We open on the exterior of the Showboat Hotel & Casino. A long white limo pulls up and three familiar figures exit...
HAYES: The Freebirds have arrived! It feels so good to be here in Vegas with the UWA!!!
GORDY: Things are fixin to heat up!
ROBERTS: That's right, Bamm Bamm!
VTR OPENING:
As the music plays we see the following:
Billy Jack Haynes holding a championship belt above his head!
Haynes overhead press slamming an opponent!
Rock and Roll Express hitting a double dropkick!
Dan Spivey powerbombing Billy Jack on the concrete floor!
Jos LeDuc putting the bearhug on Tom Prichard!
Ron Fuller leading Master of Pain to the ring!
Buzz Sawyer hitting a powerslam!
Vader and Madusa coming down the aisle!
Nord the Berzerker coming to the ring, waving his sword above his head!
Billy Jack Haynes applying the full nelson!
MARSHALL: Welcome to UWA FURY on the USA Network! The Freebirds have arrived and that's not all, Magnum TA!
MAGNUM: We also have the first UWA appearnace for a great tag team, the Killer Bees! World Champiuon Billy Jack Haynes is here! Superstar Bill Dundee defends his World Junior Heavyweight Title against “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert! Nord the Berzerker will take on “Midnight Soldier” Brian Adams!
MARSHALL: Don't forget Terry Funk will make his UWA debut here tonight!
MAGNUM: We have a darn good match in the ring to start things off!
“Outlaw” Ron Bass vs. Tom Prichard: A highly competitive bout to start things off. Prichard gives the tough Texan all he can handle here this week, but the Outlaw is on a roll in the UWA! Bass keeps his undefeated streak going as he pins Prichard after a big reverse elbow. Then, he joins Boni Blackstone in the interview area.
BONI: I'm here with a man who many people say is the #1 contender to Billy Jack Haynes' World Title. You have pinned Haynes in a tag team match. I have to think you should be getting a match for the belt very soon...
BASS: You'd think so, wouldn't ya now, purdy lady? Fact is Haynes is avoiding the big outlaw! That's ok! I've already pinned him once in a tag team match since I been here in the UWA! I've signed up for Battle Bowl and the winner there gets a championship match! Sooner or later, Billy Jack, I'll have that belt, boy! I'll whup yore butt good and take that title! It's only a matter of time!

Billy Jack Haynes vs. Hacksaw Higgins: The Undisputed World Champion meets a rugged opponent in Hacksaw Higgins in a non-title bout here this week. Higgins gives Billy Jack a contest, but the champ gets the win with his incredibly powerful full nelson.
We cut to the interview area...
BONI: Here he is, wrestling fans, your Undisputed World Champion, Billy Jack Haynes! Billy, I'm sure that you heard the comments of Outlaw Ron Bass earlier...
HAYNES: I heard him! He's a top contender, no doubt about it! Yeah, he caught me off guard with that claw of his last time we were in the ring together! Don't worry, Bass, I'll give you your title match! I don't duck anybody and as soon as the UWA signs the match, I'll take you on! No, it won't be easy, but nothing worth doing is ever easy! There are a lot of great wrestlers in the UWA and more coming in every day! I promise all of my great fans that I won't duck or dodge anybody!
BON: A great champion, Billy Jack Haynes, ladies and gentlemen!

VTR: We see footage of UWA action.
MARSHALL: Battle Bowl is coming to pay per view on May 14th!!!! It starts with a Lethal Lottery where the luck of the draw will force enemies to work together and friends to fight against each other in a series of action packed tag matches! Then, the winners meet in Battle Bowl, the ultimate battle royal where the last man standing wins 500 grand, a future match for the Undisputed World Title, and the Lord of the Ring trophy!

