I had two weeks of tv written, and then it lot it all when I tried to post, so here are the bullet points....
06/17 TV
- Ivan and the Russians attacked Jim Duggan with a Siberian Salt Miners glove
- Ron Fuller announced that he has signed 6 matches between the R&R and Original Midnights for the Hot Summer Nights Tour
- Names coming to compete in Thunderdome battle royals include Tennessee Stud, Doug Furnas, Wahoo McDaniel, Ron Gavin, Moondog, Jimmy Valiant, Jerry Blackwell, and more
- Buddy Landel def. Rick Connors
- Duggan def. Russian Assassin before the attack
- Rip Rogers introduced a tag partner, Ken Timbs, and said they are now known as The Blonde Bombers
- Blonde Bombers def. Rex King & Chris Hamrick
- TV Champion Scott Armstrong beat Mike Enos by DQ when Wayne Bloom interefered
- Ole and Ivan got into scuffle when Ole claimed it would be him and not Vlad who takes the belt from Duggan
- Les Thatcher announced that his man to face Ron Wrights mystery man on July 4 will be Pez Whatley
- Pez apologized to the fans for the last 2 years, and wants to apologize to Jimmy Valiant face to face when he gets to SMW
06/24 TV
- Jim Duggan said matches are signed for 7/1 in Chattanooga for him and Ivan to meet in a Siberian Salt Miners vs. Coal Miners Glove Match.
- Russian Assassin def. Scott Armstrong to win the TV title
- It was announced that on July 13 in Asheville, Sgt. Slaughter and Nikita Koloff are teaming with Duggan to battle the Russians in a Boot Camp Match
- Buddy Landel def. David Isley
- Pez Whatley def. Kenny Rogers
- Nightmares def. Gerald Finley and Johnny Blaze
- Midnight Express beat Sam Houston and Johnny Rich, but decision was overturned when R&R Express told referee about shenanigans. That led to brawl between two teams.
- VTR for The Great Kabuki who is coming to SMW on the Hot Summer Nights Tour
