Memphis X-Treme Pro Wrestling presents January Justice!01-21-95 - The New Daisy Theater Memphis, TNMemphis Legend "Wildfire" Tommy Rich enters the ring and thanks the people in attendance for being here today for the Memphis X-Treme Pro Wrestling's second show, January Justice! He assures us they have one hell of a show for us here tonight and points to the cameramen at ringside. He says that the show is being filmed for VHS release, so if the crowd wants to get noticed tonight; they'd better make some noise! He then introduces his co-host tonight and a legend of Memphis wrestling in his own right; Lance Russell! Russell enters the ring telling Rich not to get carried away before thanking the crowd for being here tonight! Doink is dressed as Santa and waves to the crowd as he passes out candy from a bag. Tommy Rich then says with that out of the way, let's get to what the people in this arena are here for; to see some wrestling! All matches are refereed by Frank Parker; while Hayes handles the ring intros. Rich and Hayes handle the commentary.Match: Reckless Youth vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Mike Quackenbush This trio of young up and comers put on a fast paced bout full of high flying manuevers that wow the crowd. There's not much real mat wrestling, but the fans are on there feet by the time Jeff Hardy pulls off the win with the Whisper in the Wind off the top onto Quackenbush.Match: William Regal vs. Big Bully Busick Big Bully Busick is introduced as the most dominating Champ in the history of ACW in this one and makes people believe it as he tears into Lord William Regal. Regal holds his own but when Busick catches Regal in a monstrous bearhug it looks to be all but over for the man from Blackpool. Lord William however catches a second wind and frees himself by clubbing Big Bully's head in with a double fist to the ears. From there he battles back and physically dissects Busick who doesn't go down without a fight. In the end Big Bully Busick looks to end things with the Heart Punch, but Regal shocks as he catches the big man's fist, moves in and nails him with a snap suplex which he bridges for the three count!
After this match Rich and Russell talk about how this is likely to be Regal's last match here in Memphis X-Treme, having signed with ECW. "Wildfire" brags about how MXPW can't seem to keep talent, with the "big leagues" swarming like vultures looking to pick off their roster left and right. He and Russell hype Memphis X-Treme Pro Wrestling as the place to be for up and coming wrestlers looking to make a name for themselves.Match: Wendi Richter vs. La Diabolica The masked luchadoress La Diabolica keeps Wendi Richter on her toes throughout the match, but Wendi Richter continues to win here at MXPW when he she puts Diabolica's lights out with a sitout DDT powebomb.Steel Cage Match: Bad News Brown vs. The Warlord This match is nothing but brutality as the two big men look to put the other away after having fought to a time limit draw at Christmas Chaos. Warlord reopens the wound he gave Brown last time around early on when he powerbombs him head first into the cage. From there The Warlord really works over Bad News' head, leaving blood and gore along the cage walls in his wake. Smashing Brown's bloody face into the cage, Warlord drops him and going up top looks to end things with the diving clothesline. He waits as Bad News Brown slowly gets up to his feet and goes airborne! Brown however pops up at the last second and nails The Warlord with the Ghetto Blaster double leg enzuiguri! Both men crash to the floor hard but Brown is up first and grabbing The Warlord by the legs catapults his face first into the cage busting him open! From there he beats Warlord bloody before nailing him to the ring with a lifting side slam! 1!...2!... The Warlord kicks out. At ringside Lance Russell says that someone should end this. That this looks more like a slaughterhouse than a wrestling match. Rich agrees as the momentum begins to shift back to The Warlord's favor who's just whipped Bad News Brown across the ring! He charges and nails Brown with a running shoulder block that sends both men crashing into the steel cage! And it gives way! One side of the ring slams down to the floor with a crash with the bloodied bodies of Bad News Brown and The Warlord amidst the carnage. Neither man is moving and after a minute Frank Parker calls for the medics declaring the match a No Contest.
