Jim Ross and Mauro Ranallo welcomes the TV audience to the UWF Wednesday Night Collision LIVE on TNT from Asheville, North Carolina with my new broadcast partner Mauro Ranallo. Mauro thanks Jim and he is looking forward to seeing all of the wrestling action in the UWF. Lets go to the World's Most Dangerous Announcer Gary Michael Cappeta for our opening contest.

The Heavenly Bodies (Jimmy Del Ray and Dr. Tom Pritchard) with Jim Cornette versus The Lightning Express(Brad Armstrong and Tim Horner)

Del Ray and Pritchard have trouble at first matching the speed of the Lightning Express but after talking with Jim and slowing down the action the Bodies take control. A big side salto suplex by Pritchard on Horner leads to a tag to Del Ray who finishes the match with a consult and a three count.

The Bodies and Cornette join Caudle at ringside, Jim in his machine gun style says is doesn't matter who it is in the UWF be it the Fantastics, the Lightning Express or even the champs, the Sheepherders the team of the Doctor of Desire and the Gigolo is the best team in the UWF and the best team in wrestling.

Bob thanks Jim and throws to a piece of tape from Hotter than Hell. It shows the Ultimate Warrior coming in and saving Sting from Muta, Gary Hart, The Barbarian and Jake Roberts. The graphic at the bottom of the screen says that coming up next Sting and the Ultimate Warrior.

COMMERICAL BREAK

Sting and the Ultimate Warrior join Bob Caudle at ringside. Bob asks Sting about the Spin the Wheel match. Sting said that he come up short in that match against Muta but his day will come one day to win the UWF World Heavyweight Title. Sting wants to thank his friend, his brother in paint, the Ultimate Warrior for coming out and helping him out in Saint Louis. The Warrior thanks Sting and in his unusual style thanks all of his warriors out there and that the Gods on the mountains foretold the time when a brother in paint would need some help and he was there. Sting howls and says that he wants Muta and whoever he can find as a tag partner next week against the baddest tag team of all time, the Bladerunners, Sting and the Ultimate Warrior. Send your little bald headed mouthpiece out here to answer me Muta and get ready for the beating of your life.

Bob throws it to Gary Michael Cappeta

'Dr. Death' Steve Williams versus Chris Kanyon

Kanyon doesn't get a lot in on Doctor Death who mops the mat with the younger Kanyon and finishes him off with an Oklahoma Stampede.

Doctor Death joins Bob at ringside and tells him and the Asheville crowd that he wants gold and it doesn't matter whose it is or where it comes from. Muta or Hansen your on notice because the doctor is going to make a house call on you and the prescription involves a lot of pain followed by an Oklahoma Stampede.

COMMERICAL BREAK

We come back to a taped segment with Jake Roberts and the Barbarian. Jake tells the crowd on tape that isn't over for Sting or his muscled up over blown buddy the Warrior. Roberts is getting an army together to destroy first Sting and next the UWF. He already has a new recruit that will debut next week on Wednesday Night Collision and just to let Sting and the Warrior know, blood is thicker than face paint.

Ross and Ranulo are puzzled by Roberts, but as JR says he usually is by some of the folks here in the UWF. Lets go to Gary Michael Cappetta

The Angel of Death with Gary Hart versus Horace Boulder

AOD with Hart pins Boulder after a shoulderbreaker and plays taps for him after the match.

Bob Caudle is joined at ringside by the UWF Television Champion Stan Hansen. Stan says he was watching CNN in the back and he has some breaking news to deliver to Dr. Death and Jim Ross. He heard that the library burnt to the ground at the University of Oklahoma and it was a crying shame. The three coloring books that Dr. Death didn't finish while he was there were lost in the fire, and he knows how much Steve likes Little Bo Peep. Hansen tells Doc and anyone else listening that if they want the TV title that they can get in line and they all will fall like dominoes to the power of the lariat from the Bad Man from Boger Texas.

Jim comments that Stan shouldn't give up wrestling because he isn't a good comic and throws it to Gary Michael Capetta for the main event.

