Chris Cruise is glad we are here! When the show ended last week everyone was confused! Cruise says that 2 Cold Scorpio is indeed the World Champion, his settlement with the Board of Directors stated he would get the first shot at the World Title after the tournament was concluded at a time of his choosing, but Cruise doesn’t think that is what the Board had in mind!!! Scorpio has a big bullseye on his back now both Eddy Guerrero and Konnan are gunning for him, though Konnan has more things to worry about as seen last week with Bobby Duncam Jr. !! Also this week, the World Tag Titles will be decided in a Four Corners match as Los Loco’s, Rey Mysterio Jr. and Vampiro, The FBI well as The Shooting Stars face off in a Four Corners Elimination match to decide the new tag team champions!!!
Norman Smiley defeats Ciclope in his UWA debut. Smiley shook the hand of both Ciclope and the referee before the match. Good clean match with Smiley winning with a Double Underhook Suplex.
2 Cold Scorpio comes out to the ring with Clarence Mason in tow, he is carrying the World Title. Mason repeats what Cruise said about how Scorpio was able to get the World Title. Dick Slater leads Bobby Duncam Jr. out next. Slater says it seems to him that Scorpio owes them! And Slater wants to collect now and orders Bobby Duncam Jr. to take the World Title away from Scorpio!!! Mason stops this. Mason says they can work together and help each other out. Mason and Slater talk quietly away from the microphone; Slater then challenges Konnan and Eddy Guerrero to face Bobby Duncam Jr. and 2 Cold Scorpio here next week, IF THEY HAVE THE GUTS!!!

Shane Douglas and Francine are at an airport. Douglas says next week the time for waiting will be over, next week The Franchise makes his debut in the UWA and nothing will ever be the same.

The FBI doesn’t leave quietly as Gilberti attacks Kidman afterward with a Death Valley Driver, setting Kidman up to be quickly pinned by Psicosis and eliminating The Shooting Stars, as we go to commercial it leaves the team of Vampiro and Rey Mysterio Jr. battling Los Locos for the right to be the UWA Tag Team Champions!

Kevin Kelly is joined by Konnan and Eddy Guerrero. They talks about facing Duncam and Scorpio tonight, both agree they want the UWA Title that Scorpio holds, but tonight it’s about getting payback on their opponents.
The Shooting Stars (Pulsar/Nova) wrestled to a draw with the FBI (Glen Gilberti and Little Guido) when all four men were considered too bloody to continue, the match was an absolute bloodbath between the four men and the apron was stained with blood as wrestlers came out to break up the fight.

They say tonight they are going kill two birds with one stone, Slater says after they deal with Guerrero and Konnan tonight he fully expects Mason to grant Duncam a World Title shot, Mason says they will deal with the legality of that later, right now they should concentrate on beating their enemies. Slater says he will table it for now, only because he wants Konnan destroyed more then he wants the UWA Title.
Psicosis defeats Rey Mysterio Jr. in another one of their classic battles with a Guillotine Legdrop off the top rope. Super Crazy interfered allot for his partner during the match and stopped Rey from executing the springboard hurricanrana, allowing Psicosis to hit Rey with a superkick to send him flying off the apron and into the steel guard rail. After the match Vampiro fought off Los Locos

Clarence Mason shows up in a neck brace and without UWA Champion 2 Cold Scorpio, Mason is angry and is planning to sue Eddy Guerrero for assaulting him unless Guerrero comes out and apologizes to him RIGHT NOW. Eddy goes come out, he makes fun of Mason, he keeps it up until Mason slaps him!!! Eddy grabs Mason by his suit jacket!! Then two giant men in suits jump the rail and into the ring they attack Guerrero from behind! Eddy tries to fight them but is overcome. Mason introduces them as his new bodyguards, New Jack and Mustafa Saed!! Chavo Guerrero Jr.. Hector Guerrero, Vampiro, Rey Mysterio Jr. and Konnan run into the ring to make the save.

Duncam locked in the claw and refused to let go until the referee called for the bell. After the match Slater gets a microphone and celebrates the destruction of Konnan. Vampiro comes out and challenges Duncam to a match next week. Slater says no reason to wait and Duncam clotheslines Vampiro then takes him outside the ring and powerbombs him through the time keepers table.

Shane Douglas comes out to the ring with Francine, he wants to know if anyone is man enough to accept the Franchise Challenge. Lizmark comes out to accept.
Shane Douglas defeats Lizmark with the belly to belly suplex and is disgusted by who accepted his challenge. He says he hopes next week someone else will have the balls to accept.

Scorpio and Eddy fought into the crowd during the match. Eddy and Scorpio were still fighting and had worked their way up to second level when the show faded to black...........................
