“ACW Live !” Palace of Auburn Hills Auburn Hills, MI 6/5/95Craig Johnson and Larry Zbyszko open the show. The Palace crowd chants “Larry, Larry, Larry”! Zbyszko acknowledges the cheers. Johnson, “I’m here with the most popular man in wrestling. Legend, what a show we have for the fans. The Road Warriors are here, as is Dave Finlay, but in the big one, Steve Williams defends the American Heavyweight Title against his nemesis, Barry Windham.” Zbyszko, “This is one you do not want to miss. Williams has kept the title, but just barely. This will be one for the ages.” Johnson, “Let’s bring out Barry Windham and his group.” Windham, Bob Orton and Justin Hawk Bradshaw come out. Johnson, “Mr. Windham, tonight you face Steve Williams, again, with the American Heavyweight Title at stake. You have come close, but have not been able to win the title.” Windham, “That’s because Williams has the commission in his back pocket. There is always something that stops me, that’s why I brought in these two guys to watch my back. We’re ready for tonight. We’ve looked at every possibility and Williams won’t walk out with the title. You can count on that!” Johnson, “Does that mean Bradshaw and Orton will get involved?” Windham, “They’re here to watch my back, that’s all.” Johnson, “Tonight’s match will be one for the ages. When we return, Justin Hawk Bradshaw will be in action.” Match #1 Justin Hawk Bradshaw w/Barry Windham and Bob Orton def. Charlie Norris, w/clothesline
Match #2 Dave “Fit” Finlay def. The Tornado, w/reverse piledriverLee Marshall is with the Road Warriors and Paul Ellering. Marshall, “Gentlemen you defeated the Quebecers in a rematch last week. Something tells me we haven’t heard the last of Whippleman and his men.” Ellering, “Lee Marshall, we don’t care what Whippleman is up to. Every time he sends his men into the ring, and every time we beat them! No one takes anything away from the Quebecers, but they aren’t the Road Warriors, we are the best in the business!” Animal, “What Paul says is right! We beat them every time they get in the ring with us, and like Paul says, it’s going to happen again! The Road Warriors back down from no one!” Hawk, “That’s right! Quebecers, comes back if you want another beating, Animal and I are ready to give you one! What a ruuuuush!” Marshall, “Let’s see the Champions in the ring.” Match #3 Non-Title Match The Road Warriors (American Tag Team Champions) w/Paul Ellering def. Allen Funk and Jerry Flynn, w/Doomsday Device vs. Funk
Match #4 Johnny Ace vs. Johnny Smith, Time Limit DrawZbyszko is with Inspector Whippleman and his men. Zbyszko, “With me is Old Harve and his motley crew. Harve, you’ve lost the tag titles, Hokuto and Sasaki hate you, things just aren’t very good for you are they?” Whippleman, “Zbyszko, some day you are going to go too far and my men will squash you, but I don’t have time for that now. Let’s talk about the Quebecers. They did lose the tag titles, but all they need is a fair rematch. I have petitioned the ‘Championship Committee’ for a rematch at ‘Red, White and Boom’. The referees won’t dare cheat us at the big pay per view. Now about Hokuto, the ‘Dangerous Queen and her husband are on the same page with me. In fact, she has the biggest match of her life next week. She will defend the ‘Red Belt’ against one of the top wrestlers in the world.” Zbyszko, “Who?” Whipppleman, “A woman known as the ‘Snow Queen’. She is a great Canadian athlete. It will be hard for me to plan against a fellow Canadian, but Akira will be ready.” Zbyszko, “First of all, you’re not Canadian, and I’ve never heard of the ‘Snow Queen’.” Whippleman, “Zbysko, you’ve never been too bright. It doesn’t surprise me you don’t know a lot of things.” Zbyszko, “O.K. Harve, let’s see your men in action.” Match #5 Non-Title Match Masahiro Chono (International Heavyweight Champion) w/Inspector Whippleman and Sonny Onoo def. Maxx Payne, w/Yakuza kick
