These three cruiserweights open the show with moves not really seen. Fighting under triple threat rules, all three men try to keep the others from gaining a pinfall. The match comes to an end Blitzkreg lying outside after a shoulderblock by Munoz and Munoz down following a senton from Calo. Thinking Blitzkreg is out, Calo climbs the ropes to make it to the top, he is pushed off by a recovered Blitzkreg. Blitzkreg climbs the ropes himself and delivers an astonishing skytwister press that lands squarly on Calo for the pin.
WINNER: BLITZKREG

~~ (Referee: Mike Chioda): Tommy Cairo Vs Doug Basham
Cairo and Basham lock up with neither man getting a solid advantage. Cairo, being a bit longer in the wrestling wars uses his knowledge and experience to his advantage and catches Basham with a school boy for the pin. A frustrated Basham is seen throwing things at ringside as he heads to the back.
WINNER: TOMMY CAIRO

~~ (Referee: Randy Anderson): Scott Putski Vs Horace Hogan
These two powerhouses do not pretend to wrestle. There is stiff shots and forearms from both, with neither man moving out of the way until Putski delivers a dropkick that knocks Hogan off his feet. Trying to pick up Hogan gets Putski a rake of the eyes. Once blinded, it is all Hogan with massive forearms, punches and kicks until Putski is softened up enough for a piledriver and the pinfall.
WINNER: HORACE HOGAN

~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson) The Kole Twins (Keith & Kent) Vs State Patrol (Lt. James Earl Wright & Sgt. Buddy Lee Parker)
The Kole twins are not quite ready for the dirty double teaming tactics of The State Patrol. Wright & Parker deliver some stiff suplexs and double team moves on Keith Kole until Kent cannot stand it any longer. Kent pushes referee Dickinson away in order to rescue his brother, but in doing so gets them disqualified.
WINNERS: The State Patrol

~~ (Referee: Randy Anderson) The Maulers (Rip Morgan & Jack Victory) Vs High Voltage (Robbie Rage & Kenny Kaos)
Referee Randy Anderson looks tiny between these four monsters. Morgan tries to power Rage but finds that Rage is not one to be moved. Tagging in Victory, it is found that he could do no better. These four brawlers make their way outside of the ring and with fists a’ fyin’ it does not take long to break down and both teams to be counted out.
WINNERS: DOUBLE COUNTOUT

~~ (Referee: Mike Chioda): Frankie “The Thumper” Lancaster Vs “California Studd” Rod Price
Price tries his best to outwrestle “The Thumper” but Lancaster is ready for everything the “California Studd” tries. It is a solid match between two veteran wrestlers that end up with Price catching Lancaster with the flying shoulder tackle, then a running powerslam for the win.
WINNER: “CALIFORNIA STUDD” ROD PRICE

~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson): Main Event: Power & Glory (Hercules Hernandez & Paul Roma) Vs Satoshi Kojima & Shinya Hashimoto
The two Japanese stars hand every stiff shot that Power & Glory dish out, right back to them. It is a heavy match with four of the meanest wrestlers in the world going at it in the centre of the ring. Roma, getting the upper hand slightly, stops to show off but is caught with an exploder suplex from Hashimoto, that rocks Roma to his boots. A running leg drop sets up a tag to Kojima who in turns waits for Roma to get up before delivering the devestating COZY CRUSH DYNAMITE!!!! Roma is out for the count as Hashimoto keeps Hercules at bay.
WINNERS: SATOSHI KOJIMA & SHNYA HASHIMOTO

Hot Commodity uses their speed to overtake the power of Roy and Basham. Dinero holds his own but is stopped by an errant poke to the eye. Blinded, Dinero is left alone to get punishment, ending with a piledriver from Basham for the 3.
WINNERS: DOUG BASHAM & ANTONIE ROY

~~ (Referee: Mike Chioda): Bryant Anderson Vs JT Smith
Ole’s son is a chip off the old Anderson block. Using various suplexes and direct attacks on to the left arm of Smith, Anderson is showing that he has learned everything from his famous father. He takes apart Smith at almost every joint of the body, ending the match with a stump puller.

~~ (Referee: Randy Anderson): The Battle Kats Vs Bad Attitude (David Young/Rick Michaels)
Bad Attitude are ready for these masked Battle Kat ! & 2. Michaels & Young try to grab a hold on the quicker team but find it difficult. Battle Kat #1 delivers a series of dropkicks that knock both of Bad Attitude outside to the floor. As BA regroup, Battle Kats fly off the top rope and land on their opponents. Young gets #2 in the ring and Irish whips him in to the ropes. As #2 comes back, Young drops his head down to attempt a back body drop but instead #2 rolls over the back of Young. Young stands and sees #2 coming back from running the ropes but delivers a HUGE spinebuster on the returning #2. The pin is academic at this point.
WINNERS: BAD ATTITUDE

~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson) Paul Roma Vs Frankie “The Thumper” Lancaster
Both are coming off great matches from last week. Roma, using his arrogance and cockiness to his advantage, gets the upper hand for the first few minutes of the match. Lancaster catches on and starts doing fire with fire, upsetting Roma and taking him off of his game. Sliding outside of the ring, looking for a breather, Roma is chased by Lancaster. Sliding back in the ring, as Lancaster follows he is caught with a sharp elbow drop to the back of the head that stuns him enough for Roma to deliver the top rope elbow and get the pin.
WINNER: PAUL ROMA

