US TITLE TOURNAMENT QUARTER FINALS:
“RAGIN BULL” MANNY FERNANDEZ VS. DON KERNODLE
Kernodle holds up his NWA World Tag Team Title belt before the match and then shoves it in The Bull’s face! Kernodle is trash talking The Bull about how he is already a Champion, and calls The Bull a Chump! BIG mistake!!! Bull hammers away on Kerndole!!! Bull knocks Kernodle around the ring with punches until he sends him through the ropes with a dropkick. Kernodle has a fit on the floor! When he finally gets back in and and The Bull start trading holds and counters on the mat. Kernodle’s amateur background is well known, and while The Bull never competed in the amateur ranks, he is no slouch! After several nearfalls the two men get back to their feet and brawling, where The Bull has the decided advantage. The Bull gets the win and advances after Kerndole reverses an Irish Whip, The Bull ducks a clothesline, Kernodle leapfrogs the Bull and then the Bull connects with the Flying Jalapeno!!!

US TITLE TOURNAMENT QUARTER FINALS:
“THE BOOGIE WOOGIE MAN” JIMMY VALIANT VS. GREG “THE HAMMER” VALENTINE
Valentine is a former multi time United States Champion and has returned to the area to try and reclaim the gold, Valiant dances down to the ring, after the bell rings he offers Valentine a handshake, as Valentine was receiving a few cheers last time he was in the territory, Valentine shakes Boogie’s hand but then pulls him into a clothesline!!!! Valentine punishes Boogie for several minutes in the early going, Boogie looks to be in a lot of trouble, but the Boy for New York City finds a way to fight back!! The brawl soon spills out of the ring and we come dangerously close to a double countout, but Boogie is able to roll Valentine back into the ring and climb back in himself. Boogie looks like he might get the win, but misses a charge into the corner!! Valentine then takes back over, heaping punches and kicks onto Boogie. Just then, Paul Jones comes walking down to ringside!! Jones holds up his briefcase and tells Valentine the money could all be his!!! This distracts Valentine as he looks down at Jones, giving Boogie an opening to try for a comeback, but Valentine cuts it off!!!! Valentine then goes to work on Boogie’s leg, Boogie tries to fight away from Valentine, but “The Hammer” lives up to his name and hammers Boogie down. Valentine wins the match and advances to the next round after Boogie submits to the Figure Four Leglock! Boogie tried to fight it, but the pain finally became too much.
WINNER: GREG “THE HAMMER” VALENTINE
However, even though Valentine has won and the bell is ringing, Valentine is refusing ot release the Figure Four Leglock!!!! He is trying to break Valiant’s leg!!!! He wants to send Valiant out on a stretcher and earn the bounty money!!!! Jones gets into the ring, takes off his jacket and SPLASH THE LEGS!!!! Valiant is howling in pain!!!! HERE COMES “THE RAGIN BULL”!!!!!! Valentine quickly releases the hold and he and Jones escape the ring!!! The Bull yells at them to get back in the ring before checking on his friend!!!
US TITLE TOURNAMENT QUARTER FINALS:
”THE RUSSIAN BEAR” IVAN KOLOFF VS. JAY YOUNGBLOOD
Neither man has their tag team partner with them, nor does Koloff has his nephew Nikita at his side. The Youngbloods have been chasing Koloff and Kerndole and the NWA Tag Team Titles for a while, and many think they are close to catching them. Youngblood doesn’t even wait for the bell and goes right to attacking the Russian Bear, much to the delight of the crowd here in the Omni!!!! Koloff get knocked around the ring by chop after chop before getting sent into the ropes and being dropped by a big chop!!! Youngblood makes the cover but Ivan gets a shoulder up right before the three!!! Ivan tries to fight back, but “The Renegade Warrior” isn’t letting up on the co holder of the NWA World Tag Team Titles!!! Jay sends Ivan flying over the top rope with a big chop!!! And that brings out Don Kerndole!!! Kerndole is yelling and complaining that Jay should be disqualified for throwing Ivan over the top, but the referee is ruling that it was inadvertent!!!! Ivan and Don discuss strategy before Ivan gets back into the ring. Ivan acts like he is going to lock up with Jay but instead kicks him in the gut and then rakes his eyes!!! Ivan pounds on Jay some before throwing him through the ropes and out of the ring, Ivan then distracts the referee as Don grabs Jay and RUNS HIM INTO THE RING POST!!!!!
