I've started watching RAWs from 1997. I wasn't watching the WWF on a regular basis at this time. On the January 13 RAW there is a tag team match between Jerry Lawler/HHH vs. Goldust/Marc Mero. To me, this is just an odd matchup, but not a bad one.

By January of '97, WWF was WAAAY better than WCW in my opinion - it's weird that it look like six more months for the ratings to reflect that.
