Jim Neidhart w/Jimmy Hart vs. The Red Demon
One half of the Hart Foundation meets the mysterious masked man. The Demon tries an aggressive approach, but Neidhart is ready. He overpowers the Demon and wins with a powerslam.

Bret Hart w/Jimmy Hart vs. S.D. Jones
The popular Jones meets the skilled Canadian. The match is fast paced, and S.D. Holds his own. Bret becomes frustrated. He wrestles more aggressively, and takes control of the match. Jones tries to rally. He whips Hart into the ropes, and waits for a backdrop. Bret sees it coming, and uses a sunset flip for the win.

The Earthquake w/Jimmy Hart vs. Tony Atlas
Atlas is out to avenge a recent TV loss. He has the strength to fight off Earthquake’s size. The pace is slow, and the Earthquake dominates the early action. The MSG crowd rallies Atlas, and he takes the fight to the Earthquake. He looks good for a time, but the big Canadian withstands the barrage. He scoops up Atlas, and slams him. He then uses the sit down splash for the win.

The Von Erich Brothers vs. The Conquistadors
Kevin, and Kerry Von Erich have taken the WWF by storm. They are not on the trail of, the Champions, Demolition. Tonight they meet the masked men from Latin America Kerry starts against #1. The muscular Von Erich is so powerful. He whips the Conquistador into the ropes, and backdrops him to the mat. Kerry is very sharp, and then tags in his older brother. Kevin goes to work. #2 tags in and tries even more underhanded tactics. They don”t work. Kevin hits a flying body press from the top rope, and referee Joey Marella counts the fall.

WWF Championship
Ted DiBiase (Champion) w/Virgil vs. Roddy Piper
The “Million Dollar Man” is a marked man. Both Roddy Piper, and Randy Savage, are not on his trail. Piper waits patiently in the ring as DiBiase walks slowly down the aisle. He is accompanied by, his bodyguard, Virgil. Piper is cool as Ted enters the ring. The bell rings, and the beast is released. Piper years into the “Million Dollar Man”, and Ted doesn't know what hit him. He takes to the floor to confer with Virgil. DiBiase returns to the ring. Piper attacks again, but this time, Ted is ready. He lands a kick to the lower abdomen, and the momentum switches sides. Now the Champion is in control. DiBiase backs Roddy into the corner, and slugs away. Piper is in trouble. DiBiase goes for the million dollar dream, but Piper gets to the ropes. Referee Earl Hebner calls for the break. Piper is through with wrestling, he turns this into a brawl. Both men end up on the Garden floor. They continue to slug it out. Hebner’s count reaches ten. Both men have been counted out. This settles nothing!

Finkle, “Fans, what a match! The action in the WWF gets better, and better. Let me take this moment to talk about our next big Madison Square Garden show. On Monday night, January 16, WWF action returns to the Garden. We will present two big main events. In the first, Bobby ‘The Brain’ Heenan sends his team of Mr. Perfect, and Andre the Giant out against the team of Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts, and...Hulk Hogan! That’s just one. In the other, based on the events of tonight’s match, Ted DiBiase will defend the WWF Title against Roddy Piper in a ‘No Disqualification, No Count Out’ match, get your tickets at intermission, and be sure to visit our souvenir stands.”

The Ultimate Warrior (Champion) vs. Nikolai Volkoff w/Slick
Slick takes the mic from Howard Finkel.
Slick, “Listen to me, all you jive turkey, New York City rednecks! Brother Nikolai is going to sing the Russian National Anthem, so stand up and show him the respect he is due!”
The Garden crowd boos loudly. Volkoff sings the anthem. When he finishes, the Warrior’s music hits, and he storms the ring. He attacks Volkoff, and the big Russian is in trouble. The Warrior slugs away, Volkoff begins to fight back, and the two behemoths slug it out. Volkoff takes the eyes, and stops the Warrior in his tracks now the Russian in control. Volkoff tries to lift the Warrior, but he is blocked. The Warrior takes over from here. He slams the big Russian, and lands a splash for the win.

WWF Tag Team Championship
Demolition (Champions) w/Mr. Fugi vs. The Rockers
Fugi leads the Champions to the ring. It will be size and strength vs. speed and quickness. Shawn Michaels starts with Smash. Shawn starts fast. He hits and runs, and Smash is frustrated. He rolls out of the ring, and he and Ax confer with the diabolical Fugi. Smash returns to the ring. He attacks Michaels, and now the big man is in control. He slams Shawn’s head into the turnbuckle. Michaels is stunned. Smash tags in Ax, and the big veteran continues the attack. The crowd is behind the Rockers, and Dhawn rallies. He slugs it out the Ax, and is able to tag in Jannetty. Marty is a house afire. He clears the ring, and once again, Demolition confer with Fugi. Ax comes back to the ring. The match deteriorates into a brawl. All four men end up in the ring. Referee Dick Kroll can’t keep up with the action. In the confusion, Fugi climbs up on the ring apron, and smashes Jannetty with his cane. He goes down, and Ax covers him. Kroll turns to see the cover, and counts three!

Brutus Beefcake vs. Bam Bam Bigelow w/Slick
Beefcake struts around the ring. His shears are of no use against the bald Bigelow. Bam Bam starts fast, but you can’t overlook Beefcake. Bigelow tries to whip Beefcake into the ropes, but Brutus reverses it. Bigelow comes off the ropes, and Beefcake slaps on the sleeper. Slick is apoplectic! Bigelow gets to the ropes, and referee Earl Hebner calls for the break. The match goes back forth, both men put up a good fight. The ends comes with Bigelow hitting the diving head butt, and the cover.