That brings Mark Youngblood running down the aisle!!! Kernodle runs to the other side of the ring before Mark can get to him!!! Mark checks on his brother who is now bleeding!!!! Ivan lets the referee go and he begins to count Jay out, totally oblivious to the interference that just took place!!! Mark jumps on the apron and tries to tell him what happened but the referee just orders Mark to get down!!!! Jay staggers to his feet, pushes passed Mark and rolls back into the ring. Ivan pounces on Jay as soon as he can!! Jay starts throwing chops and punches and we get a really donnybrook, until Ivan rips at Jay’s cut!!! That stops the proud Native American dead in his tracks!!! Ivan concentrates on the cut, opening it wider and wider, soon Jay is bleeding like a stuck pig!!!! Ivan traps Jay in a sleeper hold and Jay fades to the mat. The referee lifts his arm and it falls twice, but spurned on by the cheers of the crowd Jay refuses to allow his arm to fall a third time. Jay slowly fights to his feet and breaks the sleeper, only to get caught in a bear hug!!!! Jay’s blood is pouring out of his head and all over Ivan and the ring!!!! Jay fights and fights and somehow breaks the Bear Hug!!! He unloads on Ivan with chop after chop!!! Kerndole is going crazy and jumps up on the ring apron, but Jay blasts him with a chop that sends him crashing to the floor!!! Mark is soon on top of Kerndole and pounding on him on the arena floor!! Jay whips Ivan into the ropes and connects with The End of The Trail!!!! Jay goes for the cover, the referee though doesn’t make the count!!! He looks at Jay’s cut and then calls for the bell?!?!?!?! Jay is confused as to what is going on as the ring announcer let’s everyone know that the referee has deemed that Jay Youngblood cannot continue due to the cut on his head and awards the match to Ivan Koloff!!!! The crowd’s boos let the ref know what they think about that!!! Jay loses it and actually goes after the referee who quickly gets the heck out of dodge!! Mark is in the ring with Jay as Kerndole is out of it on the arena floor!! Ivan gets to his feet and tries to Pearl Harbor the Youngbloods, but they respond with a double chop that sends Koloff crashing to the mat, they then grab him and throw him out of the ring to Kerndole!!!! Kerndole and Ivan help each other up, Ivan gets his Tag Title belt and hoists it into the air.
WINNER: “THE RUSSIAN BEAR” IVAN KOLOFF
US TITLE QUARTER FINALS:
WAHOO MCDANIELS VS. RICKY ‘THE DRAGON” STEAMBOAT
The two favorites in this tournament, and the men who match back in June set up the situation that necessitated this tournament meet in the final opening round match. It’s totally out of control as soon as Wahoo hits the ring as he and Steamboat do not even wait for the bell as they tear right into each other. Nothing about this match resembles a catch as catch can wrestling bout, this is nothing more than a barroom brawl!!! The referee has no control over this one and frankly, not a chance in hades in getting any control of it. Steamboat and Wahoo soon find themselves brawling in the aisle way and the referee has no choice but to count them both out!!!! The two favorites in the tournament have been eliminated and Ivan Koloff receives a bye into the Finals!!!!
WINNER: DOUBLE COUNT OUT
