it and rolls Henry back into the ring, but Phineas attacks Yoko from behind and slams his head into the ring post!!! Referee Tim White somehow didn’t see any of it!!! Henry goes out to retrieve Yoko and rolls him back in the ring. Henry works Yoko over for several minutes and gets a couple of two counts, but can’t put the big man away. In his frustration, Henry does a very stupid thing when he tries to slam Yoko, Henry is unable to do so and hurts his back!!!! The former WWF Champion then belly to belly suplexes Henry , drags him to the corner and hits the Banzai Drop for the three count.

Yoko sees HHH and Dibiase in the crowd and stares them down as Vince sends us to the back!!!

Michael Hayes is with Shawn Michaels!!!! Shawn says he heard Bret earlier tonight, and he is just as unhappy about having to team with Bret as Bret is about having to team with him. Shawn says it’s bad enough they are being forced to team up at Cali Clash, but tonight as well? Shawn says that Diesel is wrong though, they may not like each other, but they hate The Wolfpac much, MUCH more!!! Shawn says if he has to team with Bret to put the Wolfpac down once and for all, so be it, but after it’s done, he doesn’t care if it’s before Wrestlemania or after, he doesn’t care if it’s against Bret of Hulk Hogan, Shawn wants another match for the WWF Title!!!!

Jim Ross has an in ring interview with Intercontinental Champion Jeff Jarrett and his personal assistant Debra!!!! Jarrett is going to have to defend the Intercontinental Title at The Main Event: Cali Clash LIVE on the USA Network, February 17th, against the man who eliminated Jarrett from The Royal Rumble, none other than THE UNDERTAKER!!! Ross asks Jarrett if he is concerned and Jarrett says he is not, he came to the WWF to prove that he is better than everyone else, and what better way to start than against The Undertaker! But Jarrett knows that Paul Bearer is tricky and is known to cheat, and he is going to hedge his bets and have a little insurance at Cali Clash, and while Debra is great at assisting him in….other ways, she wouldn’t be able to handle that tub of lard Bearer, so he wants to introduce his manager for one night only, JIMMY HART!!!!

Jimmy Hart and The Giant come down to the ring, Jimmy says he can’t wait to see Jarrett beat the Undertaker at Cali Clash, and he and The Giant will have front row seats!!! The Giant says he vows that the Undertaker will never win a title in the WWF as long as he is around. Jarrett says one thing he learned in this business you always find a way to stack the deck in your favor!!!

The Smoking Gunns take full advantage of their opponents miscommunication, but Bret and Shawn do come to each other’s aid several times to stop a three count. Finally Shawn and Bret’s argument gets really heated and Shawn , Bret shoves Shawn, AND SHAWN GOES FOR THE SUPERKICK!!!!

Bret looks at Shawn with surprise, Billy Gunn tries to rush them and Shawn takes him down while Bret locks the Sharpshooter in on Bart for the submission victory!!!! After the match Bret grabs Shawn and spins him around, he wants to know if Shawn was trying to hit him or hit Bart with the Superkick!?!? Shawn just smirks, pulls away from Bret and leaves the ring!!! Ross wonders how in the world these two are going to be able to beat the Wolfpac at Cali Clash?!

We then see a split screen of Hulk Hogan walking in the back on one side, he crosses himself as he heads toward the curtain, and Diesel along with Razor Ramon and The Kid walking on the other side!!! Vince yells that Hogan and Diesel will mix it up NEXT!!!!

The tension in the building finally came to a head in our main event as Hulk Hogan met Diesel in an all out WAR!!!! Diesel of course had Razor Ramon and The Kid with him, Hogan was on his own, but during the match, both Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels came out to watch. Ramon, Kid, Bret and HBK all got involved at one point or another in the match, forcing referee Earl Hebner to ejected all four of them from ringside. Hogan and Diesel fought all around the outside of the ring, Hebner gave them plenty of leeway as he could have easily disqualified them several times. Hogan was starting to Hulk Up after taking a ton of punishment from Diesel when Stone Cold Steve Austin came out of the crowd, hit the ring and dropped Hogan with A STONE COLD STUNNER!!!! Hebner finally had no choice but to call for the DQ!! Diesel was none too happy about this and grabbed Austin. Austin pulled away and soon the two never do wells were brawling in the center of the ring as Raw goes off the air!!!!
