VTR: PREVIOUSLY ON 'POWER PRO WRESTLING'...[/I]
EDDIE GILBERT: "I'm not hard to find, Les. If Ken Patera wants a shot, he can have one. But Kenny, remember, I outsmarted you once - I can do it again."
The interview is interrupted when Tony Atlas comes out and he seems to be troubled. Les admits he wasn't expecting to see Atlas this week, as he was supposed to be working with the Special Olympics for a few weeks.
TONY ATLAS: "Well, I was, Mr. Thatcher. I just came in from a long day of working with these kids and what to do I see on my TV at the hotel? I see Ken Patera running down my name, the name of Tony Atlas. But then, this Eddie Gilberts, walks right in and takes the championship when the next shot was supposed to be mine. I don't understand that, Mr. Thatcher.
EDDIE GILBERT: First of all, good to meet you Tony and I can't argue with anyone you said. Just one problem, you weren't here last week and somebody had to take advantage of the opportunity. Now, Tony, as soon as I get done with Patera, if you want a shot, you can have one."
TONY ATLAS: "You say that but the last guy did too and look where we are now! Nah, nah, you know what? I'm calling the Special Olympics and I'm CANCELLING my trip back because I'm not gonna get screwed out my shot again. Not by Patera, not by YOU, Eddie Gilbert."
EDDIE GILBERT: "Like I said, as soon as I get done with Patera, the next shot is yours, as far as I'm concerned."
TONY ATLAS: "Whatever you say. I see how it is around here."

COWBOY BILL WATTS: "The facts are, Les and Joel, that this promotion continues to break new ground and we are going to continue doing that. We have international stars coming to the area - including The British bulldog, who might just be the most powerful man in professional wrestling. I know the fans will take to him because he is one heck of an athlete and physical specimen. As we move forward, I have met with the board of directors and we wanted a new name for the promotion to reflect its evolution. Starting next week, we will be known here as Power Pro Wrestling. It will be the same incredible action, the same stars. We hope you join us as Power Pro Wrestling and our new show 'The Power Hour' take flight!"

When 'Power Pro Wrestling' returns, 'The World's Strongest Man' Ken Patera joins Rick Stewart to discuss his championship match with Eddie Gilbert on Christmas Eve.
KEN PATERA: "The guy is a snake in the grass, a little pipsqueak. You think if that little punk actually faced me man-to-man, he'd have even a chance to taking that belt? I don't think so, buddy. Well, you little weasel Gilbert, I see you coming this time and I've got a special Christmas present just for you - the Swinging Neckbreaker! It's the kind of present that's gonna hurt and it's not gonna stop hurting!"

When 'Power Pro Wrestling' returns, North-American Heavyweight Champion "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert is joined by brother Doug as he speaks with Rick Stewart.
EDDIE GILBERT: "They say there's no place like home for the holidays, and since this looks like my home right now, it's good to have my brother here for Christmas. And look, Mr. Stewart, I can't say it's a bad idea to have a little back-up because it looks like everybody has a problem with Eddie Gilbert! Ken Patera is complaining, Tony Atlas was complaining last week. I heard Wahoo McDaniel wanted a crack at this championship. I guess there really is no rest for the wicked!"
The interview is interrupted by The British Bulldog!
EDDIE GILBERT: "Well, look who it is. You're a lot bigger than any bulldog I've ever seen!"
BRITISH BULLDOG: "No disrespect intended Eddie Gilbert. I just want to say, since you're lining up challengers, The British bulldog plans to stack up victories and then earn my own shot at that North-American Championship!"
Now, it's Tony Atlas making his way out and he is agitated.
TONY ATLAS: "I don't think so. You can go back to Paris or where you came from because if anybody is getting a shot around here, it's ME! It's my shot! I deserve it! Not you, Bulldog!"
EDDIE GILBERT: "You know, this really seems like a problem between you two - so me and Doug will just let you two work this whole thing out."
The Gilberts make a retreat as Bulldog and Atlas go nose-to-nose, trading insults. Cowboy Bill Watts makes his way out to order the two men to separate.
MATCH #4:
JEFF JARRETT VS. CHAVO GUERRERO
TVTR... Your referee is Tommy Young.
The son of Jerry Jarrett, Jeff, makes his debut in the Mid-South as he tangles with another second generation star, Chavo Guerrero. The two prodigies have an excellent, fast-paced match that continues until the expiration of time.
WINNER: TLD
Les Thatcher and Joel Watts announce that next week's main event on the debut of 'The Power Hour' will be Ron Fuller and Wendell Cooley and against Jimmy Golden and a partner of his choice, plus The Southern Boys arrive.
