Bill Mercer opens the show.
Mercer, “Welcome to ‘American Championship Wrestling”! We have a big announcement tonight. Hercules Hernandez will chose his manager. Who will it be? Gary Hart, or Skandor Akbar. We also have two great main events. In a non-title match, the Fantastics take on the Pretty Young Things, and we have a Texas Title Match, ‘Gorgeous’ Jimmy Garvin defends against Al Madril. Let’s get things started with Marc Lowrance.”
Match #1
Eric Embry vs. Ric McCord
Embry is on his own now. He wants to make a name for himself. McCord is very strong, and uses his strength. Embry mounts a comeback, and the fans seem to get behind him. Eric finishes with a piledriver. The fans seem have taken to Embry.

Kamala w/General Skandor Akbar vs. Bob Marcus
Akbar is waiting for Hercules’s announcement. In the meantime he leads the Ugandan Giant into the ring. Kamala is at his vicious best. He chops and kicks, and Marcus is in deep trouble. Akbar and Friday shout instructions to Kamala. The ends comes with a big splash from the Ugandan.

Johnny Mantell vs. Ray Candy w/Gary Hart
The tough cowboy from Montague County meets the massive Candy. Ray starts fast, and punches and kicks away at Mantell. Hart shouts instructions from ringside. Mantell mounts a brief comeback, but Candy uses a powerslam for the win.

Kerry Von Erich vs. Kelly Kiniski
Kerry Von Erich, the former American Heavyweight Champion, comes to the ring. He remains a top contender. Kiniski looks very good early in the match. They trade holds and counter holds. Things begin to go Kerry’s way. He works over Kelly and slaps on the iron claw. Kiniski fights, but he is out.
Winner-Kerry Von Erich
Marc Lowrance is in the ring with Hercules Hernandez.
Lowrance, “With me is Hercules Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez, you asked for this time to announce your new manager. The floor is yours.”
Hernandez, “I’d like Gary Hart and Skandor Akbar to come out here.”
Hart and Akbar come to the ring.
Hernandez, “I wanted you to out here. You are two of the best managers in the sport. I have a lot of confidence in myself. I know I can go to the top of the sport. I also know that one of you can take me to the top. I choose the best manager in the sport...Gary Hart!”
Hart is elated, and Akbar seems very angry. Hart shakes hands with Hernandez. He takes the mic.
Hart, “Hercules, you made a very wise choice. I will take you to the top. Skandor Ak-a-bar, you ate a good manager, but I’m a great manager, and ‘Herc’ and I are going to the top!”
Akbar hastily exits the ring. The segment with Hart, and Hernandez, standing, triumphantly, in the ring.
Match #5
Hercules Hernandez w/Gary Hart vs. Mike Reed
Hernandez looks even sharper now that he is with Hart. He attacks Reed and delivers a tremendous beating. Hernandez slaps on the full Nelson. Reed quickly submits. Hernandez looks like a monster.

Marc Lowrance is with the Fantastics.
Lowrance, “With me are, the American Tag Team Champions, the Fantastics. Gentlemen, you have jumped right into the fire. Tonight, you put the titles on the line against the Pretty Young Things. There are very good.”
Rogers, “Bobby, and I are fighting Champions! We know how good Ware and Austin are, and we don't care! We will fight anybody, any place, any time,”
Fulton, “Toomy and I know that the PYTs will break all the rules, and do anything to win, well bring it on! Tommy and I want to wrestle by the rules, but we want to stay Champions, and we’ll fight you toe to toe, bring it on!”
Lowrance, “Don’t miss this one, Fantastics vs. Pretty Young Things!”

Texas Championship
“Gorgeous” Jimmy Garvin (Champion) w/Precious vs. Al Madril
Madril is a threat to any title in the sport. Garvin struts around the ring as Sunshine, and Precious dote over him. The bell rings and they lock up. The early moments of the match go back and forth. Al gets a quick two count, and Garvin is frustrated. Finally, Precious, and Sunshine, distract Madril. Garvin hits the brainbuster for the win.

American Tag Team Championship
The Fantastics (Champion) vs. The Pretty Young Things
Two of the best teams in the business go at it. The action is fast paced, and exciting. Both teams tag in and out. Norvell Austin grabs a handful of tights and hits a two count on Rogers. Tommy is able to kick out. The PYTs trap Fulton in the corner, and begin to work him over. Rogers tries to help, but referee Rick Hazzard stops him. This allows the PYTs to inflict more punishment on Fulton. The action goes back and forth. Finally, all four men end up in the ring. Hazzard can’t seem to gain control, and he calls for the bell. Both teams are disqualified.
Result-Double Disqualification
Marc Lowrance is at ringside and closes the show.
Lowrance, “What a night of action! We had the big tag team match, and Hercules Hernandez made is choice…”
General Skandor Akbar comes out.
Akbar, “Listen Lowrance, the General doesn’t take losing well! I want Hart and his men out here now!”
Hart, Hercules Hernandez, and Ray Candy, come out.
Lowrance, “Easy gentlemen, we don’t want any trouble.”
Hart, “No trouble at all! Skandor Ak-a-bar, what do you want?”
Akbar, “I want revenge! Next week, you bring Hernandez, and Candy,I’ll have and MY NEW MEN!”
Hart, “I don’t care who you have, look at my men! We’ll fight anyone you have!”
Akbar, “Just what I wanted! Your two men against these men!”
“The Big Cat” Ernie Ladd, and the Missing Link come out.
Lowrance, “Ernie Ladd, and the Missing Link!?”
Akbar, “That’s right! ‘The Big Cat’!”
Hart, “We’re not backing down! Bring ‘em on!”
Lowrance, “Ray Candy and, Hercules Hernandez, vs the Missing Link, and Ernie Ladd, next week!”