The sound of the bell does nothing to deter the two men as they continue to brawl up and down the aisle!!! Atlanta’s finest as to aid the Omni’s security in breaking the fight up and restoring order!!!!
Frank Dusek makes his way to the ring next, flanked by both Joel Denton and Black Bart, Bart has his arm in a sling and still claims to be injured. Dusek gets the microphone.
Frank Dusek: As you all can see, Black Bart is too injured to take part in this match for the NWA World Title, now as I said on television, the NWA has allowed me to pick a replacement for Bart to challenge Ric Flair for the NWA Title here tonight, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the man who tonight will become the NEW NWA World Heavyweight Champeen, the man who will lead wrasslin into the next century, the man who went into Memphis and slapped Jerry Lawler around, the man who does what he wants when he wants to,
“THE MACHO MAN” RANDY SAVAGE!!!!!!”[//I]
Savage makes his way down to the ring in a leopard print robe!!! He climbs the corners and throws his glasses into the crowd, his eyes look like a man possessed!!! Dusek has found himself the ultimate blue chipper!!!!
And here comes The Man!!! Wearing the ten pound of gold, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair!!! Flair doesn’t look worried about facing this madman, though the stories of Randy Savage and what he has done to men like Jerry Lawler, Ronnie Garvin and even his own brother Lanny Poffo are well known, Flair didn’t become the World Champion by backing down from a fight, and he isn’t going to do it here tonight either!!! Flair gets into the ring and Savage is quickly there to greet him with a finger in the face, Savage talks some smack and then waves his hand at Flair, who simply lets out a WOOOOOOOO and give a cocky smirk!!!
NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:
“THE NATURE BOY” RIC FLAIR © VS. “THE MACHO MAN” RANDY SAVAGE W/FRANK DUSEK
Deaton and Bart are sent away from ringside by Tommy Young who is in no mood for any funny business here tonight. Young calls for the bell and the match is ON!!! Savage has the noterity of being one of wrestling’s most out of control maniacs, but instead of attacking Flair as soon as the bell rings, he locks up with him!!! Flair and Savage trade holds before going down to the mat, they continue to grapple with neither man being able to get the upper hand as they keep reversing each other until finally they roll into the ropes and Tommy Young as to call for the break. They go to lock up again and Savage throws a punch!!! Flair answers back with a punch of his own!!! Savage throws another one!!!! Flair responds with a knife edge chop that echo’s throughout the Omni!! He fires off a second chop and then a third!!! Flair has Savage backed against the ropes!! He fires him off!!! Savage leapfrogs Flair and then knocks him down with a clothesline!!! Savage chokes Flair on the mat!!!! The Wild Man has come out!!! Savage sends Flair into the corner and follows him in with a flying knee, but Flair moves and Savage crashes!!! Flair pulls Savage up and peppers him with knife edge chops that turns Savage’s chest blood red!!! Savage rakes Flair’s eyes to stop the onslaught!!! He then blast Flair with his patented punches before whipping him hard across the ring to the opposite corner, Flair crashes hard then staggers out right into a back elbow from Savage!!! Savage makes a cover, but Flair is out of it after the one count!!!
Savage goes back to choking the Nature Boy, he breaks each time Tommy Young gets to four, only to reapply it!!!He finally pulls Flair up by his hair and then throws him out of the ring through the ropes!!!! Savage then climbs the turnbuckle and leaps off the top rope to the floor below with a Double Ax Handle onto Flair!!!! Dusek is cheering his man on as Savage rolls Flair back into the ring!!!Savage makes the cover!!