Match #6 Kensuke Sasaki w/Akira Hokuto, Inspector Whippleman and Sonny Onoo def. Big Titan, w/ Northern Lights BombMarshall is with Steve Williams. Marshall, “With me is the American Heavyweight Champion Steve ‘Dr. Death’ Williams. Doc, in a few minutes you meet Barry Windham again. He has come very close to taking the title from you, but you have been able to fight him off. Many people think you are living on borrowed time.” Williams, “Borrowed time? Look, Windham is tough and those two goons help him a lot, but he hasn’t taken this, and he’s not going to! I won this belt fair and square and I’ve defended it against anyone who deserves a shot. Windham deserves it, but he can’t beat me. I’ve proven that before and I’ll prove it again! And if Orton, or Bradshaw stick their noses into things, I’ll take care of them too!” Marshall, “Dr. Death is ready.” Match #7 American Heavyweight Championship Steve Williams (Champion) vs. Barry Windham w/Bob Orton and Justin Hawk BradshawOrton and Bradshaw distract Williams before the bell and Windham attacks him from behind. Windham pounds away at the Champion and Williams is in a bad way. Windham whips him into the ropes and clamps on the sleeper. This may be it! Williams fights his way to the ropes and referee Teddy Long calls for the break. Williams mounts a comeback and the match is very tight. Both men have their moments, but neither is able to take a fall. “Dr. Death’ digs deep and scoops up Windham. He hits the Oklahoma Stampede for the win. Steve Williams wins! Winner-Steve WilliamsJohnson and Zbyszko are seated in front of a “Red, White and Boom” banner. Johnson, “What a match! Windham is good, but Dr. Death is the Champion. You know that more wrestlers will be coming for that American Heavyweight Championship.” Zbyszko, “I don’t know who can take the title form him, he is on top of his game.” Johnson, “Well we are going to talk about that. Last week we announced ‘Red, White and Boom’ to be held July 3 at Yankee Stadium The cathedral of baseball will host ACW. We have some news about the matches that night. First of all, the American Heavyweight Title will be defended. Next week will announce the Challenger for Steve Williams. After tonight’s match, Barry Windham would be a great choice, but we will have to wait and see who the Championship Committee chooses. Now let’s talk about a match that Larry will be very interested in. The Committee has listened to Inspector Whippleman. His Quebecers will meet the Road Warriors, with the American Tag Team Titles at stake, but it will be the last rematch between the two teams. The Quebecers must win, or they get no more chances.” Zbyszko, “Let’s hope the Road Warriors finish off the Quebecers and Old Harve gets his, as well.” Johnson, “That’s not all we’ll see. Dave Finlay meets Mike Rotundo Jun Akiyama takes on Shinjiro Ohtani The WWA Tag Team Titles will be on the line as Las Cachorras Orientales defend against La Diabolica and La Felina In an eight man tag team match, The Pearls of the Orient and the Can Am-Express meet The Wild Bunch, Big Titan and Horace Boulder More matches will be announced on both ‘ACW Live!’ and ‘Saturday Night Wrestling’. You will alos see this man in action.” When wrestling was good.Johnson, “That’s right fans, Vader is coming to ACW! Don’t miss it!”

