Mercer, “Welcome to ‘American Championship Wrestling’! We have an exciting show for you tonight. Kevin Von Erich takes on the Great Kabuki, we have a fantastic tag team main event. The Fantastics meet the Fabulous Blondes. To get things started, Gary Hart has a new man in the ring.”
Match #1
Ray Candy w/“Playboy” Gary Hart vs. Buddy Moreno
The massive Candy wears his “Zambuie Express” fatigues. The massive Candy goes to work. He is methodical. He destroys Moreno, and wins with a powerslam. Gary Hart has a monster on his hands.

Boris Zhukov w/General Skandor Akbar vs. Mike Reed
The big Russian has been locked in battle with Hacksaw Duggan. Tonight he is at his vicious best. He works over Reed. Mike has no chance, and Zhukov uses a headbutt to win.

Iceman King Parsons vs. Ric McCord
Parsons is one of the most popular men in the sport. He starts fast. McCord fights back with illegal tactics. Parsons takes over and wins with a butt bump.

Al Madril vs. Bob Marcus
The veteran from Los Angeles is very accomplished. Madril and Marcus trade holds and counter holds. The momentum swings towards Madril. He locks in the Indian deathlock for the win.

Mercer, “As summer winds down we approach Labor Day. That is the traditional end of summer, and it has always been a part of wrestling history. ACW will present “Labor Day Star Wars” on, Monday night, September 3.now for the even bigger news. ACW has been expanding outside the state of Texas, and we have big news! ‘Labor Day Star Wars’ will take place in the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans. It is one of the iconic stadiums in the world, and has a rich wrestling history. We can announce our main event for that night. Kerry Von Erich will defend the American Heavyweight Championship against number one contender Gino Hernandez. Let’s hear from the Champion.”
We see Kerry Von Erich holding the American Heavyweight Title.
Kerry, “The Superdome, I’ve wrestled there before, and it’s an honor to defend the title there. I have to give Hernandez credit, I don’t like him, but he’s a good wrestler. Hernandez, you’re not going to take this title. It belongs to me, and the fans, and we’re not giving it up!”
Mercer, “Kerry vs. Gino, September 3, at the Superdome!”
Match #5
Brian Adias vs. King Kong Bundy w/General Skandor Akbar
Adias will have to hit and run. He starts fast, and Bundy is frustrated. Adias even gets a quick two count, Bundy rolls out of the ring, and is lectured by Akbar. He returns, and picks up the aggressiveness. He pounds away at Adias. Bundy hits the avalanche and demands a five count from referee David Manning.

Marc Lowrance is with Kevin Von Erich.
Lowrance. “With me is the very popular Kevin Von Erich. Kevin, since ACW formed, you have been very successful. Tonight, you meet the Great Kabuki. That is quite a challenge.”
Kevin, “That’s right Marc. Kabuki Is weird, but he’s really dangerous. I’m ready for him, but I have to keep an eye on Hart too.”
Lowrance, “Let me get your opinion on Kerry’s upcoming match with Gino Hernandez.”
Kevin, “Hernandez is good, and he has Hart too. Everyone knows Gino cheated to pin Kerry at Reunion Arena. Kerry’s not going to let that happen again.”

Kevin Von Erich vs. The Great Kabuki w/“Playboy” Gary Hart
Kabuki spits the green mist into the air, and then attacks Kevin. Von Erich doesn’t even get his ring jacket off. Kabuki chops and kicks, and Kevin is in trouble. Gary Hart shouts instructions from ringside. Kevin begins to fight his way out of the corner. He tears off his jacket, and throws right and left hands. Now Kabuki is in retreat. Things look good for Kevin. Suddenly, Kabuki shoots more green mist into Kevin’s eyes. Referee Bronko Lubich calls for bell. Kabuki is disqualified. Mike Von Erich, and Brian Adias come to Kevin’s aid.

The Fantastics vs. The Fabulous Blondes
Two very quick, and very talented, tag teams meet. The Blondes arrived in ACW and immediately targeted the Fantastics. Ken Timbs and Tommy Rogers start the contest. The action is fast and furious. Both men get nearfalls. Eric Embry tags in, and picks up the aggressiveness. Rogers tags in Bobby Fulton, and he and a Embry lock up. The remainder of the match is fast paced, and exciting. The end comes when Embry uses the ropes for leverage and pins Rogers. The Fantastics argue, but the Blondes have scored the upset.
Winners-The Fabulous Blondes
Bill Mercer closes the show.
Mercer, “WOW! The Fantastics won’t take that lying down! We had the big announcement about the Superdome, and next week, we will have more information about the big show. We will also have a great tag team title match, the Road Warriors defend the American Tag Team Titles against the Kansas Jayhawks, don’t miss it!”
