EDDIE: This has got to be one of the greatest days of my life! When I was a kid, the NWA World Champion came to Tennessee to defnd the belt. My daddy, Tommy Gilbert, invited the Champ to have dinner at our house. That day, I met my hero, Terry Funk! And, now, I am honored to welcome you to the First Family of wrestling, sir!
FUNK: Eddie Gilbert, it is refreshing to see young men like Doug and yourself who respect my greatness! So many punks like Kendall Windham and Brad Armstrong and Sid Vicious don't ven seem to know who I am or what I've accomplished! I am honored to be a member of your First Family! It is truly the elite oraganization in wrestling today! Today, right here on TV, in six man tag team action, the Gilbert brothers and myself will give Brad Armstrong, that moron Missing Link, and Ronnie Garvin, the beating of their lives!
DOUG: After what Eddie did to Garvin, I bet he don't even show up! I've beat Missing Link a bunch of times! That leaves Brad Armstrong and he ain't no match for a Gilbert or a Funk!
EDDIE: Garvin, if you have even half a brain, you won't show your face around here today! If you are stupid enough to be here, I'll beat you even worse than I did at Reunion Arena!
Cut to the arena where Bill Mercer is standing by with a masked man dressed in wrestling gear and a Pro Wrestling Illustrated T shirt...
MERCER: You just heard from half of our main event! I have bad news for the First Family: Ron Garvin is here and ready for action. In fact, he's here with me now! You may have not recognized him under the mask!
GARVIN: Yeah, I'm incognito this week, Bill! Everybody knows when Eddie Gilbert took my American Title, he had to burn my face to get the job done! The doctor said that if I wanted to wrestle here today that I'd have to protect my face from any further damage! So, I called my old buddy, Mr. Wrestling II and he had a spare mask I could borrow! So until the bandages on my face are ready to come off and my face has healed, I'm wearing the mask! It don't matter if Eddie can see my face or not, I'm coming after him today!
MERCER: That will be in our six man main event as Ron here teams with Brad Armstrong and Missing Link against American Champion Eddie Gilbert, Doug Gilbert, and former NWA World Champion Terry Funk! We also have the Fabulous Blondes in an 8 man tag team match! Sid Vicious will wrestle veteran Phil Hickerson! Al Perez will defend the Texas Title against rising star Kendall Windham! As promised last week, Iceman's young friends, Starfire & Scorpio, will make their World Class debut on this week's program! Let's go to the ring here at the Mesquite Rodeo Arena!
Starfire & Scorpio vs. Doug Vines & The Brooklyn Brawler: Starfire & Scorpio are two young African American athletes and they do their friend Iceman Parsons proud. The newcomers spend more time in the air than on the mat. Vines and the Brawler seem totally confused by their high flying tactics. Scorpio pins Vines after a moonsault. After the bout, Iceman enters the ring to raise his young friends' hands in victory. Mercer is totally gobsmacked by these two “superheroes”.

MERCER: Usually, I celebrate when a famous name in our sport enters World Class. However, when that name is General Skandor Akbar, it's hardly cause for celebration!

Jonathan Boyd is standing in a dressing room.
BOYD: You bloody yanks know that I despise everything about the United States! You may not realize that there is one thing and only one thing about this country that I bloody love! (holds up two rolls of bills) This is it! Yankee money! I formed my International Army and I'm quite proud of it, but then I got the offer of a lifetime: so much money that I can retire if I want to! And here's the man who gave me the offer! The greatest genius in professional wrestling today, GENERAL SKANDOR AKBAR!

AKBAR: Thank you, Warlord Jonathan Boyd! The General is back here in World Class! And where the General is, Devastation, Inc. will be! Jonathan, you've already brought in an awesome group!
The Mongolian Stomper,the Iron Sheik, Boris Zhukov, & Nikolai Volkoff walk in.
AKBAR: Now, I have signed two of the most awesome specimens in wrestling today!
Big John Studd & Ken Patera join them!
AKBAR: This isn't all! I'm in negotiations with one of the top stars in the world! I'm speaking of Hacksaw Butch Reed! Reed is on the verge of signing the biggest contract in the history of professional sports with Devastation, Inc.! The Patriot! Tony Atlas! Iceman Parsons! Ron Garvin! All of you had better be afraid of what comes next!

The Fabulous Blondes: “Mr. Magnificent” Kevin Kelly, “Prime Time” Brian Lee, Eric Embry, & Buddy Roberts vs. Farmer Boy Ipo, Gary Royal, Ken Raper, & Keith Eric: Kelly and Lee are overpowering in the early parts of the match, setting up their opponents for Embry and Roberts to come in and take over. Roberts pins Raper after a bulldog to score the win.

Sid Vicious vs. Phil Hickerson: Mercer hypes Hickerson as one of the top wrestlers out of Tennessee. Phil uses his brawling and rulebreaking to make it interesting, but Sid gets the win with a legdrop off the top rope.

Texas Title Match: Al Perez (w/Gary Hart) © vs. Kendall Windham: Coming off a recent upset win over Terry Funk, Windham enters the ring with a lot of confidence. It's a closely fought match early on, but Hart's interference gives the advantage to “the Latin Heartthrob”. This brings Kendall's pa, Blackjack Mulligan, to ringside. Hart continually attempts to interefere. This leads to Mulligan grabbing Hart and rolling him into the ring! A wild brawl ensues with Mulligan & Windham battering Hart & Perez all over the ring! Eventually, Buzz Sawyer joins the heels and they get the advantage until Brad Armstrong hits the ring with a steel chair! As we go to break, Hart and his men are fleeing the Sportatorium!

As we come back, the music is playing and Missy Hyatt is leading the members of the First Family (American Champion Eddie Gilbert & Doug Gilbert & Terry Funk) to the ring! Then, the music changes!
Here comes the Missing Link & Sunshine! Brad Armstrong! The masked Ron Garvin!
The fans give these four a huge pop!
Brad Armstrong, Ron Garvin, & Missing Link (w/Sunshine) vs. Terry Funk, Eddie & Doug Gilbert (w/ Missy Hyatt): Armstrong starts out and he's on fire! Brad dominates the action with dropkicks and armdrags and has the First Family on the run! Eventually, Funk nails Brad with a big suplex and turns the tide. The First Family works Armstrong over for several minutes until he makes the tag to the Link. The Link hits the ring and uses his unorthodox offense to control the match until Missy's interference give the advantage back to the First Family! This leads to a Sunshine/ Missy catfight on the floor and a pier six brawl in the ring! During the wild melee, Garvin hits Eddie Gilbert with a big right hand and pins “Hot Stuff” despite the fact that Ron and Eddie probably aren't the legal men!It's a wild scene and Ron Garvin has got a measure of revenge here this week!
