TV opens with Cruise announcing the two feature matches will see The Steiners and Brian Pillman wrestle Los Gringos Locos and Al Snow, and then it’s the Lumberjack Match with Titan Sports, Inc. looking to avenge their loss versus El Hijo del Santo and Octagon, and the lumberjacks for the match are announced as:

RUDOS-Al Snow, Universo 2000, Masacara Anos dos Mil, Disco Inferno and Los Gringos Locos

TECHNICOS- Rock n Roll Express, Vampiro, Brian Pillman, Konnan and The Steiner Brothers, so you know going in the last match on TV will be a wild one.

The show opens with Tommy Rogers and Bobby Fulton, the Fantastics, glad-handing the fans, smiling, giving thumbs up, and working way too hard to get over with the fans.

This weeks sleazy Chris Cruise 1-800 come on
this week is rumors floating of the possible demise of yet another competitor to AAA, and the implications to the wrestling world, of course you have to pay .99 a minute to find out what promotion it is, and what stars the AAA is going to claim they will sign from it.

THE STEINER BROTHERS + BRIAN PILLMAN V LOS GRINGOS LOCOS + AL SNOW w/Miss Toni
About what you would expect with the level of talent in the ring. Pillman constantly blows kisses at and flirts with Toni Adams, who tries to conceal a smile from Al Snow. Scott Steiner landed a Frankensteiner on Love Machine for the pin, but was hit with a flying body press by Eddie Guerrero. Brian Pillman and Rick Steiner came in, all hell broke loose and both dressing rooms had to empty to separate the two teams. Great moves, great heat, and a finish that will help build up to Triple Mania. ****

Speaking of which, it is time for the:



[glow=red,2,300]CONTROL CENTER[/glow] with Chris Cruise, who reminds the fans that TripeMania will see Los Gringos Locos defend the AAA World Tag Team Championship against The Steiner Brothers, and the debut of the 8-0’ Giant Gonzales.

Cruise has an after-brawl interview with The Steiners and Brian Pillman. The Steiners say they are thrilled with the signing and are out to prove that they are the best tag team in the world, and that is what they will do May 5. Brian Pillman accepts Al Snow’s challenge for Triple Mania, but only if he gets one night with Toni Adams if he wins.

Chris thanks them for the interview, and then announces that next week, we will learn the Main Event of TripleMania! In addition, 2 other arenas will also host major Triple Mania cards in May and June, and they will be announced next week, as well.

ULTIMO DRAGON def. DAMIAN 666 in another good TV match.

Disco Inferno is interviewed from backstage. Inferno brags about his win over Vampiro last week, and challenges Vampiro to a match at TripleMania, just so he can humiliate him in front of the biggest pay per view audience in history, and says he will beat in in any match Vampiro asks for. Be careful what you ask for, Vinnie.

As Blue Oyster Cult’s “Godzilla” plays, a clip is shown of a clip from a Godzilla movie of people running from a monster destroying Tokyo, except this monster seems to be wearing . . wrestling boots. That’s all we see of him. The clip ends with “THE GIANT GONZALEZ: COMING TO TRIPLE MANIA MAY 5!!!!!


LUMBERJACK MATCH
EL HIJO DEL SANTO + OCTAGON V TITAN SPORTS, INC w/The Natural
Considering the lumberjacks, you know this one is going to be out of control as well. The Titans throw Santo and Octagon like rag dolls right into the heel lumberjacks, who start roughing them up, drawing the ire of the babyface jacks, and both factions starts brawling out at ringside. It appears as if the much larger Titans are going to destroy tiny Santo and Octagon, but they use their quickness to overwhelm them, and double-dropkicks Atomic Titan out of the ring, who falls into the heel lumberjacks area, and of course, the heels give him a breather forcing the babyfaces to come over and force another brawl.

In another cool sequence, Santo and Octagon double kicked Big Titan over the top rope onto the heel lumberjacks, and when the heels took too long throwing Big Titan in, Santo and Octagon double plancha then entire crew, knocking them over like bowling pins, allowing the faces to come over, and throw Big Titan back into the ring.

The finish saw The Natural get up on the ring, and repeatedly interrupt the three count while Santo or Octagon had the edge. Finally, Ricky Morton got on the top turnbuckle and dropkicked Atomic Titan in the mush, and Octagon rolled on top of him, and you could have counted to 12, Titan wasn’t getting up and Santo and Octagon beat the Titans AGAIN, as a another brawl breaks out at ringside between the lumberjacks to close out Inferno.

TV opens with Chris Cruise announcing we will hear the Main Event of TripleMania. 2 big matches, as Los Gringos Locos defend the AAA World tag team titles in a rare “intra-lockerroom ” match versus Titan Sorts, Inc, and Konnan will face Al Snow in a Top Contenders Match for the AAA World title held by Cien Caras!

THE STEINER BROTHERS def. CRASH THE TERMINATOR + BILLY BLACK in a match where Crash and Black were allowed to look strong.

This week’s sleazy Chris Cruise 1-800 come on insinuates that AAA has just purchased one of its major competitors here in the United States, and look for a MAJOR inter-promotional collaboration very soon.


After the match, during commercial break, The Steiners linger, and sign autographs for the kids at ringside, as Titan Sports came to the ring, and jawjack with the Steiners from the ring the entire time. Then “Jump” plays and Eddie Guerrero + Move Machine come down to the ring, and of course, squared up the The Steiners who were headed back.

