II says Rogers better learn some respect or he is going to regret it, Rogers triple downs and tells II to try and teach him some. Rogers says as a matter of fact if II wants to try, he'll take on II RIGHT NOW!! and not only that Rogers will PUT HIS SPOT IN THE $10,000 BATTLE ROYAL ON THE LINE!!!!


MR. WRESTLING II in STREET CLOTHES defeats "HUSTLER" RIP ROGERS with a roll up after Rogers gets in a pushing match with Referee Teddy Long and Long pushes Rogers into II!!! MR. WRESTLING II IS IN THE BATTLE ROYAL!!!


BOB, STEVE & SCOTT ARMSTRONG defeat THE THUNDERFOOTS & CHIC DONOVAN when Bob pins Thunderfoot II with the Georgia Jawjacker.

"WILDFIRE TOMMY RICH defeats DON KERNODLE with a Thesz Press. Before the match Kerndole came down to the ring and ran down the state of Georgia and all the fans in the crowd until Tommy Rich's music hit. After the match Rich got on the microphone and told the fans how happy he is to be back wrasslin in Georgia and vows to win the World Heavyweight Title for a second time!!!

The World Tag Champions beat Sting but Sting keeps coming back, they toss him over the top rope and think he is eliminated and celebrate but Sting lands on the apron!!! He runs to the top rope!!! JJ is yelling at Tully and Arn to turn around!!! They do as Sting launches himself off the top rope and takes them both out with a flying double clothesline!!! Sting picks Tully up and throws him over the top!!!!

TULLY BLANCHARD IS ELIMINATED!!!!!

Tully and Arn regroup on the floor, and they aren't having it!!!! The referee raises Sting's hand but the World Tag Champions and JJ Dillon attack him from behind!!!! Sting is down!!! The World Tag Team Champions and JJ are putting the boots to Sting!!!!


WAIT!!!! HERE COMES TOMMY RICH AND MR. WRESTLING II!!!!!!!


The Champions and JJ bail!!!!!! Rich grabs a steel chair and tells the Champions to get back in the ring while II checks on Sting!!!! Sting gets back on his feet and shakes hands with II and Rich!!! II and Rich raise the youngsters arms!!!!

RON SIMMONS defeats RICK STEINER with GARY HART to retain the US Title when he pins Steiner after a running powerslam. Rick Steiner thought he had one the title and the match with the STF but Simmons had reached the bottom rope.

DICK MURDOCH, BRET "THE HITMAN" HART & "THE IGUANA" AL PEREZ with GARY HART defeat WAHOO MCDANIEL & THE CAN AM BLONDES when Perez pins Wahoo as Owen and Pillman battle Bret and Murdoch on the floor!!!

NATIONAL TITLE QUARTER-FINAL
“RUGGED” RON GARVIN W/PRECIOUS VS. “THE RAGIN BULL” MANNY FERNANDEZ

Before the match can begin referee Nick Patrick forces Jimmy Garvin to return to the locker room or Ron Garvin will be disqualified and Fernandez given the win.


This is more a brawl than a wrestling match. The match spilled out of the ring several times as both men used things around the ring to their advantage and referee Teddy Long let it go and allowed them to fight. Back in the ring Fernandez misses a crossbody block and Garvin pounces. Garvin got several nearfalls but Fernandez kept kicking out. Garvin became so frustrated he began arguing with Manning about the count. Fernandez took advantage of the distraction and caught Garvin with a Flying Burrito but when Fernandez went for the cover he had knocked Garvin too close to the ropes and Garvin was able to get his foot on the bottom rope. Garvin rolled out of the ring and Fernandez followed, the two men brawled on the floor until Fernandez clotheslined Garvin over the guardrail!!!!! Fernandez followed Garvin into the crowd and the two men kept brawling, Teddy Long had no choice but to count both men out, and declaring the match a draw.

Fernandez and Ron Garvin didn't care the bell was ringing and kept brawling! Precious then was able to spray Fernandez in the face with her air freshener!!!!! Ron rolled Fernandez back into the ring and was quickly joined by his brother Jimmy!!!! Jimmy and Ron put the boots to Fernandez!!!! Jimmy Garvin grabbed a chair and tossed it into the ring!!! The Garvins set Fernandez up for a spike piledriver onto the chair!!!!


WAIT HERE COMES BUDDY LANDELL!!!!!!

LANDELL SLIDES INTO THE RING AND HE HAS A FIRE EXTINGUISHER WITH HIM!!! LANDELL SPRAYS THE GARVINS AND PRECIOUS!!!!!