Boni Blackstone is standing by in the interview area...
BONI: I'm here with a highly rated tag team that is about to make their debut in the UWA> Can you guys introduce yourselves?
BLAIR: My name is Brian Blair...
BRUNZELL: I'm Jumping Jim Brunzell and....
BOTH: We're the Killer Bees!
BONI: Your reputation proceeds you. What are your plans in the UWA?
BLAIR: We've been all over the world, Boni, and we're here to do our best to be the #1 tag team in the UWA!
BRUNZELL: The Super Samoans are a huge team and they have the titles right now, but we think that our speed and skill and teamwork can give them trouble! The Nasty Boys are tough, but they don't have our experience! The Sheepherders have a lot of experience and they are vicious, but we think we have what it takes to beat them, too! We're ready for any competition the UWA can throw at us!
BLAIR: Right now, we're going to the ring to show the UWA what the Killer Bees are all about!
The Killer Bees vs. Dr. Zero & Jeff Sword: The Bees put on a show tonight! Brunzell pins Sword after hitting a big dropkick. The Bees look like they could be trouble for Afa & Kokina or any other tag team!

Dustin Rhodes vs. Denny Brown: Rookie sensation Rhodes makes his one on one debut here tonight. Rhodes is very impressive as he pins the veteran Brown after a bulldog.

MARSHALL: Boni Blackstone has what should be an interesting interview...
BONI: Steve Keirn and Mike Graham are on their way to the ring for our next match. Steve, last week, you announced that the Fabulous Ones were no longer a tag team. Now, you're on the way to the ring for a match with Mike Graham as your partner. Is this the start of a new team?
KEIRN: Not exactly, Boni. Mike has been my best friend since grade school. Mike and his father helped get my career started. Mike has always been there for me.
GRAHAM: Several years ago, we held the Florida Tag Team Titles several times. We have a lot of experience as a team. I'm a top contender for the Junior Heavyweight Title and Steve is in line for the American Title and the TV Title, not to mention the Undisputed World Title! But we see Ron Wright's Samoans with the World Tag Titles and we think that we could outwrestle those guys. Just say that we're keeping all our options open.
KEIRN: That's right! We've got a match in the ring right now!
Mike Graham & Steve Keirn vs. Billy Travis & Barry Horowitz: Travis and Horowitz are both capable opponents, but Graham & Keirn pick up the win as Graham forces Horowitz to submit to the figure four leglock.

HAYES: Hello, Vegas! This is the Freebirds' kinda town and we are happy to be here this week! We been ramblin and gamblin and lookin for love in all the right places if your know what I mean! We love the life we live 'cause we live the life we love! The only thing that disappoints us is that we can't seem to find them overstuffed so called tag team champions, the Super Samoans anywhere! It doesn't matter if it's me and Buddy Jack or me and Terry or Terry and Buddy, the Freebirds are not only the toast of the coast, we are the best tag team in the world today! No brag, we can back that up!Hillbilly Wright, drag your decrepit old carcass outta that wheel chair and sign a contract! We want Afa and Kokina!
ROBERTS: That's right! Bring it on!

Rugged veteran Phil Hickerson stands in the ring. Then, we hear...
The Legend, Terry Funk, ambles down the aisle toward the ring!
Terry Funk vs. Phil Hickerson: Hickerson attacks Funk before the bell. The Veteran from Tennessee takes it to Funk, but the momentum changes when the action spills out of the ring and Funk blasts Hickerson with a chair! When they return to the ring, Funk beats his opponent all over the ring before applying the spinning toehold for the win. A successful debut for Terry Funk! What does the futire hold for this legendary Texan here in the UWA?

“Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller leads his cousin Jimmy Golden to the ring. They both look very concerned as they enter the ring. They don't have to wait long for their opponent as one of the most popular stars of the UWA makes his entrance!
Austin Idol arrives, swinging his axe handle that he calls “Minerva”!
“Universal Heartthrob” Austin Idol vs. Gentleman Jimmy Golden (w/“Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller): Idol clears the ring with his weapon and it takes referee Scott LeDoux a few minutes to get Idol to relinquish Minerva and a few minutes after that to get Golden to return to the ring!When the action finally starts, these two veterans have a hard hitting, hotly contested match. American Champ and Stud Stable member Buzz Sawyer came to ringside and was somewhat of a distraction to Idol. Finally, Idol applied the Las Vegas Leglock and got the submission on Golden! Sawyer ran in swinging his dog chain, but Idol grabbed Minerva and chased the Mad Dog away!
Afterwards, Sawyer and Fuller joined Boni in the interview area!
SAWYER: IDOL! You bleached blonde gigolo! No way you are ever gonna take my American Title! No way you are ever gonna run the Stud Stable outta here! Next week, my man the Master of Pain will be here! You get yourself a partner, punk, and we'll take you apart!
FULLER: That's right, Mad Dog! Idol, five years ago in Pensacola, the Stable thought we had taken care of you once and for all! Let me promise you one thing, boy! We'll git the job done and it might be next week on UWA FURY!
BONI: World Junior Heavyweight Title match is next here on UWA FURY!

