Ron Simmons vs. Diamond Dallas Page w/Hunter Hearst Helmsely
This impromptu match greets us as we return from the break, Page stalls like a mofo trying to stay as far away from Simmons as he can. Simmons gives chase, and finally gets his hands on Page. Simmons tosses Page around like a rag doll, and even though Hunter tries to get involved, it’s not enough to slow Simmons down. Simmons hits a back breaking Spinebuster and moves in to make the cover, Hunter attempts to get into the ring to break it up but Bret leaves the commentators table, stops him and slugs him down!!!! Simmons makes the cover and gets the three count!!!!!!
Bret climbs into the ring and with Simmons tosses DDP over the top rope an onto Hunter on the floor. Bret and Simmons shake hands as we go to a commercial break!!

2/3 Falls for International Championship:
Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat vs. Johnny Polo (c)
FALL ONE: Very even back and forth match up. Steamboat and Polo start out hot right out of the gate, much like their match at Slamboree. The two men trade nearfalls at a lightning pace. Steamboat connects with a series of flying chops off the top rope, and that looks like the end, but Polo kicks improbably kicks out!!! The tide turns in Polo's favor when Steamboat misses a Slingshot Plancha, only connecting with the concrete floor. Polo rolls "The Dragon" back into the ring and goes to work trying to secure the first fall. Polo pours on the punishment but Steamboat refuses to give in and kicks out of several pin attempts. Steamboat begins to make the babyface comeback after Polo hits a bulldog headlock, makes the cover and Steamboat kicks out. Polo punches and kicks at Steamboat, but the Dragon fights to his feet and fires chops off at Polo. The Champion's chest is turned blood engine red as Steamboat smacks him over and over with knife edge chops!!! Steamboat has Polo rocking!!!! In desperation Polo swings wildly at Steamboat!!! Steamboat ducks the punch and the LOCKS IN THE DOUBLE CHICKEN WING!!!!! Things look bleak for Polo!!! Styles says Polo needs to just give up in order to be able to continue on with the next fall!!! Just as it looks like Polo will give in, SHANE DOUGLAS APPEARS!!!! Douglas attacks Steamboat from behind, drawing the DQ!!!!!
Douglas pounds on Steamboat before hitting a neck breaking Fisherman Buster!!!!! Douglas leaves the battered Steamboat in the ring as referees and officials come out and escort him to the back, Dory Funk Jr. is reading Douglas the riot act but Douglas is just smiling!!!
Joey Styles:Shane Douglas vowed Ricky Steamboat would not win the International Championship, and it doesn't look like the Dragon is going to be able to continue after the beating Douglas just put on him!!! Fans, don't go away, we will return with the second fall right after these messages!!!!!COMMERCIAL BREAK
FALL TWO: Steamboat is barley moving when referee Nick Patrick calls for the second fall to begin. Polo moves right in and attacks Steamboat, Polo tries for a quick pinfall but doesn't get it as Steamboat barely kicks out at two!!! Polo keeps the pressure on, battering and beating on Steamboat, but Steamboat keeps kicking out!!! Polo then throws Steamboat into the ropes and locks on a Sleeper Hold!!!!! Steamboat tries to fight at first, but then starts to fade away. Styles says it looks like Douglas is going to keep his promise because Steamboat looks like a goner!!!!! Steamboat collapses down to the mat as Polo makes sure to show how hard he is wrenching the hold in. Polo yells at Patrick to check Steamboat!!! Patrick does so and Steamboat's arm falls once, it falls twice.
Joey Styles: IF RICKY STEAMBOAT'S ARM FALLS A THRID TIME THE MATCH IS OVER!!!!The arm falls, but Steamboat snaps it up before it hits the mat that third and final time!!! Polo is in shock and is working the hold even more!!! Steamboat pumps his hand int he air to get the crowd to feed him energy and they respond loudly!!!! Steamboat somehow, someway fights to his feet!!!! Steamboat breaks the Sleeper hold and it's off to the races as Steamboat and Polo turn the tempo way up and start flying around the ring!!!! Steamboat's comeback looks like it is going to be cut short when Steamboat misses a chop, then a back elbow, Steamboat leapfrogs Polo and then Polo catches Steamboat out of nowhere with a flying forearm that fully connects!!!! Polo jumps to his feet and yells "I GOT THIS!!!!" He slaps his hands together as if to say this has been easy and covers Steamboat, Polo counts with the referee but only gets a one count as Steamboat presses Polo off of him!!!!!