LANDELL HITS RON GARVIN WITH THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND SENDS HIM FLYING OUT OF THE RING!!!! JIMMY AND PRECIOUS TAKE A POWDER!!!! THE GARVINS TAKE OFF TO THE LOCKER ROOM!!!!


Landell offers his hand to Manny Fernandez to help him up but the Bull refuses it and rolls out of the ring!!!!! Fernandez makes his way to the locker room while Landell is left in the ring!!!!!!

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:
"THE ROOSTER" TERRY TAYLOR DEFENDS AGAINST "THE AMERICAN DREAM" DUSTY RHODES W/BABY DOLL

Rhodes had the early advantage by hitting Taylor with multiple rapid fire bionic elbows. Rhodes went right at Taylor and send him head first into the ringpost. After throwing Taylor from the top turnbuckle, Rhodes attempted to apply the figure four leglock. Taylor fought him of, and then powdered out of the ring. Taylor kept breaking the 10 count, but refusing to get back in the ring. Rhoodes finally had enough and chased after Taylor!!! Taylor took off and ran back into the ring, Taylor tried to beg off but Rhodes was all over him. Rhodes bashed Taylor's head into the turnbuckle 20 times!!!! Taylor is busted open and blood is just gushing out of the cut!!! Rhodes pushed referee Nick Patrick away when Patrick tried to get Rhodes to let up and Taylor used the distraction to his advantage and low blowed Rhodes!!!!! Rhodes collapsed to the mat!!!! Taylor then goes to work on Rhodes' knee, he attempted to lock in a figure four of his own but Rhodes rolled Taylor up for a two count!!!

Rhodes slammed Taylor to the mat but missed an elbow drop with his left arm and Taylor gained the advantage. Taylor targeted the left arm and locked in a Cross Armbar!!!!! Taylor cranked the hold in but Dusty refused to give up. Taylor broke the hold when Rhodes was able to reach the ropes. Taylor reached into his tights and pulled something out and attacked Rhodes with it, it wasn't long until Rhodes face was a much a bloody mess as Taylor's!!!!! Taylor put the object in his boot and went for the cover but Dusty somehow kicked out!!!!

Taylor and Rhodes brawled to their feet, trading punches, chops, and elbows until Taylor caught Rhodes with a sleeper hold!!!! Rhodes kept trying to fight out but Taylor wasn't having it!!! Taylor got Rhodes down on the mat!! Nick Patrick checked on Rhodes, his arm fell twice but not thrice!!! Rhodes fought back to his feet and broke the sleeper!!!! Before the show begins DAVID CROCKETT is out with WAHOO MCDANIEL and announces that after being burned by TERRY TAYLOR in Augusta, "THE AMERICAN DREAM" DUSTY RHODES won't be able to compete in the Tag Match with Wahoo McDaniel against the WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS ARN ANDERSON & TULLY BLANCHARD. Wahoo says he is willing to take on both men but Worldwide Wrestling won't allow it so he wants one of them, he doesn't care which!!!! JJ DILLON comes out and tells Wahoo not only will they allow Wahoo to find another partner, but they will also change the match from a non title match into a WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH!!!!! JJ cockily walks to the locker room, but Wahoo has one hell of a smirk on his face!!!!



STING defeats CHIC DONOVAN to open up the show with a Stinger Splash off the top rope!!!!!



"WILDFIRE" TOMMY RICH defeats GENE LIGON with a Thesz Press!! After the match Rich gets the microphone, says he hopes his good friend Dusty Rhodes will be back soon and says he will have his eyes on Terry Taylor tonight when he defends the World Title against Ron Simmons. Rich says no matter who wins tonight he is in Worldwide for one reason and one reason only, to become the World Heavyweight Champion!!!

"THE ROCKET" OWEN HART defeats DICK MURDOUCH with GARY HART with a roll up. Murdoch dominated most of the match and was shocked when Owen caught him with a roll up for the pinfall. Owen bails out of the ring and celebrates with Pillman in the aisle as Murdoch loses his mind in the ring!!

AL PEREZ is accidently eliminted by RICK STEINER when Al is holding Manny Fernandez and Steiner goes for a Steiner-line, Manny moves and Al connects with Perez
STEVE ARMSTRONG is eliminated by TOMMY ROGERS
BOBBY FULTON is eliminated by SCOTT ARMSTRONG
TOMMY ROGERS eliminates himself and SCOTT ARMSTRONG with a running clothesline that takes both men over the top rope. The Armstrongs and the Fantastics brawl on the floor and the referees miss Manny Fernandez eliminating Rick Steiner. Steiner quickly rolls back into the ring as the Fantastic and Armstrongs brawl into the back.

