Magnum TA interviews Terry Taylor. Taylor talks about facing Bob Orton Jr for the World TV title on October 8 in St. Paul at the Super Sunday event. Magnum then runs down the full card for Super Sunday, as well as the venues around the Midwest where fans can watch the event via closed circuit.
The Can-Am Express: Tom Zenk & Phil Lafleur beat The Conquistadors when Zenk pinned one of the masked men with a sunset flip.
Rod Trongard introduces a video package on Gary Albright. We see footage of Albright wrestling for the University of Nebraska. Trongard talks about some of Albright's accomplishments as an amateur wrestler, including being a World champion in both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. Trongard says Albright is being touted as a future World champion in the professional ranks, and says that the current World champion has taken Albright under his wing. We then see clips of Steve Williams working with Albright in the ring.
Magnum TA talks with AWA Tag Team champs the British Bulldogs: Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid. They talk about defending the Tag titles on television next week against Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart in a Best 2 out of 3 Falls match.
Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart (w/ Jimmy Hart) defeat Buck Zumhoffe & Jake Milliman when Bret pins Milliman after the Hart Attack.
Magnum TA interviews AWA World champion "Dr. Death" Steve Williams. Williams hypes his unification match with PWF & United National champion Stan Hansen on October 8, where the belts will be unified into the new Triple Crown! Williams is confident he'll be victorious, and then talks a little bit about his protege, Gary Albright. Williams says Albright is the most talented rookie he's seen in all his years in this sport, and thinks Albright has a bright future ahead of him!
"Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff (w/ Jimmy Hart) beats Nick DeCarlo in a non-title match when he pins DeCarlo after a vicious Piledriver.
Magnum TA talks with Jimmy Hart, Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart. Jimmy says his men will beat the Bulldogs for the World Tag titles next week, and when Orndorff and Orton retain their belts at Super Sunday, his plan will almost be complete, the final step is the World heavyweight title!
Genichiro Tenryu & Jumbo Tsuruta (w/ Mr Fuji) beat Mike Rotunda & Brad Rheingans (w/ Bob Backlund) when Tsuruta pins Rheingans with the Swinging Neckbreaker after Toshiaki Kawada interfered and tripped Rheingans as he ran the ropes.

The Playboys: Jimmy Del Ray & Tom Pritchard (w/ Diamond Dallas Page) beat Jake Milliman & Buck Zumhoffe when Pritchard pinned Milliman after a double Flapjack from both Pritchard and Del Ray.
Magnum TA talks with Jimmy Hart, Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart. They talk about the match coming up later tonight with the British Bulldogs, with Jimmy Hart guaranteeing victory for his men!
Stan Hansen beats Nick DeCarlo by pinfall following a vicious Lariat.
Magnum TA talks with AWA World Tag Team champs the British Bulldogs: Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid. Davey Boy says Bret and Neidhart are overconfident coming into the match tonight, and that will be their undoing. He says that they've beat the Harts before, and they'll do it again tonight.
Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart (w/ Jimmy Hart) defeat AWA Tag Team champions the British Bulldogs: Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid in a Best 2 out of 3 Falls match to win the titles.
Fall #1: Bret forces Dynamite to submit to a sasori-gatame, or as Trongard calls it, a Scorpion lock. The challengers go ahead one fall to none.
Fall #2: Davey Boy pins Neidhart to win the second fall after connecting with a powerslam. This ties things up at one fall apiece.
Fall #3: Bret pins Davey Boy in the final fall after hitting him with Jimmy Hart's megaphone, as Neidhart distracts the referee.

Gary Albright (w/ Steve Williams) beats Conquistador #1. Albright dominates in his AWA debut, finishing Conquistador off with a devastating German suplex into a bridge for the pinfall.
Magnum TA talks with AWA Americas champ "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff and Jimmy Hart. Orndorff says he will beat, and humiliate, Sgt. Slaughter on Sunday night in St. Paul. He says that as the Americas champ, he is the #1 contender to the World title, and after he beats Slaughter, he's making it known that he wants a shot at whoever wins the World title unification match!
Sgt. Slaughter beats Conquistador #2 via submission with the Cobra Clutch. On commentary, Trongard says Slaughter looks ready for his Americas title match with Orndorff this Sunday night in St. Paul. Dallas Page says that hopefully this is the last time the AWA will force Orndorff to defend his title against Sgt. Loser.
Trongard and Page talk about Super Sunday, this Sunday night at the St. Paul Civic Center. The matches will be broadcast to venues all around the Midwest via closed circuit. They run down the full card, including the following matches:

The Playboys: Jimmy Del Ray & Tom Pritchard beat Nick DeCarlo & Jake Milliman when Del Ray pinned DeCarlo with a press from the top rope. On commentary, Dallas Page gloats about how great his team is, saying that he doesn't even need to always be at ringside with them, so he can stay at the broadcast desk and keep Trongard in line!
Magnum TA talks with Jimmy Hart and new AWA World Tag Team champs Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart. Jimmy Hart gloats about his team's win the previous week, and says that now the only thing missing is the AWA World heavyweight title, and again issues a challenge to the winner of the Steve Williams - Stan Hansen match to put the title on the line against Paul Orndorff!