Russell is disgusted by the entire event, but Rich thinks it was one hell of a match. And he's sure that this battle is far from over among these two warriors. Lance doubts either man will be able to compete next month. Or hell, even next year after what he just witnessed. The Lawlers return to Memphis for a huge pop and Jerry Lawler eats up the crowd's reaction. He tells the fans he's glad to see ol' Banana Nose at ringside back in Memphis where he belongs before talking about last month's show and how him and his boy Brian have some unfinished business with Muraco's thugs Montoya and "Boom Boom" Bundy.Match: Jerry & Brian Lawler vs. Don Montoya & King Kong Bundy Don Montoya and King Kong Bundy then show up to a chorus of boos and the match is soon underway. Brian Lawler starts things out with Don Montoya and they have good back and forth until Monotya whips Brian into "The Family's" corner and Bundy manhandles him a bit before grabbing him in a full nelson. Montoya works him over a bit before tagging Bundy in. Brian is already dazed and "Boom Boom" Bundy dominates the hell out of him before he accidently whips him into the Lawler corner and goes for the body avlanche! Jerry tags himself in and pulls Brian out of the way leaving Bundy to crash into the corner. Lawler goes on the offensive and the fans comes unglued, but King King no-sells chop after chop before grabbing Jerry and hitting him with a headbutt that drops him on his ass. He works "The King: over with Jerry getting little offense in until Bundy lifts him into the air and attempts a body slam. Lawler however wiggles free and landing behind Bundy runs the ropes and comes back with a dropkick causing King Kong to stumble forward. Jerry begins kicks the big man in the legs before running past him jumping up onto the bottom rop and hitting Bundy with a springboard bionic elbow! This obviously angers the big man who charges foreward, but "The King" uses a drop toe hold to trip him up and Bundy spills out of the ring! Brian Lawler is looking for the tag back in and Jerry gives him it! As Bundy crawls back up to his feet on the outside the two Lawlers both climb a turnbuckle on either side of King Kong and leaping off come down on him with a Flying Fist Drop and Tennessee Jam legdrop! All three men spill out to the floor but The Lawlers are back up and reenter the ring. On the outside Bundy seems to be out cold and Don Montoya is trying to lift his partner back into the ring, which Jerry seems to find really amusing. Parker gets to an eight count as Bundy finally stirs and when he hits ten The Lawlers have won it by Count out! The fans go nuts and Jerry and Brian celebrate inside the ring and Don Montoya enters to complain to the ref. Montoya realizes his mistake when he turns and finds both Lawlers eyeing him up. Jerry rallies up the crowd as Brian begins hammering on Don Montoya whom he whips across the ring and nails with a dropkick that sends him into the arms of Jerry Lawler who hits him with a Piledriver! The Family is down and out as the fans cheer The Lawlers on once again. The now maskless Aldo Montoya is next in the ring telling us how he didn't want to be in the ring here tonight in front of all these inbreds from Tennesee. And that he knows they don't want to see him either. But Blue Demon Jr. is stupid. He could be at home eating a Taco or something. Playing Halloween over in the AAA. He left him his mask last month. He didn't have to. But he took pity on that border jumper last month. A mistake he isn't going to make again here tonight. Tonight he's going to humiliate him. Tonight he's going to take that stupid mask of his after beating him so bad that the GWF wouldn't even hire him.Mask vs. Hair Match: Blue Demon Jr. vs. Aldo Montoya Blue Demon Jr. is super fired up and out for revenge tonight. While Aldo Montoya does get in a good amount of offense and even nearly wins it after hitting the Demon with a surprise superkick when his opponent foes for a moonsault off the top; it is Montoya's arrogance that is his undoing. He covers him with one foot and raises his hands to the audience in victory; but Blue Demon takes him down with a legdrag just before the three. The Demon follows this up by nailing Montoya with two beautifully executed hurrancanranas which has him staggering around disoriented before he locks him into a three-quarter facelock that he transitions into a jawbreaker! Blue Demon isn't looking for a pin however and wants to make Aldo suffer. He locks in the El Pulpo sharpshooter and has Montoya screaming for mercy. None is given even after he taps and The Demon continues with the hold. Finally Tommy Rich brings