Titan Sports sees an opportunity for revenge, and sneaks up behind the Steiners, but the Steiners scout it, and fight Titan Sports, allowing Los Gringos Locos, who will face The Steiners at TripleMania, to join in on the fun, and Titan Sorts and Locos started a 4 on 2 beat down of the Steiner Brothers.

The Rock n Roll Express come down, and save the Steiners, but they seem badly destroyed.

AAA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
LOS GRINGOS LOCOS V THE STEINER BROTHERS

Los Gringos Locos then double-cross Titan Sports, Inc, and eventually defeat them to retain the AAA World Tag team titles.

The Rock n Rolls continue to protect the Steiners from the Locos who leave. Titan Sports, Inc then gets into the Rock n Roll Express face, when The Fantastics come down to the ring, and get between Titan Sports and The Express, for some unknown reason. Titan Sports backs off, and The Fantastics then applaud the befuddled Rock n Rolls Express, and try to lead the fans into a chant of “Rock n Roll!” “Rock n Roll!”

DISCO INFERNO V MARTY JANETTY

During the match, weird organ music is played, and a casket is wheeled down to ringside! Disco is spooked by the casket, and almost loses to Janetty, but finds a way to grab his tights and steal a win.

Suddenly Vampiro's face comes up on the AAATron, where he informs Disco that he has accepted his boast that Disco can wrestle him in “any kind” of match at TripleMania and defeats him, and announces that at Triplemania it will be CASKET MATCH! Then, the casket opens, and out comes:

VAMPIRO! Disco looks like he has seen a ghost, and runs away into the crowd.

TOP CONTENDERS MATCH
KONNAN V AL SNOW w/Miss Toni
During the match, Brian Pillman comes down to ringside area wirth flowers for Toni, and flirts and blows kisses at Toni. Toni smiles, and giggles. This distracts Al Snow to no end, who loses his match to Konnan, Konnan will wrestle Cien Caras inside the steel cage at TripleMania. Al Snow flips out as Pillman walks back to the dressing room, still blowing kisses at Snow. Snow yells and berates Toni as the show goes to dark, at wit's end as to what to do about this dalliance between his valet and his arch-rival.

TV opens with Chris Cruise promoting heavily that Miami is Konnan's hometown, and he is looking to make a big statement tonight. But, for the AAA title, Brian Pillman gets a AAA "won-loss record earned" rematch against Cien Caras, tonight in Miami (which is a nice way of explaining around the Snow-Pillman stip at California Conflict).

This weeks sleazy Chris Cruise 1-800 come on reveals on air that AAA has purchased UWF (this is true--- I am told that AAA is going to focus on that promotion, and pull back to Mexico after Triplemania, but this has not been confirmed) and tells fans to call in to find out which major stars are OUT, and which are IN.

During the match VAMPIRO wheels out a casket, and it freaks out Disco so much he runs away, into the crowd, leaving Lance Storm with a count out win!

The Fantastics are interviewed backstage on the AAATron. Tommy Rogers and Bobby Fulton talk about how much they love the people, and how everyone should root for the Rock n Roll Express, then try and get the fans in a “Rock n Roll” chant, which is met by boos from the Miami crowd.

Another promo is played for Giant Gonzales, this time, after destroying Tokyo, Giant Gonzales is face to face with Godzilla. Gonzales does the king Kong, Godzilla does the same, and the promo reads: THE GIANT GONZALES: COMING TO TRIPLEMANIA '94!!!!

AAA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
CIEN CARAS V BRIAN PILLMAN
Pillman comes close time and time again but Caras throws Pillman out of the ring, and here comes Al Snow, with a pair of scissors, and Toni trying to stop him, in tears, from coming down to the ring. Snow takes the scissors, and starts cutting tufts of Pillman's hair, and throwing them in the air! Referee Tirantes sees nothing, and counts Pillman out. Snow waves Pillmans hair in front of Toni, who is crying for him to stop. Snow suplexes Pillman on the concrete floor, then storms over to the announcers table where he tells Chris Cruise that he will pout Toni on the line at TripleMania:

IF BRIAN PILLMAN PUTS UP HIS HAIR!!!!!!

Snow then grabs a steel chair, and is about to clock Pillman with it, BUT KONNAN MAKES THE SAVE TO CLOSE OUT THE SHOW!!!!

There is a brief intermission after the dhow goes off the air, as a steel cage is built:

A promo for the Giant Gonzales is played, in it he defeats King Kong, then walks into the Pacific Ocean as the Blue Oyster Cult's "Godzilla" is played in the background! Where is he headed?!

Vampiro comes to the ring pushing his casket on wheels to remind the fans of his casket match at TripleMania with Disco Inferno. Cien Caras comes out to the greatest entrance in wrestling history, of course.

The match is all Vampiro, and it appears we might have a Konnan versus Vampiro main event at TripleMania next Sunday! But what is this?

DISCO INFERNO comes to the ring, and starts destroying Vampiro's casket with an axe! This destroys the casket, and distracts Vampiro, who is tricked into a pin as the show nears a close!

Cien Caras copperfields with the AAA belt as Disco, backing away from the ring towards the rudo dressing room, holds the axe over his shoulder pointing, laughing and mocking Vampiro. But then Vampiros music plays as a SECOND CASKET IS ROLLED FROM BEHIND THE CURTAINS TOWARDS DISCO, Disco turns around and sees it, and runs off into the crowd.
