JERRY LYNN, after going to a TV Time limit draw with AL SNOW last week, gets a shot at OWEN HART and the NWA WORLD TITLE HERE TONIGHT!!!!

TERRY FUNK defeats JIM “THE ANVIL” NEIDHARDT W/JIMMY HART after a piledriver in the center of the ring. Total brawl, lots of violence. The two men beat each other up for 10 minutes.

After the match UNABOMB came down to the ring, FUNK tried to fight him off but got CHOKESLAMMED. UNABOMB ripped at FUNK’S neck and tried to break it, but JERRY LYNN AND RICKY STEAMBOAT ran out and made the save.

KEVIN KELLY catches JIMMY HART, UNABOMB and JIM NEIDHARDT as they come through the curtain backstage. KELLY asks why UNABOMB attacked FUNK. JIMMY says that the only reason FUNK beat UNABOMB in that FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH was because of DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE, and UNABOMB put PAGE on the shelf PERMANTLY last week! JIMMY challenges FUNK to meet UNABOMB one on one, JIMMY promises no interference from the FIRST FAMILY and says if FUNK can beat UNABOMB, then FUNK can get a title match with OWEN HART!!!

LANCE DIAMOND W/ THE SEXY AS HELL DAWN MARIE defeats JIM POWERS with a SWINGING NECK BREAKER

“ASTONISHING” AL SNOW W/SISTER SHERRI defeats STEVIE RICHARDS W/THE BLUE MEANIE with the SNOW PLOW. RICHARDS hit on SHERRI and tried to get a kiss, but got slapped for his efforts. MEANIE carried a sign asking for information on the location of JOHNNY POLO it provided a phone number to call. MEANIE acted like he was going to fight SNOW after the match, SNOW flinched like he was going to punch MEANIE and MEANIE passed out from fright!!!!

SABU, THE GREAT SASSUKE, AND SUPER CRAZZY defeat INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION THE GREAT MUTA AND THE HIT SQUAD (DICK TOGO/MEN’S TEIOH) W/SONNY ONOO when SABU pinned MUTA after a MOONSAULT. Crazy match with THE GREAT SASSUKE coming in from JAPAN, STYLES put SASSUKE over, and said he and TOGO/TEIOH have had a major history in JAPAN. He talks about SUPER CRAZZY as the LUCHA version of SABU and puts over CRAZZY’s past in GWF and in MEXICO as HYSTERIA. Because of SABU’s victory, SABU now gets a match with MUTA and gets to pick the stipulation!!!! STYLES says he can’t wait to hear what the stipulation is and that he hopes SASSUKE and CRAZZY stick around.

STYLES recaps what we saw in the first hour and reports that SABU will take on THE GREAT MUTA for the INTERNATIONAL TITLE at the first PAY PER VIEW of the year from the NWA, SLAMBOREE 95!!! STYLES says that he has been informed that SABU has requested a DEATH MATCH!!! STYLES says that in a DEATH MATCH, FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE and after you have pinned a wrestler, that wrestler has 10 seconds to answer a ten count, if he can rise then the match continues until someone cannot answer the ten count!!! STYLES says that match will be one of the craziest ever!!! STYLES is then joined by NWA TV CHAMPION JERRY LYNN to talk about LYNN’S match later tonight against NWA WORLD CHAMPION OWEN HART.

LYNN starts to talk about what an honor it would be to win the title when he is interrupted by

“ASTONISHING” AL SNOW and SISTER SHERRI. SNOW says that LYNN shouldn’t be facing OWEN tonight, SNOW should be. SNOW says LYNN knows if they had 5 more minutes in the match, SNOW would have beat LYNN. LYNN says he is sick of this and challenges SNOW to meet him here next week, in a match with no time limit, it’ll start when the show starts, and it’ll end whenever one man is pinned. SNOW agrees and says he hopes LYNN wins tonight so next week’s match will be for the WORLD TITLE!!!!

RICKY STEAMBOAT defeats “DANGEROUS” DEVON STORM with a body block. STORM is a promising young wrestler, and pulled out some batshit crazy moves, but it wasn’t enough to deal with the former NWA WORLD CHAMPION. After the match STEAMBOAT is given another note and looks very angry about it.

