Craig Johnson and Lee Marshall open the show.
Johnson, “Welcome to’ February Fury’! Lee and I are here to bring you three hours of wrestling excitement. Lee it looks like a great night of wrestling.”
Marshall, “First of all, to all my friends in Minneapolis, it was 75 degrees to day in Tampa, Eat your heart out. Now to the action. This will be the greatest night in ACW history. We have ten big matches, all a main event in their own right.”
Johnson, “Yes they are. Without further ado, let’s go to the ring for our opening match.
Opening Match
Abdullah the Butcher w/Harley Race vs. Barry HardyThe Butcher destroys Hardy. He punishes him before winning with the elbow drop.
Winner-Abdullah the ButcherMarshall is with Inspector Whippleman and his crew, Akira Hokuto, Kensuke Sasaki, Masahiro Chono and the Quebecers.
Marshall, “Inspector Whippleman this could be the greatest night of your life, or the worst. Akira Hokuto defends the ‘Red Belt’, the Quebecers challenge the Steiners for the American Tag Team Titles and your other Japanese imports, Sasaki and Chono, are in action.”
Whippleman, “Marshall there is a tinge of doubt in your voice. You’re like the thieves I used to apprehend in the ‘Great White North’. When I interrogated them, they cracked. You’d crack in about two minutes.”
Marshall, “I don’t think I’ve been accused of anything, about the matches?”
Whippleman, “You’ve been accused, and convicted of being an idiot. My men, and woman, will be victorious! There is no doubt about that. Look at them! They are the finest collection of athletes anywhere in the world, we will reign supreme! I have one more thing to announce. Chono step out here.”
Chono carries a very beautiful Championship belt.
Whippleman, ‘This past week Masahiro Chono traveled to Tokyo, Japan and in the famous Tokyo Dome, defeated 15 other men to become the “International Heavyweight Wrestling Champion’. Through my famous negotiating skills the international Title is now the property of ACW. Chono will make his first defense tonight.”
Marshall, “Masahiro Chono will be a worthy Champion. This title just adds to the excitement of ACW. Now let’s see the new Champion in action”
Second Match
International Heavyweight Championship
Masahiro Chono (Champion) w/Inspector Whippleman vs. Jerry FlynnFlynn has the chance of a lifetime. It won’t be easy, but if he beats Chono, he will be world famous. Flynn uses his substantial martial arts skills, but Chono is too much. He sets up Flynn for the Yakuza kick and ends the match with this vicious blow. Chono will be tough to take the title from.
Winner-Masahiro ChonoLee Marshall, “Let’s see this video.”
We see highlights of the Patriot set to “Stars and Stripes Forever.”
Marshall, “This man will debut in ACW in the coming days…The Patriot!”
The Patriot comes out to join Marshall.
Marshall, “Patriot welcome to ACW.”
Patriot, “Thank you Lee, it’s great to be here.”
Marshall, “ACW is growing quickly because of wrestlers like you. What are you planning?”
Patriot, “I’ve come to ACW because it’s the fastest growing wrestling promotion in the world. I want the best competition possible. There are a few guys here I’d love to get in the ring with. I’ve signed an oopen contract and I’ll wrestle anyone.”
Marshall, “The Patriot is going to open eyes here in ACW.”
Match #3
Kensuke Sasaki w/Inspector Whippleman and Akira Hokuto vs. Maxx PayneThe massive Payne will provide a stiff test for Sasaki. He tries power moves, but Payne is able to match him move for move. Sasaki uses more wrestling moves and again Payne is able to hold his own. Finally Sasaki is able to wear down Payne and hit the Northern Lights bomb for the win.
Winner-Kensuke SasakiMarshall is with Tommy Dreamer and the Gangstas.
Marshall, “With me are Tommy Dreamer and the Gangstas. Gentlemen your battles with Harley Race’s men have covered the entire nation. Tonight you meet the ring six man action. Each match has been a war, and I suppose, tonight will be no exception.”
Dreamer, “Race has three big goons and they’re out for blood, but so am I and so are New Jack and Mustafa. We don’t quit and we don’t back down. Race, throw what you got at us and we’ll be ready.”