We have one more match to add tonight, but I’m going to make you wait a little bit. Let’s go to the ring for an exciting tag team match. Match #1 The Patriot and The Eagle def. The Executioners, Eagle w/flying shoulder block vs. the Executioner IIMarshall is with Stan Hansen. Marshall, “With me is the ‘Bad Man from Borger, TX’ Stan Hansen. Mr. Hansen, there are many rumors floating around about the pay per view. Many people think you should be the man to challenge Steve Williams.” Hansen, “You bet a deserve it! I’ve got a fat, ugly wife and eight screaming kids to feed. If I’m the Champion, I’ll have all the money I need. I respect Steve Williams, but I can beat him, I know that. If the ‘Championship Committee’ picks me, I’ll prove ‘em right!” Marshall, “Stan Hansen would make a fine challenger.” Match #2 Stan Hansen def. Jerry Flynn, w/lariat
Match #3 Bob Orton def. Tiger King, w/piledriverMarshall is with Wolf Hawkfield. Marshall, “With me is the Television Champion. Wolf, later on tonight we are going to announce your challenger for the big pay per view. We all know Rick Rude wants that chance. Many people think he may be the man to finally take the title from you.” Hawkfield, “Rick Rude is a worthy challenger. If he is the man chosen, I will meet him and do my best to defeat him.” Rude comes out. Rude, “Listen to me you slimy redskin, you don’t stand a chance against me. I’ll take that title and finish your career!” Marshall, “Now we don’t want any trouble.” Hawkfield, “Mr. Rude, I am not afraid of you.” Craig Johnson comes out. Johnson, “I was going to do this at the end of the show, but it looks like I better do it now. Rick Rude has challenged Wolf Hawkfield, and the ‘Championship Committee’ listened. On July 3, at Yankee Stadium, Rick Rude will challenge Wolf Hawkfield for the American Television Title.” Rude, “Heat that you lousy Indian, I’m taking your title on July 3!” Hawkfield, “You are a worth Challenger, I look forward to the battle.” Marshall, “There’s our announcement. Now let’s see Mr. Rude in action.” Match #4 Rick Rude vs. Mannukea MossmanBefore the bell Wolf Hawkfield comes to ringside and says something to Mossman. Mossman leaves the ring. Hawkfield takes the mike from Marshall. Hawkfield, “Mr. Rude, you are so anxious to meet me, let’s do it tonight.” Rude charges Hawkfield and the match is on. The match is a brawl. Neither man attempts to wrestle. Referee Jack Doane has no chance to control the match. He calls for the bell and wrestlers from the back come in to break up the action. The match at “Red, White and Boom” will be a great one. Result-Double DisqualificationMarshall, “What a night! Don’t miss us on Tuesday night. “Saturday Night Wrestling” 6/16/95Lee Marshall opens the show. Marshall, “Welcome to ‘Saturday Night Wrestling”! We are a couple of weeks from ‘Red, White and Boom’. The card is beginning to take shape and what a card it is. We will run it down for you later in the program, but now let’s talk to a man who will be very busy on July 3, Inspector Whippleman.” Whippleman, Sonny Onoo and the Great Muta come out to join Marshall. Marshall, “Mr. Whippleman, I mean Inspector, you have quite ahead of you on July 3. The Quebecers get their ‘last’ shot at the Road Warriors, but I want to talk about the situation with the ‘Snow Queen’ and Akira Hokuto. You turned your back on Hokuto, and Kensuke Sasaki, why?” Whippleman, “IWE LTD is an organization of excellence, we don’t settle for mediocrity. The Snow Queen is the better wrestler, and we know she is more beautiful. My organization is better in the ring and on the fashion runway.” Marshall, “Really? Beautiful? O.K. Now let’s talk about the Great Muta. He’s been here a few weeks, and we know how good he is. Why doesn’t he have a match for ‘Red, White and Boom’?” Whippleman, “We have petitioned ACW for a match, but no one wants to be embarrassed at a Pay Per View.” Marshall, “We’d like to see Muta in action at the Pay Per View, now let’s see him in action.” Match #1 The Great Muta w/Inspector Whippleman and Sonny Onoo def. Virgil, w/Shinning Wizard