KEVIN KELLY catches up with RICKY STEAMBOAT backstage, KELLY asks about the note and STEAMBOAT shows it to him, it says “NEXT WEEK I’M COMING BACK!” STEAMBOAT says he has no idea who it is from, but whoever it is will be in for a surprise if they think that THE DRAGON is going to cower in fear from them. STEAMBOAT crumbles up the note and throws it down!

HARLEM HEAT W/WOMAN defeat THE FBI (LITTLE GUIDO and DISCO INFERNO) when BOOKER T pins DISCO INFERNO with a HARLEM HANGOVER. The match featured a nice segment of wrestling holds and exchanges between BOOKER and LITTLE GUIDO. HARLEM HEAT wore the NWA TAG TITLE BELTS out to the ring.

After the match THE ELIMINATORS ran out to try and get their belts back, THE ELIMINATORS and HARLEM HEAT once again brawled around the ring, SHERRI ripped most of WOMAN’S DRESS OFF AS WELL!!!!

STYLES shows us a replay of a 2/3 naked WOMAN trying to cover up after being attacked by SHERRI!!!

TAZ W/BILL ALFONSO defeats JOE GOMEZ when he drops GOMEZ on his head with a HEAD AND SHOULDER TAZPLEX then makes him TAP OUT to the TAZMISSION!!!!

STYLES is joined by NWA WORLD CHAMPION OWEN HART and manager JIMMY HART. STYLES asks if OWEN was OK with the challenge JIMMY laid down at the start of the show to FUNK, and OWEN says it was his idea. He knows FUNK has no chance in beating UNABOMB and goes one step further with it, saying if FUNK takes the challenge and beats UNABOMB, not only will OWEN put the title on the line, but he will do it at SLAMBOREE INSIDE A STEEL CAGE!!!! OWEN says all FUNK needs is the guts to accept!!! OWEN then talks about facing JERRY LYNN next and says while LYNN is the TV CHAMPION, OWEN is the WORLD CHAMPION and he is going to show why in the MAIN EVENT!

NWA WORLD CHAMPION OWEN HART defeats JERRY LYNN with the SHARPSHOOTER. LYNN and OWEN had a great match, trading holds, both men taking to the air. LYNN thought he had the win with a CRADLE PILEDRIVER but OWEN got his foot on the bottom rope. After a referee bump LYNN hit a FROG SPLASH and had OWEN pinned for a good 10 seconds until a second referee ran down and OWEN kicked out at 2. LYNN was trapped in the SHARPSHOOTER twice, the first time he was able to get to the ropes. The second time he was in the center of the ring and just couldn’t make it, choosing to give up now and be able to face OWEN again another day. OWEN holds the title up in the air. STYLES says next week TERRY FUNK will answer the challenge!!!

-Jerry Lynn defeated Al Snow in a match that went almost the entire first hour of the program, 58:37 to be exact. Lynn finally pinned Snow after a cradle piledriver. Sherri jumped on Lynn after the match and got a piledriver for her troubles as well

-Taz defeated Hack Myers choking him out with a Tazmission

-Terry Funk accepted the match with Unabomb next week, if he wins he gets Owen Hart in a Steel Cage

-First Family promo, Owen tells Neidhardt and Unabomb to finish Funk off tonight so Unabomb doesn’t have to worry about facing Funk next week

-The Great Muta defeats The Great Sasuke

-Paul E Dangerously orders The Eliminators and Harlem Heat to meet in a Ladder Match at Slamboree for the NWA Tag Team Titles

-Terry Funk and Ricky Steamboat defeat Jim Neidhardt and Unabomb when Steamboat pins Neidhardt. After the match Funk and Unabomb fight into the crowd, Owen and the Anvil leave the ring. Steamboat is watching Unabomb and Funk brawk when SHANE DOUGLAS along with FRANCINE, jumps the rails and attacks Steamboat from behind!!! Douglas drops Steamboat with a fisherman buster then laughs in the ring.

-Joey Styles opens the show with Shane Douglas and Francine, Douglas says that the contract said he had to leave the NWA for 6 months, and that period of time is over, and now the Franchise is back, with Francine on his arm and he is going to take Steamboat out! Douglas lays out a challenge for Slamboree to Steamboat to meet him one on one in the ring, if Steamboat has the guts!

-NWA TV Champion Jerry Lynn defeats Stevie Richards w/The Blue Meanie. During the match it is said that International Superstar Eddy Guerrero will make his NWA debut at Slamboree and get a shot at Jerry Lynn and the TV Title.