New Jack, “Albright, 911 and One Man Gang, three fat loads of garbage! That’s what you are, but you can fight, but so can my brother Mustafa and my brother Dreamer! You walk down that aisle and you get ready for war, because that’s what coming! WAR!”
Marshall, “Let’s go to Craig Johnson who is with Harley Race and his six man team.”
Johnson is with Race, Gary Albright, 911 and One Man Gang.
Johnson, “Mr. Race you heard Dreamer and the Gangstas. They’re ready for you.”
Race, “Talk is cheap, Johnson, cheap! That’s what I have to say to that. We’ve wrestled all three of them and we’ve beaten all three on the, but I guess they didn’t get the message. Well tonight it’s going to be loud and clear. We are going to rid the wrestling world of three criminals, you can count on that!”
Johnson, “Let’s go to the ring for six man action.”
Match #4
Six Man Tag Team Match
Tommy Dreamer and the Gangstas vs. Gary Albright, One Man Gang and 911 w/Harley RaceThis is a war. The early moments belong to the Gangstas. New Jack and Mustafa tag in and out and have the larger One Man Gang in trouble. The big man from Chicago is able to escape and tag in Albright. The former NCAA Champion mounts a comeback and has Dreamer in trouble. 911 tags in and continues the assault. Dreamer rallies and hits the ddt out of nowhere and pins 911. Race is stunned.
Winners-Tommy Dreamer and the GangstasMarshall is with Johnny Ace.
Marshall, “With me is Johnny Ace. Johnny you are signed to take on the Sandman in a ‘Singapore Can Match’. A Singapore Cane will be suspended from a pole on one rig post. The first man to get it may use it. Many people think you are walking into a trap. This is the Sandman’s specialty match.”
Ace, “To succeed in this business you have to do the tough things and taking on someone in their match, are just that, tough. I have to finish this. I have to beat him at his own game. It will take blood, sweat and tears, but I’m ready to give just that. It’s going to be bloody and wild, but I will beat the Sandman!”
Marshall, “Johnny Ace is ready; let’s go to Craig Johnson and the Sandman.
Johnson is with the Sandman who is smoking a cigarette and drinking a beer.
Johnson, “With is the Sandman. Sandman this is your type of match. Johnny Ace doesn’t seem concerned about it.”
Sandman, “What a moron. You know something Johnson, if I win this match, I get a big purse and I can buy a lot of beer and cigarettes, but I’d do this for nothing. That pretty boy doesn’t stand a chance. I’m going to destroy him and there’s nothing he can do, it’s all over tonight.”
Johnson, “The ‘Singapore Cane Match’ is next.”
Match #5
“Singapore Cane Match’
Johnny Ace vs. The SandmanA “Singapore Cane” is suspended from a pole in one of the corners. The bell rings and both men make a mad rush to the cane. Both arrive at the same time and they begin to slug it out. The Sandman gets the better of this exchange, and decks Ace. The man from Philadelphia scales the turnbuckle and grabs the cane. He puts it to good use and Ace is in trouble. Sandman whacks away at him and Ace is bleeding. He goes down and Sandman goes for the cover. Referee Jack Doane counts two, but Ace kicks out. There is a struggle for the cane and Ace pulls it free. He gives the Sandman a taste of his own medicine and the Sandman is bleeding. Sandman is staggered. Ace tosses the cane away and hits the Ace crusher. He covers Sandman and Doane counts 1…2…3! Johnny Ace wins!
Winner-Johnny Ace
Johnson is with Tommy Watanabe.
Johnson, “With me is womens wrestling Guru Tommy Watanabe. Tommy we have two big womens matches coming up next. First in an ‘All in the Family’ type match, LCO puts the belts on the line against their former partners who are now known as ‘The Dream Sweethearts”. Emotions are going to be running high in this one.”
Watanabe, “They sure are. All four of these ladies made their initial names with these tag teams, now they are on opposite sides. LCO has had more success, but the ‘Dream Sweethearts’ have quickly grabbed everyone’s attention. I’ll take LCO, but don’t count out their opponents.”
Johnson, “O.K. now for the ‘Red Belt’. Akira Hokuto now has Inspector Whippleman and her husband, Kensuke Sasaki, with her. She didn’t need any more help, but I think Alundra Blayze is in trouble.”