That leaves "THE RAGIN BULL" MANNY FERNANDEZ and "THE DOG-FACED GREMLIN" RICK STEINER as the final two men in the ring. Steiner hits Fernandez from behind as Fernandez thought Steiner had been eliminated. Steiner and Fernandez beat on each other for several minutes until Fernandez misses a flying burrito and then Steiner connects with a Steiner line sending Fernandez over the top rope and to the floor.

RICK STEINER HAS CHEATED HIS WAY TO THE $10,000!!!!

Gary Hart climbs into the ring to raise his man’s hand but Manny Fernandez grabs a chair and jumps back in the ring!!! Fernandez blasts Hart in the back and then crashes it down on Steiner's head!!! Fernandez picks the bag of money up and throws the money into the crowd!!!!! Fernandez bails out of the ring handing wads of cash to fans as he heads up the aisle!!!!



Next up is the World Tag Team Championship match!!!! JJ Dillon leads the World Tag Team Champions to the ring, Arn and Tully are all smiles as they climb in knowing Dusty Rhodes isn't here.


Wahoo McDaniel makes his way out next and with him is a man dressed in a Black Karate GI and a Ninja mask!!!!!!!! JJ, Tully and Arn yuck it up, making fun of Wahoo's masked partner. They climb into the ring, Tully has the microphone and has a hard time talking because he is laughing, he asks if this is Wahoo's partner, Wahoo shakes his head yes while the ninja stands perfectly still. Tully tells JJ he was worried at first about JJ handing out a shot at the World Tag Titles without knowing who the partner is but he is sorry he doubted JJ.

WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP:
ARN ANDERSON & TULLY BLANCHARD W/JJ DILLON VS. WAHOO MCDANIEL & THE NINJA

Wahoo starts and opens up on Tully with a flurry of chops, Arn runs in and eats a chop from Wahoo as well!!! Arn quickly rolls out of the ring, Tully tries to take advantage of the but gets a big chop to the forehead and Wahoo scores a nearfall. Tully quickly rolls to his corner and tags out to Arn.

Arn demands Wahoo tag the Ninja, and Wahoo obliges. Arn chuckles. He locks up with the Ninja and the Ninja hits a deep arm drag!! The Ninja follows up with a series of deep arm drags, and a dropkick!!! Tully tries to ambush the Ninja but gets blasted with a chop from the Ninja!!!!! Arn and Tully regroup on the floor with JJ!! In the ring Wahoo climbs back in the ring, Tully yells "WHO IS THAT??" Wahoo pulls the Ninja's mask off to reveal.........

RICKY "THE DRAGON" STEAMBOAT!!!!!!

Arn, Tully and JJ flip out on the floor!!! Arn yells "NOT RICKY STEAMBOAT!!!!!" They confere then throw there hands up, grab the title belts from the time keeper and the three men begin to head to the locker room!!! Steamboat and Wahoo aren't having it and chase after them!!!! They toss Arn and Tully back into the ring and all hell breaks loose!!! Steamboat and Wahoo isolate Tully and beat the tar out of him!!! Several nearfalls but Tully keeps kicking out, Arn keeps trying to help but it keeps backfiring!!! Steamboat misses a diving chop from the top rope and gives Tully the opening he needs to make the tag and Arn tears into Steamboat!!!! Arn works over Steamboat ribs, soon he and Tully are tagging in and out, double teaming Steamboat and Steamboat looks like he is being murdered after every move. The Champs are breaking the rules and double teaming Steamboat every way they can. Somehow Steamboat keeps barely kicking out. Finally Anderson whips Steamboat into the corner and charges in but eats a double boot from Steamer flush to mush!!!!!! Steamboat dives into the corner and makes the hot tag to Wahoo!!!!

Wahoo cleans house, blasting Arn and Tully with chops and punches. He tosses Arn through the ropes to the floor!!! JJ tries to come in the ring but Steamboat cuts him off!!! Steamboat is hammering JJ on the floor!!!! Referee Nick Patrick is yelling at Steamboat to stop and has his back turned as Wahoo applies the Indian Deathlock to Tully!!! Tully is giving up but the ref doesn't see it!!! Arn slides in the ring and DDT's Wahoo!!!! Arn rolls Tully on top of Wahoo and escapes the ring as Nick Patrick turns around and makes the three count!!!


BY HOOK OR CROOK ARN & TULLY HAVE RETAINED THE WORLD TAG TITLES!!!!

