Trongard, “Coast to coast, continent to continent, border to border, ‘USWA Championship Wrestling’ is on the air! ‘Star Wars’ is approaching, and the tension is building. Bill, we have an exciting show tonight.”
Mercer, “One of the hottest feuds of the early 80’s was the Von Erich's vs. The Freebirds, tonight it reignites, Kerry Von Erich meets Buddy Roberts! It begins again.”
Trongard, “Let’s get things started.”
Match #1
Sgt Slaughter vs. Mike Reed
Plays, and Sgt Slaughter comes to the ring. The popular Marine is ready action. Reed has no chance. Slaughter punishes him. He hits the Slaughter cannon, and follows it up with the cobra clutch.

Masa Saito (American Heavyweight Championship) w/Sheik Adnan el Kaissey vs. Bob Marcus
Saito is at his vicious best. “Mr. Torture” goes right after Marcus. He chops, and kicks. Marcus puts up a fight, but Saito uses a German suplex for the win,

Lowrance, “September 5 is the date. ‘Labor Day Star Wars’ takes place on September 5 at Market Square Arena in Indianapolis, IN, bell time 8:00 PM. We have another match to add. It will be a battle of the giants, Jerry Blackwell will take on, the Samoan giant, Kokina Maximus. Blackwell has gone toe to toe with Sheik Adnan monsters. This is another chance for revenge. Add that to these matches.
Kevin Von Erich and Sgt Slaughter meet, the European tag team, the Executioners.
Phil LaFleur defends the World Light Heavyweight Title against Greg Gagne.
For the World Tag Team Championship, the Fabulous Freebirds defend against the Fantastics.
Then we have the ‘Bruiser Brawl’. Eight men will participate in a single elimination tournament. The winner will receive a check for $10,000 presented by the legendary Dick the Bruiser. Here are the eight men involved.

The Angel of Death w/Sheik Adnan el Kaissey vs. The Destroyer
The massive Angel of Death will be in the “Bruiser Brawl” and he has to be one of the favorites. The masked man is very good, but can he match the Angel? The Destroyer starts quickly. He goes right after AoD. The Angel is ready. He matches the Destroyer dirty trick for dirty trick. He takes over and uses a powerslam for the win.

Chris Adams vs. Frankie Lancaster
The popular “English Gentleman” takes on the tough “Thumper”. Adams uses his wrestling skills to control the early action. Lancaster fights back with roughhouse tactics. Adams fights back with his judo skills. He lands a superkick for the win.

Marc Lowrance is with the Fabulous Freebirds.
Lowrance, “With are the Fabulous Freebirds. Gentlemen, you will be busy on September 5. The tag team titles are up for grabs against the Fantastics, and Terry Gordy is in the ‘Bruiser Brawl,.”
Hayes, “Not busy, but taking care of business! Bam Bam is going to march through that field, and we can’t wait to take care of, the big dummy, Kerry Von Erich! Then, those two pretty boys from LA, and by the way, I hate the Dodgers! Fulton, Rogers, it’s over for you, we’re tired of playing around!”
Lowrance, “Michael Hayes, confident as always.”

The Fabulous Freebirds (World Tag Team Champions) vs. Sonny Rogers and El Diablo
It will be Hayes and Gordy for the World Champions. Gordy starts against Rogers. Bam Bam uses his size and strength to batter Sonny. The veteran, Rogers, stands toe to toe with Gordy, but things begin to turn. Hayes tags in and picks up the pace. The masked tries his hand, but Michael uses the DDT to end things.

Steve Simpson vs. Eric Embry
Two former light heavyweight champions meet in this one. Simpson takes to air early, and Embry is frustrated. He takes to the floor to regroup, and argue with the ringsiders. Embry returns, and lures Simpson into the corner. Eric pounds away, and now the African is in trouble. Steve goes to the roughhouse tactics. Both men end up on the arena floor. Referee David Manning begins his count. He reaches 20, and both men are counted out.
Result-Double Count Out
Marc Lowrance is with Kerry Von Erich.
Lowrance, “With me is the World Champion. Kerry, it must seem like old times. You meet a ‘Freebird’ tonight. Buddy Roberts is a wily veteran.”
Kerry, “We go way back. I know how I know what all the Freebirds are capable of, and Roberts might be the most sneaky.”
Lowrance, “Well, along those lines, you are entered into the ‘Bruiser Brawl’, and so is Terry Gordy. Michael Hayes is working on a plan, I’m sure.”
Kerry, “I’m ready for anything! Hayes, Gordy, you get involved, and I’ll teach you a lesson!”

Non-Title Match
Kerry Von Erich (World Champion) vs. Buddy Roberts
Even though it’s Wisconsin, the crowd knows the importance of this match up. Kerry is the better wrestler, but you can’t forget about Buddy’s guile, and the other two Freebirds. Kerry starts fast. Roberts is in trouble. He rolls out of the ring and confers with his “brothers”. Buddy returns to the ring. Kerry moves in, but Roberts lands a boot to the lower mid-section. Now the Freebird is in control. He begins to choke the World Champion. Referee Bronko Lubich counts four, and Roberts breaks. Kerry begins to rally. He pounds away, and Roberts is in full retreat. Kerry slaps on the claw! Hayes hits the ring and attack Kerry. Lubich calls for the bell. Kerry and Michael slug it out. Gordy grabs a chair and climbs into the ring. He smashes it over Kerry’s back. The numbers game is simply too much. Gordy puts the chair on the mat. He sets Kerry for the piledriver. All three Freebirds spike Kerry on the chair! The crowd gasps. The Freebirds leave Kerry on the mat.
Winner-Kerry Von Erich (Disqualification)
Mercer and Trongard are silent. We see medical personnel put a neck brace on Kerry and put him on a stretcher. The program ends with Von Erich begging wheeled to the back.