Watanabe, “Don’t count out Blayze. I have inside information that she has been training double hard and in her warm up matches she has looked very, very good. I’m calling the upset, Alundra Blayze over the ‘Dangerous Queen’.”
Johnson, “Let’s see if Tommy is correct. Out womens matches are next.”
Match #6
WWWA Tag Team Championship
Las Cachorras Orientlaes (Champions) vs. The Dream SweetheartsLCO takes the early advantage. Mita and Shimoda tag in and out. They get several two counts, but referee Jack Doane’s hand never hits the mat for the third time. Led by Manami Toyota the Sweethearts are able to rally. She hits the Japanese Ocean Bomb on Shimoda, and Doane counts the fall. The Dream Sweethearts have captured the WWWA Tag Team Titles!

Match #7
WWWA Championship
Akira Hokuto (Champion) w/Inspector Whippleman and Kensuke Sasaki vs. Alundra BlayzeBlayze looks wearily around the ring. She is outnumbered by Hokuto and her entourage. This does not bother her early as she takes the match to Houkuto and the “Dangerous Queen” is stunned. She leaves the ring and confers with her husband and Whippleman. The remainder of the match is close and hard fought. Blayze puts up a fight, but Hokuto wins with the Northern Lights Bomb. She solidifies her place on top of the world of womens wrestling.
Winner-Akira Hokuto
Marshall is with Dick Slater.Marshall, “With me is ‘Dirty’ Dick Slater. Mr. Slater you challenge Wolf Hawkfield for the American Television Title. You haven’t been in ACW for very long, but your reputation precedes you.”
Slater, “That’s right. I am a legend. I’ve held titles all over the world and this is going to be my next one. This face painted Indian thinks he has some mystical powers, well I do too. My left hand and my right hand and I’m going knock him into the future. His title reign ends tonight.”
Marshall, “Mr. Slater seems ready. Let’s go to Craig Johnson and Wolf Hawkfield.”
Johnson is with Wolf Hawkfield.
Johnson, “Wolf you have held the television title for some eight months now. You’ve beaten some very good wrestlers, but Slater may be the best.”
Hawkfield, “Dick Slater has been a top name is this sport for some time. He goes into this match with more experience than I. I know that. I have to make up for it with the extra training and the ‘never say die attitude’ I show in the ring. I know this will be a fight and I have to be ready for anything and I am.”
Johnson, “Let’s go to the ring for the Television Title match.
Match #8
American Television Championship
Wolf Hawkfield (Champion) vs. Dick SlaterBoth men take the fight to their opponents. The 20 minute time limit leaves the men no time to waste. Hawkfield lands a forearm blow for the top rope and covers Slater. Dick kicks out at two. The match continues to be hard hitting and fast paced. Hawkfield whips Slater into the corner turnbuckles and Slater goes down in a heap. He struggles to his feet as Hawkfield moves in. He hits the cyber spear and Patton counts the fall.
Winner-Wolf HawkfieldMarshall is with the Steiner Brothers.
Marshall, “With me are the American Tag Team Champions the Steiner Brothers. Gentlemen, Inspector Whippleman has done a lot of talking. He thinks tonight is the night and the Quebecers will win the titles.”
S. Steiner, “My brother and I have heard all of Whippleman’s talk. We don’t pay attention to him, but the Quebecers are a good team. We won’t overlook them, but we’ll beat them.”
R. Steiner, “Like Scott said, there are good, but we’re better. It won’t be easy, but we’re leaving her with the titles.”
Marshall, “Let’s go to Craig Johnson who is with Inspector Whippleman and the Quebecers.”
Marshall, “Inspector Whippleman…”
Whippleman, “Hold on Marshall. I heard those two brain-dead Americans out here earlier. I was amazed they both could string a sentence together, but they did. They think they are keeping those tag team titles that just shows how stupid they really are. Jacques and Pierre, my Quebecers, are veterans of Canadian law enforcement, the bravest of the brave, the RCMP. They don’t feat two college wrestlers, from Michigan no less. My men will take the titles and walk out of this Southern inbred town and the world, the civilized world, Montreal, Paris, London, will be talking about Inspector Whippleman!”