FLAIR GETS A SHOULDER UP!!!!
Savage argues with Tommy Young and actually chases him out of the ring, when he makes his way back to Flair, the Champion in on his knees. Savage measure’s Flair and punches his flush in the mush, but Flair just shakes his head no and yells at Savage to hit him again!! Savage gives Flair another punch and Flair yells “AGAIN!” a third punch and Flair gets to his feet and lets out a WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Savage tries to punch Flair again but Flair blocks it and answers back with a huge chop!!! Savage throws another punch and again chops Savage a second time!!! Flair now unloads with chops, sending Savage into the corner!!! Savage only stops the onslaught with a thumb to the eye!!! Savage grabs Flair and reverses positions with him!! He starts unload with punches then climbs the turnbuckle, Savage starts raining punches down on Flair’s head but Flair puts a stop to that by Atomic Dropping Savage out of the corner! Flair covers!!!

Flair quickly grabs Savage and executes a delayed Vertical Suplex!!!! Float over and cover!!!

The challenger is refusing to go away easy!!! Flair pulls Savage to his feet and sends him into the ropes, Flair makes an error however and drops his head too early for a backdrop and Savage catches him with a swinging neckbreaker!!!!! Both men slowly rise to their feet, they start to trade punches like punch drunk boxers, Savage knees Flair in the gut then sends him hard into the corner, Flair flips over the turnbuckle he tries to run the apron but Savage catches him with a clothesline that sends Flair crashing to the Omni floor!!! Savage follows Flair out and throws him hard into the blue metal ring barrier!!! Flair’s screams OH GOD as he collapses down, clutching his back. Savage doesn’t let up, grabbing Flair and bodyslamming him on the cold hard concrete, further injuring the back that Flair once broke in a plane crash!!!! Savage rolls back into the ring to break the count. Flair slowly crawls back to the ring, he pulls himself onto the apron before the 10 count, but Savage pushes passed the referee, grabs Flair and suplexes him back into the ring!!! Savage makes the cover!!!

Savage doesn’t let up and quickly locks in a Camel Clutch!!! Flair is screaming in pain!!! Tommy Young is right in his face asking him if he gives up, Flair won’t give, but is still in total agony!!! Savage yells at Young to ask Flair, Young asks again and Flair still refuses to give up. Savage releases the hold, grabs Flair and gives him a backbreaker!!!! Savage covers!!!

Savage chases after Tommy Young yelling at him to count faster, he then turns his attention back to Flair, Savage goes to grab Flair for a bodyslam BUT FLAIR SHOCKS HIM WITH A ROLL UP!!!

Savage jumps up and cannot believe it, Frank Dusek is in the ring as well and they are arguing with Tommy Young!!!! Savage grabs Young and throws him out of the ring!!!! Flair has the NWA World Title belt, he gets to his feet and starts to swing it around above his head forcing Dusek and Savage to jump out of the ring as well!!!! Savage points up to the ring and tells Flair this ain’t over. Flair tells Savage to come back and fight!!!!

NELSON ROYAL & KENDEL WINDHAM defeat GEORGE SOUTH & GARY ROYAL when Royal pins South with a Backslide @7:12 in tonight’s popcorn match!
US TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMI FINALS:
“THE RAGIN BULL” MANNY FERNANDEZ VS. GREG “THE HAMMER” VALENTINE
Fernandez is looking for some payback on Valentine after what The Hammer did to Jimmy Valiant in the Quarter Finals match, the winner of this match will advance to face “The Russian Bear” Ivan Koloff in the finals to be crowned the United States Champion!!! Fernandez and Valentine start brawling as soon as the bell rings. The two men keep beating each other from pillar to post, this one comes dangerously close to getting thrown out like the earlier Steamboat-Wahoo match, Valentine keeps looking for the Figure Four Leglock and finally locks it in, but Manny fights it and is able to turn it and puts the pressure on Valentine, but Valentine then reverses it sending the men into the ropes and forcing the break. Valentine attempts to quickly reapply the figure four, but Manny rolls him up for an almost three count. Valentine pounds on Fernandez and then goes to the top rope but gets caught by Manny!! Manny sends Valentine crashing down to the mat!!!! He then peppers Valentine with punches, he sends him for the ride and connects with the Flying Jalapeno!!! Manny covers!!

The two men are brawling until Manny comes to Valiant’s aid and they dump Valentine out of the ring with a double clothesline!!!!! Valentine has a fit on the floor!!!!