Polo's eyes grow wide as a very pissed off Steamboat rises to his feet pumping his fists. Polo tries to plead off but Steamboat isn't hearing it!!! Steamboat backs Polo into the corner and unloads with chops then hip tosses him out of the corner, Polo backs into the opposite corner and Steamboat brings him out of it with a headscissors!!!! Polo is in deep trouble! Steamboat climbs the ropes and connect with a chop from off the top of each turnbuckle, playing to the crowd as he reaches the top of each!!! Steamboat then climbs the turnbuckle one last time, launches off with a Crossbody Block and connects!!!!!!! Steamboat hangs on for the cover and gets three!!!!
RICKY STEAMBOAT HAS WON THE MATCH!!!!!!!
Joey Styles: Ricky Steamboat has done it!!! Ricky Steamboat is the new International Champion!!!!!!! Shane Douglas' plan has failed!!!!Steamboat jumps to his feet and leaps around the ring in excitment!!! Steamboat asks for the belt, Nick Patrick gets the title, AND HANDS IT TO JOHNNY POLO??!??!?!?!??!!??!?!
Steamboat is yelling at Patrick saying he won not Polo!!!! Then ring announcer Bob Artese makes the announcement.
Bob Artese: The Winner of the match, 2 falls to none is RICKY "THE DRAGON" STEAMBOAT!!!!!
HOWEVER
because the first fall was won by disqualification, and a title can only change hands by pinfall or submission, JOHNNY POLO RETAINS THE INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!Steamboat scream WHAT??? several times at Nick Patrick and ACTUALLY GOES AFTER THE REFEREE!!! Patrick bails out of the ring, and Steamboat finds Johnny Polo!!!! Polo tries to plead his case but Steamboat blasts him with several chops, including one that sends Polo over the top rope to the concrete floor. Steamboat picks up the International Title and holds it in the air before tossing it out at Polo!!!
Joey Styles: Ricky Steamboat has won that match, but not the title!!! Shane Douglas DID succed in keeping the belt off Ricky Steamboat!!!! Fans I don't think we have heard the end of this one, not by a long shot!!!!!! When we return, the NWA World Tag Team Titles will be on the line when The Nasty Boys defend against The Smoking Gunns!!! COMMERCIAL BREAK
For the NWA World Tag Team Championship:
The Smoking Gunns vs. The Nasty Boys (c)
The Gunns are finally getting the title shot they earned by winning the Tag Team Tournament on World Wide, but did not get at Slamboree because they were jumped by Chris Adams and David Taylor. The Nasty Boys took there place, won the titles and now are putting them on the line against the Gunns. The Nasty Boys offer high fives to the Gunns before the match and The Gunns respond. Styles says that these two teams aren't going to put on the best wrestling match, and will probably beat the hell out of each other, but they still have respect for each other.
Styles is quite correct in his prediction that this match would be a brawl. It starts out tame enough, but the Nasty Boys don't do tame very well and soon they are trading forearms and punches with The Gunns who are only happy to answer back in kind!!!! Match stays fairly even, and spills out onto the floor a couple of times, until Bart and Billy trap Knobbs in the ring.
The Gunns play keep away with Knobbs, cutting the ring in half and working him over. Knobbs tries to fight out of the corner several times, but each time the Gunns are able to stop him before he can make the tag. Bart has Knobbs locked in an abdominal stretch when suddenly

WOMAN APPEARS IN THE AISLE!!!!!!
