Ventura, “Gino Monsoon, this is the best wrestling in the World, and I can’t wait!”
Monsoon, “We will talk about the big show on Thursday, and we will talk about the USA special. Let’s get the ring for a man returning to the GWA.”
Match #1
Iceman King Parsons vs. Richard Charland
The Iceman is a popular wrestler from St. Louis. He is loaded with charisma. The big French Canadian will be a good test. Parsons starts fast. Charland doesn’t know what hit him. Richard tries some roughhouse tactics, but Parsons is too much. He wins with the butt bump.
Winner- Iceman King Parsons

The Rougeau Brothers vs. The Cuban Connection
This will be a very good tag team match. The Rougeaus are in the Global Tag Team tournament, and the Cuban team is very underrated. Jacques starts with David Sierra. The Cuban pulls out all the illegal tactics. Jacques is in trouble. He fights out of the corner and tags in his brother. Raymond goes to work. Ricky Santana tags in to try his hand. The match is close, but the Rougeaus win with the cannonball.
Winners- The Rougeau Brothers

Okerlund, “Fans, with me are one of the top tags in the GWA, and one of the teams favored in the Global Tag Team tournament. Bret Hart, and Jim Neidhart, are you ready for the challenge?”
Hart, “There are three other good teams in the tournament, but none of them are the Hart Foundation. Jim and I are the top tag team in the sport and we are about to prove it.”
Okerlund, “Jim Neidhart, the British Bulldogs are co-favorites with you.”
Neidhart, “HAHAHAHA! The British Puppy Dogs are no match for us! Bret and I are ready for anything, and will walk out of the Boston Garden with the titles! HAHAHAHA!”
Okerlund, “‘Thanksgiving Thunder’! The tag team titles will be decided!”

Hart Foundation vs. Cowboy Scott Casey and Bickhouse Brown
The talented Hart Foundation are one of the favorites to win the Global Tag Team Titles. Casey and Brown will be a challenge. Casey and Neidhart start the contest. “The Anvil '' tries to rough up the Cowboy, but Casey is ready and fights back. The action is close, and Casey holds his own. Brickhouse tags in and continues the fight. Neidhart tags in his brother in law, and the talented Hart goes to work. The Harts win with the Hart attack. They are ready for the tournament.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Keith Larsen
The powerful Hacksaw has a date with Lex Luger in Boston. Duggan starts fast; he is very aggressive, and roughs up Larsen. The crowd loves Hacksaw. Larsen is game, but he’s no match for Duggan. Hacksaw hits the spear for the win.

Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler will be in action. This is the North American Champion’s first appearance since his neck injury at the hands of Bill Dundee. How will The King look?

Simpson Brothers vs. Tom “Rocky” Stone and The Avenger
The popular brothers from South Africa are in action. Shaun starts with Stone. Simpson is very sharp. He flies around the ring. Stone is in trouble, and tags in the masked man. Shaun tags in his older brother, and Steve wins with a flying bodypress.

Spike Huber vs. Cowboy Bob Orton
The veteran Orton meets the muscular youngster. Huber starts with power moves, and he has Orton in trouble. Bob is very skilled, and very sneaky. He uses both of those skills to take over. Huber puts up a good fight, but Orton uses a superplex for the win.
Winner- Cowboy Bob Orton

Okerlund, “With me is ‘The Living Legend’ Larry Zbyszko. Mr. Zbyszko remains one of the top stars in wrestling, and a contender for any title.”
Zbyszko, “That’s right Okerlund, I have been on top for 14 glorious years. I am a top contender, but no one wants to get in the ring with me. I can’t get a title shot. Everyone is ducking me. It’s time for me to start dishing out more punishment. Someone is going to pay for this.”

Larry Zbyszko vs.”Leaping” Lanny Poffo
This should be a good one. Poffo takes to the air, and Zbyszko is frustrated. He takes to the floor. He argues with the ringsiders. He returns and slows the pace of the match. Larry is very talented, and he shows it. Poffo fights back, but Zbyszko is too much. He hits a neckbreaker for the win.
