Trongard, “Coast to coast, border to border, continent to continent, USWA Championship Wrestling is on the air! Bill, last week was controversial. What is going on with Frenchy Martin?”
Mercer, “We will talk with Martin later in the program. We will also have news about ‘Thanksgiving Star Wars’, plus our main event, Sgt Slaughter takes on Kamala. Let’s get things started with Marc Lowrance.”

Non-Title Match
Tim Horner (World Light Heavyweight Champion) vs. Mike Reed
“White Lightning” has been on top of his game after winning the title. Tim starts fast. Reed tries to roughhouse, but Horner is ready for it. He lands a dropkick, and covers Reed for the win.

The Fabulous Freebirds vs. Manuel Villalobos and El Diablo
The Freebirds want the World Tag Team Titles back. It is Michael Hayes and Buddy Roberts for the boys from “Bradstreet”. Roberts and Villalobos start the action. Manny is a house afire. Hayes chastises “Buddy Jack”, and Roberts responds with his bag of dirty tricks. He tags in Hayes, and the leader of the Freebirds takes over. Diablo tags in, but he can’t stop Hayes. Michael hits the DDT, and referee Bronko Lubich counts the fall.
Winners-Fabulous Freebirds
Frenchy Martin, Rick Martel, and Eric Embry are with Marc Lowrance.
Lowrance, “Mr. Martin, there was a lot of controversy with last week’s match. Many people think you hit Eric Embry on purpose.”
Martin, “What are you talking about? It was a simple accident! Eric released Dundee too soon, it was a mistake on his part.”
Embry, “Wait a second Frenchy, I don’t blame you, but it was your fault! You cost me the title, but I’ll get another chance, just leave me alone, and I’ll win!”
Martin, “Calm down Eric, calm down.”
Lowrance, “Mr. Martin, there seems to be some dissension in your ranks.”
Martin, “No, no, no! We are all together! Rick Martel is #1, but Eric is very good!”
This obviously makes Embry angry.
Martin, “We challenge Dundee to get a tag partner, and meet Rick, and Eric on Thanksgiving. Get anyone you want! We will prove our superiority!”
Lowrance, “I am sure that Dundee will accept that challenge.”
Match #3
Rick Martel w/Frenchy Martin vs. Al Madril
This should be exciting. Martel is on the trail of Texas Champion Bill Dundee, and the veteran Madril is very good. The first few minutes are back and forth. Both men get near falls. Martel argues with referee Rick Hazzard. He believes Hazzard’s count is too slow. Madril puts up a good fight, but Rick wins with the Quebec crab.

Dino Bravo w/Frenchy Martin. vs. Pete Sanchez
Sanchez is a rugged veteran. He tries to match strength with Bravo. It works at first, but Bravo takes over. He works over Pete, and finishes him with a side suplex.

Marc Lowrance is seated at the announce table.
Lowrance, “Fans, Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and takes means ‘Thanksgiving Star Wars’. Thursday night, November 24 at the St. Paul Civic Center will host the action. The USWA brings the best in wrestling action. We have several matches to announce tonight. The World Tag Team Titles will be up for grabs in a unique pair of matches. The Rougeau Brothers and the Fabulous Freebirds have both been named number one contenders. They will meet, and later in the evening, the winners will challenge, the Champions, the Fantastics. That will be an exciting pair of matches. Our main event will be a rematch everyone is waiting for. Kerry Von Erich will defend the World Championship, against Terry Gordy, in a ‘No Disqualification, No Count Out Match’. More matches will be announced in the coming weeks.”

Non-Title Match
Kerry Von Erich (World Champion) vs. Gary Young
Young and referee Bronko Lubich wait in the ring. We hear,
And the World Champion comes down the aisle. This may be Wisconsin, but they love the Texan! Young paces back and forth. He knows this is his big chance. The bell rings and we are underway. Young is ready for action. He is very aggressive. He throws rights and lefts, and the Champion is in a bit of trouble. He mounts a comeback, and the fans are on the edge of their feet. Kerry hits the discus punch, and covers Young for the win.

Brian Adias vs. Frankie Lancaster
This is a match-up of two underrated wrestlers. David Manning is your referee. The action is fast paced. Adias mat wrestles, and he has control. He gets a two count, but Lancaster kicks out. The “Thumper” gets even more aggressive. He hammers Adias. Brian mounts a comeback, and hits a shoulder breaker. Manning counts the fall.

Sgt Slaughter is with Marc Lowrance.
Lowrance, “With me is Sgt Slaughter.”
Slaughter, “Attention puke! Sgt Slaughter is here to stand up for America! Tonight, I’here to take care in African savage, but it’s not Uganda I want to conquer, it’s Japan! Saito has held the American Heavyweight Title for too long! That title belongs to America, it should belong to an American hero! Sgt Slaughter will be American Heavyweight Champion, Saito, Sheik Adnan, your days are numbered!”
Lowrance, “Tonight, Sgt Slaughter meets Kamala, but it’s Saito he wants.”
Match #7
Sgt Slaughter vs. Kamala w/Sheik Adnan el Kaissey
This will be a wild one. Marty Miller will try to control the action. Kamala starts fast. He chops and kicks at Slaughter. He traps the former Marine in the corner, and begins to choke. Sheik Adnan, and Friday, shouts instructions from ringside. Miller is struggling to control the action. Slaughter fights back. He throws rights and lefts. Now Kamala is in retreat. The Stevens Point crowd goes crazy. We have a pier six brawl. Slaughter sends Kamala over the top rope. The Ugandan savage tries to enter the ring, but he can’t make it by 20. Slaughter wins, but this is not the opponent he wants.

Mercer, “Bill Dundee won’t run from a challenge. What about the World Title match? No disqualification, no count out. That will be a war. Tune in, next week, for more USWA action!”