Match #2 Shinjiro Ohtani w/Inspector Whippleman and Sonny Onoo def. Dave Taylor, w/Bridging Dragon suplexMarshall is with “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan. Marshall, “This man needs no introduction to wrestling fans, ‘Hacksaw’ Jim Duggan! Hacksaw, welcome to ACW.” Duggan, “Thanks…tough guy! Old Jim Duggan has been around the tracks a few times, and now I’m in this new organization. Everyone told me, ‘ACW has the best action’. Well remember, I wrestled for Bill Watts in the old Mid-South, I know what action is. They were right, the action is in ACW and old Hacksaw is ready for it! I heard Harvey out here before. I know who Mooota is, we all know him, well I’m not afraid! Get me a contract and I’ll wrestle him! I’m from New York, I’d love to wrestle at Yankee Stadium!” Marshall, “I think we have a match for ‘Red, White and Boom’. I hope they can get in signed. Now let’s see Hacksaw in action.” Match #3 “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan def. Manukea Mossman, w/SpearMarshall is with the Pearls of the Orient and the Can-Am Express. Marshall, “With me are two exciting tag teams. These four men will combine forces to meet the Wild Bunch, Horace Boulder and Big Titan at ‘Red, White and Boom’. We’re going to let Dan Kroffat and Doug Furnas handle the interview. Gentlemen, an eight man tag team match is exciting, but it is also dangerous.” Furnas, “It is, but wrestling is a man’s sport, and all four of us are men. We’ve gotten to know Jushin and Dragon since they arrived and they are great. Dan and I are proud to team with them.” Kroffat, “No one takes anything away from the other guys, but I like our chances. Now, Jushin and Dragon have something to say.” Marshall, “Really?” Liger, “Red, White.” Dragon, “And Boom!” Marshall, “That’s says it all. Our feature match tonight is an interesting one. Half of the Can-Am Express and half of the Pearls of the Orient will be in action.” Match #4 Dan Kroffat and Ultimo Dragon vs. Ron Studd and Maxx PayneKroffat and Dragon work like clockwork. They tag in and out and their bigger opponenets are stunned. Dragon hits the Asai moonsault on Studd for the win. Winners-Dan Kroffat and Ultimo DragonMarshall closes the show. Marshall, “ACW gets hotter and hotter. Join on Tuesday for ‘ACW Live!’. Remember Stan Hansen meets Justin Hawk Bradshaw, if Hansen wins, he gets the title shot at the Pay Per View, if Bradshaw wins, Barry Windham meets Steve Williams. Join us then!”

“Saturday Night Wrestling” 6/23/95Lee Marshall opens the show. Marshall, “Welcome to ‘Saturday Night Wrestling’! We are two week away from ‘Red, White and Boom’. Yankee Stadium is going to be the center of the wrestling universe on July 3. The card is set and the action will be fantastic. Several of the top names appearing on the Pay Per View will be in action tonight including Rick Rude, who will be in our feature match against John Nord. Let’s go to the ring and see Demolition Ax in action.” Match #1 Demolition Ax def. Jerry Flynn, w/clotheslineMarshall is with Tommy Watanabe. Marshall, “With me is Tommy Watanabe our Japanese and womens wrestling guru. Tommy, there is a lot going on in ACW. Last Tuesday we heard Akira Hokuto and Kensuke Sasaki challenge Masahiro Chono and Bertha Faye respectively. The matches are signed, what is the feeling about these two matches?” Watanabe, “First of all, Chono vs. Sasaki is a dream match all over the world, but in Japan it is an all-timer. The fans in my native country are on pins and needles. I have received countless phone calls about it. If Sasaki can beat Chono the shock waves will cover the world. Now about Hokuto. They don’t call her the ‘Dangerous Queen’ for nothing. She is embarrassed. She let Wippleman hoodwink her and to have someone like Bertha Faye beat her is too much for her. She is out for blood. I worry that she might be too intense.” Marshall, “Those two matches are fantastic and add them to the rest of the show and the fans are going to get their money’s worth. Now what about the ‘Pearls of the Orient’?” Watanabe, “Well the eight man tag team match will be very dangerous and exciting, but I have heard some rumors. The talk is the ‘Championship Committee’ has their eyes on Liger and Dragon. They feel that they deserve the next American Tag Team Title shots, so it looks like whoever wins between the Road Warriors and the Quebecers will have to face Liger and Dragon.” Marshall, “That will be exciting