Kamala w/General Skandor Akbar and Friday vs. Tom “Rocky” Stone
The Ugandan Warrior is big, and vicious. He goes after Stone, and “Rocky” is in trouble. Kamala chops, kicks, and chokes. Stone tries to fight back, but he is overwhelmed. Kamala uses the big splash for the win.

Larry Zbyszko vs. SD Jones
This will be a good one. Jones starts fast. He has Zbyszko in trouble. Larry rolls out of the ring and regroups. He argues with some ringsiders. Zbyszko returns to the ring. He takes the fight to SD. Now the “Living Legend” the edge. He uses the neckbreaker for the win.

There will be a four team tournament for the Global Tag Team Championship. The four teams are,

The winning team will be declared the Global Tag Team Champions.
We will see the return of Piper’s Pit. Roddy Piper promises a shocking guest, you don’t want to miss that.
In our main event, Ric Flair defends the Global Championship against Billy Jack Haynes.
That’s not all fans. On Wednesday night, November 23, the night before the pay per view, the GWA presents ‘Thunder Countdown’. At 11:30 PM on the USA Network you will see 60 minutes of GWA action. Here is what we know.
Billy Jack Haynes will be in action.
The North American Champion, Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler will be in action. We have not seen Mr. Lawler in action after he suffered a neck injury courtesy of Bill Dundee.
In the main event, we have an eight man tag team match. The four teams involved in the tag team championship will be in action. The British Bulldogs team up with the Rougeau Brothers to take on the team of the Islanders and the Hart Foundation. This one has mayhem written all over it.

“Superstar” Bill Dundee vs. Brickhouse Brown
The veteran from Australia thought he ended Jerry Lawler’s career, but the King has come back. The young Brickhouse is a good test. Brown starts fast. He moves quickly, and Dundee is surprised. The “Superstar” slows the pace, and takes over. Brickhouse puts up a good fight, but Dundee wins with the piledriver.

The Rougeaus vs. The Assassins
The Rougeaus are in the Global Tag Team tournament. Tonight they face the mysterious masked team. Jacques starts with Assassin #1. Jacques is very sharp, and controls the action. He tags in Raymond. He takes over. The second masked man tags in, but fares no better. Raymond hits the cannonball for the win.

Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake vs. Richard Charland
The Barber struts around the ring with his huge clippers. The big French Canadien will not be intimidated. He attacks Brutus, and Brother Bruti is in trouble. Charland chokes away. Referee Robert Warren counts, but Richard breaks at four. The crowd gets behind Beefcake and he rallies. He wins with this sleeper. He the pulls out a pair of scissors, and clips a few locks of Charland’s hair.

The Angel of Death and the Great Kabuki w/Tojo Yamamoto vs. Keith Larsen and Spike Huber
Yamamoto brings his two monsters to the ring. Larsen and Huber might be in trouble. Kabuki spits the green mist into the air, and we are underway. Huber tries to use his strength to work on Kabuki. The man from Singapore fires back with martial arts. Huber tags in Larsen. Keith tries to fight back. Kabuki tags in the AoD. The big man works over Larsen. He hits a power slam for the win.

Okerlund, “With me is, the Pride of Portland, OR, Billy Jack Haynes. Mr. Haynes, you meet Ric Flair at ‘Thanksgiving Thunder’. You made him submit last week, this is the chance of a lifetime for you.”
Haynes, “Mr. Okerlund, you’re right. Flair is good, and he’s willing to cheat to win. I know what I’m up against. I’m going to Boston to win the title for the fans, but mostly for my Dad. With that for motivation, Flair you’re in trouble. I showed you I can beat you, and I’ll do it next time.”
Okerlund, “Billy Jack Haynes May just leave the Boston Garden with the Global Title! Now he is in our feature match.”

Billy Jack Haynes vs. Bob Bradley
The powerful man from Oregon takes on “The Cat”. Bradley is very athletic, and he uses that to his advantage. Billy fights back. He uses his strength to take over. Bradley tries some roughhouse tactics, but too little, too late. Haynes slaps on the full Nelson, and Bradley submits. Haynes is ready for Flair!
