Mercer, “”Welcome to ‘American Championship Wrestling’! What a show we have for you. We have a grudge tag team match. Both Gary Hart and Skandor Akbar wanted Hercules Hernandez, Hart won, and Akbar is not happy. That has led to our tag team match. Gary Hart sends Hernandez and Ray Candy in against the Missing Link and Ernie Ladd. This will be a brawl! Let’s go to Joe Rinelli and a newcomer.”

Brickhouse Brown vs. Bob Marcus
Brown, the rookie from Delaware, debuts in ACW. Brown is very quick, and the fans take a liking to him. Marcus is game, but Brown finishes him with a drop kick. This youngster may have a future here.

Eric Embry vs. Zane Smith
Another youngster is in action here. Since breaking from Ken Timbs, Embry has become popular with the fans. He wrestles aggressively, and looks very good. Smith puts up a good fight, but Embry is too much. He hits the piledriver for the win.

Kevin Von Erich vs. Kelly Kiniski
The popular Kevin meets the rugged Kiniski. Kelly takes the fight to Kevin, and we have a knock down, drag out fight. Kiniski holds his own, but the cheers of the crowd send Kevin over the edge, he clamps on the iron claw, and it’s over.

“Gentleman” Chris Adams vs. The Assassin
Adams remains on the trail of the Texas Champion. Jimmy Garvin has stayed one step ahead of the “Gentleman” so far. The masked man jumps Adams before the bell. It takes a minute, or two, but Adams rebounds. He takes the fight to the Assassin. Chris ends things with the superkick.

Marc Lowrance is with Paul Ellering, and the Legion of Doom
Lowrance, “With me are the International Six Man Tag Team Champions, the Legion of Doom, and their manager ‘Precious’ Paul Ellering. Mr.Ellering, it has been announced that the Von Erich Brothers are the number one contenders for the six man title. That must make you uncomfortable.”
Ellering, “Marc Lowrance, the Legion of Doom has held these titles for some time, we have beaten the best there is, and now these simpering Texas heroes want the challenge my monsters! Let them try. Fritz Von Erich, you have big plans for your sons, but I guarantee you, my men are superior! We will prove that every time we see them that the Legion of Doom will reign supreme!”
Lowrance, “When this much comes to your town, don’t miss it!”

Non-Title Match
The Legion of Doom (International Six Man Tag Team Champions) vs. Mike Reed, Billy Travis and Buddy Moreno
The Champions, are big, mean, and vicious, but the Von Erichs have them in their sights. The wrestling world is waiting for that collision. The young Barbarian starts for the Legion of Doom. He overpowers Travis, and the challengers are in trouble. The Road Warriors join in the attack, and the Champions take over. Animal and Hawk use the doomsday device on Moreno for the win.
Winners-The Legion of Doom
Marc Lowrance is with Gary Hart, Hercules Hernandez and Ray Candy.
Lowrance, “With me are Gary Hart, and his new team, Hercules Hernandez and Ray Candy. Mr. Hart, you were able to sign Hercules Hernandez from Skandor Akbar. That was an impressive business move.”
Hart, “you’re right Marc Lowrance. Skandor Ak-a-bar is a very smart man. He knows the wrestling business, and he knows wrestlers. Hercules Hernandez is a coming Star in this sport. He will rise to the top, and I’ll take him there. Tonight, you will see why Mr. Hernandez made a very wise decision signing with me.”
Lowrance, “Mr. Hernandez, why did you choose Gary Hart?”
Hernandez, “Gary Hart is the top manager in wrestling, and I am the best young wrestler in the sport. Tonight, you are going to see the biggest thing in wrestling, and see a momentous night.”
Lowrance, “Our Main Event will be a great one.”

The One Man Gang vs. Chief Jules Strongbow
Gary Hart has stayed in the back to prepare for the Tag Team Match. The Gang jumps Strongbow before the bell. He pounds away on the Indian star. Strongbow tries to mount a comeback, but Gang is too much. He hits the 747 splash for the win.

The Missing Link and Ernie Ladd w/General Skandor Akbar vs. Ray Candy and Hercules Hernandez w/Gary Hart
Four big, wild, men will do battle here. The tension between Hart and Akbar is thick. Hart won the “Hercules lottery”, and he makes sure Akbar knows it. The Link starts against Candy. The wild Link does not wrestle, but he is vicious. He works over Andy, and Ray is in early trouble. Candy fights his way out of the corner. He tag in Hercules. He goes right after the Link. Akbar, and Hart, both shouts instructions to their men. The Link tags in Ernie Ladd. The wrestling and football legend enters the ring. He and Hernandez lock up. The two big men deliver punishment to each other. Hernandez begins to get the upper hand over the legend, but Ernie begins to mount a comeback. Hercules tags in Candy. As Ray steps through the ropes, Hernandez attacks him! WHAT IS GOING ON! Ladd and the Link join in the three on one attack. Hart is stunned. After working over Candy, Akbar’s men toss him through the ropes, and he lands at Hart’s feet. Akbar climbs into the ring. He stands with Hercules, Ladd and the Link. He takes the mic from Lowrance.
Akbar, “Hart! No one beats the General, and I mean no one!”
Result-No Contest
Bill Mercer closes the show.
Mercer, “What a shocking turn of events! Gary Hart will not take this lying down! I know we will talk about this next week, and what a night of action we will have. Our main event will be a American Heavyweight Title Match, ‘Gino Hernandez will defend against Johnny Mantell. Don’t miss it!”