Joey Styles: What is Woman doing here??? Last time anyone saw here she was abandoning a whale !!! Looks like she jumped off the Titanic after all!!!!Woman slowly walks down the aisle and watches the match. Billy notices her and yells at her, asking what she wants. Bart lets go of the Abdominal Stetch to also see what is going on. After talking with Bill, Bart goes back after Knobbs, but the few seconds Bart left Knobbs alone was enough for Knobbs to regain his senses and he just about knocks Bart out with a punch when Bart tries to pick him up!!!! Knobbs tosses Bart into the ropes and creams him with a running clothesline and then collapses in the ring!!!!!
Knobbs slowly crawls to his corner, pushes himself with one last surge and is able to tag out to Saggs!!!! Saggs jumps in the ring and unloads on Bart, backing him into the ropes , whipping him off and powerslamming him, but a cover only gets a two count!!!! Saggs throws Bart into the ropes, Billy makes a blind tag, Saggs tries for a backdrop, Bart leap frogs him, Saggs turns around and gets caught by a double dropkick from the Smoking Gunns!!!!!! Billy makes a cover, but only gets a two count as Knobbs breaks it up!!! Bart jumps into the ring and now he and Knobbs are fighting it out!!!! Referee Pee Wee Moore is trying to pull the two men apart from each other, while Billy hits a Rocker Dropper on Saggs!!!! Billy jumps up to his feet as Woman jumps on the apron!!! Billy walks over and asks Woman what the hell she wants and Woman
SPRAYS MACE IN BILLY’S EYES!!!!!!!!!!!Referee Pee Wee Moore doesn’t see it, and neither does Knobbs or Bart!!!! Billy falls to the mat screaming. Saggs drapes an arm across Billy’s chest!!! Moore turns around and makes the count, when he gets to two Bart tries to break it up but Knobbs stops him, and Moore counts three!!!!!
Knobbs helps Saggs up and Bart realizes something is wrong with Billy who is still screaming. Knobbs and Saggs notice Woman and want to know what she is doing here. Woman just smiles and walks to the back, the Nasty Boys look really confused!!! Bart jumps up, grabs Saggs and whips him around!!! Bart is in Saggs face yelling, asking what Woman did!!!!! Saggs and Knobbs say they have no damn clue, but Bart doesn’t believe them!!!! Bart shoves Saggs, and Saggs shoves back!!! The two men are about to come to blows as Knobbs is trying to keep them apart!!!!
Joey Styles: I have no idea what Woman was doing out here, but I have serious doubts that The Nasty Boys have any idea that she sprayed Billy Gunn with mace!!!! That might be hard to convince Bart Gunn of though. I don’t know what kind of game Woman is playing, but I am sure we haven’t seen the last of her.COMMERCIAL BREAK
The Undertaker w/Paul Bearer vs. Sabu w/Kevin Sullivan
Sabu dives right for the Undertaker as soon as the bell rings, Styles promises that this will not be a catch as catch can match because these two guys are lunatics!!! Taker and Sabu light into each other, neither seem all that interested in winning the match as they seem to want to destroy one another. After several minutes of intense and somewhat insane brawling the Undertaker grabs the advantage, he works Sabu over until he tries for his patented rope walk. As Taker begins to walk the ropes Sabu grabs them and cause the Undertaker to fall, crotching himself on the top rope.
Taker falls off the top rope and onto the apron, while Taker tries to get to his feet Sabu climbs the turnbuckle next to him, when Taker does rise to his feet Sabu hits a missle dropkick that catches Taker flush in the mush and sends the Dead Man flying off the apron and to the cold hard concrete below!!! Sabu doesn’t let up and when Taker struggles to his feet on the floor Sabu hits the Asai Moonsault!!!! Sabu slides back into the ring, drops to his knees and points to the sky!!!
Joey Styles: Sabu is a madman, no one taunts the Undertaker like this, but then again, no one has ever done this to the Undertaker!!!!Taker rises to his feet and staggers back into the ring, once there Sabu is waiting for him!! Sabu kicks Undertaker in the face as Undertaker rolls into the ring. He keep the punishment up, hitting a DDT and following it up with a springboard moonsault, but a cover only gets a two count! Sabu works Undertaker over and little more and then locks in the famed Camel Clutch!!!