UWA WORLD JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Superstar Bill Dundee © vs. “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert (w/ Missy Hyatt): The junior heavyweight ranks are known for technical wrestling matches and both of these men are capable of that, but this is an old school Memphis style slugfest! Dundee is distracted by Missy at ringside and takes the opportunity to openly flirt with her. She actually seems to be enjoying the Superstar's attention and that makes Gilbert even more aggressive. Both men use heel tactics during the bout. Eventually, they both pull Tennessee chains from their tights and slug each other! As both men go down, referee David Manning detects the foreign objects and calls for a no contest! Magnum TA says we surely haven't seen the last of these two!

BONI: Big news about next week's UWA FURY! Austin Idol has accepted the challenge of the Stud Stable! Next week, you will see the Master of Pain & “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer against “Universal Heartthrob”Austin Idol and “The Legend” Terry Funk! What an unbelieveable match that will be!
Music plays...
Nord the Berzerker and Superstar Bill Dundee(still sweaty and wearing his gear) join Boni.
NORD: HUSS! HUSS! HUSS!
DUNDEE: Hey, sweet lady! Didja see me clean that punk Eddie Gilbert's clock? Now, you're gonna see my boy, the Berzerker do the same to this Midnight Soldier!
BONI: That was quite a controversial ending to that title match! I'm sure Gilbert will ask for a rematch!
DUNDEE: He doesn't need to, baby! I'll tell ya what, Eddie! Right here on UWA FURY, next week, I'll give you yer rematch! Bring that sexy lady with you, boy! She might just leave with the Superstar!
BONI: Wow, you seem confident!
DUNDEE: I ain't conceited, I'm convinced, sweetie! I can't wait to wake up in the mornin, 'cause I get better looking each day! And I've noticed you giving me the eye, too, Boni Blackstone!
BONI: Enough of that! What about Nord's match against “Midnight Soldier” Brian Adams..that's our next match on UWA FURY!
DUNDEE: It seems that this so called “soldier” has been sticking his nose in House of Dundee business ever since he got here! It's time we took car of him once and for all! Let's do it, Nord!
NORD: HUSS! HUSS!
They head to the ring! We hear...
“Midnight Soldier” Brian Adams heads to the ring as his Midnight Army goes wild!
“Midnight Soldier” Brian Adams vs. Nord the Berzerker (w/Superstar Bill Dundee): These guys tear into each other in an all out hossfight! It looks like it's all over when Adams flattens Nord with a savate kick, but Cactus Jack runs in and jumps Adams! That's a DQ on the Berzerker! Dundee jumps in and the House of Dundee members triple team Adams! Johnny Ace hits the ring and goes after Cactus! We have an all out brawl as Nord brawls with Adams and Ace slugs it out with Cactus and Dundee! Referee Carl Fergie gets reinforced by David Manning and Scott LeDoux! The brawl spills to the floor and the fight goes all over the Showboat! Eddie Gilbert joins the commentary team to get his two cents worth in!
GILBERT: If I was managing the Berzerker, he'd have won this match outright! The House of Dundee needs the greatest mind in wrestling and Bill Dundee isn't even close! Look at him out there! He's not a bit of help to his guys! He's pathetic! I'm going to take his belt next week right here on TV and that's just the beginning! They'll change the name of this show to UWA Hot Stuff before I'm done!
Finally, with the help of Steve Keirn, the Killer Bees, and Dustin Rhodes, the officials break up the brawl!