the Demon an electric razor and Blue Demon begins shaving Montoya's head! He has it halfway shaved when the fans come alive. The Demon turns and finds himself face to face with...The Blitzkrieg and The Baron Von Raschke?! What the hell're they doing here?! The Blitzkrieg crabs the stunned Blue Demon Jr. by the throat and chokeslams him into the canvas! The Demon is rolling on the floor in pain when he is pulled to a seated position by The Baron Von Raschke. Who locks in The Brain Claw! The Demon is flailing and screaming in pain! Finally The Baron unleashes the hold and signalling to The Blitzkrieg has him toss the unconscious Aldo Montoya over his shoulder and carry him out.Hardcore Match: Balls Mahoney vs. Glen Osbourne Balls Mahoney and Glen Osbourne square off in the ring with a garbage can full of weapons in the middle. Balls gets there first and pulls out a Singapore Cane! He smashes it over Osbourne's head, but "The Beast" no sells it and punches Balls in the face. As Mahoney falls back he lifts the garbage can still full of weapons and smashes it onto Balls; sending stuff flying everywhere and Mahoney falling out of the ring. Osbourne then begins picking things up inside the ring and hurls them as Balls who does his best to dodge them. Finally Glen grabs a bat and climbs out onto the apron, but Mahoney has picked up and chair and charging his opponent slams him with it. Glen falls off the apron onto thumbtacks as Mahoney begins pummeling him with the chair! Osbourne however grabs the chair on the last swing and snaps it back into Mahoney's face! Getting up he picks up the thumb tacks and climbing on top of Balls begins mashing them into his scalp! He then begins beating his head into the concrete before getting to his feet and picking up the bat! Lance Russell says this sort of thing doesn't belong in wrestling and that somebody should help Mahoney. Nobody comes to his aide however as Glen Osbourne walks up to him and coldly slams him in the head with the bat! Osborne puts hi hand to his head mockingly looking like he's watching a homerun! He then takes the handle of the bat and begins stabbing the downed Mahoney with it before he begins beating him to a pulp with it! Finally he tears Balls Mahoney's shirt off and going into the garbage hand takes out a can of spray paint! He shakes it and begins spraying the inert man's body. He leaves Mahoney a bloody mess on the concrete floor as the medics make their way to the ring. On his chest is written the words. "NWA. Good luck!" He then shouts back over his shoulder "You're gonna need it!"Next "Rock You Like a Hurricane" by The scorpions hits as "Rock 'N Roll" Buck Zumhoff boogies his way out to the ring with the AWA Light Heavyweight Championship around his waist. He says that as all the "Rock 'N Rollers" out there know last month at Christmas Chaos Zumhoff issued a challenge to anyone in the AWA locker room to come here and face him tonight. Well they've proven themselves the cowards he thought they'd be over there because they didn't answer it. So instead here tonight he's willing to put his belt on the line against anyone who's willing to try and take it. And out steps...Reno Riggins?! Riggins says that he's had a hard time of late in this business. That he spent years in the WWF and didn't get much going. And now? They've fired him. After years of service. So he's here to start things fresh. He's going to prove that the only thing holding him back was WWF management booking him against guys five times his size like Hulk Hogan and that tub of shit Yokozuna.AWA Lightweight Championship Match: Buck Zumhoff vs. Reno Riggins Reno Riggins gets some offense in, but Buck Zumhoff inevitably "Rock 'N Rolls" his way all over him before hitting him with a missile dropkick off the top for the win. After his victory Zumhoff invites Riggins and the fans to dance with him; but Reno isn't having it and storms off in disgust while Buck parties with the crowd.Standing before the crowd, the Major League Wrestling Champ "The Don" Don Muraco is with his Family of "Boom Boom" Bundy and Don Montoya. He says he's glad that Jerry Lawler got a chance to show off in front of these hillbillies here tonight, cause he certainly didn't get to do no celebrating last month when Don Muraco put 'im down for the 1-2-3. As for tonight he wouldn't go gettin' all excited to be seein' that fool coconut eatin' Jimmy Snuka. Cause he's not been having a lotta luck in the bizness. And havin' his kinda luck means no moolah for plane tickets and such. But "The Don" might be wrong. Jimmy mighta swam here or something. Or came in one of them funny little boats those Island fellas use.
