Today, you will see Steve & Shaun Simpson, who had quite a match with the American Tag Team Champions, the New Breed last week! The Russian team of Boris Zhukov & Nikolai Volkoff made their presence known last week and we'll see them in action! We'll also have an interview with Jonathan Boyd's International Army and try to find out exactly what affiliation the Russians have with that oraganization! Mark Lowrance will speak with “Ragin Bull” Manny Fernandez and ask the Bull Man exactly why he rescued the Patriot and Corporal Kirchner last week! Al Perez will defend the Texas Title against exciting Manny Vialobos! The Missing Link, with Sunshine, will wrestle Dangerous Doug Gilbert of the First Family! Missy will be in young Gilbert's corner, adding all sorts of spice and intrigue to that match! What involvement will the lovely ladies have this week? Plus, even more matches for the Firecracker Spectacular will be announced! Right now, Mark Lowrance is standing by with Manny Fernandez!

LOWRANCE: Manny, I'm sure most of the fans were thrilled to see you rescue the Patriot & Corporal Kirchner from Warlord Jonathan Boyd, the Iron Sheik, Nikolai Volkoff, & Boris Zhukov last week, but they are also wondering why you did it! It did seem a bit out of character for you...
FERNANDEZ: It's a long story, but I'll try to make it short, Mark. People might not realize this, but I'm a Vietnam vet! I went over there to that hellhole and I fought for my country! I remember the day that I came back. I was on the plane with a buddy of mine named Bobby Maldonado. Bobby had lost his right eye and his left hand over there! He really wanted to get home and see his wife and baby!When we got off the plane, there weren't any people waving flags or bands playing. They didn't give us a parade! Those ****BLEEP**** were burning American flags! They spit on Bobby, a man who had given a hand and an eye for them! They spit on him, Mark Lowrance! It took me a long time to get over that and I thought I'd forgotten, but last week when I saw those creeps beating on the Patriot and Corporal Kirchner, I relived it all over again and I had to do something about it this time! All I saw was Bobby's face when they spit on him and I lost it! Jonathan Boyd, Iron Sheik, Volkoff, & Zhukov...You call yourselves an Army? Well, I'll take your Army apart piece by piece! Anytime, the Patriot & Kirchner need the Bull, I'll be there, and nobody does it better than the Bull!

TITO: Manny, I've fought you all over World Class, brother, and you are the toughest man I've ever been in the ring with! After seeing you clean house last week, I wanna tell you that I'm proud of you and if you are gonna go after them, I'm on your side , for a change!

Nikolai Volkoff & Boris Zhukov (w/Jonathan Boyd & Iron Sheik) vs. Steven Regal & Buck Zumhofe: Regal, a young grappler out of England, shows a bunch of potential. Zumhofe also has his moments, but the Russians are too powerful. Volkoff pins Zumhofe after an over the knee backbreaker.

BOYD: Bloody well right, yank! Look at these two brutes! They were in the WWF, but the bloody Von Erich brothers wouldn't give them a title match! I called them and told them about the opportunity I could give them down here in Texas and they were on the first plane here!
LOWRANCE: I'm sure you heard the comments of the Ragin Bull earlier! He's coming after all of you!
BOYD: I heard his comments. Typical American bragging about fighting in a illegal, imperialist war! I saw Tito Santana come out and shake his hand like a bloody fool! They can come against the Army if they want to, but they don't stand a chance! That goes for that masked fool, the Patriot, and his GI Joe buddy Kirchner!
SHEIK: Iran, number one! International Army, number one! Ragin Bull, USA, HACK PHOOEY!
VOLKOFF: Comrade Boris and me will show all you Americans what superior Soviet athletes can do! You Americans are weak and soft, but this Army can't be stopped!
BOYD: The Army will grow and, right now, we have a video to play that shows a man who will join the Army very soon! This man is the most dangerous wrestler you yanks will ever see! Take a look at the Mongolian Stomper!

