The announcing team of Les Thatcher & Rick Srewart kick off todays show with new IWF Commissioner 'Cowboy' Bill Watts with a big announcement. Thatcher, Stewart & Watts interview the Kevin Von Erich with manager Rock Hunter challenge IWF World's Heavyweight Champion 'Big' Scott Hall to a non-title match on tv today. Watts tells them the match has been signed & Hall is looking forward to getting his hands on Von Erich. Hunter says the champ may end up wishing he hadn't.

Match 5. (1-10). Non-Title Challenge Match. Kevin Von Erich w/mgr. Rock Hunter beat IWF World's Heavyweight Champion 'Big' Scott Hall by pin when Hunter holds the champ's leg under the rope, preventing a kickout. (7:34). Hall & the fans protest the decision, but it stands.
