Taped May 6 1985, Airing May 10
Tampa Sportatorium
Broadcasters: Gordon Solie and Buddy Colt
The show opens up with the cameras on Solie and Colt, but the crowd is very vocal with their booing. Solie welcomes everyone to the show and the camera pans out to show Barry Windham at the announcer table, but he isn't alone, along side him is Bobby The Brain Heenan! Colt asks Barry just what has gotten into him, and Barry says before he says anything, he wants the fans to see, again, what happened last week.
A short recap is shown of Barry attacking Dusty from behind during an interview last week, whipping Dusty with a belt, smashing Dusty over the head with a chair and with the Southern Title and finally leaving the Sportatorium in a limo.
Windham says that following the tournament match in Miami, while Dusty was too busy signing autographs and taking pictures with the fans, he sat alone in his hotel room. He figured Dusty would be there soon, and they'd make up. But when that knock on his door finally came, it was Bobby Heenan. He and Heenan talked long into the night, and Barry realized, Dusty would never let him reach his true potential, that Dusty was with him because it was easier to keep Barry away from the big matches and title shots by being a so called friend. But now, under the leadership of the Brain, the man who promised the Florida title to Paul Orndorff and delivered, Barry now promises that he will be the next Southern Champion, issuing a challenge to Dusty, if he can make it, to defend the title against him at the Eddie Graham Memorial show. Barry says it shows how few friend Dusty really has when it took them 5 minutes to save him.
Solie interrupts and says that the locker room was locked from the outside and the door had to be broken down in what only could have been a premeditated assault on Dusty.
Barry glares at Gordon, but Heenan then starts speaking. He says he told everyone for months that Dusty was selfish and couldn't be trusted, maybe Dusty himself locked that door, to keep himself in the spotlight. He then says Dusty has no choice but to defend his title, if he is too injured to do so, the same lawyers that got the pile driver reinstated will be filing papers to strip Dusty of his title if he is unable to defend it.
Colt then says that Barry needs to head to the ring for his match.

Beautiful women surround them, rubbing their shoulders, sitting on their laps, laughing. Both men stand up with a lady on each arm and walk down the steps into the the boat, out of camera view. And now Flair himself comes out to the interview area. Flair, wearing what he says is a $2,000 suite, and shoes that cost more than most people's cars, says he is honored to take part in the Eddie Graham Memorial Show. He says Graham was one of the all time greats, a great wrestler in his time, and a great promoter. But Flair is the greatest now, and he's planning on proving it today, against Mike Rotundo, and on June 7, against who ever it is he faces. He then says he knows that Rotundo will give it his all, after all, everyone wants a shot at the champ, and Rotundo will be a better man for this, even after he loses to Flair. Scott informed Solie that if Dusty is unable to defend the title there, he'll be stripped of it. Stay tuned next week for more information on this huge announcement.
Solie is now joined by Soulman, Rocky Johnson. Johnson says it's been a long time since he's been in Florida, but he's ready to remind the fans why he's one of the best in the world today, and that he has his sights set on the Florida Title, currently held by Paul Orndorff.

The crowd is behind the popular veteran Johnson, and he doesn't let them down, wining the match after locking in a Boston Crab.
Winner: Rocky Johnson via pin @ 2:57
Mike Rotundo is with Solie and Colt. He says that he saw Flair's interview earlier, and that the NWA Champion is making a mistake taking him this lightly. He says it IS an honor to face the NWA Champion on TV, but he plans on showing Ric that he is making a huge error by not taking him seriously.

NWA World Champion Ric Flair vs. Mike Rotundo - 1 fall, 30 Minutes - NON TITLE MATCH
Both men are in the ring when we return to the show, Solie says if the match goes beyond the TV time, we'll see the ending next week.
The two lock up, and immediately Flair starts stalling, backing off and staying near the ropes. Finally, Flair hits Mike after Mike cleanly breaks on the ropes, and starts to work over Rotundo's knee, trying to soften him up for Flair's patented figure four leg lock. But Rotundo bounces back, and soon it is Flair begging off, after Mike reverses a whip into the corner.
Ric's earlier work on the knee pays off though, when Mike lifts him up for an airplane spin and his knee gives out. Ric wastes no time, dropping elbows and knees on Mike's injured leg, even going as far as to put Mikes leg on the bottom rope and drop onto it.
Flair then drags Rotundo to the center of the ring, where he says it's time to go to school, and tries to lock in the figure four. Mike seems to fight it off, but then, just as it appears that he's going to lock in the hold, Rotundo is able to pull Flair down into a small package. Taken by surprise, Flair is unable to kick out before the three count. Rotundo has upset NWA Champion Ric Flair!!!
Winner: Mike Rotundo via pin @ 7:27
As Flair kicks the ropes and argues with the referee, Rotundo roles out of the ring and limps over to the cheering fans who celebrate his upset win.
