Promotion can only lose 2 wrestlers before their roster is closed.

Any Rookie NOT drafted WILL NOT go into the FA pool, they will be held over for the next parity draft which will be held in April!

Draft order was set with lucky numbers than using the PA Daily Number.

Anyone who does not get drafted from the Dispersal list will be dumped into the FA Pool.

You can use your pick to chose someone on your own UPL, thus protecting them, HOWEVER, that does not count against your limit to lose 2.
