The announcing team of Les Thatcher & Rick Srewart kick off todays show with the Masked Grapplers (Len Denton & Tony Anthony) about being denied a shot at those belts held by James J. Dillon's duo of Harley Race & Nick Bockwinkel. The Grapplers promise they will do what they have to to force that match before walking off.
Out comes 'World's Strongest Man' Ken Patera to issue a public challenge to the IWF World's Heavyweight Champion the Iron Sheik. He warns Dillon & his goons to stay out of his way.
