WATTS: (shaking head) Yeah, he called me earlier. I told him we could do this in my office, but I gues he wants to make a big thing of it!
Missy Hyatt walks out, carrying a briefcase, followed “Megabucks” Michael Rotunda, wearing a suit and tie, carrying his World Title belt!
ROTUNDA: Hello, President Cowboy! Or should I say “howdy”?
WATTS: It really doesn’t matter to me.
ROTUNDA: As you know, I am your Undisputed World Champion! As such, the bylaws of the UWA state that I cannot remain as the American Heavyweight Champion! Therefore, I will surrender the American Title belt to you as a representative of the United Wrestling Alliance!
Missy opens the briefcase, removes the American belt, and presents it to Watts.Watts looks put off by the whole deal.
ROTUNDA: There you are, sir! Do with it whatever you see fit. I might suggest that it would be good to present it to one of my colleagues in the ring!
The camera cuts briefly to Don Muraco, Rick Martel, & Steve Williams in the ring.
WATTS: I will find a way to determine a new champion. Fans, keep tuning in to UWA FURY here on TNT for an announcement in the near future! To reply to your suggestion, Mr. Rotunda, I will not reward bad behavior by handing it over to one of your paid goons!
ROTUNDA: I resent that mischaracterization, Bill! These men are associates in my Organization and they are gentlemen and scholars! They would represent that belt with dignity and class, such as I did! That’s ok, one of us will have that belt before it’s all said and done!

STEVE “DR.DEATH” WILLIAMS, RICK MARTEL, & THE MAGNIFICENT MURACO VS. GARY ROYAL, GEORGE SOUTH, & JOE CRUZ: Like them or not, the members of the Organization look awesome tonight! After Dr. Death hits the Oklahoma Stampede on South, he tags in Martel. Martel applies the Boston Crab for the submission. Magnum TA admits that Rotunda has built a really impressive group here in the UWA.

THATCHER: (While Les speaks, we see corresponding video and still footage) The man known as “Megabucks”, Michael Rotunda, was raised in Newark Valley, NY in a wealthy family. After an outstanding career at Owego Free Academy, he went to Syracuse University on a wrestling scholarship. He was a four year letterman in wrestling from 1977-81. He was Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association while at Syracuse.(while After graduating, he received an inheritance that he invested and built a large fortune. He decided to turn pro. He trained in Germany under the legendary Destroyer(footage of the Destroyer). After a successful tour of Europe, he returned to the USA and held regional championships in the Florida and Mid Atlantic regions(footage of Rotunda’s early US career). As Rotunda’s pro career took off, his business dealings continued to make him a wealthy man. (We see Michael and Missy Hyatt walking down the beach, holding hands) Since Rotunda joined the UWA, he has begun a romantic relationship with Missy Hyatt. He has won the American Title. Now, he is the Undisputed World Champion by virtue of a win over “the Legend” Terry Funk. (We see the closing seconds of that match). “Megabucks” Michael Rotunda is on top of the wrestling world. (cut to Rotunda with Missy on his arm)