The AAA Tag Team Champions Rick and Scott Steiner against Art Barr and Eddie Guerrero

The speed and the double teaming of Barr and Guerrero have Rick in trouble early but the hot tag to Scott and a Frankensteiner to Barr later leads to the pin for the AAA Tag team Champions.

Bob is joined by Gary Hart and the UWF World Heavyweight Champion The Great Muta. Hart tells that he thought about these two men who trained together, these so called 'Brothers in Paint.' The man that Muta called to bring in for his partner was in the New Japan dojo with him. They went through pure hell in learning to be professionals and that led them to be closer than brothers. Let me introduce Muta's tag team partner and the IWGP Heavyweight Champion Masahiro Chono. These two men are two of the most dangerous men in the entire sport with Chono STF and Muta's Moonsault. So Bladerunners bring your best next week, howl and pray to your gods on the mountain top because you will need it.

JR says that next week with the Snake debuting another wrestler in his army and Sting and the Ultimate Warrior facing Muta and Chono will make Wednesday Night Collision one not to miss. Join me and my partner Mauro next week on TNT.

UWF Wednesday Night Collision starts off with a tape of UWF official Bill Watts. He thanks all of the fans for watching the UWF on TNT every week and he knows that we bring the best wrestling action on Wednesday night. He has two huge announcements to start this weeks show. First the UWF will be having a tournament over the next few weeks on television leading up to our next big Pay Per View, Superblast live from the big easy, New Orleans Louisiana on November 20Th. This tournament will be for what I have right here, the UWF Cruiserweight Title. We have the best wrestlers in the world here and this belt will be the standard bearer for this weight class. My second announcement has to do with the main event of this card. Our friends at New Japan Pro Wrestling has demanded that their champion, the IWGP Heavyweight Champion Masahiro Chono face our champion, the UWF Heavyweight Champion The Great Muta. These two men team up tonight but at Superblast they will face each other in a match for the UWF Heavyweight Title.

UWF Wednesday Night Collision theme starts with 'Unbelievable' by EMF with clips of Muta hitting the consult, Sting hitting the Stinger splash, Stan Hansen scowling at the camera, the Steiner Brothers hitting the top rope bull dog, Steve Williams hitting the Oklahoma Stampede, Chono applying the STF, and ending with a shot of the UWF Heavyweight Title and the logo of the UWF.

Pyro goes off around the Universaltron and we see Jim and Mauro at ringside who welcomes the audience to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We have a great main event with more fuel added to the fire thanks to UWF official Bill Watts with the Bladerunners Sting and the Ultimate Warrior against the two men going at it in the main event at Superblast The Great Muta and Masahiro Chono. We will also see in first round action of the UWF Cruiserweight Tournament Brian Pillman against Brad Armstrong. We will also see the first Superblast control center with Bob Caudle. Lets go to the ring for our first contest with the World's Most Dangerous Announcer Gary Michael Cappetta.

Al Snow with Sheri Martel versus Tim Horner

Snow has a competitive match with Horner but finishes him off with the Snow Plow and gets the three count.

Bob is joined by Gary Hart with his faction of The Great Muta, The Angel of Death and Kamala, the Ugandan Giant. Hart says that Watts has always had it in for him and his charges. It does not matter because these men will overcome. Muta will team with the man he will defeat at Superblast and Kamala and the Angel of Death will be wreaking havoc whereever they go and whomever they face.

A video tape starts of a tall lanky man in a full body suit with a serpent like mask on. Jake Roberts speaks and says that his Viper will strike next.

The Viper with Jake Roberts and the Barbarian versus James Earl Wright

The long and lanky Viper looks good against Wright and finishes him off with a bulldog and gets the win.

Roberts army is with Bob and he says that there are others coming in the army. His army will take over the UWF but it first starts with Sting and his friend the Ultimate Warrior. Tell me Sting can you really trust this man you haven't seen in years? Do you think he is the same naive person he was when he was training with you and Rick Bassman? Trust him Sting, or don't either way it will be your funeral.

