Lord James from an empty TV studio: “ALOHA from Honolulu from the 50th state, America! I’m Lord James Blears and it is my pleasure to bring you the most exciting wrestling action Hawaii has to offer! And over the next few weeks wrestling viewers you will see this program as never seen before as will be featuring mostly footage from the 10/15 and Thanksgiving night action at the Blaisdeall Arena right here in Honolulu, as well as comments from the top stars in the sport as it relates to a BIG night of action at the same arena CHRISTMAS NIGHT!

“Fans stay tuned this hour as a THE MAIN EVENT for that card is announced this hour, and it involves these men. Let’s go back in time for the first meeting as Mark Lewin defended the Pacific Heavyweight Championship against Rocky Johnson in a 2/3 falls match. Now, many fans will find the actions of Johnson, a fan favorite of course here in Hawaii, VERY curious however keep in mind Lewin injured his long lost son, Ricky Johnson, right here in these very studios weeks before:

8. PACIFIC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
2/3 FALLS 60 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
MARK LEWIN w/Jonathan Boyd v ROCKY JOHNSON

FIRST FALL: Rocky Johnson attacks Lewin before the bell and beats Lewin into a bloody pulp as the fans cheer as Johnson makes Lewin pay for weeks of insults about his son! The ref continuously tries to stop Johnson and pull him off Lewin, but Johnson pushes him away, and picks up and slams Lewin, covers the champions and waits for the count . . . .1 . . . . .2 . . . .3 . . . . 4 . . . .5 . . . . 6 . . . .

NO! THE BELL RINGS, ROCKY CELEBRATES, BUT NO! The ref pulls Rocky’s arm down, and the announcer tells the fans he has been DISQUALIFIED, AND MARK LEWIN WINS THE FIRST FALL AT 3:03!

Johnson wants to get his hands on Lewin some more, but the ref stops him to allow a break before the second fall.

SECOND FALL: The bell rings and ROCKY IS ALL OVER LEWIN AGAIN; he is incandescent with rage! He scores near fall after near fall on Lewin, but a rested Lewin manages to kick out or get his foot on the ropes. Johnson and Lewin stand up, Johnson charges at Lewin in a rage, LEWIN LOWERS THE TOP ROPE AND JOHNSON FLIES OVER AND CRASHES ONTO THE CONCRETE RINGSIDE FLOOR, and the ref counts 1-2-3-4-5-6-7- . .

JOHNSON CRAWLS BACK IN, and grabs Lewin’s ankle and takes him down, and puts him in the alligator hold, 1-2-3!!!!

It’s a slobber knocker but it becomes clear throughout the match Snuka and Muracco might not be on the same page and it costs them several near falls. The finish sees Muracco and Bundy get into it in the ring, but Bundy knocks both Muracco and the ref out of the ring!

Snuka sees the opportunity and Sundays Bundy, splashes him, and as the ref, holding his head, enters the ring: SNUKA ON THE TOP ROPE:

THIRD AND FINAL FALL IS AN ALL OUT BRAWL, back and forth mix of brawling and wrestling but 7 minutes in ROCKY STARTS DANCING AND BOPPING LEWIN WITH LEFTS AND RIGHTS AND THE JOHNSON SHUFFLE!

Johnson sees the opportunity, bounces off the ropes and goes for the splash and the pin, NO! JONATHAN BOYD GRABS LEWIN’S LEG AND PULLS HIM OUT OF THE RING, THE REF QUESTIONS BOYD, BUT DIDN’T SEE IT, AND Johnson gets up and leaves the ring, and grabs Boyd by the neck! The ref jumps out and pulls Johnson off Boyd, but from behind, LEWIN with a knee lift on Johnson, all three men go down, Lewin throws Johnson in the ring, pokes at the ref, enters the ring, then puts Johnson in the sleeper hold!

But as the ref staggers into the ring, Johnson, while in the sleeper, manages to back Lewin onto the mat, LEWIN’S SHOULDERS ARE DOWN!

1 . . . . . 2 . . . . .3 WE HAVE A NEW CHAMPION . . . . .4 . . . .5 . . . .6 NO WAIT, THE REF LIFTS JOHNSONS HAND UP, AND IT GOES LIMP HE IS OUT! THE REF ORDERS THE BELL RUNG AND AWARDS THE WIN TO LEWIN AT 8:03! LEWIN WINS 2 FALLS TO ONE, BUT FANS, JOHNSON HAD HIM PINNED, THE REF DIDN’T NOTICE IT, LEWIN AND CURTIS GRAB THE BELT AND BEELINE TO THE BACK BEFORE THE FANS CAN BURN THE SEATS, AND FANS, YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT CONTROVERSY? WE HAVE IT HERE IN HONOLULU!

The babyface dressing room empties out to check on Johnson who eventually wakes up and gives a thumbs up to the fans applause as he is helped to the dressing room!

Lord: “Fans now know that Rocky Johnson was okay after that controversial match and would survive to wrestle once again Thanksgiving night against Mr. Lewin in yet another controversial match which leads to a MONUMENTAL announcement by this man, President of Championship Wrestling from Hawaii, Sammy Steamboat!.

Sammy: “That’s right your Lordship, and I want the fans to pay close attention because the main event for the Christmas Night Spectacular at the Blaisdell Arena will be a STEEL CAGE MATCH FOR THE PACIFIC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP BETWEEN MARK LEWIN AND ROCKY JOHNSON!

“One more stipulation, we have received special permission from the Hawaiian State Athletic Commission to hold such a violent match, and for that reason, it will NOT be shown on TV either. The ONLY way to see this match is to buy a ticket Christmas night.

Lord: “By crickey, what an announcement and remember fans, wrestling tickets make GREAT stocking stuffers.
Mr. Steamboat, I understand there is yet ANOTHER announcement about Christmas night after these words.