~~ (Referee: Randy Anderson) High Voltage (Kenny Kaos/Robbie Rage) Vs The State Patrol (Sgt. Buddy Lee Parker/Lt. James Earl Wright)
Robbie Rage start off for High Voltage while Lt. Wright starts off for The State Patrol. The smaller Patrol cannot match strength with the massive Voltage so instead use double team tactics and quickness to get their advantage. It does work for awhile until Rage catches Parker after a quick tag between the State Patrol. Lifting Parker up and carrying him to his corner, Rage tags Kaos who lights up Parker with a flurry of rights and lefts that do not stop until Parker uses his ring smarts, grabs the tights and pulls Kaos down across the top rope. Tagging Wright now, Wright manages to catch Kaos in a second rope elbow that stuns the big man enough to get the pin while Rage is blocked by Parker.
WINNERS: THE STATE PATROL

~~ (Referee: Mike Chioda): Steve Bradley Vs Satoshi Kojima
The Japanese star Kojima is ready for the high impact, high flying Steve Bradley. They use holds and counters, high impact strikes and kicks back and forth with neither man getting the advantage for long. Bradley catches Kojima with a leg lariat, but when he attempts a leg drop from the top rope, he misses. Kojima, getting to his senses, tries a lariat but he too misses. This allows Bradley to place a kick to Kojima’s gut, doubling him over. Grabbing the head of Kojima, Bradley lifts him , enabling Kojima to stand straight up, but Kojima ends up grabbing the head of Bradley and delivers THE KOJI CUTTER!!!! A three count and the match is over.
WINNER: SATOSHI KOJIMA

~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson): Main Event: Shinya Hashimoto Vs Hercules Hernandez
Hercules shows no fear while standing chest to chest with Hashimoto. These two massive men do not wait for a bell and just start laying into each other with solid rights and lefts. Hercules slams Hashimoto who in turn catches Herc in a gut wrench Suplex of his own. Both men are giving everything they have and neither are falling for long. After 15 + minutes of brawling tires both men. The tide turns towards Hashimoto as he hits a running DDT that levels Hercules for the pin.
WINNER: SHINYA HASHIMOTO

Round #1

~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson): The Mafioso (Tony Devito & Vito Lograsso) Vs Chris Harris & Joey Munoz
The Mafioso come to the ring dressed in black dress pants, sleeveless white shirts and ties amid boos from the crowd. Harris and Munoz come to the ringside with the crowd cheering. Harris & Munoz are able to hold off the double teaming tactics of The Mafioso for only so long before a hidden low blow from Devito to Harris changes everything. One implant DDT (called “Sleeping with the Fishes”) a second later and it is all over.
WINNERS: THE MAFIOSO

~~ (Referee: Mike Chioda): Cole Twins Vs Bad Attitude (David Young & Rick Michaels)
The Cole Twins are ready for the younger upstarts Bad Attitude. Young and Michaels try everything they can, but the Cole’s are able to not only hold back Bad Attitude, but defeat them when Kent Cole delivers a flying back elbow to Michaels, getting the pin.

~~ (Referee: Randy Anderson): The State Patrol (Sgt. Buddy Lee Parker & Lt. Earl Wright) Vs High Voltage (Robbie Rage & Kenny Kaos)
The State Patrol start off handing out tickets to those at ringside as High Voltage make their way down. Once the two meet, it is a brawl from the get go. Unfortunately, Buddy Lee Parker & Earl Wright cannot match the power of Rage & Kaos. The contest ends after Rage scoops up Wright and delivers a running powerslam, pinning him after.
WINNERS: HIGH VOLTAGE

~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson) The Maulers (Jack Victory & Rip Morgan) Vs Power & Glory (Paul Roma & Hercules)
These two teams do not even wait for a bell before ripping in to each other. The brawling goes inside and outside of the ring but since moving on to the second round of the tournament is at stake, the referee allows it. Hercules over powers both Victory and Morgan when faced against them, while Roma does more than hold his own. The end comes for the Maulers after Hercules lifts Victory up in a suplex position while Roma does a body splash off the top onto Victory. The pin is academic at this point.

ROUND #2

~~ (Referee: Randy Anderson) The Kole Twins Vs Power & Glory
The Kole Twins try their hardest but are overpowered quickly from Power & Glory. While they are faster than Hercules, Roma matches them. It is a solid come and go between both teams until behind the referee’s back, Kent Kole is attacked by Bad Attitude. Rick Michaels and David Young post Kent face first against the ring post, then throw him in, allowing Roma to deliver the top rope splash for the pin.
WINNERS: POWER & GLORY

~~ (Referee: Mike Chioda): The Mafioso Vs High Voltage
The Mafioso attempt to break the rules in order to win, but the sheer strength of High Voltage is more than enough to hold them off. It becomes a “slaughter” so to speak as Rage & Kaos use their power to dominate the Mafioso. It ends once Kaos gorilla presses Vito Lograsso and slams him to the ground, stunning Vito for the pin.
WINNERS: HIGH VOLTAGE

FINAL
~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson): MAIN EVENT: High Voltage Vs Power & Glory
This is just power Vs power, muscle Vs muscle between Power & Glory and High Voltage. Plenty of forearms and slams abound this battle for the USAPW tag team belts. After 15 + minutes of straight brawling, the match ending comes when a miscued clothesline from Roma hits Hercules, knocking Herc out of the ring. This allows Rage to pick up Roma on to his shoulders and Kaos to come off the top with a clothesline that knocks Roma down for the pin.
WINNERS AND NEW USAPW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: HIGH VOLTAGE
