Brickhouse Brown vs. Crimson Tide
The young protégé of the Choppa, Bobby Cash, from Southaven, MS has really been turning heads in 1984. His athleticism and coordination make him a handful for more than most. The big man from Tuscaloosa gives Brown a tough go of it while the match is running at a more methodical pace, but once Brickhouse got some separation and picked up the pace, the match turned into his favor. Brickhouse finished off the masked man with a Swinging Neck Breaker @ 8’16

Gary Young and Jack Victory vs. Steve Doll and Joey Savoldi
Young and Victory have been making waves in the area with their rough-house style, but have lost a bit of momentum since Miss Sunshine went home to Texas. Their opponents here are looking to make as big an impression on the promoters as they have the ladies in Dothan. Joey and Stevie work well together and keep their opponents off balanced in the early going, but the shrewdness of the Gorgeous paid off as he found an opportunity and seized it, planting Savoldi in the corner, and then tagged in his 260 lbs. closer. The ‘Suicide Blonde’ hit the bombs away knee drop to the chest from the second rope @ 13’56, and nobody kicks out of that one

Charlie Platt and Rick Stewart welcome everyone to another exciting edition of Southeastern Championship Wrestling! And what news we have to share, we crowned not one, but TWO new champions Thanksgiving Night in Montgomery. The exciting Midnight Rebels, Tom Prichard and Marty Jannetty, defeated the awesome Arn Anderson and Pat Rose in their first crack at the champs! What an accomplishment that truly is, Arn and Pat were making waves in the wrestling world as domina…
That's when former Southeastern Tag Team Champion Arn Anderson joins the part...
"Go ahead and finish your sentence, Platt. Naw, you know what, I got it. What he was gonna say boys is that Anderson and Rose have been at the top of the mountain. Night in and night out Big Roy sets em up, and we lay em down. Some of the best tag teams in all of wrestling, we’ve battled all the Armstrongs, the Nightmares, Tim Horner, Austin Idol, The Masked Assassins, the Rat Patrol; Anderson and Rose been sendin’ em out like cordwood, if you understand what I’m sayin’. And I will tell them two punks something right now, I don’t think you can do it again. And Double A is going to show you exactly why I don’t think you can do it again. I went right to the promoter, Big Roy, and Mr. Welch gave me exactly what I asked for. Frankie Lancaster is another good lookin, young athlete with stars in his eyes, not quite as quick, but a bit stronger than Jannetty and Prichard, is that a fair assessment Platt? Stewart? A three legged table doesn’t do anybody any good, I’m gonna turn Lancaster into a three legged table. That is what you boys have to look forward to. And tonight in one of the main events here in Dothan, Pat takes on Marty Jannetty. Hell, you boys might not make it to Christmas."

Mr. Wrestling III vs. Larry Hamilton
III came up just short in his pursuit of Porkchop Cash’s Alabama Heavyweight Title in Montgomery, and is in a bad mood to say the least here today. The grappling wiz kept his opponent down and really wore him out before finishing Hamilton off with the Million Dollar Knee Lift @ 5’02

We return from break and III has been joined by his sensei, Mr. Wrestling II, and he is not pleased. That bottle blonde, fist fighting, wanna be rock and roll star had the best night of his life on Wrestling II’s worst. Mr. Wrestling II isn’t a screamer; he isn’t a yeller, but people listen when he talks. And II wants Austin Idol to think about this each and every night while he is sleeping next to II’s championship belt every night, clutching it for all he’s worth, Mr. Wrestling II will get his rematch. And when he does, he will give him the grappling lesson of his life, knock him out cold with the Million Dollar Knee Lift, and reclaim what is rightfully his. So enjoy your short stay with Wrestling II’s title.
***VTR***
Billy Joel’s “You may be right/Lunatic” plays over clips of Austin Idol hitting all his big moves throughout the territory, and pinning all the top stars before finally ending with the clip of him pinning Mr. Wrestling II and celebrating with the Southeastern Heavyweight Championship on Thanksgiving Night.