TULLY BLANCHARD © VS. MARK YOUNGBLOOD
Tully originally defeated Youngblood for this title earlier in the year, and while Tully has been chasing after the NWA World Title he has not neglected his duties in defending the TV belt. Mark and his brother have been chasing the NWA World Tag Team Titles, but Mark would like nothing more than to reclaim the TV Belt. Back and forth battle between both men, Mark gets several nearfalls but Tully keeps finding ways to kick out, finally Tully puts Mark down for the three count with a Slingshot Suplex.
WINNER: AND STILL NWA TV CHAMPION TULLY BLANCHARD
US TITLE TOURNAMENT FINALS:
“THE RAGIN BULL” MANNY FERNANDEZ VS. “THE RUSSIAN BEAR” IVAN KOLOFF
Koloff comes down to the ring with both his NWA World Tag Team Partner Don Kerndole and his nephew the Russian Nightmare, Nikita Koloff at his side!!! Manny Fernenadez starts down the aisle alone, but stops halfway, turns around goes to the back. Kerndole grabs the microphone and claims that the Bull is scared, and is running away!!! Kenodle demands that the US Title be given to Ivan by forfeit. Just as he says that The Bull appears back in the aisle,

Kerndole and Ivan are loudly protesting this, but it looks like Tommy Young is going to let it go!! Young calls for the bell and orders everyone who isn’t competing out of the ring!!!
Both men match holds early on, after some mat wrestling they end up back on their feet, Ivan sends Manny into the ropes, Manny ducks a clothesline, ducks a back elbow, leapfrogs Ivan but then gets caught by Ivan in a belly to belly suplex!!! Ivan makes a cover!!

Ivan goes to work on Manny’s back dropping several knees on the small of the back before applying a rear chinlock, driving his knee into Manny’s back. After being trapped in the hold for several minutes, Manny starts to fight his way out!!! He battles to his feet and breaks the hold, but Ivan goes to Manny’s eyes!!! Ivan grabs ahold of Manny and plants him on the mat after a backbreaker!!! Ivan makes the cover!!!

Manny grabs Ivan and tosses him into the corner!!! Manny unloads with punches and chops!!! Manny whips Ivan across the ring to the other corner!!! Ivan crashes hard!! Manny follows him in, he climbs to the second turnbuckle and rains 10 punches down on Ivan’s head!!! Manny then hip tosses Ivan out of the corner!!!! Manny goes to the middle turnbuckle and comes off with a flying knee!!!!! Manny makes a cover!!

Manny grabs the US Title and lies it on the mat!!! He dares them to step over it and face him!!! Nikita makes a move!!!! Kerndole and Ivan grab Nikita to stop him!!!!! They pulls Nikita out of the ring and leave!!! Soon Boogie Woogie Man Jimmy Valiant, Denny Brown, Bugsy McGraw, Kendel Windham, Nelson Royal and Sam Houston are in the ring to celebrate with Manny Fernandez!!! They are all shaking his hand when

Everyone backs off and allows Steamboat to climb into the ring, he and Manny get face to face, things look like they might be a little tense!! Steamboat puts out a hand!!! Manny shakes it!!! Steamboat pulls Manny in for a hug and tells him something before raising Manny’s hand in victory!!!!! The Youngbloods then hoist Manny on their shoulders to continue the celebration here in the Omni!!!!

Valentine is a former multi time United States Champion and has returned to the area to try and reclaim the gold, Valiant dances down to the ring, after the bell rings he offers Valentine a handshake, as Valentine was receiving a few cheers last time he was in the territory, Valentine shakes Boogie’s hand but then pulls him into a clothesline!!!! Valentine punishes Boogie for several minutes in the early going, Boogie looks to be in a lot of trouble, but the Boy for New York City finds a way to fight back!! The brawl soon spills out of the ring and we come dangerously close to a double countout, but Boogie is able to roll Valentine back into the ring and climb back in himself. Boogie looks like he might get the win, but misses a charge into the corner!! Valentine then takes back over, heaping punches and kicks onto Boogie. Just then, Paul Jones comes walking down to ringside!! Jones holds up his briefcase and tells Valentine the money could all be his!!! This distracts Valentine as he looks down at Jones, giving Boogie an opening to try for a comeback, but Valentine cuts it off!!!! Valentine then goes to work on Boogie’s leg, Boogie tries to fight away from Valentine, but “The Hammer” lives up to his name and hammers Boogie down. Valentine wins the match and advances to the next round after Boogie submits to the Figure Four Leglock! Boogie tried to fight it, but the pain finally became too much.