if it comes to pass. That also leads to our next match. The Pearls of the Orient meet Ron Studd and Maxx Payne.” Match #2 The Pearls of the Orient def. Ron Studd and Maxx Payne, Ultimate Dragon w/Asai moonsault vs. StuddMarshall is with Inspector Wippleman and Sonny Onoo. Marshall, “With me are Inspector Wippleman and Sonny Onoo. Gentlemen, you can’t be happy about what happened last week. Kensuke Sasaki and Akria Hokuto are out for blood.” Wippleman, “Oh Marshall, don’t make me laugh! Two losers who couldn’t pull their weight in IWE LTD. Masahiro Chono will take care of Sasaki easily, and my girl, the beautiful ‘Snow Queen’ will finish off Hokuto once and for all.” Marshall, “Tell me about this ‘Snow Queen’. You two seem pretty chummy.” Wippleman, “A gentleman never tells, but Marshall, I see how jealous you are.” Marshall, “O.K. Now on to Sonny Onoo. You have taken special interest in Shinjiro Ohtani and I know you helped Inspector Wippleman bring him to ACW. Mr. Ohtani meets Jun Akiyama at ‘Red, White and Boom’. That’s a big challenge for your man.” Onoo, “Big challenge, big challenge. Ohtani-san is top wrestler. He is top man in Japan. Akiyama wants to be top man, he can’t win, he can’t beat Ohtani-san. Only sadness and heartbreak, not victory.” Marshall, “We will see. I know one thing. It will be a great match. Let’s go to the ring and see Shinjiro Ohtani in action against the tough Englishman Johnny Smith.” Match #3 Shinjiro Ohtani w/Inspector Wippleman and Sonny Onoo vs. Johnny SmithThis will be an interesting clash of styles. The Englishman uses his unique European style to control the early moments of the match. Ohtani responds with the Japanese style. The crowd is on the edge of their seats. Both men have their chances before Ohtani hits the bridging dragon suplex for the win. Winner-Shinjiro OhtaniMarshall is with Rick Rude. Marshall, “Mr. Rude, you meet Wolf Hawkfield in a few days. You have challenged him, insulted him, you have met in the ring a few times, but the Champion has not backed down from you.” Rude, “Listen Marshall, that slimy redskin isn’t smart enough to save himself. Now I’m going to take care of him at Yankee Stadium. He’s going to get the lesson of his life and it won’t be pretty. I have big plans here in ACW and the TV Title is the first step!” Marshall, “Well Mr. Rude is not resting on his laurels. He takes on the massive John Nord, next.” Match #4 Rick Rude vs. John NordRude takes the mike from Lee Marshall. Rude, “What I’d like to have, right now, is for all you overweight Shamus to shut your mouths so you women can watch me take off my robe. The match begins slowly. Rude is a veteran and he is cautious about the huge Rude. Nord pounds away and the fans get behind him. Rude takes to the floor to regroup. He returns to the ring and uses his experience to tie Nord in knots. Rude hits the Rude Awakening and gets the fall. He looks ready for Wolf Hawkfield. Winner-Rick RudeLee Marshall closes the show. Marshall, “Fans, the big day is a few days away. Join us on Tuesday for ‘ACW Live!’ and on Sunday night, July 1, for ‘Red, White and Boom Preview’. Don’t miss any ACW action.”

Larry we have a fantastic show for the fans tonight.” Zbyszko, “We are just a week from ‘Red, White and Boom’ and everyone is jockeying for position.” Johnson, “We will hear from the Road Warriors, Inspector Wippleman, Barry Windham, in the main event, Stan Hansen meets Johnny Ace and to open the show, we have Steve ‘Dr. Death’ Williams the American Heavyweight Champion.” Williams comes out. Johnson, “Welcome Steve. Its a few days away now, you vs. Stan Hansen for the American Heavyweight Title. This has to be one of the biggest challenges of your title reign.” Williams, “It is, but that’s what I want. I’ve never ducked competition, and I’m not about to start now. We all know how good Stan is. He asks no quarter and gives none and neither do I.” Johnson, “That is very true. What about Barry Windham? I can’t believe we’ve heard the last of him.” Williams, “I’m sure we haven’t, but that’s O.K. Let me stick his nose into my business again. I’ll finish him for good!” Johnson, “The Champion seems ready. Let’s see him in action against big Gary Albright.” Match #1 Non-Title Match Steve Williams (American Heavyweight Champion) vs. Gary AlbrightTwo big, skilled, heavyweights meet in the opener. Albright is very sharp and he frustrates Dr. Death early in the match. Williams rallies and tosses the huge Albright around like a rag doll. He gets the big man up and hits the Oklahoma stampede for the win. Winner-Steve Williams