Marshall, “Inspector Whippleman, never at a loss for words. Let’s see the tag team title match.”
Match #9
American Tag Team Championship
The Steiner Brothers (Champions) vs. The Quebecers w/Inspector WhipplemanThe match begins in fast paced, hard hitting style. Both teams tag in and out and there is little to choose between them. The Champions gain the advantage by continuing the quick tags. They trap Pierre in the corner and work him over. Jacques runs in and we have a four way brawl. Referee Chad Paton gets things sorted out and the match continues. Jacques goes to work on Scott Steiner and it looks like the titles may change hands. He clamps on the Quebec crab and Steiner are in trouble. Scott reaches for a grabs the ropes. Molineaux calls for the break. The action increases even more and the crowd is really into the action. Whippleman climbs up on the ring apron to try to distract Rick Steiner. Steiner whips Pierre into Whippleman and the Inspector falls to the arena floor. Pierre stumbles off the ropes and Steiner grabs him in a suplex. He covers him and Patton counts the fall. The Champions prevail in this one.
Winners-The Steiner BrothersMarshall is with Shane Douglas, Kimberly and Francine who both wear beautiful evening gowns.
Marshall, “With me are the ‘Franchise’ and two very beautiful ladies. Mr. Douglas in a few minutes you go to the ring to challenge 2 Cold Scorpio. This is the chance of a lifetime.”
Douglas, “Lee Marshall look at Francine and Kimberly. I went out and bought them the most beautiful evening gowns I could find. This is going to be a night of a lifetime! The ‘Franchise’ is going to be the American Heavyweight Champion. After that these ladies and I are going to hit the town until dawn! It’s great to be the ‘Franchise’!”
Marshall, “Mr. Douglas is very confident. Let’s go to Craig Johnson with 2 Cold Scorpio and Tony Atlas.”
Johnson is with Scorpio and Atlas.
Johnson, “Gentleman the ‘Franchise’ is very confident.”
Atlas, “Let him talk. He’s good at that. Scorpio is ready. He’s been training and been in the gym and he’s ready for anything that sneaky Douglas throws at him.”
Scorpio, “Shane Douglas keep talking, you just keep talking! Tony’s right. I’ve been training hard and I’m ready for you. Oh you good, I know that, but I’m better! I’m tired of talking, that’s not my style! Let’s go to the ring and get it on!”
Johnson, “Our main event is next.”
Match #10
American Heavyweight Championship
2 Cold Scorpio (Champion) w/Tony Atlas vs. Shane Douglas w/Kimberly and FrancineThe match begins cautiously. Both men go through a feeling out process. They trade holds and counter holds, but neither man can gain an advantage. Things begin to go the Challenger’s way as he overpowers Scorpio and goes for a hammerlock. Scorpio is able to escape and take the fight to Douglas. The “Franchise” is in trouble he takes to the floor and is consoled by both his ladies. He returns and goes with the roughhouse tactics. The Champion is on his heels. Douglas goes for the sleeper, but Scorpio gets to the ropes and referee Teddy Long calls for the break. Scorpio begins to rally. He lands rights and lefts and Douglas staggers back. Scorpio scoops him up and slams the “Franchise” to the mat. 2 Cold climbs the ropes and hits the 450 spalsh. Douglas is stunned. Teddy Long counts 1…2…3! 2 Cold Scorpio has defended his title. He and Atlas celebrate when someone appears on the ramp. It’s…Dr. Death…Steve Williams! Williams grabs the mike.
Williams, “Scorpio that was quite a performance. You beat a bum like Douglas. You know who I am and you know what I can do! Dr. Death is in ACW and he wants a piece of you! You’re good, but I’m better!”
Williams throws the mike to the floor and heads to the back.
Johnson and Marshall close the show.
Johnson, “Lee what a show! Steve ‘DR. Death’ Williams is in ACW!”
Marshall, “That changes the landscape of professional wrestling! Dr. Death is a legend here, and in the Far East. Scorpio may well be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Add in a title change and that makes this a fantastic night of wrestling!”
Johnson, “ACW just get better and better. Tune into ‘ACW Live!’ on Tuesday night to see the fallout.”