"The Superfly Theme" hits!Major League Championship Match: Don Muraco vs. Jimmy Snuka And out from the back comes a fired up Jimmy Snuka! The Family is caught off-guard as "Superfly" clears the ring of Montoya, Bundy; and Muraco with one running clothesline after another! He then beckons a spooked Don Montoya into the ring! After some goading by Snuka, Muraco finally re-enters and Jimmy is right on top of him with hard rights and lefts. The crowd is behind him as goes up top and nails a flying crossbody! 1!...2!... Snuka keeps trying, but no matter what he does "The Don" refuses to stay down even kicking out of not one, but two flying headbutts. Muraco is no slouch and hits Snuka with a Samoan drop, a diving splash; and a vicious looking shoulderbreaker. He's in full control when he knees Snuka in the gut and hits the Muraco Hammer kneeling belly to belly Pildedriver! 1!...2!... "Superfly" kicks out! But he soon finds himself trapped in a headlock. Snuka is refusing to submit, but on the outside The Family has distracted referee Frank Parker by climbing the apron! ] While the ref's back is turned Muraco applies the Asiatic Spike! Snuka is beginning to fade. Finally the ref has gotten Montoya and Bundy down but the damage appears to be done as Don Muraco hoists the limp Jimmy Snuka up into the air for a military press slam! He hits it and makes the cover! 1!....2!.... Snuka kicks out! Snuka kicks out! Muraco puts the boots to him, but the fans get behind "Superfly." Jimmy battles back and takes the fight to a stunned Don Muraco; whipping him across the ring and nailing him with a dropkick! Muraco goes down but bounces right back up to get nailed with a second dropkick! He hits a running knee drop onto "The Don" before going up top! He signals for the Superfly Splash! And he connects! Muraco is down and Snuka hooks the leg! 1!... 2!... 3! Snuka has won it! He's the new MLW Champ! The Family storms the ring and looks like they're about to attack Snuka ; but from the back come The Lawlers and Buck Zumhoff who chase them off! They celebrate Snuka's victory in the ring!
Lights Fade.

Wolf cheated and had a handful of tights.Hardcore Match: Glen Osbourne vs. Damien Demento Glen Osbourne and Damien Demento have a hard hitting match where they make good use of a billy club, a fire extinguisher; and a steel chair. Osbourne nearly get taken out by Demento when his opponent from "The Outer Reaches of Your Mind" blows a fireball into Glen's face and then hits him with a hangman's neckbreaker! Osbourne kicks out just before the three and looks a bit scalded as he battles back and uses a chain to bloody Damien's face. The end sees "The Beast" and Demento battle on the top turnbuckle where Glen Osbourne grabs Damien about the thoat and leaping off with him chokeslams him through a table he had set up earlier in the match. This looks to have taken the wind out of both men; but Osbourne makes the cover and picks up the win here.Ms. Valentine Battle Royal Match: Wendi Richter vs. Rockin' Robin vs. Velvet McIntyre vs. Brandi Wine In a match where Tommy Rich claims the winner receives a date with him, the girls have all gotten dressed up nice and sexy for the crowd as they look to eliminate one another in this mini Rumble. The two men battle about for a bit until Wendi Richters joins the fray and clotheslines Rockin' Robin over the top rope; eliminating her. Velvet and Wendi then square off and come close to eliminating one another several times before Richter hits Velvet with a running high knee and then proceeds to powerbomb her opponent out to the floor.
Wendi Richter picks up the win and is crowned Ms. Valentine 1995 by Tommy Rich who hands her a bouqet of flours and tries to get a kiss. But Wendi decks him and knocks "Wildfire" on his ass. This has Russell laughing hysterically at him and returning to the broadcast booth Tommy tells him to shut up.Table Match: The Warlord vs. Bad News Brown Continuing their feud here in Memphis, The Warlord and Bad News Brown have a savage brawl that sees both men bloodied before The Warlord lifts Bad News Brown over his head in an impressive show of strength and puts Brown through the Table! Bryan makes the cover, but only gets a two before Jerry comes in and makes the save. Brian Lawler is dazed and Bryan stays in control of the match working Lawler over; but Brian begins to gain steam and battles back. The two men go punch for punch in the middle of the ring, but Bryan gets the drop on Brian and whips him into the ropes. Lawler however counters with a sunset flip! He gets a two before Anderson kicks out. Brian definitely is more weary of the Crockett Cup winners now and keeps on top of Bryan Anderson who he hits with a one handed bulldog before heading up top for the Tennessee Jam guillotine legdrop! He's recently been released from Bellevue and has been searching for Doink ever since. At the start of the match Doink looks to hug his estranged "brother;" but the big man attacks him. This sets Doink