Tom Renesto Sr.: "Welcome to American International Wrestling. We come to you this week with a special taped edition of action. Following the big show last night, we have much to catch everyone up on as we bring action from those matches today. First up, we bring the ending of the match between Mr. E and Terry Simms and the fireworks that led to the surprising ending but first, this break for a station identification."
Tom Renesto Sr. sends us to a commercial break.
----- COMMERCIAL BREAK -----
We get the house show line-up as well as a phone number for tickets and to schedule an A.I.W. event in your area!
Terry Simms versus Mr. E.
Our match already in progress, we find a bloody Simms taking a beating from Mr. E. After fiddling with his mask, E with a headbutt puts Simms down. Mr. E. jaws with the crowd before mounting the ropes where he does more talking. The referee attends to the downed Simms when someone runs down to the ring and shoves E. off the top where he crashes down to the mat. With both men down, the referee starts his count. The crowd comes alive as Simms stirs and is able to cover the unmoving Mr. E. and take the match.
Tom Renesto Sr.: "Despite suffering a terrible beating by Mr. E., Simms with the victory here with help from an unknown savior ... unknown until now ..."
*** ROLL THE TAPE! ***
ED BONZO!
Ed Bonzo: "A lesson learned Mr. E. or should I say under the mask ... Elton Bonzo? You see, when you came after me, I knew there was something familiar about you that I couldn't put my thumb on. Something familiar that only a brother would know. After you were carted out of the arena on a stretcher, it was real easy to find out just who you were."
Bonzo holds up a mask.
Ed Bonzo: "Tom Renesto, I believe this belongs to you. As for you Terry Simms, word of advice ... trust no one!"
*** END THE TAPE ***
Tom Renesto Sr.: "Ed Bonzo returns to the area and not only helps Terry Simms in his match but also solves the mystery of the identity of Mr. E., the man that hounded the former champion a while back. Brother versus brother that did not end so nicely for Elton Bonzo. We'll be right back after this commercial break.
----- COMMERCIAL BREAK -----
We come back to our host who has been joined by a head bandaged Terry Simms.
Tom Renesto Sr.: "Thank you for joining me today, Terry and congratulations on your aided win over Mr. E."
Terry Simms: "Tom, that certainly isn't the way I wanted to win a match but under the circumstances, I guess I can't look a gift horse in the mouth. Despite taking a beating, there was no giving up and I'd like to think that I would have come back and won it."
The pair is interrupted by Al Barr and a large muscular man. Over Barr's shoulder is the A.I.W. TV Title.
Al Barr: "Instead of wasting your time with this joker, let's talk about me ... your Television Champion."
Tom Renesto Sr.: "Al Barr, what is the meaning of this? You know as well as we do that you lost your match to Tony Stetson. The proof is in the match ... roll the tape!"
A.I.W. TV Title Match: Tony Stetson (C) w/Misty Dawn versus Al Barr
Barr tries to start the match off with a handshake but Stetson listens to the fans who warn him. Barr plays innocent until Stetson obliges and Barr tries a cheap shot which backfires. A begging Barr takes one between the eyes. The fans love that Stetson beats him around the ring until some underhanded tactics put Barr in control. Misty Dawn warns the referee of what he missed that has him questioning the offender. Barr pleads innocence but no one believes him. After being admonished by the ref, Barr plays with the fans who know what he did by tapping his head - too bad for him he doesn't pay attention to the wrestling match in progress. A clothesline nearly takes his head off and Barr escapes to the outside for a breather. Not today as Stetson follows to the outside, tattoos him around the ring before bringing him back in the hard way. Big suplex into the ring is followed by a knee drop off the middle ropes. With prompting from Misty Dawn and the fans, Stetson to the top with an elbow drop for the pinfall.
Tom Renesto Sr.: "We've seen the match, how is it that YOU have the title belt?"
Al Barr: "Heeheehee, would you believe, he just gave it to me?"
Tom Renesto Sr.: "We'll dig into that but right now, that's all the time we have this week. Join us next week for more LIVE American International Wrestling action!"