Match 2
1 Fall 10 Minute Time Limit
Ref: Mac Murray
Southeastern Heavyweight Champ Austin Idol vs. Roy Lee Welch
The champ comes out a house of fire here, obviously still riding the wave of momentum from the big title victory. The veteran Roy Lee eventually low bridges the champ, and Idol takes a tumble, leading to some offense for Welch. The Boss didn’t stay down for long, reversed the tide with a couple football tackles and a knee drop across Welch’s knee before finishing him off with the Las Vegas Leg Lock @ 6’48

Coming off the fight of their lives in the Nightmare (Texas Death) Cage Match, Brad Armstrong and Tim Horner are thankful to finally be finished with the Nightmares. After months of getting nowhere with them pulling their switcheroo, Brad and Tim finally did the right thing and took those stinking masks off of Danny Davis and Kenny Wayne. The Lightning Express is ready to move on. They have a lot of unfinished business with the Stud Stable after what they did to Brad’s dad, and they’d love to wrestle The Midnight Rebels. As great as all four guys get along outside the ring, Brad and Tim believe that the Lightning Express and the Midnight Rebels could put on some of the best tag team matches of all time.
Match 3
1 Fall 10 Minute Time Limit
Ref: Bobby Simmons
Alabama Heavyweight Champ Porkchop Cash vs. DC Drake
The choppa gets a big youngster with a scary looking face this week. Cash has been a fighting champion since taking the title back in the summer and remains one of the most popular athletes in the Southeast. Drake matches power with Cash for a bit, but Porkchop turned the tide with the Butt Bump, and finished the big youngster with a running powerslam @ 8’32
The new Southeastern Tag Team Champions, Marty Jannetty and Tom Prichard, The Midnight Rebels make their way to the interview area, and yea they heard what all Arn Anderson had to say, and yea they know he was just trying to get into their heads. That won’t work with Marty and Tommy though, they knew when they partnered up and headed to this area that each and every night they’d be in the toughest fights of their careers. That is what it takes to make a name for yourself in professional wrestling, by taking on the best every night and winning more than most. Anderson and Rose might’ve underestimated the Rebels, but they won’t do that again, and you better believe the Midnight Rebels won’t underestimate anyone as long as their around. That is why tonight Pat Rose and Akio Sato better be ready for the fights of their lives. Tommy and Marty have worked singles matches before and are ready for anything.

Arn Anderson w/Tennessee Stud Ron Fuller vs. Frankie ‘Thumper’ Lancaster
Ron Fuller’s personal enforcer is in one helluva bad mood tonight and takes the fight right to the youngster. Thumper fights back tooth and nail, but is unable to keep up with the Anderson family prodigy. That is until an overzealous double A attempts to avalanche him in the corner, Frankie dropped out of the way, and a lot of the starch was taken out of Anderson as he crashed chest first into the turnbuckle. The barrel chested Lancaster went on the offensive for a bit, and used some power moves, and basic wrestling holds to his advantage. Every time Arn was about to get out of a hold, Frankie would use his power to put him down and apply a new hold. But Arn is wise beyond his years, and blocked an attempted standing vertical suplex by Lancaster, and then gut punched the wind right out the big guy. Arn delivered a devastating gut-buster down across his own knees and had Lancaster right where he wanted him as he planted him with the devastating Ghordbuster front suplex for the victory @ 12’02

One Half of the Southeastern Tag Team Champions Tom Prichard
VS
Akio Sato
The man from the land of the rising test picked up a big victory at the Thanksgiving Show and wants to impress promoters enough to be invited back if and when the United States Junior Heavyweight Championship is reintroduced to the territory. And impress he does, taking it to the dynamic Prichard with his martial arts prowess. But Prichard battles back with good ole’ American right hands, and turns the tide of battle with his high octane offense. Dr. Tom put Sato away after catching him with a Flying Crucifix Pinning combination @ 18’06