Eddie Gilbert ruined all that! (Brad tears off his T shirt! There's a huge bandage on his chest) Look at that! Eddie Gilbert burnt me! What place does burning somebody have in a sport? Do you call that wrestling, Hot Stuff? I call it a load of bull, Gilbert! I promise you and I promise all my World Class fans: I will be back and I will get my hands on you, “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert! BA is on his way and he's coming to stay, not to play!
TEXAS TITLE MATCH: Al Perez © (w/Gary Hart) vs. Manny Vialobos: Vialobos uses his quickness to frustrate Perez at first, but a missed dropkick gives “The Latin Heartthrob” the advantage. Perez uses the copterbomb to set up the spinning toehold for the submission win.
MERCER: I'm joined by World Class President Fritz Von Erich. Fritz, the Firecracker Spectacular is coming to Reunion Arena in Dallas on July 5th and it's shaping up to be a great card! Al Perez, who we just saw in action, will defend the Texas Title against Gentleman Chris Adams and that's just one of the great matches!
FRITZ: Bill, I'm really excited about what we have to offer our great fans! Ronnie garvin will defend the American Title against Eddie Gilbert, who earned that right last week! I have an announcement about Mr. Gilbert! Last week, he used a fireball on Brad Armstrong and we don't allow that sort of thing in World Class, Bill! Eddie Gilbert has been fined $5,000.00 for that little stunt last week!
MERCER: I certainly agree with that action, Fritz!
FRITZ: Back to July 5th, Sid Vicious will take on Mr. Magnificent in a match that can only end with a submission hold! We'll have a family reunion when Blackjack Mulligan and Kendall Windham reunite with Barry Windham against Terry Funk, Big John Studd, & “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer! Last week, you saw the Simpson brothers take on The American Tag Team Champions, the New Breed! After that match, Steve & Shawn demanded a match against the New Breed and they'll get it on July 5th and the belts will be at stake! The Patriot has asked for a match, an 8 man elimination tag match against Jonathan Boyd, Iron Sheik, Boris Zhukov, & Nikolai Volkoff! The Patriot says he'll have a team together by then and I'm sure it will be a team that will put up a great fight! Also, the Killer Bees will take on two of the Fabulous Blondes, Buddy Roberts & Doug Sommers! We're negotiating with several other great wrestlers to make this one of the biggest nights we've ever had in World Class!

EDDIE: I heard old man Fritz Von Erich out here saying I was fined 5 grand for what I did to that punk Brad Armstrong last week! Give me the checkbook, baby!
Missy reaches into her Gucci bag and hands a checkbook and a pen to Gilbert.
EDDIE: Fritz, I'm a top star in professional wrestling! Five grand is pocket change to a big star like “Hot Stuff” !
Eddie writes a check and stuffs it in referee Bronko Lubich's pocket!
EDDIE: Take that to the office, compliments of Hot Stuff! Now, you people are gonna see what my brother is all about!
The bell rings and the match gets underway! Doug spends most of the time trying to stay away from the Link. Doug is able to get an advantage whenever Eddie and Missy distract the Link, but it's mostly the wildman's match! Finally, Sunshine has had enough of Missy's shenanigans and confronts her! The girls throw a few slaps and then, Eddie grabs Sunshine's arms so Missy can slap her! The Link sees Sunshine in trouble and tries to get out of the ring to save her! Doug takes advantage of the distraction and rolls Link up for the 1...2...3!!! Doug Gilbert has pulled the upset!

Missing Link won a battle royal, last eliminating Jonathan Boyd.
Manny Fernandez beat Iron Sheik via DQ at the 11:11 mark when Jonathan Boyd interfered. Tito Santana made the save for Manny.
Tito Santana fought Jonathan Boyd to a 20 minute draw.
Eddie Gilbert pinned Chris Adams after nailing him with a foreign object in 15:43.