-Promo from Terry Funk about facing Unabomb later tonight and getting a shot at the NWA Title at Slamboree

-The FBI (Disco Inferno and Little Guido) defeat Hack Myers and “Dangerous” Devon Storm when Guido pins Storm after the Sicilian Slice

-Promo from Sonny Onoo and The Great Muta. Onoo says Muta will destroy Sabu once and for all at Slamboree!!

-Taz defeats Jim Powers with the Tazmission

-Ricky Steamboat accepts the match with Shane Douglas for Slamboree

-NWA World Tag Team Champions The Eliminatiors defeated Sabu and Super Crazzy when Perry Saturn pinned Super Crazzy after an elbow off the top rope. During the match Onoo and Muta made their way down to the ring, Sabu tried to take them out but Muta sprayed Sabu with the red mist, causing Sabu to scream in pain and flop around outside the ring

-EMTs trying to flush out Sabu’s eyes while he screams. Kevin Kelly reports Sabu is having a hard time seeing anything!
- NWA World Champion Owen Hart defeats Ron Simmons by Submission with a Sharpshooter

- The Great Sasuke defeats Venum Black when a Ligerbomb

- Promo from The First Family, Owen tells Unabomb to win or he is out of the First Family!!!

-Terry Funk defeats Unabomb after a piledriver onto a steel chair. Because of the win, Funk will now face Owen Hart in a Steel Cage Match, live on Pay Per View for the NWA World Title!!!

Clips of Funk beating Unabomb last week. Styles bring out Terry Funk to talk about facing Owen Hart in the cage at Slamboree, Funk says it has been a long time since he last wore the NWA Title and he can’t wait to do it again. Owen and Anvil come out, Unabomb has been fired for losing last week. Owen says Funk won’t make it out of the cage alive. He challenges Funk to find a partner for tonight to face him and the Anvil, Funk laughs and says he knows just who to get, a buddy of his is visiting in the back. Born to be Wild starts playing and CACTUS FN JACK walks out the locker room!!!!! Owen and The Anvil are not happy about this at all, Owen is freaking out, Cactus says he and Funk have had their problems, but they smoothed them all out and it will be an honor to team with the Funker and cave in Owen and Anvil’s skulls tonight BANG BANG!!!


-Eddy Guerrero makes his NWA debut by beating Super Crazzy in a high flying match. TV Champion Jerry Lynn watched from the aisle way. Eddy shook hands with Super Crazzy after the match and then with Jerry Lynn in the aisle.

-Shane Douglas w/Franchine defeated Joe Gomez with a Belly to Belly Suplex

-Kevin Kelly catches Shane Douglas and Francine as they come through the curtain, Douglas says the whole time he was away from the NWA he only had one thing in mind, coming back and putting Steamboat out of his misery once and for all, and at Slamboree he is going to do it

-The Hit Squad (Togo and Teoh) w/Sonny Onoo defeat The Great Sassuke and the debuting Kaz Hayashi when Togo pins Kaz after a Senton Bomb, update on Sabu’s vision. He isn’t here this week, and he can barely see, but he will be at Slamboree to take on Muta for the International Title in the Death Match

-Styles recaps hour 1 and shows Cactus Jack’s NWA debut, NWA World Champion Owen Hart and The Anvil join Joey and they are not happy, Cactus Jack is a mad man, they can’t believe that Funk would bring Jack here. Owen says that Funk thinks he got the better of them but he hasn’t and tonight he and the Anvil will take care of Cactus and Funk!

-Taz w/Bill Alfonso defeats Ron Simmons when he chokes him out with the Tazmission

-Perry Saturn and Booker T wrestle to a no contest when Saturn puts Booker on a table, pulls a MASSIVE ladder out from under the ring and drops an elbow drop onto Booker from off the top of the ladder, driving him though the table. Both men are knocked cold.

-Joey Styles talks to Terry Funk and Cactus Jack, Jack says Funk and he buried the hatchet a while back and he is glad to be here in the NWA to team with his long time mentor and idol. Funk says he will win the NWA Title in the cage at Slamboree and says tonight he and Jack will beat the shit out of those two no good sons of bitches!

-Terry Funk and Cactus Jack defeat NWA World Champion Owen Hart and The Anvil when Jack pins the Anvil after a double arm DDT. Funk and Owen are fighting in the crowd to end the show.