We come back to Bob Caudle and the Superblast control center. Superblast will be LIVE on Pay Per View on Sunday Night from New Orleans Louisana at Lakefront Arena. So far we know that our Main Event will be champion versus champion UWF Heavyweight Champion The Great Muta will face IWGP Heavyweight Champion Masahiro Chono. We will also the first ever UWF Cruiserweight Champion crowned that night. Just announced the UWF Television Title will be defended as new champion Stan 'The Lariat' Hansen will face Steve 'Doctor Death' Williams. Also a tag team dream match as The Bladerunners Sting and The Ultimate Warrior will face AAA tag team champion Rick and Scott Steiner. We will have more announcements next week but right now lets go back to Jim and Mauro with the first quarterfinal in the UWF Cruiserweight Title Tournament

Brian Pillman versus Brad Armstrong

Pillman and Armstrong have a very fast paced, highly intense match because of the fifteen minute time limit. If neither man wins they both are eliminated. The match has a lot of two counts and false finshies but at the thirteen minute mark Pillman catches Armstrong with a flying bodypress and gets the three count.

Pillman advances to the Semifinals.

Jim and Mauro are psyched and have been talking all program about the main event, which is coming up now.

UWF Heavyweight Champion The Great Muta with Gary Hart and IWGP Masahiro Chono versus Sting and the Ultimate Warrior

Hart speaks with both of his men and Warrior and Sting converse as the Iowa crowd is electric. The Warrior and Chono start out and Warrior takes the advantage with his strength. As the Ultimate one is posing to the crowd and shaking the ropes Chono attacks with a chop block. The Warrior falls and Chono keeps up the attack on the knee. He tags in Muta who does a power drive elbow drop to Warrior's right knee. Warrior howls in pain as Muta locks in an ankle lock on Warrior who calls upon the power of all of the little warriors and slugs Muta to get out. Warrior limps to the corner and tags in the Stinger who comes in and takes Muta out with some nasty chops. Chono gets into the ring and meets the same fate. Hart gets on the ringside apron and is met by a punch by the Stinger, meanwhile Warrior is rubbing his knee in the corner trying to get circulation back in it. Sting is caught by a Muta chop and a spinning kick that leaves him seeing stars. A handspring elbow and a tag to Chono leads to a blistering powerbomb and a two count. Chono slams Sting and tags in Muta who climbs to the top rope and hits the moonsault. Sting barely rolls his shoulder out at two. Warrior is walking around ringside trying to get circulation back in his knee as Hart delivers a stiff kick to it. Warrior falls down again and grasps his knee. The Stinger tries to make a comeback and catches Chono with a clothesline and stumbles to an empty corner. Sting sees Warrior grasping his knee on the floor. The Stinger yells at him and turns around to catch a spinning kick from Muta to his face. A second moonsault from Muta seals the deal, your winners are Muta and Chono. Sting is furious after he recovers from the moonsault and has some harsh words with the Warrior who is still limping. The Warrior shoves Sting on his ass and walks away, as Jim and Mauro are shocked.

Jim says that next week we will see another quarterfinal match in the UWF Cruiserweight Title tournament and in our main event the UWF Tag Team Champions the New Zealand Sheepherders against former AAA Tag Team Champions Art Barr and Eddy Guerrero.

Wednesday Night Collision begins with the symbol of the UWF and a voice over saying "The Universal Wrestling Federation: Where Professional Wrestling is what on the marquee and what we do."

The opening of the Wednesday Night Collision starts with the Stinger delivering a Stinger Splash and locking on the Scorpion Death Lock, Scott Steiner delivering a Frankenstiner, Rick Steiner hitting a decapitating Steinerline, Dr. Death hitting an Oklahoma Stampede, Stan Hansen hitting the lariat, Masa Chono locking in the STF, Brian Pillman hitting the flying bodypress, Eddie Gurrero hitting the Frog Splash, The Great Muta hitting the Moonsault and ends with a shot of the UWF World Heavyweight Title.


Pyro goes off around the Universaltron and we see Jim Ross and Mauro Ranollo at ringside. Jim and Mauro welcomes the fans to Wednesday Night Collision on TNT LIVE from Salt Lake City, Utah. Tonight we will see another first round match in our UWF Cruiserweight Title Tournament with Mexican Wrestler Essa Rios facing newcomer Christopher Daniels. We will also see the UWF Tag Team Champions the brawling New Zealand Sheepherders, Butch Miller and Luke Williams will face the Heavenly Bodies Dr Tom Pritchard and Gigalo Jimmy Del Ray with their manager Jim Cornette. We will also hear from Sting about his match last week with his partner the Ultimate Warrior and Steve Williams who is looking forward to wrestling UWF Television Champion Stan 'The Lariat' Hansen. Speaking of the Television Title lets go to the ring for our next contest featuring a former television champion.