However, even though Valentine has won and the bell is ringing, Valentine is refusing ot release the Figure Four Leglock!!!! He is trying to break Valiant’s leg!!!! He wants to send Valiant out on a stretcher and earn the bounty money!!!! Jones gets into the ring, takes off his jacket and SPLASH THE LEGS!!!! Valiant is howling in pain!!!! HERE COMES “THE RAGIN BULL”!!!!!! Valentine quickly releases the hold and he and Jones escape the ring!!! The Bull yells at them to get back in the ring before checking on his friend!!!
US TITLE TOURNAMENT QUARTER FINALS:
”THE RUSSIAN BEAR” IVAN KOLOFF VS. JAY YOUNGBLOOD
Neither man has their tag team partner with them, nor does Koloff has his nephew Nikita at his side. The Youngbloods have been chasing Koloff and Kerndole and the NWA Tag Team Titles for a while, and many think they are close to catching them. Youngblood doesn’t even wait for the bell and goes right to attacking the Russian Bear, much to the delight of the crowd here in the Omni!!!! Koloff get knocked around the ring by chop after chop before getting sent into the ropes and being dropped by a big chop!!! Youngblood makes the cover but Ivan gets a shoulder up right before the three!!! Ivan tries to fight back, but “The Renegade Warrior” isn’t letting up on the co holder of the NWA World Tag Team Titles!!! Jay sends Ivan flying over the top rope with a big chop!!! And that brings out Don Kerndole!!! Kerndole is yelling and complaining that Jay should be disqualified for throwing Ivan over the top, but the referee is ruling that it was inadvertent!!!! Ivan and Don discuss strategy before Ivan gets back into the ring. Ivan acts like he is going to lock up with Jay but instead kicks him in the gut and then rakes his eyes!!! Ivan pounds on Jay some before throwing him through the ropes and out of the ring, Ivan then distracts the referee as Don grabs Jay and RUNS HIM INTO THE RING POST!!!!!
That brings Mark Youngblood running down the aisle!!! Kernodle runs to the other side of the ring before Mark can get to him!!! Mark checks on his brother who is now bleeding!!!! Ivan lets the referee go and he begins to count Jay out, totally oblivious to the interference that just took place!!! Mark jumps on the apron and tries to tell him what happened but the referee just orders Mark to get down!!!! Jay staggers to his feet, pushes passed Mark and rolls back into the ring. Ivan pounces on Jay as soon as he can!! Jay starts throwing chops and punches and we get a really donnybrook, until Ivan rips at Jay’s cut!!! That stops the proud Native American dead in his tracks!!! Ivan concentrates on the cut, opening it wider and wider, soon Jay is bleeding like a stuck pig!!!! Ivan traps Jay in a sleeper hold and Jay fades to the mat. The referee lifts his arm and it falls twice, but spurned on by the cheers of the crowd Jay refuses to allow his arm to fall a third time. Jay slowly fights to his feet and breaks the sleeper, only to get caught in a bear hug!!!! Jay’s blood is pouring out of his head and all over Ivan and the ring!!!! Jay fights and fights and somehow breaks the Bear Hug!!! He unloads on Ivan with chop after chop!!! Kerndole is going crazy and jumps up on the ring apron, but Jay blasts him with a chop that sends him crashing to the floor!!! Mark is soon on top of Kerndole and pounding on him on the arena floor!! Jay whips Ivan into the ropes and connects with The End of The Trail!!!! Jay goes for the cover, the referee though doesn’t make the count!!! He looks at Jay’s cut and then calls for the bell?!?!?!?! Jay is confused as to what is going on as the ring announcer let’s everyone know that the referee has deemed that Jay Youngblood cannot continue due to the cut on his head and awards the match to Ivan Koloff!!!! The crowd’s boos let the ref know what they think about that!!! Jay loses it and actually goes after the referee who quickly gets the heck out of dodge!! Mark is in the ring with Jay as Kerndole is out of it on the arena floor!! Ivan gets to his feet and tries to Pearl Harbor the Youngbloods, but they respond with a double chop that sends Koloff crashing to the mat, they then grab him and throw him out of the ring to Kerndole!!!! Kerndole and Ivan help each other up, Ivan gets his Tag Title belt and hoists it into the air.

