Living in the Tri-States, Mid-South & UWF territory (Mississippi), I thought it would be fun to be matchmaker & rework some of the big Superdome cards. Here is the first one.

Superdome drew 17,000 ($75,000).
Original card

2. Ted DiBiase & Jay Clayton beat Randy Tyler & Bobby Jaggers.
3. Nelson Royal pinned Ron Starr.
4. Grizzly Smith beat Sigfried Stanke.
5. Midget TTM. Bobo Johnson & Farmer Pete beat Little Tokyo & Billy the Red.
6. Dick the Bruiser DDQ Abdullah the Butcher.
7. 4 MTTM. Andre the Giant & Buck Robley beat Ken Patera & Bob Sweetan.
8. Dick Murdoch beat Karl Kox in a "Jim Bowie death" match (blindfold match).

5. Brutes Match. Dick the Bruiser double disq. Abdullah the Butcher.
6. Special Match. 'The American Dream' Dusty Rhodes pinned Waldo Von Erich.
7. United States Tag Team Match. (Champs): 'Killer' Karl Kox & 'Bruiser' Bob Sweetan lost by count out to (Challs): Andre the Giant & Col. Buck Robley. (Champs keep belts).
8. North American Heavyweight Title Match. (Champ): Dick Murdoch beat (Chall): a former NWA World's Heavyweight Champ Dory Funk Jr. with the brain buster.
9. NWA World's Heavyweight Title Match. (Champ): Terry Funk referee's decision (Chall):bloodied 'Cowboy' Bill Watts. (The pre-match attack on Watts is still done by bounty hunter Ken Patera).
Here is one for 1977 which did not actually host one.
Superdome Extravaganza 2#