Styles talks about how Sabu is a master of this hold because his uncle the maniacal Sheik taught it to him. Taker is visibly in pain as Sabu rocks back on the hold adding more and more pressure. Taker refuses to give up the and somehow is able to get his knees under him. Taker powers up to his feet with Sabu still on his back!!! Sabu hangs on by transitioning to a headlock, Taker staggers backward and slams Sabu into the corner!!! Sabu releases the hold for a second but quickly locks it back on. Taker slams Sabu in the corner again, and this time the Madman doesn’t lock the hold back on!!! Taker whips Sabu into the opposite corner and tries to charge, but Sabu moves out of the way!!! Taker crashes hard into the corner, Sabu grabs a hold of him and hits Tornado DDT!!! Sabu makes the cover again, but again only gets a two count!!!
Sabu gets another two count after a slingshot leg drop, and you can tell he is getting frustrated that he cannot keep the Undertaker down. Sabu beats down the Undertaker some more, but things start to fall apart for Sabu when the Undertaker hits a desperation flying clothesline after ducking a clothesline from Sabu. Paul Bearer is on the outside of the ring begging the Undertaker to get up and Taker does indeed sit up!!!! Sabu and Taker start trading punches !!! The two men are beating each other’s brains out!!!
Joey Styles: This isn’t a wrestling match, this is a PRISION RIOT!!!!Undertaker backs Sabu into the corner and just unload with lightning fast punches, the speed in which the Undertaker is moving astonishes Styles. Taker whips Sabu into the opposite corner so hard the ring moves!!! Taker follows Sabu in the a clothesline then whips him into the opposite corner even harder! Taker follows this one up with a leaping splash that crushes Sabu in the corner!!! Sabu staggers out right into a CHOKESLAM!!!!! Taker then crosses Sabu’s arms across his chest and makes the cover!!!!

SABU SHOCKS EVERYONE BY KICKING OUT!!!
Taker rises to his feet and does the throat cutting gesture, signaling this is the end for Sabu!!!! Sabu gets to his feet, Taker scoops him up for the Tombstone, but Sabu slips out and lands behind the Undertaker!!! Sabu runs the ropes, ducks a clothesline, ducks a back elbow BUT THEN UNDERTAKER CATCHES SABU WITH A 7 FOOT FRICKING DROPKICK!!!!!!!
Joey Styles: THE UNDERTAKER JUST THREW A DROPKICK?!?!?!?!?!?! WHAT ELSE IS GOING TO HAPPEN???Sabu slowly pulls himself up against the ropes and Taker hits a clothesline that sends both men over the top rope to the floor, only Undertaker lands on his feet. Kevin Sullivan acts like he might try to jump Taker, but Taker glares at him and Sullivan backs off. Taker slams Sabu’s head into the ring apron and then slams his head into the announce table, which Joey Styles does not like. Taker them whips Sabu into the ring rail so hard that Sabu flips over it and into the crowd!!!!! Taker sticks his head into the ring to break the count and then heads over to Sabu. Taker pulls Sabu over and bodyslams him on the concrete!!!! Taker them rolls back into the ring, and climbs the ropes?!?!?!?!?! Sabu slowly gets to his feet and once he does, UNDERTAKER JUMPS OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH A CLOTHESLINE TO SABU ON THE ARENA FLOOR!!!!!
Joey Styles: OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Taker rolls Sabu back into the ring, and goes for the pin again, but once again only gets a two count!!!!
Joey Styles: What in the hell is it going to take to put Sabu down???Undertaker tries to pull Sabu to his feet but Sabu fights back tearing at Undertaker’s face!!! Sabu rips at Undertaker’s eyes then BITES HIM ON THE FOREHEAD!!!!!! Styles says he is sure that’s something Sabu learned at the School of The Sheik!!! Sabu hits the ropes, ducks a clothesline and catches Undertaker with a leg lariat!!!! Sabu hits the ropes and tries to drop a leg across Undertaker’s chest but Undertaker sits up and Sabu crashes to the mat!!! Taker then measures Sabu, scoops him up and hits the Tombstone!!! Taker makes the cover!!