US TITLE QUARTER FINALS:
WAHOO MCDANIELS VS. RICKY ‘THE DRAGON” STEAMBOAT
The two favorites in this tournament, and the men who match back in June set up the situation that necessitated this tournament meet in the final opening round match. It’s totally out of control as soon as Wahoo hits the ring as he and Steamboat do not even wait for the bell as they tear right into each other. Nothing about this match resembles a catch as catch can wrestling bout, this is nothing more than a barroom brawl!!! The referee has no control over this one and frankly, not a chance in hades in getting any control of it. Steamboat and Wahoo soon find themselves brawling in the aisle way and the referee has no choice but to count them both out!!!! The two favorites in the tournament have been eliminated and Ivan Koloff receives a bye into the Finals!!!!

He then blast Flair with his patented punches before whipping him hard across the ring to the opposite corner, Flair crashes hard then staggers out right into a back elbow from Savage!!! Savage goes back to choking the Nature Boy, he breaks each time Tommy Young gets to four, only to reapply it!!!He finally pulls Flair up by his hair and then throws him out of the ring through the ropes!!!! Savage then climbs the turnbuckle and leaps off the top rope to the floor below with a Double Ax Handle onto Flair!!!! Dusek is cheering his man on as Savage rolls Flair back into the ring!!!Savage makes the cover!!

Savage argues with Tommy Young and actually chases him out of the ring, when he makes his way back to Flair, the Champion in on his knees. Savage measure’s Flair and punches his flush in the mush, but Flair just shakes his head no and yells at Savage to hit him again!! Savage gives Flair another punch and Flair yells “AGAIN!” a third punch and Flair gets to his feet and lets out a WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Savage tries to punch Flair again but Flair blocks it and answers back with a huge chop!!! Savage throws another punch and again chops Savage a second time!!! Flair now unloads with chops, sending Savage into the corner!!! Savage only stops the onslaught with a thumb to the eye!!! Savage grabs Flair and reverses positions with him!! He starts unload with punches then climbs the turnbuckle, Savage starts raining punches down on Flair’s head but Flair puts a stop to that by Atomic Dropping Savage out of the corner! Flair covers!!!

Savage follows Flair out and throws him hard into the blue metal ring barrier!!! Flair’s screams OH GOD as he collapses down, clutching his back. Savage doesn’t let up, grabbing Flair and bodyslamming him on the cold hard concrete, further injuring the back that Flair once broke in a plane crash!!!! Savage rolls back into the ring to break the count. Flair slowly crawls back to the ring, he pulls himself onto the apron before the 10 count, but Savage pushes passed the referee, grabs Flair and suplexes him back into the ring!!! Fernandez is looking for some payback on Valentine after what The Hammer did to Jimmy Valiant in the Quarter Finals match, the winner of this match will advance to face “The Russian Bear” Ivan Koloff in the finals to be crowned the United States Champion!!! Fernandez and Valentine start brawling as soon as the bell rings. The two men keep beating each other from pillar to post, this one comes dangerously close to getting thrown out like the earlier Steamboat-Wahoo match, Valentine keeps looking for the Figure Four Leglock and finally locks it in, but Manny fights it and is able to turn it and puts the pressure on Valentine, but Valentine then reverses it sending the men into the ropes and forcing the break. Valentine attempts to quickly reapply the figure four, but Manny rolls him up for an almost three count. Valentine pounds on Fernandez and then goes to the top rope but gets caught by Manny!! Manny sends Valentine crashing down to the mat!!!! He then peppers Valentine with punches, he sends him for the ride and connects with the Flying Jalapeno!!! Manny covers!!

Mark and his brother have been chasing the NWA World Tag Team Titles, but Mark would like nothing more than to reclaim the TV Belt. Back and forth battle between both men, Mark gets several nearfalls but Tully keeps finding ways to kick out, finally Tully puts Mark down for the three count with a Slingshot Suplex.