The Barbarian with Jake Roberts, The Warlord, and the masked Viper at ringside faces Van Hammer

The Barbarian and Hammer are both strong, tall men and when they match up strength it is the difference is negliable. Barby throws Van outside and while Jake has Randy Anderson distracted Viper and the Warlord lay the boots to Van Hammer. Hammer is rolled back in by Jake's crew and The Barbarian finishes him off with a top rope headbutt.

Jake Roberts, The Viper, The Barbarian and The Warlord join Bob Caudle at ringside. Bob asks Jake about his group and he tells Bob and the TV audience that the Viper and the Powers of Pain along with himself will be running the UWF soon. Jake says that he has a message for Sting, that he has the right idea about the Ultimate Warrior. All The Warrior wants is your spot Sting and he is willing to anything to get it. As for my men, I think the UWF Tag Team Champions need to look out for the Powers of Pain and the Viper can beat anyone at any time, and as for me, you never know when the Snake will strike.

So far Flyin' Brian has advanced to semi finals and will face the winner of the Daniels and Rios match in a few weeks for one of the spots in the finals at our next pay per view Superblast live from New Orleans, Louisana on November 20The. Lets go to Bob for an interview with Los Gringos Locos.

Bob is backstage with a visibly angry Los Gringos Locos. This is just another example of how the UWF and Bill Watts has it in for the AAA Tag Team Champions. They are the greatest tag team in the world and to have to go into the ring and face each other, even for something as prestigious as being the first UWF Cruiserweight Champion is too much, Art says even though he would win. Eddy knows that he would win as well over Art which starts a louder argument between the two as Caudle throws it back to Jim and Mauro.

Steve Williams versus Al Perez
Dr. Death has little problem with the Latin Heartthrob and the match ends with a Oklahoma Stampede.

Jim and Mauro welcomes the TV audience back to Salt Lake City and throw it backstage to Bob for an interview with Steve 'Dr. Death' Williams.

Doc is backstage with Bob and he is not happy about Stan's little joke a few weeks ago about the University of Oklahoma's library burning down. Steve knows that Stan is from Texas and he is just upset that the Sooners beat the Longhorn every year in football, not to mention the national championships in football as well. Another championship will be taken by a Sooner from a Longhorn and that would be your TV title Stan. Bob throws it back to Mauro and Jim at ringside.

Los Gringos Locos (Art Barr and Eddy Guerrero) versus Jeff Farmer and Glenn Gilberti

Art and Eddy are mouthing at each other during the entire match and Gilberti gets caught in the vertical suplex by Eddie and Art hits the Frog Splash for the win. Art is still insisting that he is the better man as he and Eddy goes nose to nose. Mauro points out in two weeks that we will know as Eddie wrestles Art to see who goes to the semi finals of the UWF Cruiserweight Tournament.

Jim thinks we may have a 'Red River' Rivalry between Hansen and Williams. Mauro looks confused and Jim explains the annual football game between Oklahoma and Texas. Mauro says he loves football especially the Toronto Argonauts. Ross wrinkles his nose at the mention of the CFL and throws it to Cappeta for the main event.

Essa Rios versus Christopher Daniels

This is to see who goes on to face Brian Pillman in the semi finals in three weeks. Rios and Daniels put on a show with both Ross and Ranulo having a hard time keeping up with all of the moves. The match ends when Daniels misses a moonsault and Rios hits his own for the three count. In two weeks Rios will face Brian Pillman for a shot in the finals of the UWF Cruiserweight Title Tournament.

Both Ross and Ranulo thinks that Pillman and Rios will not be one to miss in three weeks. Next week Glenn Gilberti will face Tim Horner with another spot in the semi finals up for grabs. We will also find out more matches for the Superblast Pay Per View. Join us next week for more UWF Action on TNT.
