MERCER: Welcome to World Class Championship Wrestling! Today, you'll see Mr. Magnificent in action! Sid Vicious, who has a date with the Magnificent Man in a Submission Match at the Firecracker Spectacular on July 5th, will wrestle the Commandos in a handicap match. “Black Superman” Tony Atlas will take on Warlord Jonathan Boyd. Kendall Windham will wrestle former World Champion Terry Funk in this week's main event! Right now, let's go to the ring!
“Mr. Magnificent” Kevin Kelly (w/Buddy Roberts & Eric Embry) vs. Denny Brown: Mercer claims Brown has held junior heavyweight titles all over the country. Brown makes a valiant attempt at outwrestling his larger opponent, but Kelly catches him in the full nelson and it's all over!
MERCER: Sid Vicious will wrestle when we return!
COMMERCIAL
Coming out of the break, Sid is entering the ring, but Kelly, Embry, & Roberts refuse to leave! Sid and Kevin are nose to nose! They tear into each other! Look out! Roberts and Embry jump in! It's three on one and the Blondes give big Sid a vicous beatdown!the Blondes leave Sid lying on the mat as his opponents enter the ring! Will the big man be able to compete?
Sid Vicious vs. Commandos I & II: During Mark Lowrance's introductions, Sid makes his way to his feet and seems to shake off the 3 on 1 beating. The masked team gives it their best effort, but Sid is too much! He powerbombs Commando #2 and then chokeslams #1 on top of him. Sid puts his foot on both men to score the easy pin.

LOWRANCE: I'm here with Gentleman Chris Adams and a young man we saw for the first time last week, Steven Regal. These two men are both from England and I'm sure Chris will enlighten us about why they are here together...
ADAMS: Mark, when I came to the States, I didn't know much about the style of wrestling here, but I had some men who took me under their wing and helped me. I'm trying to do that for my friend Steven. Even though things didn't go so well against the Russians last week, I'm sure you could see the potential Steven has! I'm going to do everything I can to help Steven suceed as I have!
LOWRANCE: Speaking of success, you have a big opportunity coming up at Reunion Arena: A Texas Title match against Al Perez!
ADAMS: Al is a great wrestler, but he has Gary Hart managing him. Perez, Gary was my manager for quite a while. Those dirty tricks of his will surprise some opponents, but I know all of his tricks and I'm prepared for all of them!
REGAL: I'm predicting a new Texas Champion!
LOWRANCE: When we return, “the Black Superman” Tony Atlas takes on Warlord Jonathan Boyd!

Tony Atlas vs. Warlord Jonathan Boyd: Atlas and Boyd have an all out brawl. After Boyd uses his illegal tactics to control most of the bout, Atlas comes back with power moves and catches Boyd in the sleeperhold! Boyd is almost out when a huge bald man rushes in and attacks Atlas from behind! Atlas goes down and the newcomer puts the boots to Tony! Bill Mercer recognizes the bald man as somebody who has been banned in many parts of the world! It's THE MONGOLIAN STOMPER!!!
Boyd and the Stomper leave. Iceman Parsons, Chris Adams, & Steven Regal come in to help Atlas. Tony asks for the microphone...
ATLAS: Mongolian Stomper! Back when I was first startin out as a rookie rassler in Georgia, we had a match and you almost put me out! I ain't a rookie no more! I don't know what business you think you have jumpin me from behind, but I ain't just gonna take it! I have an open contract for the big show at Reunion! If you got any guts, go to the promoter and sign it!

MERCER: One of the biggest matches on July 5th in Reunion Arena will be a family reunion as Barry Windham comes to town to reunite with his father, Blackjack Mulligan, and his brother, Kendall Windham, against Terry Funk, Big John Studd, & “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer! Right now, here's a musical look at one of the best wrestlers in the world, Barry Windham!

Kendall Windham vs. Terry Funk: During the match, Buzz Sawyer and John Studd make their way to ringside. Soon, Blackjack Mulligan arrives to counteract them. As Bronko Lubich is distracted by Studd and Mulligan brawling at ringside, Sawyer slides a chair into the ring! Unfortunately for Funk, it backfires and Windham bulldogs Funk onto the chair! Windham slides the chair out of the ring and covers Funk! Lubich turns his attention back to the match in time to make the three count! Kendall Windham scores a huge upset!
