Jim Ross and Jesse Ventura open the show.
Ross, “Welcome to Global Monday! Jess, ‘Red, White and Boom’ is fast approaching!”
Ventura, “That’s right Ross! It’s going to be a huge night, I can’t wait!”
Ross, “We have a great show tonight. Barry Windham, the Global Champion is in action, and in the main event, Bobby Heenan leads Lex Luger into action against Tom Zenk. Let’s go to Howard Finkel.”
Match #1
Iceman King Parsons vs. George Weingroff
The popular Iceman takes on Weingroff. Both men mat wrestle, and it’s even. Both men get near falls. Parsons grabs the momentum. He finishes off Weingroff with the butt bump.
Winner- Iceman King Parsons
Match #2
The Islanders w/Bobby “The Brain” Heenan vs. Buck Zumhofe and Chris Carter
Heenan leads his powerful young team into the ring. Tama starts with Zumhofe. The “Rock and Roller” starts fast. Heenan looks worried at ringside. Tama mounts a comeback. He backs up Zumhofe. Haku tags in and continues the attack. Buck is able to tag in Carter. Chris is game, but Haku is too much. He wins with the crescent kick.
Winners- The Islanders
Match #3
Cowboy Scott Casey vs. Robbie Ellis
Casey has quickly become popular in the GWA. The wrestling art dealer will be a tough opponent. The early moments go back and forth. Casey gets the better of Ellis, and finishes him with a bulldog.
Winner- Cowboy Scott Casey
We see the “Piper’s Pit” set. Roddy Piper walks out.
Piper, “Hello everyone! RP is here with the tough questions! My guests tonight are Jimmy Jack Funk, he’s crazier than a bedbug, old camel breath, Skandor Akbar!”
Akbar and Funk come out.
Piper, “OK, Akbar, you got the one Funk brother that makes Terry look sane. On July 4th he fights Hacksaw Duggan for the TV Title. Old Hacksaw is the toughest guy around!”
Akbar, “Piper, Duggan is a dumb American, like there’s any other kind. Jimmy Jack is crazy, but he’s also tough enough to beat Duggan. It’s time for the General’s Army to add a title. This will be our first, but not our last!”
Piper, “Funk and Duggan will be a heck of a fight!”
Match #4
Jimmy Jack Funk w/General Skandor Akbar vs. David Sammartino
The wild Funk takes on the second generation Sammartino. JJ starts fast. He punches and kicks, and David is in trouble. Akbar shouts instructions from ringside. Sammartino fights back. Funk comes back and wins with a shoulder breaker.
Winner- Jimmy Jack Funk

Non-Title Match
The Midnight Express (Global Tag Team Champions) w/James E. Cornette vs. Jules Strongbow and Jay Lightfoot
Cornette grabs the mic from Howard Finkel.
Cornette, “Give me that you blithering idiot! Let me introduce to you, two men who are about the scalp two redskins, Beautiful Bobby, and Sweet Stan, the Midnight Express!”
The Champions start quickly. They tag in and out. Cornette struts around ringside. Lightfoot is trapped in the wrong corner. He fights his way out, and tags in Strongbow. Jules goes after Lane. Stan is in trouble for a minute, but he rallies. The Express use the rocket launcher for the win.
Winners- The Midnight Express
Mean Gene Okerlund is standing in front of a “Red, White, and Boom” banner.
Okerlund, “Welcome fans, July 4 is the date, and the Nassau Coliseum is the place! ‘Red, White, and Boom’ is set for that night. Here’s what you will see.
Lex Luger will be in action
The Bolsheviks will take on the British Bulldogs
We can add another title match, the Midnight Express will defend the Global Tag Team Titles against the New Breed

Larry Zbyszko challenges Randy ‘Macho Man’ Savage for the North American Title
Hacksaw Jim Duggan defends the Global Television Title against Jimmy Funk
And in the big one, inside a steel cage, Barry Windham defends the Global Championship against ‘Nature Boy’ Ric Flair
Let’s hear from the Champion.”
We see Barry Windham in an interview area.
Windham, “Ric Flair, you say you’re the dirtiest player in the game, and that’s gives you the edge in a cage. Well, my father is Blackjack Mulligan! Do you think he hasn’t taught me a thing or two about fighting dirty! I’m going to walk in that cage with this title, and I’m walking out with it in my hands!”
We see an advertisement to order a VHS tape of “Red, White and Boom”.

Barry Windham (Global Champion) vs. Mohammed Saed
The Champion takes on the big man from the Middle East. Saed attacks Windham before the bell. He pounds away and the Champion is in trouble. Barry is tough and he fights. Mohammed is very powerful and holds his own. Windham is too much and wins with the bulldog.
Winner- Barry Windham
Mean Gene Okerlund is with Bobby “The Brain” Heenan and Lex Luger.
Okerlund, “With is Bobby ‘The W…”
Heenan, “Watch it Okerlund!”
Okerlund, ‘The Brain’ Heenan, and Lex Luger. Mr. Heenan, Lex Luger is quickly rising to the top of the GWA ratings. Tonight he meets Tom Zenk, another powerful wrestler!”
Heenan, “Zenk, don’t make me laugh! Lex will tie that ham and egger in knots. Won’t you Lex?”
Luger, “Tom Zenk, you think you have muscles, look at me, I’m the ‘Total Package’! I’m the smartest wrestler as well as the most powerful. When I want to, I’ll take any title Inwant.”
Okerlund, “Mr. Heenan, and Mr. Luger may well be right!”

Lex Luger w/Bobby “The Brain” Heenan vs. Tom Zenk
Two muscle men lock up. Zenk matches Luger power move for power move. Heen shouts instructions from ringside. Zenk picks up the pace, but Luger is up to the task. Lex dishes out punishment. Zenk is in trouble. Lex gets him up in the Human Torture Rack, and Zenk submits.
Winner- Lex Luger

Ross, “Another exciting night of action! Jess, the GWA gets more exciting by the day!”
Ventura, “Ross, the people are talking, and they love what they see!”
