Eric: “Hercules Ayala, we all saw a couple weeks back when you and Ted Arcidi were in the same ring together, Ted Arcidi apparently does not appreciate what you said about him right here on this very program, and he let that know in the ring July 9!
Ayala: “DON’T GIVE that fraud, TED ARCIDI too much credit, Eric Bischoff, because I came to the ring ready to wrestle a clean, scientific wrestling match and prove that I am indeed the world’s strongest wrestler, and what happens? The coward, the imposter, Ted Arcidi starts throwing fists, haymakers turning out match into a brawl . .
Eric: “If I may interject, Mr. Ayala, the tape shows YOU threw the first punch…..
Ayala: “DON’T INTERRUPT ME, ANNOUNCER MAN, AND GIVE ME THAT MICROPHONE!!!
An out of control Ayala snatches the mike and Eric backs off as Ripper steps between Ayala and Eric and urges his fellow heels to calm down!
Assassin: “Smarten up, Bischoff.
Ayala: “TED ARCIDI, LISTEN TO ME AMIGO! YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE WORLDS STRONGEST WRESTLER!!! FOR 10 YEARS I HAVE HELD THAT DESIGNATION AND NO ONE IS TAKING IT FROM ME!!!! You think you are a tough guy? You wanna get down and dirty, Ese? Then let’s settle it like this: I CHALLENGE YOU TO A TUG OF WAR, RIGHT HERE ON CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING!!!!

Eric Bischoff is on a headset, and tells the fans that we will now attempt to go LIVE to a press conference at the Beverly Hills HOTEL CONFERENCE CENTER, and patch in LIVE to the CHAVO GUERERRO-MIL MASCARAS PRESS CONFERENCE!
WE ARE IN! WWA commissioner JOEL WATTS in at the microphone. To his right in CHAVO GERERRO, with the WWA America’s title belt in front of him. At his side are his brothers, Mando and Eddie. To Watt’s left is challenger MIL MASCARAS, and a bunch of scary looking dudes in sunglasses and suits.
Joel: “Welcome members of the press, I see Pro Wrestling Illustrated is here, good to see you, love it when the Los Angeles Times, USA Today, all the biggest newspapers in the world show up, including Box y Lucha from Mexico, and we are here for the official contract signing and press conference for what is wrestling main event in wrestling history, this man Chavo Guererro defending the WWA America’s Heavyweight Championship against the man to his opposite side, the Man of 1000 Masks, MIL MASCARAS!
“First announcement. . . . The match was announced last week on TV and this entire week our office has been inundated with phone calls for tickets, to the point our answering machine ran out of tape every day!
“For that reason, I would like to announce that due to anticipated ticket demand this match has been moved from the Olympic Auditorium to the LOS ANGELES SPORTS ARENA! At this time, gentlemen, you have the contracts in front of you, would you both mind singing the final page acknowledging the terms of this match, its 60 minute time limit, and agreeing it will be officiated by referee Mark Nulty.
Both men confer with their podium mates, a lot of Spanish is heard, and they both sign! THE MATCH IS ON!!!

Ripper: “There’s only so many chairs you can put on the stage, Eric Bischoff, and Jackie is apparently the low man on the totem poll in the eyes of the Guerrero Family. If you were to have EVERY Guerrero in wrestling at the same venue, you’d need to rent out the Rose Bowl!