Match #2 The Wild Bunch def. Mannukea Mossman and Scott D’Amore, Black w/moonsault vs. D’AmoreLee Marshall is with the Road Warriors and Paul Ellering. Marshall, “With me are the American Tag Team Champions and their manager. Gentlemen, the Quebecers have one more chance to regain the titles. You know that Wippleman will have a plan. Are you worried?” Ellering, “Worried, Lee Marshall, do we look worried? Animal and Hawk have come to ACW and done exactly what they have done in every other place they have been, won! That’s all, just win! The Quebecers are good, and Wippleman is sneaky, but I like our chances. Tell ‘em men.” Animal, “Harvey Wippleman, I’m talking to you! Don’t do this to your guys! We’re going to destroy them, write it down, destroy them! Tell ‘em Hawk!” Hawk, “Lee Marshall, what these two guys said is true! We’re coming to Yankee Stadium to take care of business! Quebecers, you get one last shot, it’s not going to work! Oh what a ruuuuuuuush!” Marshall, “The Road Warriors vs. the Quebecers for the last time, it’s going to be a knock down drag war! Let’s see the Road Warriors in action.” Match #3 Non-Title Match The Road Warriors (American Tag Team Champions) w/Paul Ellering def. Jerry Flynn and Virgil, w/doomsday device vs. Virgil
Match #4 Dave “Fit” Finlay def. Dave Taylor, w/reverse piledriverMarshall is with Inspector Wippleman and his group. Marshall, “Inspector Wippleman, ‘Red, White and Boom’ could be the greatest night of your career, or the worst. You have a lot going on at Yankee Stadium.” Wippleman, “First of all, it is hard for a proud Canadian, like me, to participate in a show called ‘Red, White and Boom’. The Maple Leaf is a proud national symbol, not garish like the American flag, but proud and understated an image that we Canadians proudly support.” Marshall, “Alright, but I thought you were from Tennessee. Talk about the show.” Wippleman, “It will be a wonderful night for me. First of all, the Quebecers will take back what is rightfully ours, the American Tag Team Titles. Masahiro Chono will destroy that ingrate, Kensuke Sasaki. The Great Muta will be as impressive as always, Shinjiro Ohtani will show the world how good he is, and finally, the beautiful Snow Queen will take care of the other ingrate Akiro Hokuto. Look at this woman, the perfect combination of beauty, brains and brawn, she is the perfect woman.” Marshall, “Inspector Wippleman seems very confident and very smitten. We will see what happens. Now let’s see the WWA Champion in action.” Match #5 Non-Title Match The Snow Queen (Bertha Faye) (WWA Champion) w/Inspector Wippleman and Sonny Onoo def. Chaparrita ASARI, w/big splash
Match #6 Demolition Ax def. Nick Busick, w/clotheslineMarshall is with Stan Hansen. Marshall, “With me is Stan Hansen. Mr. Hansen, you beat Justin Hawk Bradshaw and earned the American Heavyweight Title shot against Steve Williams at ‘Red, White and Boom’. The wrestling world is waiting for this match up.” Hansen, “First of all, I didn’t earn the shot vs. Bradshaw! That kid is good, but he’s just doing Barry Windham’s dirty work! I earned this title shot with 20 years in the ring! I’ve wrestled them all and I deserve a shot at any title in the sport! Of course I’m ready. Steve Williams is tough and that’ what I want…competition! We are both going to go all out and the best man will win, I think it will be me!” Marshall, “I know I can’t wait for this one. Now let’s see Stan take on Johnny Ace.” Match #7 Stan Hansen vs. Johnny AceHansen and Ace have teamed before, but tonight they are on opposite sides of the ring. The bell rings and the two big men lock up. Ace is very sharp and he matches the veteran move for move. Hansen picks up the physicality of the match. Ace matches him blow for blow. Ace goes for the Ace crusher. Hansen blocks in and shoots Johnny into the ropes. Stan hits the lariat and covers Ace. Referee Chad Patton counts the fall. Stan Hansen is ready for Steve Williams.