Arn pulls Tully out of the ring as Steamboat jumps back in to see what happened. Tully and Arn gather the titles and JJ and help JJ to the locker room while Steamboat checks on Wahoo.

HECTOR GUERRERO defeats THUNDERFOOT I with a Gory Special.


BRET "THE HITMAN" HART w/GARY HART battled to a 30 minute time limit draw with FLYIN BRIAN PILLMAN. After the match, Bret and Brian's respective partners hit the ring for a brief brawl before the locker room clears and pulls them apart.


THE GARVINS W/ PRECIOUS defeated BUDDY LANDELL when Jimmy Garvin pinned Landell. Landell was supposed to have a partner but most not have been able to find anyone to work with him based on his passed misdeeds. Landell still showed the kind of man he is by coming out to wrestle the Garvins in a handicapped match. Landell kicked out of over a dozen pin attempts, many times at the last possible second and refused to submit to several times.

After the match The Garvins decided to keep the beating going, Landel tried to fight back , finally “THE RAGIN BULL” MANNY FERNANDEZ ran out and ran the Garvins out of the ring. Landell used the ropes to pull himself up and offered a handshake to Manny Fernandez but Manny once again walked away from Landell.

Before the Main Event can begin, "HUSTLER" RIP ROGERS comes down to ringside with a microphone, he runs down the city of Charleston and demands that someone comes out and faces him, Rogers won't stop telling off the fans until the music hits for the second time tonight

Out first is the challenger and the current reigning United States Heavyweight Champion RON SIMMONS!!!!!!

Simmons looks serious and ready to challenge for the title!!!!

ZZ Top’s “TV DINNERS” plays brining out World Heavyweight Champion “THE ROOSTER” TERRY TAYLOR!!!! Taylor is all bandaged up from his war with Dusty Rhodes a few short days ago.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:
"THE ROOSTER" TERRY TAYLOR DEFENDS AGAINST UNITED STATES HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION RON SIMMONS

Simmons won the US title from Taylor days before Taylor defeated Dusty Rhodes, albeit under dubious circumstances, to become the World Champion and Simmons is hoping lightning will strike twice. Simmons overpowers Taylor at the start of the match, beating him from pillar to post and using his explosive strength to dominate the World Champion.

Taylor escaped the onslaught by rolling out of the ring and using every tactic he could think of to stall. Taylor finally climbs back in the ring and puts a thumb to Simmons eye to gain a brief advantage, but it isn’t too long before Simmons once again has Taylor rocking and rolling, that is until Simmons misses a shoulder tackle in the corner and smacks shoulder first into the ring post!!! Taylor smells blood and quickly goes to work on the injured shoulder. It doesn’t take long for Taylor to lock on a Fujiwara armbar, working the arm and the shoulder!!!! It wasn’t too many days ago that Simmons was trapped in the STF by Rick Steiner so he has to be feeling the pain from this one!!!!!

Taylor wrenches on the arm but Simmons is somehow about to make it to the ropes!!!! Taylor doesn’t let up, working on the arm and shoulder and trying for several pin attempts but they only end up being nearfalls. In frustration Taylor tosses Simmons through the ropes to the floor!!! Taylor follows Simmons out and tries to whip him into the ring post, but Simmons reverses and Taylor smacks the ring post hard!!!! Simmons pulls Taylor up and rolls him into the ring!!! It is quickly obvious that the cut on Taylor’s head has been reopened and Simmons takes full advantage!!!!! Soon Taylor’s blonde hair is red with blood as Simmons batters the weary Champion!!

Taylor some keeps finding ways to kick out or get his foot on the bottom rope. Simmons attempts to set Taylor up for a Running Powerslam but his shoulder gives out!!!! Taylor takes the opportunity to hit a jawbreaker and then lock the Fujiwara Armbar back on!!!! Simmons is in the middle of the ring!!!! There is no way he can take this punishment!!!!!

Somehow, someway the former Nose Tackle for the Florida Seminoles proves why they retired his number for his toughness and determination because he is able to drag himself and Taylor to the ropes to force the break!!!!! Taylor is incredulous!!! He argues with the referee and demands his ask Simmons if he gives up!!! As the ref is checking on Simmons, Taylor reaches into his boot and pulls out a steel chain!!!! Taylor wraps it around his fist and conceals it from the ref, Simmons gets to his feet and Taylor blasts him with a chain wrapped right hand!!! Simmons goes down like he’s been shot!!!! Taylor quickly shoves the chain in his tights, THE REF SAW NOTHING!!!!!! Taylor makes the cover!!!!!