off and the two men engage in a vicious brawl where all rules are thrown aside; with numerous eyes pokes and choke outs; not to mention Pogo repeatedly hitting Doink with a steel chair halfway through the match. Towards the end of the match Doink hoists Pogo up into the air and powerbombs him on the top turnbuckle! With Pogo down Doink the Clown removes his shoe and stalks his prey looking for the "Heel Turn!" When out from under the ring clambers Dink the Clown?! Doink doesn't see the little fella as he climbs up onto the apron and produces a led pipe! He crotches Doink from behind! He makes the cover and picks up the win in his wrestling debut.Six-Man Tag Match: The Blitzkrieg, Von Raschke & Aryan vs. Blue Demon Jr., Mascara Sagrada; & Perro Aguayo Jr. Blue Demon Jr. is looking to even the odds in this one; bringing in some of his friends from AAA. Mascara Sagrada starts things off with the belligerent Aryan Von Raschke who shouts insults and attempts to remove Mascara's mask multiple times. Mascara is by no means a pushover and takes the fight to Aryan; dropping him with numerous hurrancanranas and aerial maneuvers before he falls victim to the Sieg Hail! superkick! Von Raschke goes for the cover but all hell breaks lose as Sagrada's partners spill into the ring and put the boots to Aryan. The Blitzkrieg however comes to his aide and clotheslines both Blue Demon and Perro Aguayo out the the ring! He holds Perro back while Von Raschke hammers him with hard lefts and rights before locking in a very theatrical Brain Claw! Aguayo Jr. screams in pain and his allies rush in to help with Macara Agrada leaping up into the air and taking the entering Blitzkrieg out over the top rope with a huge flyinf crossbody! Once again Parker tries his best to restore order as another all-out brawl erupts in the ring! On the outside Sagrada does his best to keep "Mangler's Monster" down; but the big man fights his way to his feet and then it's all over for Mascara whom he military presses onto the steel guardrail! He talks up the crowd a bit and thanks the kids for supporting him by tuning in to ECW Slammin' Saturdays! He then issues an open challenger and Essa Rios appears from the crowd to take him up on it.AWA Light Heavyweight Title Match: Buck Zumhoff vs. Essa Rios Buck Zumhoff has a tough time keeping up with the much younger and more agile Essa Rios who thrills the crowd with a springboard armdrag, a somersault plancha onto Zumhoff on the outside; and a moonsault which nearly gets him the upset victory. "Rock 'N Roll" more than holds his own however and gives as good as he gets before nailing Rios with a Tornado DDT for the 1-2-3!
After the show he invites some kids and a few adults up to the ring to dance with him.MLW Heavyweight Title Rematch: Jimmy Snuka vs. Don Muraco Don Muraco and Jimmy Snuka have had a very heated rivalry over the past year and this match is no different. King Kong Bundy is noticeably absent at ringside; but Don Montoya comes out with "The Don" as usual before Jimmy Snuka arrives with the MLW Heavyweight Title he won last month from Muraco. The two men pull out all the stops getting several nearfalls onn one another, with Snuka hitting several crossbodys and the diving heabutt off the top. Muraco wants his Title back and uses the Samoan Drop, the asiatic spike; and the shoulderbreaker to no avail. Neither man will stay down; but after dominating Muraco for a bit Jimmy Snuka is on his way to retaining the Title when he goes airborne and hits the Superfly Splash off the top! Don Montoya as annoying as usual makes the save though by distracting referee Frank Parker who gets heated with him! Just then however Nick Busick rushes into the ring?! "Superfly" doesn't know what hit him as Busick pulls him off of "The Don" and clobbers him before delivering his signature heart punch to the Champ! Snuka goes down like a sack of bricks and Don Muraco sitting up looks ready to shake Busick's hand! But the big man has other plans and puts the boots to him! Muraco smartly gets out of dodge and Nick Busick pursues him! Getting Montoya down off the apron Parker returns to the match to find Snuka down and out with the challenger nowhere to be seen. He begins the count; but Don Muraco soon slides back inside while on the outside Don Montoya takes on for the team, getting in "Big Bully's" way only to be powerbombed over the guardrail himself! Inside the ring Jimmy Snuka begins to stir; but Don Muraco clubs him in the face with an elbow before lifting him up into the air and dropping "Superfly" with the Muraco Hammer! He makes the cover! 1!...2!...3! And "The Don" has reclaimed his Title! He hurries from the ring Title in hand as Nick Busick once again storms the ring and looks on menacingly as Don Muraco escapes up the ramp pointing to his Title like he won it clean.Lights Fade.

He doesn't fair well, especially when Montoya tags in Big Guido and the two Family members work little Snot over before hurling him from the ring.
