Trongard, “Coast to coast, continent to continent, border to border, ‘USWA Championship Wrestling’ is on the air! Bill, we are back on the ‘Badger State’.”
Mercer, “Wisconsin is a beautiful place in summer, and we have some hot action for you. We will also talk about ‘Labor Day Star Wars”. Rod, what about our main event?"
Trongard, “It’s a battle of the giants, Kamala the Ugandan giant meets Jerry Blackwell. We better reinforce the ring. Le’s go to the ring, and see the Texas Champion in action.”

Non-Title Match
Rick Martel (Texas Champion) w/Frenchy Martin vs. The Destroyer
The cocky Champion struts around the ring. Martel used to be very popular, not any more. Rick is still very talented. He wrestles well, and controls the action. He uses the Quebec crab for the win.

Gary Young vs. Mike Reed
Young has been on a bit of a winning streak as of late. Something is also going on with Mr. Olympia as well, but no one quite knows what it is. Young Reed gives a good effort, but this is a very different Gary Young. He is aggressive, and works over Reed. He hits a shoulder breaker for the win.

Marc Lowrance is with the Fantastics.
Lowrance, “With me are the popular Fantastics. Gentlemen, you are the number one contenders to the Freebirds’ title. At ‘Labor Day Star Wars’, you have your chance.”
Rogers, “Bobby and I want those titles. We know how tough it is to beat them. You don’t know which two will wrestle, and the third one always gets involved.”
Fulton, “We love the fans in the Midwest. Tommy and I would love to win the titles in Indianapolis. Freebirds, we’re ready for you! We’re coming to take those titles, and with the fans behind us, it’s going to happen!”
Lowrance, “The Fantastics are in the ring next.”
Match #3
The Fantastics vs. Nick Busick and Bob Marcus
Bobby Fulton opens up with Marcus. Fulton is quick, and Marcus is in trouble. Bobby gets a quick two count. Marcus kicks out and tags in Busick. The big youngster tries to rough up Fulton. Bobby tags in Tommy Rogers. Tommy goes to work. The crowd gets behind Tommy, and he uses the Fantastic flip for the win.
Winners-The Fantastics
Match #4
Dino Bravo w/Frenchy Martin vs. Brian Adias
This will be a good one. The muscular Bravo has been very impressive, and Adias is very competent. Adias starts fast, and Bravo is in retreat. Brian rolls him up, and referee David Manning counts two. Bravo kicks out. He takes to the floor to confer with Martin. Bravo returns to the ring. He uses his strength to take over. Martin cheers from ringside. Dino uses a side suplex for the win.

Lowrance, “Fans, we are getting closer to Labor Day. That means “Star Wars” at Market Square Arena in downtown Indianapolis. IN. The show features the ‘Bruiser Brawl’. Eight of the toughest men in the USWA will do battle in a single elimination tournament. The winner will receive a check for $10,000 to be awardee by the legendary Dick the Bruiser. The eight contestants are,

The Rougeau Brothers w/Frenchy Martin vs. Sonny Rogers and Buck Zumhofe
The talented Rougeaus, from Montreal, have been very impressive since Frenchy Martin brought them to the USWA. Jacques opens with Zumhofe. Buck is a game veteran, but Rougeau is one of the best. He works over Buck. Raymond tags in and continues the attack. Rogers tags in, and tries his luck. The Canadiens are too much. They use the Rougeau bomb for the win.

Brickhouse Brown vs. Eric Embry
Two young light heavyweights go at it. The action is fast paced. Embry rolls up Brown, but Brickhouse kicks out at two. Brown uses a sunset flip for a near fall. Referee Rick Hazzard tries to keep up with the action. Brown traps Embry in the corner. He lands several forearms. Eric fights his way out of the corner, and we have a slugfest. The action continues until Brickhouse hits a high cross body. Embry grabs the tights and reverses the cover. Hazzard counts three!

Marc Lowrance is with Kerry Von Erich.
Lowrance, “With me is the World Champion. Kerry, you are entered into the ‘Bruiser Brawl’. There are seven other top wrestlers in the tournament. It will be a tough night.”
Kerry, “I’ve never backed down from a fight, and I’ll have a few of them in Indianapolis.”
Lowrance, “Terry Gordy is in the tournament as well. He’s an old rival.”
Kerry, “Gordy and I go way back…”
The Fabulous Freebirds come out.
Lowrance, “Hold on, we don’t want any trouble here.”
Hayes, “No trouble, no trouble at all. We just came out here to talk to this dummy. ‘Bam Bam’ is going into the tournament, and we hope he draws you first. He’ll destroy you, and you’ll slink away and give up that title!”
Kerry, “Listen Hayes, I ran you out of Texas before, and I can kick you out of the USWA!”
Hayes, “Look Von Erich, let’s not wait until Labor Day. You and Buddy Jack, next week, on TV!”
Kerry, “You got! Roberts first, then you other two!”
Lowrance, “We have a main event for next week.”

Jerry Blackwell vs. Kamala w/Sheik Adnan el Kaissey
Two giants meet in the main event. Kamala attacks quickly. The Ugandan savage chops and kicks. Blackwell is in trouble. Sheik Adnan shouts instructions from ringside. Kamala backs Blackwell into the corner and begins to choke. Jerry is in trouble, but the Stevens Point crowd gets behind him. ‘The Mountain from Stone Mountain” fights his way out of the corner. We have a pier six brawl. Blackwell now has the edge, and Kaissey is worried. Blackwell tries to scoop up Kamala. This is a mistake. He gets Kamala partway up, but can’t hold him. He falls on top of Blackwell. Referee Bronko Lubich counts three, Kamala wins!
Winner-Kamala

Trongard, “Jerry Blackwell will not take this lying down.”
Mercer, “Sheik Adnan will be happy with this one, but you’re right, Blackwell will be out for revenge, and speaking of revenge, we have Von Erich vs. Freebird next week. Kerry Von Erich meets Buddy Roberts.”