The Tonga Kid
VS
‘South African Assassin’ Boomer T. Lynch w/Ron Fuller
TK is finally getting over the shoulder injuries that have plagued him this year, thanks in no small part to Mr. Wrestling II and III, and then reaggravated by Boomer during the Rat Patrol and Stud Stable battles, so asking for this match might not have been the best idea as Lynch goes right after it. The kid protects his shoulder as best he can, and does his best stick-and-move offense early, but the big Boomer plants him with a Shoulder Breaker and really puts a hurting on Tonga for a good portion of the contest. TK refuses to give up, and the moment he was given a bit of separation he planted Boomer with standing savate kick that changed the complexion of the contest. After ducking under a Lariat and using 3 dropkicks to back Lynch into the corner, TK back body dropped Lynch as he ran at him. Tonga Kid ascended to the top rope and hit a huge Superfly Splash to finish of the big man @ 14’58
Semi Final

Jimmy Golden and ‘Mr. Perfect’ Jerry Stubbs w/Ron Fuller
VS
RAT Patrol, Inc. members Johnny Rich and Scott Armstrong
In a wild, back and forth tag team match up that saw several momentum swings and tide shifts, these four men really put it all on the line for the fans in Dothan. Golden and Stubbs would have Rich down and out in their corner, only for him to make a hot tag, and the Rat Patrol would come close to finishing off one of the members of the Stable before the saavy of Fuller, Golden, or Stubbs would make a difference leading to another session of tag team dominance on their side of the ring. This one really broke down as Scott got his hands on the dinner jacket of the Tennessee Stud, causing him to drop his cane in the ring. Just before Armstrong gave Fuller a piece of his mind, Stubbs decimated Armstrong with a knee to the kidney’s, but in turn got a dropkick from Johnny Rich to the back of his head that sent him flying through the ropes. Unfortunately for Rich, Jimmy Golden was the legal man, and with referee West checking on Stubbs, Golden caught Johnny with the cane in the back of the neck and then finished him off with a piledriver @ 22’13

Southeastern Tag Team Champion Marty Jannetty
VS
‘Precious’ Pat Rose w/Ron Fuller
Rose’s partner has put quite a bit of pressure on him leading into this main event. There have been rumblings of displeasure coming from Arn about not being the man who was pinned, and followed that up by doing exactly what he said he would do to Frankie Lancaster earlier today. Jannetty has zero sympathy for Rose and capitalizes on the tightness of Rose and maintains the grappling advantage in the early going. Jannetty works from a side headlock, maintaining control and using leverage to wear Precious Pat down. The Tennessee Stud looks on with disdain, but starts to perk up a bit as Rose goes to the eyes of Jannetty and then takes control of the contest, wrestling the Midnight Rebel to the mat.
Precious Pat is an experienced veteran and uses his ring awareness and positioning to his advantage, taking more and more out of Jannetty as the minutes pass. Gutwrench suplex delivered by Rose to perfection. He follows it up with a couple of elbow drops and a big running knee drop across the forehead of Jannetty, and gets a near fall. Rose is feeling confident now as he fires Jannetty into the ropes, but the veteran sets too early and eats a boot from Jannetty who follows it up with a clothesline/sweep for a nearfall of his own. Jannetty climbs to the top rope and flies, but Rose ducks, AND JANNETTY GRABS A SUNSET FLIP! 1……..2………..3! Jannetty picks up the win @ 26’49
But Rose isn’t finished! He puts the boots to Jannetty, he asks for Fuller’s cane, but the Stud won’t give it to him! Rose doesn’t care and keeps after Jannetty, but here comes his Midnight Rebel partner, TOM PRICHARD who tears into Pat Rose and clotheslines him to the floor. Rose looks to the back, and here comes ARN ANDERSON, but double A just stares at Pat, and shakes his head. Ron Fuller follows Anderson to the back, they’ve left Pat Rose! Rose screams at them and then dives back into the ring, nailing Jannetty once again and sending him into the post before Prichard can get to Rose! Jannetty is down in the corner, but Prichard is really doing a number on Rose, and finally dumps him to the floor where the bloody and battered Rose lies as a man with no country!
