1)Bill Dundee pinned Adrian Street (w/ Miss Linda) when he connected with the Bomb’s Away knee drop off the second rope.
2)Sweet Sensation: Stan Lane & Shawn Michaels defeated Bruise Brothers: Troy Graham & Porkchop Cash at 14:04 when Lane managed to get Cash’s loaded boot away from him and deck him with it while the referee was tied up with Michaels and Graham. Lane then made the pin and scored a bit of revenge with this victory.
3)”Handsome” Jimmy Valiant fought Big Bubba Rogers (w/ Jimmy Hart) at to a double disqualification 8:45 when they brawled all over the ringside area and ignored the referee’s instructions.
4)”Wildfire” Tommy Rich pinned ”Ravishing” Rick Rude (w/ Jimmy Hart) at 20:11 with a Lou Thesz Press, after Rude and Hart cracked
heads. Rich sent Rude plummeting into Jimmy Hart, and then finished him off to score a big win. Rude was furious after the match.
INTERMISSION
5)The Nightmares: Danny Davis & Ken Wayne defeated Southern Tag Team Champions Hotstuff International: Eddie Gilbert & Rick Steiner in a Non-Title Match at 15:29 when Danny Davis came off the top rope with a sunset flip on Eddie Gilbert.
6) CWA Heavyweight Champion Jake “The Snake” Roberts pinned Billy Joe Travis at 12:45 when Roberts landed the DDT to Travis. Billy showed a lot of fire, and scored several near falls when Jerry “The King” Lawler came out to ringside to distract The Snake. Jake Roberts eventually regained his focus and scored the pin, but quickly made his exit when Lawler stepped into the ring after the match to stop him from further attacking Travis.
7) Austin Idol defeated Southern Heavyweight Champion One Man Gang by count-out at 19:11 when the champion could not return to the ring. Idol brought the fight to the Gang, and even body-slammed him at one point. The champion also was ferocious, but ultimately missed a splash into the corner. Idol hit the ropes an drilled the Gang with a running clothesline, sending the champion out to the floor. Gang smacked his head on the unpadded floor and could not return to the ring before the ten count. Eventually he stumbled back up and tried to attack Idol, but the Universal Heartthrob landed a running knee to send One Man Gang back out to the floor and back to the dressing room.
