Schiavone, “Welcome to Monday Nitro! Brain, what a night at the Omni, Hulk Hogan reigned supreme!”
Heenan, “Stole the spotlight, you mean.”
Schiavone, “O.K. Brain. We crowned a TV Champion, World Tag Team Champions, and the International Lucha Champion, with a great ‘Lucha’ style match’. Finally, a familiar face is back, and here he is.”
We hear,
Ric Flair comes out and joins Schiavone and Heenan.
Flair, “Wooooooo! The Nature Boy is back! My old friend Bobby Heenan, Tony Schiavone!”
Schiavone, “Ric Flair is a few weeks away from returning to the ring, so he is going to sit in with us.”
Heenan, “Finally, intelligent conversation.”
Schiavone, “Let’s get things started. In the ring is a man we saw debut at Superbrawl, Wolf Hawkfield is in the ring.”
Match #1
Wolf Hawkfield vs. Nick Dinsmore
The “Cyber Warrior” was impressive at Superbrawl. Dinsmore tries to mat wrestle, but Hawkfield is up to the task. He controls the action with his hard hitting style. Wolf hits the cyber spear for the win.

Scott D’Amore vs. Bill Goldberg
Goldberg made his debut at Superbrawl. The former football star was very impressive. He goes right after the man from Canada. Goldberg hits him with a spear, and finishes things with a jackhammer.

Gene Okerlund is with Hulk Hogan.
Okerlund, , “With me Hulk Hogan. Hulkster, you came back with a bang. You were the sole survivor at Superbrawl.”
Hogan, “You know something, Mean Gene, the Hulkster was waiting to get back on the big time, and I did it! I had great partners, and in the end, the training, the prayers and the vitamins paid off! Vader is tough, Bam Bam is tough, and so is Sid, but we were better! The Hulkster is back!”

Hulk Hogan vs. Al Green
Schiavone tells us that two men will be chosen to wrestle for the World Title, and two for the U.S. Title. Hogan has to be a top contender. He goes right Green. Al has the size, but not the experience. Hogan takes over and wins with a legdrop.

Scott Norton (Champion) vs. Ice Train
Norton won the title when Diamond Dallas Page suffered a knee injury at Superbrawl. Tonight, Norton meets the massive Ice Train. The two big men lock up. Norton tosses Ice Train to the mat. They lock up again, and this time Norton hip tosses the big man. Norton continues to get the better of things. Ice Train gets in a few shots, but Norton powerslams him for the win.

Tony Schiavone, Ric Flair, and Bobby Heenan are at the announce position.
Schiavone, “At Superbrawl, Rey Mysterio defeated Jushin Liger to win the International Lucha Championship. It was a close, hard fought match. Mysterio is one of the top names in Mexico, and this win will make him known all over the world..”
Flair, “That...was...exciting! International Lucha is here, and it is wall to wall action!”
Heenan, “I was impressed by Mysterio. He weighs about 87 pounds, but he bounces around like a rubber ball.”
Schiavone, “Fine analysis there Brain. Let’s see the Champion in action.”

Rey Mysterio (International Lucha Champion) vs. Agulia
Mysterio is a very deserving Champion. “Agulia” translates as “Eagle” in Spanish. he takes to the air and the youngster is very sharp. He gets a two count on the Champion.However, the Champion is too much. He wins with the flying bodypress.

World Tag Team Championship
The Steiner Brothers (Champions) vs. The Amazing French Canadians
Jacques Rougeau and Carl Oulette hold up the match so they can sing an off key version of the Canadian National Anthem. The bell rings, and it’s Scott vs. Oulette. The big Canadian goes right after Scott, which is fine with Steiner. Scott fights back and we have a hard hitting matchup. Steiner suplexes Oulette, and covers him. Rougeau breaks up the count. Rick tags in, and he locks up with Oulette. Rougeau tags in, and the veteran tries his hand with the “Dogfaced Gremlin”. Rick is too much, and he and Scott use the Steiner bulldog for the win.

We see a video of the “Devil’s Triangle” and Madusa.
Madusa, “Sting, Luger, Hogan, you got lucky! You beat us once, but it won’t happen again! We’ve got our sights on the U.S., and the World Title. We want both of them, and it starts tonight! Sting, Sid beats you tonight, and we move up in the rankings!”
Gene Okerlund is with Sting.
Okerlund, “With me is the Stinger. Sting, tonight you take on Sid Vicious.”
Sting, “Owwwwwww! Sid Vicious, you want to make a name for yourself by beating the Stinger? I’m not hard to find. I want those titles too. I beat you, I’m on top of the rankings. May the best man win!”

Sting vs. Sid Vicious w/Madusa
Both Flair and Heenan point out that the “Devil’s Triangle” did an interview together, Sting and Hogan did not. This is a rematch of a few weeks ago, and has the big fight feel to it. Nick Patrick is your referee. The bell rings and they lock up. Sid grabs a side headlock. Sting shoots him into the ropes and drops him with a shoulder tackle. Sting goes for the scorpion. Sid escapes and takes to the floor to confer with Madusa. Sid returns and slows the pace of the match. Sid punishes Sting. The Nashville crowd tries to rally Sting, and it works. Sting explodes and now Sid is in retreat. Bam Bam Bigelow comes to ringside. He distracts referee Nick Patrick. Madusa tosses something to Sid. He decks Sting. Sid goes for the cover, and Patrick turns to count the fall. Sid wins!

Schiavone, “Sting falls victim to the numbers game again.”
Heenan, “Think about something, Bam Bam came to help Sid. I know Luger wasn’t here tonight, but where was Hogan? I warned them.”
Flair, “I guarantee you, that if I was in trouble, Arn would be there for me.”
Schiavone, “I witnessed that many times. You may be right. Fans, join us next week!”
